Are we, actually evil? were questions a certain monster asked and with those questions, he builds a kingdom with the intention of peace but those questions also branded him as a monster who aim to corrupt humans'' minds and wage war among other kingdoms of humans.


    Thus, multiple kingdoms gathered and built an alliance against the monster, in the name of the god. The human-alliance sent their armies to get rid of the monster and his kingdom but the human-alliance lost, Monster was too overwhelming, resulting in the annihilation of their armies.


    "It was self-defense! To save my own country" The monster shouted! When his action was shown as a sign of how evil monsters and his kingdom is. His words were ignored and humans, this time summoned the heroes from another world.


    "PLEASE, SAVE US FROM THE DEMON KING! " Said the summoner to heroes as he bowed in front of them " Demon king is back and now he aims to take over the world bycorruptinghumans! "


    Heroes believed the words of the summoner when they heard the word "Monster" and "Demon King" and they advanced towards the kingdom of Monsters.


    The Kingdom of Monsters Fell. The strength of those summoned heroes from another world was unparalleled but that was not the reason the monster lost, It was a betrayal.


    The Monster, Believed to be Demon King, Perished along with his kingdom.


    "Humans, They are nothing but trash. Not a single one of them deserves mercy but---" said the monster, as he looks at his own two hands " I am not any different than them. " He forgives those who killed him and now, He only seekseternal slumber that awaits him in the afterlife.

    When the mirror was finally above the ground, levitating in the air. An image started to emerge in the mirror, but that image was not static. It was moving[Video] like the seeing crystals I had used before.


    And I know, This moment, It will be something that I would never able to forget.

    In the mirror, I could see my world; burning in reddish flames similar to the burning mountain[Volcano] I had seen when I was alive, Even those mountains were a rare occurrence but now, It seems as if the world has been engulfed "by those burning mountains".


    The whole world was burning, to ash. Yet still, There were no screams That I could hear unlike the magic I had previously used, Is this an illusion magic? I started to wonder but when the boy said

    no... that''s not the kind of justice I was asking for, This is the opposite of what I had imagined as justice!


    " Th..theere were innocent monsters too! HOW COULD YOU?! "


    Yes, there were still monsters in the world, soon to perish though.

    There was only one single thing I understood from what he had just said, That''s the word "future of my world " So, my world will be burned in the future.


    If I am being honest, If the image he showed me is the future of my world and not the present, then I don''t care. I know, Humans in my pervious world will certainly kill all the monster soon enough and then if this happens to them.     I Just wanna prove this ignorant boy, who has yet to see the reality but yet, claims to be a god, how wrong he is about humans.

    He is a boy, of course. He looks pale and doesn''t appear to show any emotions on his face [The god has a poker face]. He appears to be around 5.10/11 feet with a slim build body. By my observation, I can also tell he should weight around 54kg and appears to be 19-20year old, in looks anyway.


    When I saw him, He was wearing black colored clothes [A High-School Uniform]. He was surely tidy. I don''t know what his name is, Maybe his name, actually is "GOD" but who knows.

    Arggg, This is embarrassing to say but I forgot my appearance in these years that I spent here. When I look down, towards my own feet, I can''t see them. When I lift my hand, It appears to be invisible. So, Yeah. I don''t seem to have a form.


    It seems as if my certain memories also have been erased.


    But I do remember a few things, I [Used to be] am a male monster and my name Albe-- No, What was my previous name again? I don''t remember. Although, I do remember I was called Demon Lord in my previous world. it was only a title that Humans gave me on a whim even though I never had anything to do with Demon Lords.

 Birth and Education In Modern World (Part-1)

    A Monster, In a world of Humans? It is still hard to believe that I will spend my entire next life among those humans without having to worry about my appearance. But to be honest, I thought for sure, The self-proclaimed God will send me there with my appearance of a monster, Never once thought of reincarnation crossed my mind.


    At a certain place, a mother gave birth to a healthy boy~


    And, the darkness which had previously surrounded me started to disappear while the bright light started replacing its place. and I was engulfed by this bright light, even though my eyes were still closed but yet, I still was blinded by that bright light. As if that light pierced through my eyelids without any resistance.


    am I going to be defeated even before I take my first step in the world?! No, never!


    It was really hard for me to open my eyes while a bright light shining on them. [Cave=eyes, Water=Light, door=eyelids] I felt like I was in a narrow cave and the water was gushing through, submerging the cave with me. BUT! There was more, a door; behind the door is like 1000ton of water and, Someone was insisting to me to open it!


    HOW CAN I? I am gonna DROWN in the light!


    I gathered every ounce of mental strength that I could~ and opened the door (Opened Eyes). It was bright, so bright that I could hardly see anything but in a few seconds, I saw a figure but as it came to be, it was gone just like that. Later, I started to feel those hands of the figure on my shoulders and hips.


    Is this person holding me?


    The gentleness of That figure''s hand''s, and the placement of her hands on my body was perfect, I felt like a feather in those hands. I was relaxed and felt comfy that I almost fell asleep again but suddenly, I felt something else!


    What is this? Is someone scrubbing my back with a brush made out of nails??!


    ARRGG IT HURTS...


    That really made me cry---------------


    Thus, I also felt the vibration of my own voice for the first time. And I could tell, It was not a scream that of a monster, It was the cry of a human baby.


    I am a human.


    I am sure, whoever stands beside me right this moment, are but also humans. They could hear me cryingas aninfant, and they will never able to find out; Not just my body but inside this body of a human I, myself as a monster was also crying, too. It will be the first and the last time that I will cry in this life. (As long as I have the control of my body as you know, I can''t stop crying right now. I am an infant, after all! )

    I don''t know how long it has been, but maybe, 2 days or so? I still can''t see anything but~ Arghh, I badly want to see this new world... What is this place like, where am I born? Is this sort of a building or a house?


    How do people survive in this world without being able to use magic? How do they travel? There are many other questions among these few but It''s not like I can do anything about it but wait patiently.

