《Rioneed : VRMMORPG》 Chapter 1 A ray of light snuck up from the small opening of the gate of the doors to light a little bit of the furniture in the tight room. Although the space is small, it is very tightly exploited. The small bed that suits the body of the young man sleeping on it is located on the far side of the room. Next to it is a small metal table with a number of books . the few small paintings on the three walls of the room reflect an unusual sense of organization and style. Despite the calmness of the place, the young man began to wake up from his deep sleep to sit on his bed, staring with a lost look around him. All around Ibrahim Tawfiq was familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. All around him felt like he had seen these before, when he thought a little he knew where he had seen this room before. It''s his private small room that he lived in at 2345. What was not familiar to him is that this room and that date is from a distant past for him, a past that has witnessed strange changes and events that no one could expect at all. Ibrahim stayed in his place staring in the room around him, and when he saw his mobile phone, he picked it up and opened it . The phone was locked with a code that he had not yet forgotten . he entered the code followed by a voiceprint, then a 30-cm oval transparent screen appeared hanging in the air showing many things on his phone. Ibrahim ignored everything on his phone screen and looked at the clock and read what was written under it in a smaller line then said in a loud voice : -November 10th, I came back in time for ten years before the beginning of the game . he held his phone with a shivered hands when he realized that this wasn¡¯t a dream but a reality. He tried to pinch himself more than once causing some pain to realize that he was not in a nightmare . after a whole hour of thinking he accepted the fact that he came back for whole ten years . he calmed down his mind and started to think about the present and the future . If he had returned before Rioneed launch , then he had the opportunity to change the ominous future that he and his Egyptian players will face. When he thought about what he could do in Rioneed , his thoughts were organized and creative , he was not a 18-years old young man, but he had the experience of a man in his early 30s . His experience was what prompted him to realize the weight of his new responsibility if he chose to do it. So he tried to calm down and to think properly . If everything went like it happened before, Rioneed will be released in just a week. One week wasn¡¯t enough to do what he wanted to do . The first thing he did next was to get into Rioneed website . Rioneed was an online game of virtual reality. Although it''s not the first game in this field which started to be viral in the whole world dozen decades ago, but it''s really a very special game. The reason isn¡¯t because its world is so big , and not because the capsules prices were too expensive for many people to play in comparison to other VR games , but because it hides a very big secret. It will change the humanity future indeed ! He read the website front page content which included advertising data about the game with promotional videos from inside the game until he reached the game buying area to find a custom box to select the country. When he chose Egypt and clicked the button next to the box the page refreshed to show new data . he read it in loud voice sarcastically : -this country is not supported by the game-producing company. Whoever wants to play it he must buy the five stars luxury capsule and must pay its price plus the costs of installing and operating it. Warning: The company is not responsible for any failures , errors or problems caused by the capsule in countries not supported by the company . He laughed loudly as the reality that he knew five years later after the start of the game is that this "productive company" is an alliance by the great 8 nations to distribute the legacy of Rioneed to themselves and their respective allies . at 24th century many countries change their old names and many more were still called by their historical names . the eight great countries in the whole world were tasania , britania , france , Canada , Russia , almon , china and foroton . The latest warning is known as a pre-defense from these countries towards the events that will happen to the people who will play the game in the rest of the world . after five years of the game when everyone entered Rioneed , they discovered that any citizen of any country that was not supported by the "producer company" was usually destined to die . this is not shocking as Anyone from the unsupported countries buys the capsule , the company ships the capsule to their homes . Their information will be available to anyone who wishes to monitor them . so it was very easy to get rid of any player if he became a threat to them. Despite his anger and his extreme hatred towards this black and racist plan he wasn¡¯t afraid from it and decided to put an end to all of this . he scrolled down and saw the total price below the long warning including the price of shipping and installing to realize that these people did all what they could do to prevent as many unwanted countries as possible from entering the game. He began to recall all his memories about Rioneed including all the difficult moments he and his friends had. The last five years of the game were a terrifying nightmare for him and others. It took him a while to organize his memories together and overcome the obstacles of his painful past to think about what he had to do in the future . Fate has given him a new opportunity to change everything . He now knows the plans of these eight countries and many secrets of the game so he has the advantage of being miles ahead of all. He also has a huge share of memories about the game and its internal secrets . Ten-years secrets in the game are not a simple advantage . But if he really wanted to defy and defeat all these plots on his own , he will have a difficult task if not an impossible one . Although