《A Golem And Puppets Adventure》 Chapter 0-Introduction "My son, soon you will be complete." On my wooden wheelchair, I gaze upon my perfect child. A golem born from the creation and destruction of countless lives. I raise my shriveled arms and place my hands upon the cold face of my yet to be born child. "I hope you grow to be a better person than I was." He hangs on the stone wall, held by several thick metal tubes. Each tube shines a dull blue, bringing some light to the dull stone walled lab. Next to him, as well as against the walls, are various boxes and tables filled with tools and failed experiments...This dull lab will likely be the last thing I see. "I will pass the moment you rise so please forgive your father for not being a part of your life...Hehe, a part. Even now your father cannot stop with the jokes..." I remove my hands from my child''s face and began resting my boney arms on the rails of my seat. I lightly wiggle my ankles. I really do miss having proper flesh and blood feet. "Come Irushia, I would like to leave a message for your brother." My daughter walks to me. She''s wearing a silver dress matching her silver hair and eyes. She grabs the handles of my wheelchair. Seeing her pale skin and dull eyes I smile. Perhaps having a brother will bring some life to her. "What do you wish to say father." She notices my smile, simply tilting her head in response. I smile wider. Despite her boring response, it does make me happy to see her more expressive. I remember when she was first born she couldn''t even open her eyes, let alone smile. "Thank you, my daughter." Suddenly, she puts on a sad expression. Slowly she begins to smile, clearly forcing herself. "And thank you my father for seeing me as myself." She begins to gently rub her exposed shoulder joint. Yes, despite how human she looks the round joints similar to a marionettes say otherwise. I offered so many times to make her look proper. She kept refusing so I hade no choice but to relent. In the end, I can only respect my daughter''s wishes. She notices my mood. Moving back three steps she does a small twirl. "Look at the way the dress flies father." The rim of her dress flies, exposing her slender legs, her silky hair dances in the air, creating the illusion of a shining silver river. "Thank you, my daughter, I feel much be-cough* cough*." Suddenly it''s hard to breath. Irushia immediately moves to me. She begins to panic. With her head swinging around and her eyes spinning she moves around. I think trying to find some water or a bag. The clear pitter patter of footsteps fills the room, bringing some semblance of life back to my dreary lab. After a few minutes I manage to recover. I immediately look to Irushia with a determined glare. "Begin recording." She steps away from me, her eyes shining a bright blue. "Good day or night my son. Welcome to the world...I''m sorry I''ll only ever be the message of some stranger. I wish to be more, but I simply cannot. So I must ask for forgiveness." "When this plays the confusion found when bringing the knowledge you posses to light should have worn away. You''re probably confused as to why I refer to you as son. Well that''s simple. In fact, I leave it to my sweet daughter and your sister to answer." Irushia leans forward and widens her eyes, trying to look scary. Instead, because of her shining eyes and short stature she appears more goofy than scary. "Don''t be lazy father." I understand I''m being lazy, but I have to make use of the time I have left. Irushia won''t be happy but that''s fine. After all, she understands so she''s likely to forgive. "I should stop here after all I have ten more messages to leave but before I end this one I have one more thing to say. I love you." My breaths become heavier, sweat covering my bald head. Irushia immediately moves to me to wipe away the sweat with the sleeves of her dress. "Alright father, why don''t you rest real quickly." I feel fine, though a tad tired. Even so I don''t want to worry my sweet daughter so I agree. "Alright then." I look around my workshop taking in everything one more time. To my right is a small redwood table with the various blue-prints I''ve made over the years. Looking at them now, all I feel is embarrassment. Next to the table is several small wood crates with some experimental golems. Above them, on the walls, are various stained glass windows depicting my life. It''s dark, there''s moss all across the stone walls, the red rug has become dark and dirty. My lab. My second home has clearly aged along with me. Just like me it''s has become dull and dirty. "This room really is quite dull