    Finally! I can hear!! and see through bright light a little! Yea, Previously, I had an only sense of touch and felt the vibration in the body when I cried for the first time. but now, this is actual sound!

    And then this happened, At first, There was no difference in the bright light which had gulped my eyes since I was born but suddenly, that blinding light started to disappear and my vision started to come back to me, slowly and steadily, I was finally able to see figures and a few seconds later, everything.


    Everything was different than I expected, Drastically different. The reality I had imagined for this long while I was in the womb and when I was still not able to see anything, is nothing like this. The color of ceilings and walls was bright white and those walls were smooth as they could''ve been, Unlike in my previous world. I questioned if they used a different kind of stone to build houses and buildings. But later, I will find out how wrong I was.


    In the end, When my vision returned I realized, with the time, that even though I have memories from my previous world but they are not gonna help me much in this world to survive. This world is a totally different world.


    With my vision returned, I started to look, at everything. Furiously moving my neck around as I clenched my hands. There were a lot of things that I couldn''t comprehend even with my almost 160 years worth of experience.


    " Look, look! our son seems to be looking at everything with his eyes, wide-open! " Said my mother, When I heard those words, I looked at her. She was holding me in her gentle arms, like a feather. Her long black hairs were pretty, even though I never once admired looks of a human before but she is without a doubt really "b...ea..tifu..". She has black pupils and brown iris'' with long, black eyelashes. Wait, Did I just blurt out a few words?Love this story?     In a room filled with books shelves, corner to corner. there sat a boy in the middle of the room, surrounded by multiple books on the ground. When I look around myself, All I can see is books lying around on the floor and you can''t blame me for being curious about this new world. "In the end, I wanna learn more about this world."


    About my childhood, It was quite normal---- At least for a while. Like any other baby, I started crawling as the second step and then walking, My body grew as a normal humans'' baby''s body would grow. But the thing is, you know, I have memories of my past life and the language humans speak in this world is the same as my previous world so, you see, when I was crawling around, I--also--started--speaking.

    My parents were surprised to see my mental growth, thus, They hired many tutors to teach me at home and made sure to keep mouths of those tutors shut with money. By the way, At that time I was like 1 and a half-year-old. Anyways, Those guys[Tutors] taught me about this world, etc until I turned into a 5-year-old brat.


    "They sometimes called me a brat. Is that some sort of honorifics?" I''d always ask this question but never once got an answer from them.


    This world is called Earth, There are 7 continents in this world "So many!! " And that''s not all, Each continent contains many countries. "SOO MANY!!"


    I had a good memory so, thankfully I was able to keep up with my teachers.


    The country I live in is called Elsberg, Which is an independent country and uses democracy to rule. City; An''thia.


    Most importantly, Education is a top priority in this world, This how they compete with each other. With knowledge, Unlike in my world which used to compete with magical tournaments and stuff. Speaking of magic, Yea, As the self-proclaimed mentioned, This world doesn''t seem to use any sort of magic but they surely know about it; Many fairy tales mentions about magic and how it is used. Surprisingly, the method mentioned in these fairy tales to use magic is kinda lacking but it should be right, and most people should''ve able to invoke low tier magics such as fireball


    "Strange--What these humans could be lacking? They should have everything. If it''s just magic formulas, I could perfect them without any problem." That''s something I put aside for now, But seriously, If I am able to use magic in this new world, I am pretty sure-- I could rule this world. I am not doing it, though.


    The world I used to live in; there were libraries available for royalties, for them use to use only. But in this world, Information is available to even commoners and can be obtained at any time via Smartphones. There limitation to available information though.


    About my family, I am the only child. My father works at a company and my mother is a housewife. Unfortunately, I never questioned their wealth, if the father only works at a company, How did he build this mansion? corporate-slaves shouldn''t get this kind of money.

    after celebrating my birthday with my parents and servants of the house, I went to bed early since I couldn''t wait anymore and Join Elementary School.


    Anyways, I am really looking forward to this elementary school. It is not because I am interested in the education system of humans but instead, I want to be done with the purpose of my life and prove to Self-proclaimed God, How wrong he is about humans.

    At The Elementary School


    I had to take a test in order to enroll. Well, It is understandable that they will evaluate my ability since I almost skipped every school until now.

    The teacher handed a paper to me and told me to sit on a desk, which was in front of him. When I looked at the paper, what I can say other than ''I was amazed''


    " What is this? " There are 4 questions like that??!


    "Oh my, Is it, too hard? " The teacher answered with a smirk on his face " Don''t worry about it and answer these questions as you fit. "


    That teacher, He kept glaring at me for some reasons while I was writing down answers to those questions. Not once he looked away from me.


    Why is the teacher is acting like that? I wondered. Anyways, This test--- is...

    "You are? Oh my, Let me have a look. " Said the teacher and picked paper back up from my desk, I had already written answers to all of those questions in the paper and those questions were---

    While he kept half of his mouth open, he rushed back in the room where my parents were-- In Principal''s Office.


    And Once again, I was alone. Just like always, all alone. but suddenly, few kids of my age came rushing through the door. Those kids started playing around in the room, few of brats hit each other and the one who got hit started crying like a baby, "What is this? Soo damn funny! " and I couldn''t contain myself and started laughing. A female teacher came when she heard the cry and started scolding the other kids and the fun was ruined. At least, my fun.


    But wait, why was I having fun while seeing this kid cry? I wondered but didn''t give put any thoughts to it and ignored it, thinking "because I hate these humans"


    "Albert! Come over here! " Someone shouted from the principal''s office and I started walking towards the office.

    The principal asked me a few questions regarding the test and one of those questions was "What did you think about the test?" and my answer was rather a simple one "The test? It was easy, too easy, to be exact. " and With that answer, I could see grin all over my father''s face. Are you okay?, I wanted to ask but Let''s not.


    "I see, So, it was easy. " The principal repeated and then, he continued "Then, why don''t take one more test?"