he lost his parents when he was young in a painful incident , but they left a great heritage for him that will make it easy for himself to own a capsule in this game. But if he really wanted to change everything , he won''t be able to do it alone , especially when he buys the capsule he will be under constant surveillance from the company. If they found out what he''s up to or feel threatened from him , they won''t hesitate to kill him in cold blood. So the first step is getting ready to leave everything behind , he must escape very far away . Even though his humble apartment with two narrow rooms and a small rectangular hall holds many precious memories , he realized that sooner or later he will leave that apartment . where would he go? Although he has returned from the future , he rarely left this new city of Alexandria . He has to find a safe shelter for him , and he has to find others to help him. This was not a difficult thing to think about for him , as after everyone moved to Rioneed five years later, a group of extraordinary players appeared at the Egyptian domain who carried the flag of defending Egypt against foreign invaders . Ibrahim didn''t need to think very long to remember the information of these young men , as their addresses, their places of work, and what they were doing before the start of the future were a well known information for everyone in the game . He also knows their current financial situation , so the financial responsibility for buying the capsule has grown into seven capsules, one for him, and six for the other six players . He decided to sell all what he owned to prepare the needed expenses for all of these capsules and other stuff . in a few minutes he searched for a local company to sell all the lands and all the apartments he owned including the one he lived at and finished all the electronic papers needed for that .This book''s true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience. In 2345, by the 24th century, it was very easy to sell and buy anything in Egypt. Not only Egypt, but in the whole world. The sale did not take a few minutes and a large sum of money was immediately transferred to Ibrahim¡¯s bank account. As he had not yet found a place to escape, he asked the representative to give him a week to leave the apartment. The ownership of the lands has been automatically transferred successfully . Although he knows the addresses of each of these players , when he bought the capsules from the game website , he didn¡¯t enter their addresses but his only his own address . he didn¡¯t want them to be watched from the company eyes as he couldn¡¯t provide them with safe houses yet . Although he didn¡¯t guarantee that no one will find them in the future , the task of searching for them will be difficult and long , which will give him time to carry out his plan and by this time he could protect them more easily after he finished buying these capsules he found out that it would take five days to ship them to his place , so he had to travel and talk to these young players and return to this apartment in just five days. Moving the seven capsules out of the apartment wasn¡¯t a problem for him , as he planned to buy a huge truck to take them and move them to every player . As for their installment he knew that it was just another lie. The capsules worked by solar power and connected to the game via satellite broadcasts and were not controlled by any country at all , but by Rioneed itself. Installation and operation were not difficult at all so he was ready . After he finished everything he looked at his phone to find that it was 4 A.M. . although he needed to rest but he didn¡¯t have much time left so he opened his phone and found a map of Egypt and entered the eleven addresses of those he chose to communicate with. He found out that three people were in New Alexandria, and one was in Old Alexandria. Two were in Modern Cairo, one in Mansoura , one in Assiut and the other in Aswan. The last one was in the city of Catherine town near St Catherine Monastery. he chose twelve people, not just eleven, but the last one would communicate with him or her on the last day before he got the capsules. This person has a very special situation and so he needed to plan it well before any contact with him. After he finished checking all the addresses, he entered the phone numbers he remembered of the eleven people and saved them with 11 numbers. The number twelve didn¡¯t have a number but had only one name . Although he was very pessimistic in the number 12 and this was a strange thing, he now feel extremely optimistic and confident about this number. Every person he chose represented a force not to be reckoned with, and the most important thing about them was their deep feelings for Egypt and the Egyptians . He wanted to change the destiny , his destiny and his country¡¯s players destiny and try to survive through all of that . he wanted to take revenge if he could , as revenge would taste just like heaven especially for someone lived through hell before . A glimpse from future chapters: chapter 151 Ibru listened to his words and began to think about them carefully. He did not understand what he meant by stating all this big number of flows being found by him in the game. He doubted Bionil energy would be enough for him to correct all of these flows, so he asked him: ¡°Bionil, could you absorb the whole energy of Domil?¡± ¡°Yes, but I don¡¯t recommend it. The battle you will face with him is brutal enough, you don¡¯t need to make it more difficult.¡± ¡°I don''t understand, what''s the difference between the two scenarios? Either way, I''m going to stand up and try my best to kill him!¡± ¡°There''s a big difference Ibru. You must know that Domil is only here with a small part of it. Killing this part is much easier than trying to absorb his whole energy as in this case you will kill the whole him not only a small part.¡° ¡°You mean that I''ll kill him once and for all, not just a part of him?¡± ¡°Yes, so this is going to be a very dangerous fight.