isn''t it my daughter." She hesitates several seconds before responding. "Yes my father. Even so I''m sure after some thought it becomes quite a bright place for you." Smiling, she walks around the room, gently caressing the table tops and walls. True, despite its current appearance I have plenty of happy memories. The happiest being the birth of my daughter. Hehe, soon enough I''ll also have a son. "Let us continue my daughter."You might be reading a stolen copy. Visit Royal Road for the authentic version. She simply nods in response. I begin to speak to my sweet daughter, leaving one message at a time for my son. After an unknown amount of time I manage to successfully managed to record ten messages. After all is done I look to my daughter. "My daughter...no Irushia, let me gaze upon my son one last time." She moves in front of me. Even when seated in a chair She''s still not taller than me. I gently pat her head. She grunts in annoyance. Even so, I continue patting my little girls head. Loosely hanging on the wall is my son being held up by a mix of small and large cables connected to his body. Lightly rubbing his blank face, I smile. "I wonder what face you will choose my son." Seeing this Irushia hesitates. She looks to her exposed joints before looking at me. "...Father why not become a puppet as well?" "Irushia. I wish to die as the king that founded this kingdom not the coward who became a sentient mannequin." "...Yes father." Irushia''s begin to glisten. She looks down with a slight whimper. Immediately my heart burns. Even now I have yet to acknowledge what I''ve done. "...I''m sorry. You are not just some puppet pulled by the strings of a deteriorating soul Irushia. You are the perfect revival and your brother...your brother is the perfect golem. A copy capable of perfectly replicating and growing beyond its origin." Irushia''s body shakes. Her shoulders go back up but she''s still looking at the floor. Tears continue to fall down her eyes."...Yes father." ...I really am a failure of a father. Without hesitation I pull her into a hug. Grabbing her hand I smile. As I rub away her tears I caress her exposed joints. "Freesia everything will be fine so don''t cry." "............" Suddenly I lose my vision. My body slumps over. I feel weak...so so weak. I should at least leave as I''ve lived. "Well its about time for me to go so don''t forget to take care of your brother." "Yes father." -Switching To Irushia''s View- "...Father." Why father why? You had the perfect body. Just why? "Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY!" ...it hurts...it hurts so much. I look at my father, then at the golem and wonder why did he give so much. He brought back his mother, father, and daughter so why did he need to make some golem? To play god? "Irushia, everything will be fine so don''t cry." ...that''s right everything will be fine. "Well its about time for me to go. Don''t forget to take care of your brother." I walk to my brother and began activating him. I place my hand what is to be his chest and began sending my mana into his body. As my mana flowed into his body I sensed a new life enter the room. "I see the king has passed huh?" An annoying voice fills my ears. "Begone Alecia." I say while flipping him my middle fingers. He puts his arms up in defeat. His shoulder length black hair cascades onto his back. "Okay okay but before I go I want to be sure you want me to bury him in his old pet room." He said before grabbing father. "Yes." Suddenly I remember when I first met Alecia. Back then he was just another goblin alchemist. Short and ugly with one of the longest noses among his friends. While me and father we''re inspecting the control spires we ran across him and his friends. Alecia was so skinny and dirty. Even so, he seemed to be content. When I asked him why he just said "because at the end of the day I can still experiment thanks to this bountiful kingdom." His smile was so ugly. His teeth were yellow and sharp and the only thing he had on were hide shorts and and torn cotton shirt. Even so, his smile was one of the most charming I have ever seen. Suddenly father interrupts us. "May I ask what experiments your talking about young man?" Immediately Alecia freezes. Seeing this both father and I smile. "I assure you everything is fine young man. Just think of it as answering just another curious old man''s question.Father''s gentle words calm Alecia. Hesitantly he pulls full glass bittle from a hidden pocket. "This is my proudest one sire. This potion can be used by all residents of this kingdom regardless of race or soul state. When consumed by flesh they