    "Okay. "


    This time the test was take in front of the principal and my parents. The test itself was better compared to the last one and this time, there an arithmetic question in the test but the strange thing was, There were almost 50 questions in the paper, not just arithmetic but many others and as I answered the questions below, the upper one got harder to solve. At 40th question, I hit the limit of my knowledge and failed to answer the rest.

    "Well, you could say that. " I avoided eye contact while I said that to her for obvious reasons. after all, I am talking about magic and stuff to her, to avoid talking about what she said---- while she was with me on my bed. In the end, I don''t know; how should I respond to her.

Though the mana is like a string that can manipulate matter. but one should be wary of it. if they have such amount of mana, if such a person like her walk around, the string will drag itself on the ground, manipulating things without even any invocation of magic.     But thankfully, this world is different and mana cannot be manipulated directly and for some reasons, mana doesn''t interact with the matter directly thus, there is no magic in this world, or that''s how it should be. But I aim to change that, I want to teach her magic. Things, that she had only read in a fairy tale.

    "In any case, Diana, I wanna teach you something. Something so great that If you want, you can rule the world with it.     There was no way out of this so, I admitted defeat and the day that was supposed to be mine alone, isn''t mine alone now. But I was really, really, thankful that my father headed to some sort of business trip today and it is only my mother accompanying me. That man, my annoying father is the most annoying.


    "Yea, I understand. But can you actually drive, Mother?"


    My mother isn''t a normal lady, as you''d expect to know the fact she married my annoying father. She looks far younger then she actually is, she seems to be 20, 21 years old but she is actually around 30. She''d spent countless hours in her room, doing stuff to her skin that I cannot simply comprehend.


    "Of course, I can drive! " she replied


    "No! like with your sunglasses? "


    " Awww, are you worried about that? You are so cu... "

    well, In any case, I hoped for the best and entered the car.


    While my mother drives to school---Words like cute and stuff really piss me for some reasons and I find them annoying, this also why I find my father annoying since he''d always use these kinds of words. I had only heard words like ugly, disgusting, from humans so, whenever I hear word ''cute'' I feel like they are making fun of me.


    "By the way, Albert, have you talked to your father lately? " Mother asked out of nowhere while she was driving.


    "Na... He is annoying. He''d always stick to me like a baby and do... Indeed, He is annoying."


    " I see, but I think he just wants to be closer to you. "

There was not a piece of single jewelry on her, her neck was empty. I didn''t actually notice it before since she has been in the car but now that I look at her below this sunlight, She is not the person I know and seen in my house.

    But that was not all.

    My name is Albert Neslete. Name Albert is given to me by my parents or maybe, by a self-proclaimed god. Neslete is the family name, A family in which I am born into.


    Neslete family is somewhat similar to a prestige(Noble) family in the country, and everyone seems to either fear from our family or respect our family, is what I''ve learned so far by my observation.


    I''ll admit, I don''t know how deep the rabbit hole goes!


    When I stepped inside the school for the first time, I felt cold-stares from people towards my mother and me. Almost all of them were staring directly at us; The youngs and olds were all alike with those stares.


    But the thing that disturbed me most was; my mother, She is about the same height as me, 5 feet 11 inch. When I asked her why these people would stare at us. For a while she didn''t reply to me and kept looking forward with her eyes, searching for something but then, she looks at me with a smile on her face and finally replies " uh? Why do you ask? We are of family Neslete so, of course, everyone will be surprised to see us. " The smile she gave me was of a person who indulges themselves in others fear.


    "Ah...Wait!" I mumbled


    She was already acting strange today, but when she turned around to look at me, I saw it-- I saw something hazardous, on her right hip.

    No, I cannot accept this! The thing which is hanging on her hip is a weapon, to take the lives of other beings! That thing doesn''t differentiate between a human, animal or a monster. The only thing it knows is how to end a being''s life.


    "Mother!! You cannot... " I was about to question her intention by bringing such a weapon at a school. But then I glanced on a person behind my mother''s back. He was an old man, dragging his belly, but yet, he was running directly towards us without showing any sign of fear in his eyes unlike I noticed from everyone else. Is he trying to attack mother from behind her back??! was the first thought came rushing in my mind and I had to do something! My instinct took over my body without even me realizing and before I knew, I had extended my left arm over my mother''s shoulder and pulled her behind my back, all the while, I took the weapon she had on her hip with my right arm and the barrel of that handgun, now, it was directly pointing towards the old man.


    "Who are you, state your name and intention before I pull the trigger" I spoke those words with my eyes wide open, observing everything in the surroundings, searching for any threats that might pop-up from somewhere. All of my senses, which had almost gone dull, came back to me. My ears, wouldn''t let even a single gust of wind pass by without my notice. My eyes were racing not to allow an even a single-blind spot in my vision. Everything seemed to move slower in the time, just like the time when I was a monster.


    Every single one of those humans was now looking at us, looking at me when I was pointing the gun towards another human being. My intention was nothing more than, but to protect the person from my family.


    I couldn''t look anywhere else but towards my target, though I heard words of my mother, "Albert! What are you...! "


    There was no need for her to speak, as long I stand in front of her, no harm shall come to her with that kind of motivation I replied to her "Mother! Just keep yourself hidden behind me! "


    The old man, who was rushing towards mother''s back is now standing still, like status, keeping his hands above his head but he had yet to reply my question and the words he spoke were all broken "eh... Uh... Ummm... Why..."

Principal answered and started following my mother. I feel like my mother is in the charge here. I also started following both of them behind.


    I had handed the gun back to my mother, and now, it was back to her hip.


    Somehow, Now I kinda understand why she''d bring a gun with her.


    Neslete family is similar to a royal family in this country, was what my father had told me before and if my family is in such a situation, no wonder she''d bring something to protect herself. If the principal wasn''t the principal but someone who was aiming to take my mother''s life... I don''t even wanna think about it. I had already lost my family to humans and imagining something like that happening again, I can''t bring myself to be a... I won''t let my guards down again, as long as I am surrounded by humans.