¡± ¡°But absorbing his whole energy will be enough for you to correct all these flows in Rioneed, isn¡¯t right? ¡°Of course it will be more than enough. I can also upgrade with what is left from his energy a large number of your equipment or try to raise the crown of Eiz. But it''s too risky for you Ibru.¡± Ibro didn¡¯t speak and began to think carefully about both options. The second option was more acceptable to him, despite the warnings of Bionil. He wanted to take the risk. He didn''t know if he killed only one part of this monster would he and the game world face such disaster again. It was necessary to supply Bionil with sufficient energy so he could be able to face any surprises. He decided if he was taking risks then he should bet on the biggest prize. ¡°Then let''s kill him completely Bionil. Start sucking his energy.¡± ¡°Bionil is warning you again about the consequences of this attempt. When I start absorbing the monster energy I won''t be able to stop it. Bionil advises you to reconsider your decision.¡± ¡°I don''t need to think again Bionil. Come on, suck this dirty monster dry and kill him!¡± Bionil didn¡¯t speak for long time as if he was trying to give Ibro the last chance to change his mind , nut it was in vain. Ibro urged him to start saying loudly with strange excitement like a mad man: ¡°Come on Bionil. Start absorbing the energy right now.¡± ¡°You''re so crazy. Congratulations! Bionil has just raised your rank to be among the craziest five people I have ever dealt with! Bionil will begin the process of absorbing energy. I hope you will manage to stay alive when I''m done. Bionil Senses the monster power. Bionil finds that monster''s energy is suitable for absorption. Bionil discovered that there are many other parts of the monster spread in the whole universes other than those which are here. Bionil is initiating a monster power analysis. The analysis ended successfully. The energy absorption success rate is 100%. Bionil calculates the time needed to finish the process of absorption. The total energy is bigger than what Bionil expected before. Bionil calculates the time needed to absorb the energy. Bionil calculates the time needed to absorb the energy. Bionil finished calculating the time needed to absorb the energy. The power absorption takes two whole days without stop. Bionil asks you again, have you decided to start sucking the whole powet of this beast?¡± Ibru felt very surprised by how much time Bionil needed to absorb the monster''s energy. Ibru became experienced at the process which Bonil used to suck the monsters energy and this time actually exceeded all of the usual time by multiple folds. However Ibru did not hesitate for a moment and said in confidence: ¡°Bionil start sucking the power.¡± ¡°Good luck to you mad man. Bionil is feeling the monster energy. Bionil is connecting with the monster''s energy. Bionil has finished connecting to the monster energy don. Bionil begins the process of absorbing the Monster energy. Bionil absorbed the monster''s power by 0.0001%. Bionil absorbed the monster''s power by 0.0002%. Bionil sensed that the monster has already discovered that his energy was about to dissipate and began to look for the cause. Bionil absorbed the monster''s energy by 0.0005%. Bionil warns you: Domil had discovered your existence and will attack you immediately. Be careful: Domil is channeling all his energy here preparing to attack you. Watch out! Domil started attacking you!You could be reading stolen content. Head to the original site for the genuine story. Ibru didn¡¯t need to hear his warning at all to realize that Domil had already started his attack against him. Ibru just heard Bionil alarming sound then suddenly he found himself in a strange world full of darkness. He remembered his past experiences and noticed that he could no longer hear Bionil voice anymore. He looked around him to find that he could not see anything at all as if he was blind. He did not know where this place was and by time he could not feel his own body and could not even see his hands. Ibru felt that his mind was starting to be blurry and his senses were becoming dull very quickly. He didn''t hesitate for a second and said with the loudest voice he could make: ¡°Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!¡± ¡°Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!¡± ¡°Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!¡± He kept repeating that odd phrase that he learned from Bionil before. He felt that every time he said it, some sort of energy was pulsing from his body. Every pulse pushed blackness around him for a very small distance away from his body. He didn''t hesitate when he felt the effects of those strange words to keep saying it like a possessed man: ¡°Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!¡± ¡°Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!¡± ¡°Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!¡± ¡°Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!¡± ¡°Nefrisca San..!¡± He kept repeating this spell without any stop until everything around him began to change in a speed visible to naked eye. These energy pulses eventually managed to push the darkness around him successfully for a distance of not more than half a meter. Ibru noticed that he was hanging in the air, around him was infinite number of dark colored cilia. Even though he was surrounded by an aura of light, those cilia never stopped trying to penetrate the aura of light and destroy his body and kill him. Ibru hadn''t stopped saying those words for not even one second as his life was really depending on it. Yet his spiritual aura never grew in size, but it was constant. Ibru did not lose hope. After a long time, he heard a very loud voice, so loud that he even felt his own body shaking as soon as he heard him saying sarcastically: " how ironic!" then it followed by small period of silence followed by the same fearful sound saying: ¡°An ignorant animal is trying to use our language and energy to fight me! You''re a million years too early to stand up against me. Lose all hope of running away from me. It''s your funeral today ant.