will experience a brief period of hyper improvement in physical and magical aspects. The same applies to living golems. The only negative side effect is that calorie or Mana consumption will drastically increase. This can be solved by eating a big meal beforehand or providing the living golem using it with extra Mana stones." Both father and I go silent. Such an incredible potion. Something goblins, Arachne''s, and humans can use. Seeing us go stiff Alecia begins to panic. Before he can say anything Father grabs his shoulders. "Young man what is your name?" With tears falling down his eyes Alecia answered. "Alecia Goulin, my liege." Smiling, father offers Alecia his right hand. "Alecia. Would you like to work as a royal alchemist?." On that day the greatest Alchemist in the world was reborn. From poverty, he rose to riches. He could work with any material. All thanks to my father. Once again I look to Alecia. Before I can say anything. He vanishes. "Alright then, see ya later cutie." He also took several blue-prints. I continue to pour mana into my brother''s body waiting for him to come to life. Suddenly, an extreme suction comes from my brother''s body, moving to devour all of my mana. I cant resist it in anyway.I can''t move my hand away and I can''t stop my mana flow. Before I could properly figure out what was going on all my mana was drained immediately knocking me unconscious. Chapter 1-Waking up Where am I? In front or me is a collection of colors and strange tables...Tables? Where an I getting all this information? I move my head, trying to get a proper look at my body and surroundings. Below my head is the body of a large crudely made puppet. It looks oddly human despite its deformities. This puppet why do I feel a connection? When I command my arms to rise so do the puppet''s. Our movements seem linked...Am I the puppet? I begin to move my head, trying to find anything that can bring a conclusion to my many questions. In front of me is an empty wheel chair. Father? Father who is my father? My father is my creator...Where is my sister? Lying on the floor, facing the roof in front of the wheel chair, is my sister. I command my body to move so that I may check my sister''s condition but the many cables surrounding my arms are severely restricting my movement. I can''t move them. They are too strong. Sister are you fine? Hello? "Sister are you fine?" Where did that voice come from? "Hello father is it you?" That voice is it me? "My voice?" Suddenly everything goes dark. My body shuts down. I cannot feel, see, or hear anything. Where am I...Father? Sister? In the darkness I felt something. What is this feeling? Why do I hate it? It''s strange. I know so little yet my body automatically responds to this strange feeling called fear. Body? That''s right I am a puppet no a golem...father wanted me to choose a face. I remembered my father''s and sisters face. A son must look like his parents...I don''t have a mother...Sister I wish for a face like yours and fathers. Suddenly the darkness disappears. I can see again. It doesn''t look like I''ve moved. Crack Crack Crack That noise...I moved my sight to my arms. I see my arms shrink and expand, the round ball making my elbow joints combining with the rough oval wood that seems to make up my upper and lower arms both becoming smoother, taking on the the shape of a human arm. It''s strange. My wrist and hand only seem to be more refined, changing from blocks connected by spheres to perfect wooden hands. The connecting joints in each finger are clear but protected, and my fingers are smooth with no nails. I look at the rest of my body to see similar changes happening as well. My chest and stomach are becoming less round with a more defined shape. In a couple seconds it seems something similar to muscle clusters has appeared on my chest and stomach. I cannot see much of my legs since I am on my knees so I can only assume that they are going through a similar process. My body is that of a healthy young man except it seems I lack...genetalia? After the process is completed, a white substance flows through my joints and muscles, wrapping every part of my body. In a couple seconds I have gained a layer of skin similar to my sister. I attempt to move once again, succeeding with little effort. Some of the cables fall off my body as it changes. I stand up, accidentally banging my head on what I believe to be the roof. Ignoring the noise and possible damage I''ve caused, I grab my sister. "Sister are you fine?" Her chest is expanding and contracting. She is clearly breathing so she is fine she must just be lacking mana. Mana? Suddenly I feel the need to go through all that is in my head. ................ My vocabulary is extensive but simple. I posses a certain level of knowledge on the anatomy of several creatures as well as a small database on plant life. I can move my body, though it is a small bit difficult. I also seem to understand several different languages and have a basic understanding of accents and lesser known dialects. But what is mana? I don''t know yet, I feel that I know it. It appears that I have some instinctual understanding. Maybe I should follow my instinct. No. I lack any proper understanding of mana. Within my mind there appears to be a list of rules. 1) Be careful when manipulating mana for any purpose. 2) Be kind to your sister but do not be afraid to punish her. 3) Keep your sister in check. 4) You are to live as you please as long as you do not intentionally endanger the lives of the innocent. There are another six but these appear to be the most important. I shall wait for now. And so I take a seat next to my sleeping sister. -After An Unknown Amount Of Time- As I continue to search through my head, I feel my sister shake my arm." Good evening brother." She said while rubbing her eyes. I think she''s wrong so I answer back. "Actually sister, it''s night time right now." I''m not sure how but I believe I can tell the time. I might be a clock? Her right eye twitches. She smiles stiffly before speaking. "Good night then...Oh wait no umm I forgot what to say." She stands up, her silver hair dropping onto her chest. It would probably be best to let her sleep. Though, I also feel I should ask her a few questions."Let''s leave it. I just ask that you don''t sleep yet." She stands up. Even when sitting I''m still taller than her. Seeing this she just sigh''s "Sigh*, Okay then. How do you feel brother?"Reading on Amazon or a pirate site? This novel is from Royal Road. Support the author by reading it there. I stand up too. I''m pretty sure everything is fine but I should make sure. After patting my body all over and messing with my joints I respond. "Fine." Sister just gives me a matter of fact look before speaking. "So brother. Where are your eyes?" I open my eyes and looked at my sisters face. I think? Suddenly I feel my face go soft. It begins to shift in shape. Seeing this makes sister frown. "My face is mine so don''t even try to mimic me...O K A Y." I''m a little disappointed. I really want to copy her eyes since they''re so pretty. Maybe I should ask. "May I have your eyes then?" Sister hesitates before speaking, clearly disgusted. "...Fine." She has such a fine face. Perfect eyes with a golden center and cute round cheeks with a nose bridge that''s neither too round or too curved. Her lips are rather pale though? "Sister are you fine?" Sister just ignores me. "Well now that was rather fast. Are my eyes really that round?" She said while touching around her eyes. "No sister. The shape if my eyes is that of fathers and the color is yours...ours." Sister flinches. Looking towards the ground she emits a light whimper. Seeing this I feel a strong urge to hug her. Before I can do anything she waves her hand, trying to show that she''s fine. ".....Brother please let me rest. I need to absorb more mana from the air." Just before I can ask her what mana is the room becomes a light blue hue. Small clouds of cyan mixed with blue float around the room. Suddenly the clouds begin to flow towards sister. She turns into a mass of deep blue. All around her body is veins of white, all connected to a black spot on her back. For some reason I feel there isn''t much mana here. "There doesn''t appear to be much here should we move?" Sister smiles. For a moment I can''t think. "Father it seems you succeeded." Her eyes tear up as a brilliant smile blooms from her normally blank face. "...Please tell me more." She stops smiling. Instead she frowns, clearly disappointed. Suddenly she moves to the back wall. "Let''s go to fathers old pet room." "....Okay. Please guide me sister." I stand up, this time without banging my head on the roof and place my sister on my shoulders. She''s actually pretty heavy. As if hearing my thoughts she glares at me. Never-mind sister is super light. Super duper light. "...Brother why don''t you crawl. With a back as long as yours I''m sure I could sleep peacefully if I used it as a bed." Can she really read my mind? ...Sister is smaller than the shortest dwarf. No response. "Okay sister if it will help you recover." I carefully remove her from my shoulder and put her back on the floor. I get on my stomach with my back facing the roof. "Hop on sister." She