    While we were walking towards the gym, "Mrs Neslete, It seems Albert- is almost ready to inherit Neslete family? " Principal said. He is walking beside my mother. "Yes. Almost. But there is still some time-- " My mother replied to the principal, but he interrupted her and then said, "Then, Kichiro family..." Mother, she stopped walking when she heard his words "Ruffle...     Kichiro family? I had never heard about them before, but by listening to their conversation. I can somewhat guess that my family and Kicihro family aren''t on good terms, but I am not sure.     When we entered the gym, The old man, the principal didn''t stop walking and continued walking to towards a stage. Oddly, my mother and I stayed at the entrance.


    The gym was filled with students in the middle of the hall, and the teachers were on each side. They all seem to be waiting for the principal since when he walked in front of all, everyone left their chairs and stood up, and then bowed down. Thankfully, the principal is at least respected among others. The principal took the stage, and everyone sat back on their chair. He started giving some sort of speech, that I don''t want to repeat... But I have no choice.


    "Hello, Students and Teachers. As you may know, I am the Principal of Prestige High School. First of all, I want to Congratulate to all who were able to Qualify for this school. " He said in the microphone, and after a few seconds of pause, he continued with his words " Every single one of you is from a family that is highly regarded in the country. Because of that, there are specific rules you must follow in school. I believe, The Rule Book is already handed to you by the teacher. If not, contact your homeroom teacher to get the rule book. " Is what Principal was saying but I was not aware of any Rule Book so, In the middle of principal''s speech, I asked mother about it "Mother, What is this Rule Book that Principal is talking about? " My mother quickly looked at with me with a grin on her face, "Hehe... You don''t need to worry about it, Albert. "


    I don''t need to worry? And why is she grinning like a manic?

" He asks me but before I could answer, He continues with his talk and I simply listened to what he had to say " Of course, I am not. When it comes to a family, these families have some really strict rules and codes, about the way they conduct. A family is more about justice even among evil than violence. This families all sound like a lord controlling a certain region in my previous world.


    "This is beyond what I had imagined, really. " I mumbled to myself and David must have heard these words since he said " This is not all, Albert. You are ignoring something, or more like you are ignoring a whole family. You know, I am from Kichiro family and you are from Neslete family. "

    "Albert, You are of my and Adger''s age. You seem like a smart person, who understands the importance of this decision and I can tell that because you recognized your weakness and asked me. If you refuse, First of all, That school you went to, It will be destroyed. It was built to deepen our relationship but if you don''t want to be part, there will be no need for it. It would have been great if this ended with just that; Our territories collide with each other and we are well aware of each other''s weaknesses by now.     Bloodshed, uh? I seriously don''t care about what happens to humans and I have seen enough blood in my life but what intrigues me the most is, Consequence of my refusal. I mean, I am here to prove to the god no human can be called innocent and if this is what gonna happen if I refuse, then, don''t you think this better for me? Yes, This will be better...     "What is that....? " In front of me, There is something like a car, but nothing like I''ve seen before- low to the ground it might not have enough ground clearance on the road, and get stuck somewhere.


    " It''s a sports car. It''s called Oasis-B3, An Electric car. "David went on explaining how it works and its specifications but--


    "Yea...I don''t care. Just tell me, can all three of us fit in it? " I mean, this car looks so---No, actually, It doesn''t look small at all but instead it lacks in height. Anyways, The only thing I care about if this car is capable of making it to the end, with all of us.


    "Three? There are four though. "


    "Four? It''s me, You and Diana. Where''s the fourth one? Who is it? "


    "Our driver, Sleeping inside the car, Shera. "


    Car''s windows were almost black enough to hide who''s sitting inside of it. So, I couldn''t tell if there was someone inside the car already but when I looked a little closely; Sure enough, a girl was sleeping on the steering; Her head was leaning on the steering, and the expression on her face was enough to make you think she''s enjoying her sleep time; a carefree smile with, sacred sign of good sleep, slither drool on her lips. I have met her before-- in the student council room, It was the girl called, Shera. She showed some-what of hostility towards me, Maybe, she just didn''t like me.


    "She''s...our driver? Are you sure she can drive? "


    I know she''s gonna doze off in the middle of driving!


    "Well, She drove me here." David.


    The way he phrased it, it sounded strange; as if there were two different meanings in his words.


    "----No use arguing? Okay, why don''t you wake her up? "


    David started to knock on the windows to wake up Shera. While I was standing there, Observing; I heard my mother calling-


    "Albert! Wait! "I turned around and saw my mother-


    She was running... I mean, should she be running her age?


    "*huff* huff* huff* Here... Take....it... "


    "Mother--- "


    She was holding the handgun of yesterday, the handgun which she tried to give me at the school. I know that since this gun has some strange markings on it similar to David''s handgun.


    "Albert. You will need to protect yourself, For me, and people who care about you. "


    I don''t want to hold a ''Weapon'' that takes the lives of people but my stubbornness only gonna cause suffering to people close me.


    "Okay. I''ll take it. "


    (Shera!!! HELLO!?)---David trying to wake up Shera.


    Even though I am taking this weapon, I doubt, I will use it.


    (Hey! WAKE UP! *Clank* *clank* ) sound of David smashing on car''s windows


    My mother smiled at me for accepting it. Well, that sure made her happy.


    (Diana? Can you try waking her up?!)


    "Hmm? " I did hold this handgun before, but it feels a different this time. I have to consciously try to hold it up since it feels a little heavy. The marking on its handle makes it easier to grip it though.


    I can somewhat understand how these handguns work, there''s a slight problem though. But it doesn''t need immediate attention.

    "It is beautiful. " There is no particular reason, but to me, strangely, These handguns look beautiful.