¡± Ibru realized that the voice he just heard and made his body tremble was the voice of Domil. Despite his inner fear he didn¡¯t show panic rather smiled at these cilia as he continued to repeat words without stopping . Domil voice echoed again like thunder in his ears saying: ¡°How futile struggle you ant are making against the mighty me! You thought you could resist me? How long do you need to absorb my energy? A day? Two days? A week? What you don''t know is that those words draw their power from your spiritual energy, which I think is very little. don''t stop chanting and you will run out of your energy very soon, by then your body would be empty and you won''t be able to defend yourself. Don¡¯t worry I won¡¯t kill you so rapidly, I plan to enjoy your long lonely suffering! Ibru suddenly felt fear like never before when he heard those words but he never stopped for a moment though. He knew that these monsters rely on spiritual energy, which was a term he didn''t even know what it meant, so the threat of Domil seemed real. Would his spiritual energy actually run out quickly? Would he die before killing this beast or he would resist till Bionil managed to suck all his energy and kill it? He looked at the white aura wrapping faintly around him and wondered: was that his spiritual energy? He looked at that white weak aura and then he looked at that massive blackness and innumerable cilia surrounding him. Apparently Domil spiritual energy was much higher than his. When he started to feel hopeless, he remembered Bionil last words, and then he repeated those strange words without hesitation: ¡°Sa Romy day!¡± Suddenly he felt the aura around him was changing in shape to show The Shape of a giant sword made out of white light in front of him. He felt he could communicate with this sword. He felt the urge to hold this giant sword by his hands and wave it in the air. When he tried to move his hand towards the sword, he discovered that he could not extend his arm beyond the area which was covered by his spiritual energy. He felt frustrated as he wanted to wave that sword very badly. He felt a strange desire driving him crazily to hold this sword as if his whole life depended on it. He wanted to reach this sword to remember suddenly a similar situation he experienced before. This sudden discovery hit him and made him scream with utmost desire : ¡°Alfe Ta shtowy!¡± It was another spell he used before. When he finished chanting it he sensed everything away from him. He didn¡¯t need to sense anything else as he focused immediately on this sword hanging two meters in the air away from him. He felt the warm sensation of the sward hilt as if he was holding it with both of his hands. He didn¡¯t hesitate to move his hands from horizontally from right to left. As soon as he did so he saw the sword moved following his hands movement creating a very beautiful arch of pure light in the huge darkness in front of him. He felt extremely happy and was very excited for his success in moving this sword. He suddenly noticed that every place the sword touched began to disintegrate as if it was dying. Every dying place was replaced immediately by his dim white aura accompanied by a terrifying scream of pain from Domil: ¡°I curse you! You want to hurt me? With that weak spiritual power you have? It''s pain is just like a needle! It will never hurt me! Chapter 2 After he finished recording everyone''s numbers, he took a warm shower to feel vigorous and vibrant. He opened the window of his room overlooking the main street in the heart of Alexandria. He began to look around the old buildings mixed with the modern buildings which were built using darem technology. These vast and overlapping streets made him feel like he was looking at a gigantic maze . In the 24th century, new city of Alexandria was one of the gigantic cities which had more than 30 million people spread over ten large blocks. The Emirs block where Ibrahim lived was considered a classy block. Even though the Emirs block was famous for its calmness and its few problems and noise, the area where Ibrahim lived contained a lot of shops and businesses so life was pulling out all day in the streets near him without interruption during night or day. Ibrahim kept watching the movement of people in the streets and their controversy over prices and their random moves and the movements of cars and plans in the busy street for nearly two hours. He knew that he wouldn¡¯t find another chance to live in this city, whether he chose to escape now from the grip of the agents of the eight big countries or years later when everyone moved from reality to the game world . He usually didn¡¯t care about anything as long as it didn¡¯t touch his interests, but now he knew for sure that if he didn¡¯t move to protect everyone against the conspiracy and schemes, then he won''t find piece ever again and his safety would be threatened . saving everyone was equal to saving himself , as all he wanted was to survive. When his mind regained the painful memories about all what he had experienced in the five years after he entered the game, he believed more in his decision that he made yesterday. He had to fight for the freedom of every Egyptian players , he had to challenge himself and be a different man so that he could create a different future , much different than the dark future he experienced before . he closed his eyes and remembered a lot of past experiences , about the struggle he and other Egyptian players had experienced against sorlon invasion . it was a miserable life through which everyone was fighting fo their lives . whole five years of fighting and struggle didn¡¯t yield any benefits as all the players of the eight great nations and seven follower nations were moving ahead in fast speed but their lives were still stagnated at the same point . fighting against players whose levels were much higher than yours wasn¡¯t a fair fight . living under the rule of your enemies and losing your freedom weren¡¯t a very nice memories but he needed to remember so he wouldn¡¯t ever forget . he checked his clock to find that it at 8:00 a.m., he used his phone to ask for a meal of hot