facepalms and sighs. I think I might of heard her whisper "weirdo." I''m just doing what you wanted sister. Maybe I am weird. After a few seconds of staring she lays on my back. After making sure she''s safe I start crawling. "Sister there is no door where do I go?" "Door open. Password is, A flower''s wither is no different from a souls burning." Suddenly in front of me a large stair-case leading downwards appears. "Go ahead brother." I began to wolf walk down the stairs. This is rather uncomfortable. "Just loosen up your joints a small bit brother." Loosen up my joints? As I walk I begin to feel more comfortable. I also begin to move faster for some reason. I look at my arms and see as I walked they would rotate at a different direction and angle as I moved them turning stiff and stabilizing as soon as my hands made contact with something. After two minutes of running down we eventually made to a large curved hallway. "Okay go left cross and cross the bridge." I obey my sister and began walking to the left. The carpet feels rather nice on my palms and feet. "Sister do you know what this carpet is made of?" "Just some specially made cotton father worked on." "Father made cotton?" "Yes. Father, whenever he was stressed, would work with plants trying increase their longevity or beauty." Her voice keeps on breaking. "Hey sister, are you sad?" Should I tell a joke? "He-" She interrupts me."Be quite and go through that door on the right. The large red one with the bronze frame around it." I obey my sister once again. While crawling I open the door.open "Hey sister what does a wolf look like?" "...You will see soon enough." "Okay." After a couple seconds of walking we made it to the bridge. As I cross it I noticed the many windows. I lost focus as I looked at my fathers kingdom. "...Sister what happened to fathers home?" It''s ruined. The building have all collapsed, rotting corpses of dragons, titans, and greater fae-kin on sprawled across the land. Countless ash filled craters line my sight. Suddenly I notice two large shadows. I look up in terror and see two gods. Behind the castle are two giants larger than the tallest mountain. One is humanoid. It seems to male considering its masculine physique. It''s made of wood and wearing bone armor. With an expression of pure hatred it hold down a divine dragon with its left arm, piercing a tree shaped spear into the remains of its mouth. The dragon has four wings and legs. Its body is thin and long. Its lower half is holding onto the woodman, the armor around its tail shattered. Its mouth is scorched and torn. Suddenly sister blocks my eyes. "Are you sure?" In this moment, without seeing it, I can tell her shadow stands taller than those behemoths. "Yes sister." She lets go. After smiling at me she lays down once again. "Good. Now, let''s visit father." Note to self. Don''t anger sister. "Yes sister." After three minutes of wolf walking we eventually made it to another door similar to the one we entered. "Just open the door and I will open another special entrance." And so I obeyed. We walked into another curved hallway. "Open door. Password is, A wooden golem is made of multiple lives ending''s." "What does that mean sister?" "It''s nothing. father would sometimes act like lifeless things lived." "Okay sister." Tick Tick Tick. A staircase leading upwards began to slowly descend from the roof. "Sister how many hidden rooms are there?" I say while making sure I don''t fall into a trap door. "It depends on how many passwords you were told." Yes? I''ll leave it alone for now. After a couple seconds the stairs made a complete descent. "Just go up." Slowly, I climb the stairs. Because I''m so tall I struggle. "Sister why did father make me so tall?" "Brother why can you speak so clearly?" "I don''t know." "Exactly." After five minutes we make it upstairs. There is no door upstairs just a hole which leads to a large room. It''s full of small and large wooden dolls. Some are human or look human and some I feel I know but the majority are mysteries. In the middle of the room surrounded by all these dolls is a large stone with writing on it. "You may let me go brother." She stepped of my back and walked in front of the stone. "Here lies our father. Edward Delva Boroues." Chapter 2-Collapse "Father Lies here. What does that mean?" Suddenly, sister goes still. Her gentle smile vanishes, a deep frown replacing it. "It means he''s dead." Tears begin to drip down her blushing cheeks. She bits her lip and looks down, her hands closing as her nails dig into her skin. "What is death?" Why does it make sister sad? She stays silent for a few