    (Damn it... I have no other choice! Shera, If you don''t wake up right away. Next time, I am gonna ask Adger to take you with him! )

    "So, where we are going? " Shera asked David while starting the car.


    Did it start? There is no sound; she just flipped the keys...


    "Magnus said Adger is at some cafe near the park near the town square, Let''s go there. "


    "Got it. "


    There wasn''t a single question he raised when I suddenly asked David to let me meet this fellow, Adger Kichiro, Head of Kichiro family- Now, we are the way to meet him.


    "She''s driving the car pretty nicely. " I mumbled-- She driving the car with the patient and not going over-speed unlike my mother.


    "Yea...We should be thankful that it''s not Adger who''s driving. He is a maniac when it comes to cars. " David responded


    "You sure? you should be calling, the head of the family, a maniac? " Shera questioned David.

    "So, what kind of person he is? " I asked David.


    "Well, I don''t think I can explain his personality with words alone. " David said but then he started to whisper "He''s a monster... "


    He did say that before... Anyways, He is whispering since he doesn''t Shera to hear him say that? Is he scared of her or what?


    I didn''t bother asking more, knowing, David doesn''t know how to explain Adger''s personality-

    We arrived in the city; There were tall buildings all around us, which was enough for someone to be amazed, but people on the side-walk, Instead of admiring the tall building all around them, they were all looking at us when all four of us stepped outside of the car.


    "This is a familiar feeling..." I mumbled- I was reminded of my life in my previous world. Whenever I walked inside the town, everyone left their work and greeted me.


    This time though, I wasn''t standing out because I was some royalty (In a sense I am) it''s because of how we all arrived and how we all are dressed. All four of us are wearing a full black suit. Though Mine and Diana''s tie is different compared to David''s and Shera''s.


    It didn''t take long for a stranger to approach Shera "Uh...Miss, Can I take a picture of your car? "


    "...." At first, Shera remained silent but then, She said "Go ahead" and that stranger, who was young (Maybe middle schooler?), started taking pictures of the car with a smartphone.


    "Hey, is this car famous ?" I asked David.


    "Well, yea, there are only 4 in the world. " David replied.


    "....Okay. " There is not much to say.


    "OI, Bastard. Do I look like a car to you? " I heard--When I turned to my right; I saw Shera holding that stranger by his collar with her left hand and with her right hand, She was pointing a gun on his forehead.


    "I''m so sorry!!? I will delete your picture at once. " That stranger said while trembling.


    "...Good boy. Now get lost. " Shera said when the stranger deleted pictures of her.


    "...She''s--hard to control? " I asked David. David ignored my question, and started to walk-- I started to follow him and behind me was Diana.


    When Shera saw us walking...She hastily started walking too, leaving behind the stranger.


    While I was following David, I saw two people in front of David, walking towards us. One of them was--Magnus? and the other, One might mistake him for Magnus'' little brother, but I know better to not judge someone on their appearance. The little one could be Adger Kichiro.


    When both of them were close enough to us. David stopped walking and Bowed down his head, Along with Shera.


    The little guy was smiling and, what I can say, seems like a happy character. "Dude! You don''t need to do that. Not now. " Little guy said.


    Magnus, who was standing behind the little guy-- He kept staring at me for some reason. Is he mad since I and Diana didn''t bow down like Shera and David? Well, I didn''t bow down even before a god and you guys are mere mortals.


    I felt as if the little guy didn''t even notice me but when he did look at me


    "Albe...Albert!? You are finally here..." Little guy...No. Adger said. I am sure, He is the one.


    He short though, like really short. I don''t have anything against short people but how did he manage to become head of a family? He looks like a child to me.


    "Yes, My name is Albert Neslete. Though, there is something I want to ask if you don''t mind"


    David glares at me--As if he was saying; DON''T ASK THAT, DO NOT ASK THAT.


    But what he can do?


    "Yea? Go ahead. " Adger said.


    "....What is your height? "


    When David, Shera, and Magnus heard me ask that question, Their face turned pale. But Diana, She was giggling behind my back. I can hear her giggling. She should mind her manners.


    "Height.....? Ahahahaha! Dude, you haven''t changed at all. By the way, It''s 5.5 feet" So, Adger answered. I didn''t expect him to laugh though.


    When I look at David and others; I guess, they also didn''t expect him to laugh seeing their mouth wide open.


    But still, Did this shorty say, I haven''t changed?


    "What do you mean by that? Have we met before? "


    I don''t recall a meeting with this kid in this world.


    "I can explain that when we have time. For now, let''s go to a cafe which I found recently, It is a great cafe. We will talk there. " Adger said.


    "Okay..." I guess, talking in the middle of a town is a bit too much.


    We started walking again.


    All said and done, I didn''t expect Adger kichiro like he is. David did call him a monster twice.


    "By the way, David, You did an awesome job! I mean, We are finally together. Whole team. Thank you, Dude. " Adger said to David; I can hear their conversation. They are not being secretive, like, at all.


    "uh--oh...No, Albert is only here to talk to you. He still yet to agree to work with us. " David replied and unlike the confidence, he showed in front of me earlier, this time, He sounded stupid. His words were less convincing and lacked any confidence.


    That''s how he is whenever talking to his boss?


    Adger didn''t say anything after hearing David''s words. I suppose, he was upset. " Little kids are adorable, wouldn''t you agree? Diana "


    "...Only If they are little kids " Diana said while smartly disagreeing with me. She knew I was talking about Adger.


    She''s no fun.


    After walking for a few minutes; We were in front of a cafe. I read about this kind of place in a book. A cafe serves coffee and tea, in addition to light refreshments such as baked goods or snacks. As we were about to enter the cafe, we heard someone talking with a loud voice.


    " I just came back from the police station... Fenti is missing since yesterday."


