"Where is this place?" She asked herself. She remembered dying and such, but now she is here. Where exactly is here to be exact. Is this the afterlife, heaven, purgatory, or maybe hell. "Young child, who died before her time. I offer you a second chance of life in another world." A mysterious voice then enters her head. Chapter 1 - Goblin shark? Chapter 1 - Goblin shark? She instinctively reacted, turning her body around frantically, trying to locate where the sound is coming from, but to no avail. "What do you mean a second life? Is it reincarnation or something." She called out to the mysterious voice. "Why yes, you are exactly right. All you have to do is step up and touch the podium, and your choice of reincarnation would be up to you." The mysterious voice said. She then walks up to the podium and examines it closely, before placing her right hand on the hand-shaped imprint on the surface of the podium. Her placing her hand on the podium has triggered the podium''s hidden mechanism, as the whole podium starts to glow. "Okay, so what now? What am I supposed to do after I activated the podium?" She asked the mysterious voice inside her head. Her inquiry is cut short as a holographic blue screen, that which is commonly seen in sci-fi movies has appeared hovering above the podium in front of her.

"Well, the Goblin shark is a rare species of deep-sea sharks. With a horrendously ugly appearance that resembles a goblin, and breeds fast and adaptive like a goblin. The red-eyed part is due to a special gift from your previous incarnation." The mysterious voice inside her head answered. "Okay, so I''m basically becoming an ugly deep-sea fish with glowing red magic eyes. Oh great, never in my whole life would I expect that to come off my mouth." She said. "Well, good luck then. I hope that you have a safe journey then." The mysterious voice said to her. "Wait a minute! I..." She didn''t get to finish her sentence when the whole entire white room starts to break down, as the whole ceiling collapsed letting the waters flood in. With the whole room flooded with water, her body is then enveloped in white light, as her body is then transformed into that of a Goblin shark. This is her first step on the road to becoming the red-eyed demon, feared by all. Chapter 2 - A bloodbath Chapter 2 - A bloodbath As the white room is flooded with cold waters. Her body starts to slowly grow in size, transforming into a large pale skin fish, with razor-sharp jagged teeth popping outside of her mouth. With her distinctive ruby-red eyes that have no irises or pupil, making it fully red, whilst giving off the mere illusion that her eyes are made from actual rubies. Once the cold waters fully consumed her, she unknowingly gasped, as the cold waters then enter her newly formed gills, starting up her newly reborn heart. "Kuhargh! Kuhargh! (Cough! Cough!)" The sound of her coughing. ''Ow, I''ll never be doing that again!'' She then swam her body around, looking for anything that is still of use within the white room, before swimming through the large crack in the ceiling. As she escaped out from the white room. She then looked back at the sight, all along the white room was actually her own egg. After learning of this particular fact, she then became slight amused. ''If it was already decided that I will be reborn as a goblin shark, then what is the point of asking me to pick a chosen heritage.'' She then took a quick look at her surroundings. Within her line of sight, there is a swarm of goblin sharks; the same size as her, with pale skin, and glowing white pearl eyes. To them, their perspective, her ruby red eyes are indeed abnormal but is nothing at all impressive. Once she took a look more closely, she saw that the goblin sharks are pushing each other out of the way, to get to the corpse of something that looks like a crossed between a black striped eel with a bloated pufferfish. One of them managed to shove the other into the corpse''s protruding spikes, that if she had to guess were secreting out poison because the other goblin shark that was impaled by the protruding spike before immediately stopped moving. Its lifeless cold body then floats down to the bottom of the sea bed. dead! Stomach growling! With her stomach growling, she slowly swam towards the horde of goblin sharks, with her tail fin flapping back and forth propelling her forwards. ''This will surely take me some time to get used to. My first step towards success.'' In her mind, she sees the swarm of goblin sharks all coveting the sole dead carcass for themselves, as a possible hazard. The odds of her dying during a feeding frenzy or getting involved in an accident is extremely high. So she decided to think of another alternative. ''So if I am going to satiate my hunger with something. It will be something that I have a better chance of surviving.'' After having thought of this, she starts to have a look at her surroundings. Her pair of ruby eyes then landed on the dead carcass of her brethren''s; brothers and sisters, that are lay to rest, and lying at the bottom of the sea bed. She swam to the bottom of the sea bed, readying her razor-sharp jagged teeth out. With little to no remorse for the dead, she began to tear apart at their flesh, chewing and swallowing it with glee. Munch! Munch! The sounds of chewing, and tearing of meat, coming out from her mouth. ''This taste extremely horrible like shit. Nevertheless, it''s still food. I should be grateful for whatever I get.'' As she finishes her first meal within this world. Several sounds of beeping enter her head.