seconds. "Brother it is when a body goes hollow." "Does that mean that someone stole his organs?" "No it means he''ll never move, speak, or think. It means that his body and soul have gone beyond what they were supposed to and have simply burned away." "Wasn''t father human." So humans burn when they die? "Never-mind, it''s fine for now let me rest for a bit." She moved next to the stone and sat down, resting on it. I decide to look around the room. The room is really big with a nice round roof and walls that follow the curve, a massive hole rest at the center of the roof. The floor is covered in glowing blue grass and white flowers "Hey sis why is the floor covered in white poppies and starlight grass? "I don''t know brother." A gentle light falls through the roof flowing into the starlight grass, causing each blade to emit a soft light. Suddenly, large amounts of light begin flowing into the room, endlessly being absorbed by the starlight grass. The more light that flows through the roof the brighter the starlight grass glows. "Sis look!" Suddenly the floor seemed to be made of a pure blue light, the white poppies gently swinging contrasting the small colorful lights appearing on the wall. "Yes brother it is rather nice." Mmm she didn''t even bother to open her eyes. The floor turned into a sheet of blue as the moonlight gently flowed in adding streaks of a calming white to the bright colorful room. Something about the lights fills me with joy. "LOOK! LOOK! IT''S SO PRETTY!" I scream with an ugly smile on my face. "I know brother I''ve seen this sight countless times." "Yes super pretty!" There''s so many colors on the wall! "Hey sis what color is that!" I pointed at a random light on the wall. "That''s red but father often called it Insane Light." "Insane light?" "Yes and that one is violet or deadly passions light and that one is yellow or stars light." "I know what yellow is." "...Brother tell me does your head feel fuzzy?" "No sis I''m fine." "Brother do you know your name?" "I don''t have a name." "...Brother should I name you?" I nod my head as hard as I can. "I''ll give you one another time." "Why sister?" "A name should represent you and I don''t know you, so no name for you yet." I stopped looking around the room and began walking to the most interesting doll. "Sister there are so many dolls, do you know what they mean? "These are all of the creatures father found important." I walked to the only animal doll I knew, a small raccoon. I picked it up wishing to closer examine it. "Put it down." I turned towards my sister...ogre? She has the most enraged expression I think is possible for her face. Scared, I accidentally drop the doll in fear. Immediately she evolves from ogre to satan. She slowly stands up, being extra careful so that she doesn''t damage the stone. "Calm down sis I''m sorry." For some reason I blinked...within the single second my eyes were closed she appeared in front of me.If you discover this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation. "Fuck you''re too tall." ........... "Eight feet, three inches, and 5 centimeters...Get your knees ready." God that hurts! My knee''s are on fire! Wait. When did I get on floor? ...note to self; don''t make sister angry. "Sorry sis." She looks at me weirdly, takes a deep breath , and grabs my shoulders. "Just listen to me, now come let us leave." "Where are we going?" "Where do you want to go?" "Umm can we walk around the kingdom." "Fine." "Yay!" Sister looks annoyed that I jumped up. I don''t care though. I can see father''s home! I wonder what it''ll be like? "Alright up we go." I turn around and see sister under the roof hole. As the moonlight shines her hair begins to glimmer. The shining blue lights akin to stars wraps around her. Her white dress contrast it perfectly, the floral prints adding a strange charm to her. Suddenly, she jumps. Instantly she''s past the hole. Curious, I move to the center of the room and look, seeing if I could find a ledge. "A ball?" In the center of the hole is a ball of moonlight. Oh, wait. That''s the moon. "Come on brother." I hesitate. Will I really make it? What if I miss and break the roof? Seeing sister turn impatient I jump. Before I could even process anything, I''m high in the sky surrounded by clouds. I look up and saw the moon, a big white rock emitting a gentle light. "So pretty." I don''t care that I''m falling. I''ll be fine, I have to appreciate this while I can. As I fall I see the moonlight peering through the clouds, each little string growing smaller as I fall. Before long I land on the roof with a loud boom. "Wow the roof''s really tough sis!" "On