    "... Let''s hope for the best. We can''t do anything. "


    "Why are you acting ignorant? You, Ruffle, and I, we know very well what happened. Then, Why are we not helping her? "


    Adger didn''t open the door and stood there, listening to in conversation


    "Riezail, We have left that world. We are now, but commoners. Don''t waste your time and get to work"


    They were loud enough to be heard outside of the cafe. All five of us stood outside the cafe and when their voices subdued down; Adger opened the door, a bell rang above his head; notifying others in the cafe; Customers has arrived.


    "Welcome customer...Aha, the kid from before? " A young boy dressed neatly in the outfit, which is similar to a servant(Buttler) said.


    "Hello! Iqbal. As I said before, I brought my friends along. " Adger said while he entered the cafe.


    Adger seems to know the person who''s handling the cafe. Are they friends?


    "Oh, I see. Welcome, everyone. " Iqbal responded. "Our cafe is empty right now so, you guys are free to sit anywhere you want "


    When Adger heard those words, He hastily walked upfront Iqbal and punched his guts... and when Iqbal leaned on his knees from the pain- Adger puts his hand on his shoulder and says "You, my friend, what are you scared of when someone close to you is in danger? "


    "...the fu...are you doing kid.," Iqbal said while he was in pain and grabbing his stomach with both of his hands.


    I wanted to ask the same question to Adger; What are you doing?! Shorty! but---By looks of it, It seems like, this is a drama- arranged for me. Maybe, to scare me? or maybe, to show me how ruthless Adger Kichiro is?


    David, Shera, Diana, and Magnus were standing still as if nothing happened. I guess this is normal for them.


    It didn''t take long for, I suppose, Iqbal''s friend to suddenly try to approach Adger to stops him but as if he could have done that easily.


    As Iqbal''s friend tried to approach Adger, David took out his gun, so did Magnus, Shera, and Diana and directly pointed towards that one single person. "Don''t you dare move or you die," David said.


    He was left dumbfounded; I doubt, The thought of us carrying guns crossed his mind.


    "Shera, Keep him at bay. " David said and then, He walks towards the entrance and closed the main door; He also made sure to flip Open/Closed sign.


    I understand Shera, David, and Magnu pull their guns out in this situation but why is Diana doing the same?--Don''t tell me, she is also part of the drama?


    When one more person walked outside of a room in the cafe, He was also greeted with a gun on his forehead; "What...what is going on here? "


    What I was doing? I was simply watching it unfold, just like Iqbal.


    Iqbal could have simply punched Adger back to retaliate but He didn''t; He understood the situation he was in and didn''t fight back. There wasn''t much he can do against three people, holding their guns, aimed at them--Or that''s what I suppose to believe, but this is a cliche.


    "Innocent Humans...uh? " I mumbled--It makes me laugh. Was that a joke from the god?

 Visiting a Cafe In This Modern World (Part-2)

    My name is Albert Neslete. I am the Head (not really) of the Neslete family-


    Currently, I am in a cafe with Diana, Shera, David, Magnus, and Adger Kichiro, keeping workers of the cafe on the gun-point.


    "IQBAL! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE! Who are these guys! " A worker of cafe says- Currently Diana is the one who is keeping him at that place with a gun, on his forehead.


    Magnus is holding his gun on another worker of the cafe-


    that worker keeping his mouth shut though.


    "Who are you, Kid? " Iqbal- He is on knees in front of Adger. Though Adger doesn''t have a gun on his hand, Iqbal wouldn''t dare to do anything stupid as fighting back, not in his current situation. After all, All of his friends can die with a single push of a finger. Guns are scary.


    Adger takes a crouching stance while facing Iqbal "Oh, I never told you my name, Did I? "


    ".....Your name? "


    From the looks of it, Iqbal and Adger have met before. Adger looks like a middle-schooler so, I doubt, Iqbal thought much of him. This is why you shouldn''t judge people based on their height-so, the drama seems to suppose to make me believe. I guess I''ll play along for now and see, where this goes.


    "Shorty...Why exactly are you doing this? " Aha--I am such hypocrite, I shouldn''t be mocking Adger But you know, I don''t care. He is short. Not my fault. He should''ve drunk milk more.


    "Albert..." Shorty, Adger, He directs his attention at me and smiles for some reason "It''s been a long time since I last saw you. I didn''t want our first meeting like this but you know, this is kinda important. So, just wait until I finish this."


    Adger Kichiro, For some reason, He acting as we have met before but I don''t recall ever meeting this person. Well, I guess, I can wait for a little while. "I understand. Just don''t make me wait long, Shorty. "


    Whenever I call Adger ''shorty'' I sense hostility from David, Shera, and Magnus--It makes me want to call Adger shorty more.


    Adger looks back at Iqbal and says " As you can see, we don''t have much time so I''ll keep it short. Tell me, What happened to Fenti, The girl who works here. "


    AHa.. this about a girl? Adger is that kind of person----Looking at his height, I doubt any girls treated him better than a child.


    "Huh? " (Iqbal)


    "Boss, Are you at that again!? " Shera engages her angry mode. Love rivals?


    "Shera, Shut the fuck up. It''s not like that. " So, Adger''s response was.


    "....." (Iqbal)


    "...*Sigh*.." David sigh as this matter seems trivial to him.


    "....." (Magnus) He is not the kind of person who speaks much, that what it looks like to me.


    Shera pout after hearing such harsh response from Adger but-- I doubt, the words from Adger inflicted much damage to her. She must be used to this kind of treatment.


    "Master, is this--Some sort of drama? " Diana asked me.


    "well, there is not much we can do. By the way, why are you also helping them? "


    "I am not helping them. I have my weapon out just in case if something were to happen. After all, in this kind of situation; No one can tell who''s on who''s side. "


    Diana is smart.


    After that we started to observe Adger; There was not much going on there though.


    "Oi- Why won''t tell me? Do I look like a bad guy to you? " So Adger says, while his companions are holding Iqbal''s co-worker at their gun points.


    "...." Iqbal keeps silence. He is not gonna trust someone who kept his co-worker at gun points and I cannot blame him. Adger doesn''t seem a friendly person at all. Adger''s words and actions aren''t convincing.