falafel. After he had finished his breakfast, he started to revise his plan which he thought of yesterday . it wasn¡¯t a complete plan but just a general layout of a plan without much details. The task of persuading the 11 to take part in the game under his flag was easy. It was a common thing in his time to had many studios for the virtual reality ¡° VR ¡° games. These studios made contracts with the players on a very attractive and appropriate financial basis. Because of the widespread of this pattern in the VR games, he decided to use that method to avoid the undesirable attention and to make it easier for him to convince those eleven. Within an hour with a specialized company He had created his own company for the VR Games. He made the studio headquarter to be in this apartment. As for its name, he had settled on the name of "Studio sphinx" as a sign of the role that this giant sculpture played in protecting the three great pyramids. then he sent a notice via e-mail to all 11 people to invite them to join his studio. The last obstacle he had right now is the last player : Aya Darwish . When the VR Rioneed game was launched, all the the Great Eight nations players participated in it. Each country of the Great Eight ¡° G8 ¡° can choose only one country from their allies to support and give their players the opportunity to play in Rioneed. Although China is a great country of the G8, it did not choose any country to support, while Tasania chose Sorlon to support. Of course, Sorlon took advantage of this opportunity and invaded many Arabic countries including Egypt, especially in the absence of any Arab country in this list. This list was named by "The list of shame" and all the countries in it used to colonize all of the countries around them in the game except for one , which was China. So when everyone join Rioneed after five years, they were surprised by the invasion of the countries in the list of shame to their lands, and Egypt was not an exception. This conspiracy, which had been carefully planned, included the use of some of the players who had double nationalities and were living within the G8 to spy on their home countries in the game and to tell them about any person that might threaten their plans. Aya Darwish was one of those misfortunate players, since she is an Egyptian and a Tasanian citizen, she was forced like other miserable players like her to cooperate with them. What made her such an important person that despite her dangerous position she protected many of those Egyptian players who played the game by chance from the beginning . She also established a number of cities that represented a safe haven for Egyptian players when they entered the game five years later . Unfortunately, her struggle ended at the third year when one of the players betrayed her and reported her . although he had never met her but her name had been repeated like a myth in the game. If there was a list of regret for everyone in the Egyptian domain , the first of this list would be the incident of murdering Aya Darwish, and if there was a list of must do, in the beginning of this list was to save Aya Darwish . What he knew from the future was that Aya Darwish was now in the modern city of Cairo. For anyone with two nationalities like her they can¡¯t choose the country that they would play in the game , as the game would determine the country automatically for them when they first created their characters as the game selected the country where the players live when they entered the game for the first time. All the G8 knew this information so the presence of Aya Darwish in Egypt right now was logical. The problem was that she like other double nationality players were tightly monitored . he couldn¡¯t try to meet her at the hotel where she was staying as that would be useless , as the hotel was also closely observed . If he wanted to meet her, he had to do it in an impromptu manner so no one could suspect him or even her. If he wanted to do that, he had to choose a place where it was natural for two people to be and talk to each other. His mind revised all the information about Aya Darwish''s past life which he knew from the future. Like other idols of the Egyptian players back then, every detail of her life became usual information in everyone''s stories when they gather around the fire in the camps at the long cold nights. About her stay in Egypt in this week before the launch of the game, he remembered that she went out more than ten times, including three times Ibrahim could manage to talk to her safely . The first time was yesterday, and it was his best opportunity which he already lost . It was a football match between Al¡ªAhly and Al¡ªZamalek football teams. she was a big fan for Al¡ªZamalek''s team . It was an ideal opportunity because Ibrahim himself was a member in Al¡ªZamalek football club, so it was easy to meet her in the stadium. But this was in the past, and Ibrahim couldn¡¯t do anything now but regretting not coming back in time a day earlier The second chance would be two days later when she would visit her mother''s grave. The last chance was very risky as she would visit tonight a gathering for all Egyptian professional players in VR games . he was certain that Tasania¡¯s people would be watching this gathering very closely. If he participated in it, it would be so easy for them to notice him an tag him. The second chance was much more risky . His presence around Aya¡¯s mom grave would undoubtedly raise suspicions . After giving the matter few thoughts he settled on trying the third chance as his new studio that he just created today would be his ticket to participate normally in this gathering . The fact that Sphinx Studio was just a recent established studio without any reputation may play a role in neglecting him . He looked at his clock to find it a little past 10 A.M. . He still had time so he entered the site of this gathering , which was called " League of Legends " named after a very famous historical online game centuries ago and booked a small booth to under the identity of his Sphinx Studio. He didn¡¯t stop at just that