''Well, that''s nice and all it still does not help with my current situation, like I even care about having familial relations with a bunch of ugly fishes.'' She made a snarky remark on the goblin sharks. However, there was a sudden change in the horde of the goblin sharks'' behaviour, as the food source is starting to run out. There are several hundreds of goblin sharks to feed. So they all start to turn on themselves, whilst seeing the other as food. They began a huge massacre; chaotic red bloodshed that spans across several entire regions of the sea bed. An ethnic cleansing of the weakest in the goblin shark horde. ''This is a bloodbath!'' She exclaimed out in great alarm. A red blanket of blood mist soon covers the entirety of the bottom of the sea bed. Chapter 3 - The bloodfest Chapter 3 - The bloodfest A nearby goblin shark spotted her within the vicinity, unable to contain its own hunger any further. It strives to devour her whole. She immediately sensed the existence of the goblin shark that is steadily heading her way. However, unlike a normal goblin shark. She is by far stronger and more intelligent than the ordinary aquatic fish. By the time that the goblin shark has reached her location, she would have already taken action, by anticipating the goblin shark''s movements. Always staying one step ahead of her opponent. The goblin shark made a straight beeline towards her, like a shark torpedo, it cannot turn but go straight forwards. As the goblin shark is drawing closer, during the last few minutes, she reacted by swimming out of the goblin shark''s line of trajectory, and it missed her. Whilst going around the starving goblin shark to its side, its own blind spot. Her extendable jawline extended revealing rows sharp jagged teeth. She then activated her newly acquired skill Venom fangs, as her jagged teeth start to gain a purple tint, secreting out toxic venom.

Since she doesn''t actually have an actual functional poison gland within her body. To compensate for this, mana is expended, artificially generating a varied level of different components and substance which made the poison venom. Her jagged razor-sharp teeths then sink into the pale skin and flesh of the starving goblin shark, injecting it with her newfound venom fangs. The secreted venom is then injected into the starving goblin shark''s flesh and muscles. Slowly, the poison then makes its way through the starving goblin shark''s body and enters the bloodstream. Within seconds, the toxic venom then coagulates and immediately blocks the constant flow of blood around its body. As well the harmful components that made up the venom, starts to attacks the red blood cells inside the starving goblin shark''s body. The starving goblin shark writhes in intense pain and agony, as it''s inside and organs are being destroyed by her venom. Its health points are quickly dropping into the red bars, right before her very eyes. It did not give up, before violently ramming its body around on the bottom of the sea bed, sending out a flurry of sand, as a last-ditch effort to escape death. However, she remained strong with her grip. With her jagged teeths sinking deeper into the starving goblin shark''s flesh. The liveness in its greyed eyes vanishes, with its pale skinny body becoming still and quiet. She then rips a big chunk of flesh out from the dead carcass of the starving goblin shark she killed. The blood of the dead goblin shark then mixed with the ocean''s seawater turning it red.