    "Hey! Shorty--If you are trying to help... I am gonna tell you everything!" An unexpected voice rose from the background--


    "Fenti was kidnapped....?" and it was suppressed by a loud ''bang''


    "Riezail!!!? " Iqbal shouts as he finally struggles to get away from Adger, to run towards his falling co-worker.


    "WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT! " The other person who was being held at the gunpoint also shouts.


    I was startled to see it happening- honestly, to me--All of this was fake. I thought this is something David must have arranged behind my back to scare me or something like that but when Adger shot that person. All of my doubts cleared and everything became crystal clear. This is a reality--None of this was pre-arranged. It was happening.


    "You dare call me shorty? uh? Mother-fucker!" Adger said in a rage--


    Is that why he shot him!? I called him that though...why''d he snap now?


    In any case, if this is not some drama to scare me; I cannot simply stand by.


    "Adger, Put your gun down "


    I pulled the gun out, too. This was the second time when I held the gun straight in my hand; The gun which my mother handed to me.


    When Diana sees me pulling my gun out, She changed her aim from the Iqbal''s co-worker to David and Shera while she takes another gun out--Holding both guns in both hands.


    "Shera and David--Don''t you dare move. You guys are dead If I see you turning your guns towards me or My Master... "


    Magnus had left the cafe when he saw Adger shooting---There was only us left now.


    Shera and David didn''t move after listening to Diana''s words as they already know, she isn''t kind of girl who jokes around and they have only one life.


    Adger stares at me for a moment and says "Have you still not realized?"


    "...."


    Then he continues to say "Those words he spoke to you were meaningless! He just said that to only make you agree to come here. Are you that dumb? Albert! "


    He is referring to David? David didn''t ask me to come here, It was me. What is this Adger going on about?


    "I said--Put your gun down"


    "the guy in high school uniform? The person whom you met before coming here? You know him, right? He was stupid looking... "


    .....What? "The hell are you saying, shorty? Just put your gun down. "


    There were plenty of guys I met before coming here--If he''s talking about David--why go such a roundabout way?


    "Arghhh.....Okay! I get it! I am gonna put my gun down. You guys, Put your guns down too. " Adger said.


    Shera and David did exactly what Adger instructed them to do. To be honest, I don''t precisely know how to use a gun so, I would''ve been in trouble if he didn''t put his gun down along with Shera and David.


    After that, I asked them to gather in a single place and took their weapons so, Diana could keep an eye on them; I also called Magnus back, who was standing outside, and threw him together with his friends.


    "This is a mess... " I mumbled after gathering all four of them together.


    but it was too easy, I mean, these guys don''t look like who would listen to anyone''s words but they did what I asked them without asking any questions.


    The guy who was shot, I checked his condition and the bullet only hit his femur in his thigh so, he should be fine as long he gets treated quickly; I asked Iqbal to call an ambulance since Diana was busy looking after bad guys.


    While Iqbal was calling an ambulance, his other co-worker, Ruffle, was looking after the guy who was shot, Reizail-- After calling the ambulance, Iqbal to came to me and asked "Should I call the police? " And I didn''t understand why would he come to me and ask me this? It should''ve been obvious to him, what to do if someone shot your friend.

    Damn, This guy is also a member of a family.... or at least used to be. If he knows about families than there shouldn''t be any problem if I tell him who I am, and also, who is Adger.


    "My name is Albert Neslete. And the guy, who shot your friend is Adger Kichiro, Head of Kichiro fam..."

    "And...that guy, who looks like a kid, is Head of the Kichiro family? Adger Kichiro? "


    "Yea, He is...Why are you suddenly asking these questions? Haven''t you already met Adger before?" After hearing those words Iqbal started to act a little strange, and suddenly, He lost his balance and almost fell on the ground.


    "Hi! Are you--" As I was about to ask, if he okay or not, He suddenly kneeled before me and started shouting- "I''m SORRY! FOR MY RUDE BEHAVIOUR UNTIL NOW! Please...forgive me!" Iqbal said while in position as he put his forehead to the floor while kneeling, alongside both hands straight--He wasn''t even looking up as he said those words


    "What...are you doing? "


    I wonder, why I didn''t realize it before? I should''ve known since I was greeted by other people in the school while the fear of their life was apparent in their eyes.


    "For a commoner like me to have not greeted the heir of Neslete family not properly, and with improper manner. It was a grave blunder on my part"


    Right now, I was sensing the same fear from Iqbal''s words.


    And I don''t know how should I respond----"Hey, Diana! " So, I''ll let Diana handle it and ask some questions to Adger.

    Adger, David, Magnus, and Shera were tied to a bench and by the looks of their expression; they don''t look happy with the treatment they are getting.


    When Adger saw me approaching them, He immediately shouts"Dude! Could you untie me? The rope started to hurt. " Adger is rather blunt, He is also acting way too friendly with me.


    "I don''t mind untying you but would you behave if I do that? And like, not shot me the moment I untie you? " this was my first worry but not the least, There are a lot of things to worry about in this situation; First of all, the person I held at the gunpoint is a Head of the family, similar to a king, and as vessels of king wouldn''t simply stay quiet when their king is threatened---This is quite worrisome, David, Shera, and Magnu might do something stupid.


    "like I can do that! I don''t even have a gun! " Adger said- I did take all of their weapons but they might be hiding something else; Although I didn''t want to take any chance, however...


    The hell with it... "I am gonna untie you, so, don''t you dare go berserk the moment you are free"


    I also freed others. All of three them, except for Adger, were silence as if someone duct-taped their mouths "David, Aren''t you gonna say something like you betrayed my trust? " I wouldn''t be surprised if he had said that but to think, he doesn''t want to speak even a single word makes me nervous for some reason.


    "Don''t worry, Albert- You did nothing wrong. I did warn David and others that if you were to do something than just stay put and keep their mouth shut, and they did exactly that " Adger said--


    Did Adger expect me to act as I did? If he had planned that far; He is far cunning than David.