but contacted an advertising company in modern Cairo city and selected a collection of ordinary studio''s advertising flyres . he tried to make his studio looked like a normal game studio . If he took part in this event without a propaganda , he would attract undesirable suspicion . After he finished doing all of this , he booked a special aircar to transport him to the event place .The date for the gathering is 5 p.m., so he had at least 4 hours before the aircar¡¯s arrival . The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.Suddenly a number of alerts came from his phone so he quickly opened them . These alerts were a notice about the reply of the 11 players telling him their decisions via e-mails . As he expected , they warmly welcomed his offer and agreed to represent Sphinx Studio in Rioneed . they were also waiting for him to decide the date and place to sign the contract. The contract problem was very easy to solve . The electronic network has multiple models of game studios contracts for decades , so he could use one of them . He didn''t care to read the content of these contracts and chose contract randomly and then signed it and sent it to everyone. He remembered that two of the eleven lived in the city of Modern Cairo , so he e-mailed them with the details of the event and asked them to be there in time . There was no problem for him in meeting the two of them before the start of the game . he decided to invite them as they may help him to get rid of the eyes that are stealthy spying on him . After completing all these tasks , he finally found a space to breath and started to think about the next steps he would take in the game. The game was based on a pattern similar to the reality in the old history of the world. For the scenario of the game in Egypt, it depended on the existence of multiple battles that take advantage of the weakness of the Pharaoh''s power over the throne of Egypt . The start of the game as Ibrahim remembered was just before the fall of the six dynasty at the time which was just before the oldest revolution in history on mankind . The information in the game forums speaking about the game events and scenarios before everyone joined the game stated that the general pattern of the game was the age of cold weapons . during this age every country began its journey in a scenario similar to Egypt''s scenario. This put recent countries like tasania and sorlon in a very difficult situation. These countries had a history that only existed for only 600 years. The features of these countries scenarios were innovative scenarios . Tasania was fighting against dark wizards plaque and sorlon was fighting vampires . Perhaps this was one of the factors that made tasania chose to ally with sorlon as the latter were situated at the heart of many old civilizations that Tasania would invade later in the game and use their advantages in the game for themselves . in Rioneed game after many years Tasania had taken control of Mexico and the countries surrounding the Panama Straits, and its fingers had spread to Africa to take over the whole south of the continent. sorlon had taken over the entire Arab countries as well as Turkey. The rest of Africa was split between Britania , Almon and France . Rioneed game supported multiple modes of play within it, so the player could choose the adventure path and move alone or with his alliance in the giant map that was a thousand times bigger than the size of Earth . Given the huge size of the map , the time in the game was around five times compared to Earth''s time , which mean that five years on Earth were equal to twenty-five years in the game . The other mode of the game was the lifestyle mode which was similar to normal jobs in the real life . Perhaps the most famous lifestyle players were blacksmiths . alchemists were also very important lifestyle jobs . The last mode of the game was the mode of feudal lords , which allowed players to build cities and kingdoms inside the game. If he wanted to achieve a difference in the game he had to use the first mode . His previous experience is rich in this field but the major problem was that in order to exploit this mode he had to establish an alliance and to benefit from this alliance he must make a large number of players join this alliance . The problem was how would he obtain all these players ? the players at the Egyptian domain at the early steps of Rioneed were so few so he couldn¡¯t use this mode at all . If he wanted to change this brutal reality he must break the limiting rules of players joining the game so he could exploit this alliances mode for his own benefit . To achieve this step it was impossible for him right now . There were three solutions to break these limiting rules , the first solution was to wait for a five-year period . if he chose to wait he would lose everything by then . the second solution was for a country to control five different cities from five different domains of Rioneed . This rule was spread like a fire in the fringe when all countries entered the game after five years. At that time everyone believed in their capabilities to achieve this solution if they knew it before . No one doubted the difficulty of that task and they thought they could do it so easily , but now after five years of experience , he was sure that it was almost impossible . If he wanted his small team to do this, he would need 50 years, not five ! There was another problem of the second solution , and that he needed to speed up achieving this solution as soon as possible. As the historians said that Solron invaded Egypt in the fourth year of the game . That meant he had to do that job before the fourth year by one year or two at least so the players had a chance to develop and raise their levels in order to deal with the Solronian invasion. He must invade these cities in just two years or three , but how would he do it with his little crew ? The last solution was to buy huge number of capsules that were enough to supply one tenth of the Egyptians, and then the game allowed this country to get the capsules free of charge . This made