your knees." The moment I heard her icey voice, I knew I should just accept my fate. "If you had landed back in that room the ground would''ve cracked and all the plants would be either crushed or sent flying...brother your fine to do as you please I just ask that you don''t destroy anything. Especially our Father''s grave O K A Y." "Yes ma''am." I look up to make sure that my sister has gotten rid of that ogre face but I stopped mid motion. "Sis why are all the buildings broken?" I see a sea of houses all either partially collapsed or pieces lying in a pile of rubble as well as what appears to be roads? "Brother it seems you are fine to just jump down. Do you want to?" "Yes it feels really good to fall." Things look super different as you fall so I wonder how the city will look half way down. "Carry me I don''t want to climb down if I don''t have to." In fear of angering her once again I immediately accepted. I grab her and carefully place her on my shoulder wrapping my arm around her waist. Looking at my doll like joints she smiles. "Father did a good job making your joints." "...Hey sis what was father like?" "After our little exploration I''ll show you a message he left." "Okay sister." Standing at an angle due to the round roof I prepared to jump. I bent my knees held my sister tighter and jumped making sure I fall straight. To stay safe I make sure to look down as we fall. Smack* Hmm...White? I looked to my side to see my sister holding her head as her hair flew in every direction going up which just so happens to include where my face is. "Is your hair going to fly away?" "Be quit." Crack Boom* It seems we''ve landed. "You really are heavy aren''t you?" When I landed I didn''t exactly stop in fact I dug pretty deep making a large crater full of cracks. "...Brother run." "What?" "RUN!" I suddenly heard the sound if something big falling. I decide to look behind me and saw that a large chunk of the castle had been damaged. Immediately I run in the opposite direction. "YOU BROKE FATHER''S DAMN GRAVE! I SWEAR TO GOD YOU WILL REGRET EVERYTHING AFTER WE ESCAPE!" I ignore her and continued to run slowly my speed slowly rising as the sounds of falling and breaking grew louder and clearer. "HOW THIS IS FATHERS HOME! NO MATTER HOW OLD IT IS, IT JUST CANNOT BREAK THIS EASILY!" She began hitting my head, even so I continue to ignore her running till everything became a blur. "Stop we''re far enough!" She smacks my head even harder. "Okay sis." he head hitting is a little annoying but it doesn''t hurt so everything is fine. "Um so sis you said father left a message for me. Can I see it?" ".........." "Please." "Sigh*, Fine." I remove my arm and let her hop off me after getting on my knees. She got off, walked a couple steps in front of me, then twisted her hand off? "Um sister can humans tear their hands off to?" "You think I''m human?" Her eyes shot wide open for some reason. "Yes." "...Father." "What?" "Its nothing." She places her hand on the ground and spit in it? No it''s fine don''t question anything. Do not make her angrier. After a few seconds a bright light flows out the hand taking the shape of...an... "Father?" In front of me is an old man covered in wrinkles. His bones are clear to see...He appears to be deathly ill. I have never seen him before, even so I feel an extreme sense of familiarity when looking at him. "Good day or night my son welcome to the world...I''m sorry I''ll only ever be the message of some stranger I wish to be more but I simply cannot so I must ask that your forgive me." His voice is incredibly clear despite his slow lip movement and heavy breaths. Why can''t you be more father? Why? "When this plays the confusion found when bringing the knowledge you posses to light should have worn away. You''re probably confused as to why I refer to you as son well that''s simple in fact I leave it to my sweet daughter and your sister to answer." I looked at my sister hoping to get an answer. "Sis?" "Don''t be lazy father." "I should stop here after all I have ten more messages to leave but before I end this one I have one more thing to say." No don''t stop please don''t stop. "I love you." He suddenly smiled. Even with his wrinkled stiff face he still managed to put on a small smile. This skinny, dying, old man put on a smile. I never meet him I know nothing about him, even so his calm deep voice with that small bright smile broke something in me. I looked up at my sister only to see her standing face down with droplets of water falling down her face. Suddenly my head begins to hurt. Everything hurts. WHY DOES EVERYTHING HURT! I lose consciousness