    "It is just as the boss said. He told us to stay silent if you were do something. It amazes me he could predict your action like that--Even I have a hard time comprehending what''s goes into your mind--I mean, who would pull a gun out, and aim it toward head of a family, in this kind of trivial matter " David finally let a few- no, maybe more than I expected, words out of his mouth.


    "Your servant ruined my hairstyle, How are you gonna compensate for it? " So, Shera said.


    "......Stupid " And, the guy who had yet to speak a single word, finally, said something.... stupid.


    In any case, it amazes me how these guys don''t look mad at all! Even though I did something like that, and even if Adger expected me to do something like this; Their behavior is bizarre. Not that I mind.


    "First of all, Adger, tell me something. Why would you shot Reizail just cause he called you shorty? " It was already strange for him to come to a cafe and suddenly punch the guy he initial met---He even went as far as to shot one of a worker.


    "uh? What are you even asking...? " Shera said " Of course, leader shot him. After all, He dares to call the leader something like shorty "


    "Albert, It would be strange if the boss had not shot that guy Reizail," David said


    "What...? If that is the case, Then why did he not say anything to me? I also called him shorty" I even went as far as to make fun of his height.


    When I said those words, no one spoke a single word--it was like as if even they didn''t know how to answer.


    " Was it because I am the heir of the Neslete family? " I asked them but no answer. So, I doubt that is the case.

    Iqbal silently walks pass by Diana, towards his friends- Diana then glances at her Master, who talking to Adger kichiro and his friends, they were talking as if nothing happened "What...what is going on there? "At this moment when she noticed Albert turning around, towards her, and heard him say "Diana, you don''t need to worry about these guys"


    I don''t need to worry about them? She had her doubts about if she really shouldn''t worry or should be worried, looking at what inspired all of this problem in the first place.

    Diana glances at those three and for a moment thinks of the future with the kichiro family walking alongside her and her master-Unlike my master, right now, who seems to get along with everyone from the Kichiro family, I am not fond of them; Particularly, David. He dared to threaten master.

    "Hmm, She''s a hardcore servant...." Magnus responded " I wonder if Sir Albert gets night service. I am jealous. "


    "You... You should just keep your mouth shut like you always do" Meeya said; Magnus doesn''t speak much but whenever he says something, it is always something stupid.


    On the other hand, David was rather pissed- The nerve! How''s she is even allowed to speak in such a manner? But I have to stay calm. Just calm down. Calm...Down...


    "*sigh* Don''t worry. I am not gonna do anything to them " David said in response to Diana''s words. Even though, David was angered by Diana''s words; He kept his calm and didn''t act out on his emotions.


    When David saw Diana for the first time, standing beside Albert in a personal meeting, He didn''t think much of her; She''s a personal attendant of Albert? But when David threaten Albert in the meeting, He came to learn of the reason why Diana stood beside Albert as she did; At that time, I was really surprised to see a mere maid pointing a gun at me.


    I felt as if she had already decided to crack open my skull with that 9mm bullet from her gun. She refused to let me go even when, Her master, Albert ordered her. I closed my eyes as she was about to pull the trigger-- I was waiting for my imminent death. I didn''t have anything to protect myself with. I was simply waiting.


    But in the end, nothing happened; She pointed her gun away from me and said, She will send the whole Kichiro family back to gutter if we did something to her master.


    "Anything else, Diana? " David asked--When Diana doesn''t respond; David starts back walking toward Iqbal and his friends.


    "How''s your friend''s condition? " David asked, Both of them, Iqbal and Ruffle.


    Ruffle had wrapped fabric on Reizail''s wound--Though, Reizail was stable for now; He needed professional medical treatment and the ambulance had yet to arrive.


    "uh--Hmm-He is resting. I think He''s stable for now since the bleeding has stopped " Iqbal answered to David''s question.


    While Iqbal was calm but the pressure when someone with high standing from a family is standing in front of you, someone like Iqbal tends to be extra careful.


    "Don''t worry. Your friend will live to see tomorrow" David said to Iqbal and then, David looks behind his back and says " Hey, Magnus! Get this guy to a hospital. I don''t think Ambulance gonna arrive in the time"


    Magnus didn''t question and simply came as David asked and picked up Reizail and started walking towards the exit/entrance of the cafe- Iqbal and Ruffle started following Magnus


    "Hey, Iqbal...Was it? You need to stay here for now" David said-


    "Okay--I understand" Iqbal responds to David


    Iqbal was a little timid- He still can''t help but look down towards the ground when everyone else around him is from a high status.


    Iqbal was standing near the exit door; is it fine to stand here? but If I stand here they might think I could run away since I am standing so close to the exit.


    What...should...I...do?


    In the end, Iqbal decides, it is best to not stand close to exit- He started walking towards David; All the while David was staring at him. Iqbal halts close to the place where David was, and silently stands there.


    " Why are you so scared? " David asks Iqbal--Caught by surprise from David''s words, Iqbal mumbles "aha...I--m not scared.."


    "Uh? "David glares at Iqbal " You sure? You are acting timid, even slightly trembling"Iqbal doesn''t respond back properly and speaks a few words David couldn''t make sense out of.


    "Well, Adger--Boss called you friend so, you know, you don''t need to be that scared. Anyways, tell me about the girl boss mentioned"


    "Fenti? " Iqbal replied, "She''s a kind girl who wears a smile for the sake of others. I don''t know how did she managed to offend the head of the kichiro family but please, believe me, whatever she said or did, She didn''t mean any harm; So, please...forgive her" Iqbal said and the fear he showed until now didn''t appear in his words; For he wasn''t speaking for himself but for a person, who''s been nothing but kind to everyone around her.

    "That!....." Iqbal says "That--She had taken a loan from the family I used to serve under; She was asked to work in my cafe only because the family can keep an eye her.