this solution not practical at all. From where would he get all this huge wealth ? In brief : it was impossible for him to achieve this step right now . Then that leaved him with the last mode , which became his life saving straw . he must play as a feudal lord and establish a kingdom as soon as possible. He had to use NPCs as many as possible . The most important problem right now was how would he create a powerful kingdom capable of invading five countries in just three years ? if he managed to do so he would bypass many obstacles and give Egypt a chance to fight for its freedom . he couldn¡¯t use NPCs in his kingdom to defend the domain as their numbers were too few for such a job . Chapter 3 he make a kingdom following the steps of Aya Darwish ? If he did so what about Aya Darwish herself ? That was a problem he needed to solve ! The fact that there would be two Lords in Egypt may strengthen Egyptian players in the future or may not , as the addition of a normal lord wouldn¡¯t change anything and wouldn¡¯t be much of help . Should he support Aya Darwish and rely on her as a lone lord ? He trusted her and her ability as a Lord , but he didn¡¯t know if he could actually change her destiny and protect her from the inevitable ! It would be a great bet not only on his and her life, but on everyone''s destiny. He couldn¡¯t dare to take that risk at all. He knew his abilities well , if he became a lord too he would be a normal one . His presence wouldn¡¯t serve the benefits of his cause either. Ibrahim sat on his seat in front of the small metal table trying to remember every detail he had gone through in the game. It wasn''t easy, as five years of Rioneed equaled almost 25 years of Earth time , that was another life . He stayed in his place for almost three hours squeezing his brain till a glimmer of hope appeared . was around 2,000 owning 2,000 cities and villages in 2000 different locations at Egyptian lands . Should he visit these locations by himself one by one ? But even if he did so and he didn¡¯t remember all these locations , he wouldn''t find anything useful there as they moved cities and villages too far from their original places. So how would he look for the origins of these cities and villages ? It was a real tough problem . The only information he had tight now was the information of the village that the Egyptian lord tried to establish. The place of that city is in Upper Egypt , near the system city of Memphis in the game. This meant that if he wanted to build a village there he had to start the game from this system city . In his previous experience with the game he started the game fromAlexandria system city , but during the conflict between Egyptians and Solronians inside the game he moved a lot between the great cities in Egypt , including Memphis city . He decided to start from Memphis city . Although he didn''t live there for a long time , the information he knew about Memphis city wasn¡¯t small . So he had to recall all the information he could remember and wrote it in a safe place . He looked at his phone hesitantly. At his time every technological devices had great risk to theft and spying. So he had to use the oldest technology to record all these vital information , which was recording them on the paper ! He looked at his phone watch to find that he didn''t have much time to do that. He had to get ready to move to modern Cairo city within an hour. During this hour he ordered a lunch from a fast-food store to eat it in a hurry before he wore his clothes and moved out of his small apartment towards the end of the big street where he lived. The aircar he had booked parked in the big square at the end of the street due to its size and its noise . The speed of the aircar in flight might break the sound barrier if the passenger was in a hurry, but because there was about an hour until the meeting , the car moved at a relatively moderate speed not more than 300 kilometers per hour. That way it would arrive at the meeting within 40 minutes at most as the crowded streets of Cairo were a nightmare . Inside the aircar there was a vast space enough for about 10 people to sit in comfort. There was a big screen hanging in the air that allowed passengers to browse the Internet and do their business while they were traveling , and there was a mobile bar carried by a passenger-service robot. When he first saw the robot he remembered an old theory of humanity where there was an obsession for many people fearing about the future conflict between humans and machines . Stolen story; please report.Ibrahim did not feel the speed of time passing by until he found that the flying aircar had entered the crowded streets of Cairo . Although his visits to Modern Cairo city were limited and despite the fact that its streets were crowded exactly like the streets of Alexandria , he always felt a heavy stone on his chest every time he set foot at this giant city , as if he was entering the depths of a giant beast belly . He took a deep breath to remove these weird ideas and then began to review in his mind his plan to meet Aya Darwish . The aircar began to slow down gradually, until it stopped completely in front of a giant conference building in the heart of the Modern Cairo city . He got off the aircar and asked its driver to wait until he finished his event . He then wired the paycheck to the company''s bank account via his phone in seconds then he moved to enter the building . He found a group of people wearing unified black suits . after he talked with them for a bit he found out that they were the ones who organized this gathering . He managed to pass through them easily as he had a name for himself and his studio in the list of the attendees . They also approved his request to add the names of the two members who would come later under the name of his studio. But he felt suspicious towards them . The body features of these men told him that they weren¡¯t a normal event planner company as they claim , and it seemed to him that this meeting wasn¡¯t as simple as he thought . After entering the building he found himself on the side of a long