''Add all four unallocated points into strength!'' She hurriedly adds all four of her extra unallocated stats points, that she gained from her levelled up, all into her strength stats. She then presses on the obvious green plus mark, located next to the stats attribute value. All four of her unallocated stats point are spent, as she instinctively felt the slight improvement made to her body with the stats increased. ''I felt a newfound strength growing within me...'' However, her thoughts were suddenly cut short, as a nearby group of goblin sharks spotted her. One of the starving goblin sharks then rams into her, from the side. They tried tackling her, with their sort of pointy nose head, by ramming into her body. The ramming attack does minuscule amounts of damage to her, but it sort of flips her body around onto her side, within waters. This sort of behaviour actually disorientates sharks, as it sort of confuses their visual and magnetic senses. This sort of feeling really wants to make you hurl up. ''Augh!'' The starving goblin shark''s nose head slid across the side of her body, and then over her. She reacted on instinct, and immediately swam forwards despite her confused state. She dodges the starving goblin''s bite attack after the ramming charge, otherwise, it would have bit into her side, and she would be powerless, just like her first victim. It didn''t take her long to recover from her disorientated state and flip her body around, right side up. ''Now you''ve gone and done it! Now I''m mad!'' She said so having become slightly enraged. Like a raging eyed bull, the redness with her eyes then intensifies, glowing much brighter. As she swam away and curved her body to turn left or right. She now faces the direction of the group of starving goblin sharks that attack her. ''Now you''re dead!'' She said so with fury and a strong intent to kill. Whilst, the first goblin shark failed to deal a lethal attack on her. While it was distracted, with all of its attention focused on her. The other goblin sharks then turned on against it, biting down on the one that failed the attack made against her. It''s a dog eat dog world out there. Only the strong survive and the weak die off. The weak become food to feed the strong. Chapter 4 - Survival at its finest Chapter 4 - Survival at its finest The other goblin sharks then immediately turned on the one that attacked her. One goblin shark tore into the creature''s back fin. Another goblin shark completely eviscerated the poor creature''s side fin, and tearing off its pectoral fin. The lone goblin shark screams of agonising pain, being muffled out by the sounds others, as the poor creature was being eaten alive. Meanwhile, the other starving goblin sharks were busy chewing and devouring on the lone one, whilst it is still alive. The poor thing. She still didn''t let matters go. Whilst, holding a deep grudge on the group of goblin sharks, that decided to target her. She swam towards the lone goblin shark that first rams her, with her jagged jaws raised opened. She clamped down on the poor creature''s nose head, with all of her strength, and tear apart the poor creature''s skull. She didn''t stop there; with the first bite, it tore through the poor creature''s skull, whilst leaving its vulnerable brain out in the open. The second attack will deal the final killing blow that will end it all. She charges forward, but this time she activated her stolen skill Venom fang, as her rows of jagged teeths then becomes slightly purple.

Without a functional brain, the poor creature is basically a living corpse. With the severe injuries, it incurred from the other starving goblin sharks. It is bound to die any seconds anyway. ''Let''s reap all the benefits, whilst taking all the experience points for myself, and used the dead carcass to draw more hungry (goblin) sharks in.'' She convincingly thought.

Though it is not obvious of her appearance, because she can''t see her own reflection, but she has grown more than double her original size from when she first reincarnated into this world. Her long protruding rows of razor-sharp teeths outside from her mouth, now resemble cutting chains of a chainsaw. Very frightening! With each individual level-ups, the tip of the nose head of a goblin shark becomes harder, as it becomes as hard as bone cartilages. This is so that it could help improve the strength of its ramming attack, while at the same reducing the risk of head trauma and damages to its head. ''While this is still going on. It''s time to increase my bloody level!'' She exclaimed out in excitement over the bloody ordeal. To someone who is from Earth where the animals are quite ordinary and normal, not as much impressive as the monsters in this universe. Very scary? A full-grown adult great white shark would grow to four meters, with the most largest great white shark being around six meters. However, that is not the tip of the icebergs; with a full-grown adult male goblin shark, being at maxed level (lv50). Their overall size would no doubt certainly exceed the great white shark six meters limit, and even reaching as far as nine meters. This does not include skills, traits, or titles that which would influence the growth of the individual, similar to a stats multiplier. How menacing and terrifying can the goblin shark grow up to be? The goblin shark is one of the many deep-sea creatures hidden away from the surface. And it''s not even close to being at the top of the food chain, or close to becoming the apex predator of the sea. The vast majority of the now surviving goblin sharks has reached levels close to the late twenties, with some managed to break into the level thirties boundaries.

With each two-hundred points worth of mana, the user gained after they formed their monster core. 1¡ï will be added to their monster core. Once the user has gathered up to 5¡ï, an equivalent of the two-thousand worth of mana points. They are able to promote their tier 1 monster core to tier 2. The formation of the monster core withinside the body is extremely agonising, almost to needles piercing your body, whilst you are burning alive.