hallway, he then took a turn to the right and then to the left following the man in the black suit who was in charge of guiding him to the meeting place. He took advantage of his rich experience in the game to conclude that the man walking in front of him was from military background . for the exchange of knowledge and experience among the different studios and independent experts , it was a gathering of all the information about the teams that might pose a threat to the plans of the G8 especially Tasania and Solron . This never bodes well. He tried to suppress his fears and started thinking about what he should do next. He did not have enough time to think , as his guide opened a big door to enter a giant hall that could accommodate a thousand people with ease . He went in to hear the sound of the door closing behind him to make him more tense . ¡°I''m here now and I have to calm down and act normally so I don''t raise any suspicion. ¡° He moved slowly, looking around himself in doubt. Everyone here belonged either to the famous game studio or a famous independent player. Their clothes had different slogans pointing to each studio name. Their enthusiasm, which he noticed easily as it was very apparent in their speech and their emotions, showed to him that they weren¡¯t faking anything and they were actual professional players. So those who were watching them closely were far away from them. But where were they ? He looked around for anyplace or anyone who seemed suspicious, but with no result. He caught a glimpse of the a booth with the name ¡° Sphinx Studio ¡° written on a big banner hanged in top of it surrounded by a vast number of booths of other studios he didn¡¯t recognize. He didn''t want to attract any attention for himself so he moved as soon as possible towards his booth. As he approached it he saw her! He finally saw her in flesh alive! He froze immediately and remembered her photo which was one of the sacred doings that everybody used to do back then, sharing the idol¡¯s information and sacrifices around the camp fire at night where they swore they wouldn''t forget them and their life stories and sacrifices they made for them. There she was standing in front of him with her soft, rounded face, her beautiful curvy body and her short red hair, with some bright blue long strands. She was standing there like a star speaking with all players around her with confidence without any hesitation or fear. She was in front of him separated by only a few meters. He felt like there were a few light years separating her from him not just few meters. The eyes of those watching them were definitely set tight on her. He fell in love with her, so he would never let anybody hurt her no matter what price he must pay. chapter4 In spite of all the mixed feelings of him, his stop only lasted for one moment after which he continued his walk towards his booth. As soon as he passed the gathering surrounding Aya he heard a soft voice calling him: ¡°Can you wait for a moment please? ¡° He didn''t need to turn around to know who was talking to him. That soft voice he had heard before in a very famous record. Although he needed to talk to her but everyone around her wouldn¡¯t let them talk in private without drawing any attention. So he postponed talking about what he intended and turned to her saying: ¡° Of course I can, but I don''t think we''ve met before. ¡° ¡° Yes, this is the first time we meet. My name is Aya Darwish, a professional player in Tasania. ¡° He looked at her extended hand towards him in hesitance, then he reached out to shake her hand saying: ¡° My name is Ibrahim Tawfik, and I''m the founder of the Sphinx Studio .¡± ¡° Sphinx Studio? This is a brand new name for me.¡± ¡°Indeed, I founded it just yesterday. ¡° There was laughing around her when Ibrahim told her about his new studio, but he did not care about that. As for Aya, she seemed a bit frustrated from their behavior so she said: ¡° Let''s talk at your booth. ¡° Ibrahim''s heart contracted suddenly as she moved before him and pulled his hand to move towards his booth in a posing manner. Although he wanted to talk to her more thoroughly, he always thought about those who were watching her. But before him Aya was moving confidently and that move was very spontaneous so it gave him the audacity to keep up with her. It was who asked him to move towards his booth in response to the mean behavior of the other players. They were I a safe position away from any suspicion, or that what he hoped. Once they reached the booth she said: ¡° I apologize to you for what they have done. Although there are some bastards among them, most of them are pure-hearted. ¡° ¡° Do you know them all ? ¡° Aya laughed gently as she said in a proud tone : ¡° I know every professional Egyptian player.¡± ¡° You seem to be very famous . ¡° -Not only famous, but also the most famous player among them ! ¡° oh you are a celebrity then ? ¡° ¡° you can say so . ¡° Her speech clearly indicated to him that she was telling a joke which she laughed after saying it loudly, but despite that Ibrahim did not laugh with her. For him she was the most important player in the place here, even in the whole game. He looked around him quickly so he could be sure that they were not attracting any uninvited guests. That move attracted the attention of Aya, who said in a calm voice: ¡° Ibrahim, you seem to me that you are worried. ¡° Ibrahim didn''t answer her directly, but he looked at her eyes deeply. She felt that something bad was about to happen. Ibrahim looked carefully around them again and then moved inside the booth without talking. Aya felt suspicious of his actions, but something inside her made her move into the booth. The booth had a very simple metal table with some posters arranged neatly on it. Behind the table was a narrow three meters, There were three metal seats around the table, of which he drew one, and then gave it to Aya who was still standing in front of the table. He then nodded toward a narrower corner inside the booth which wasn¡¯t apparent to anyone watching from outside. Then he pulled a seat toward the same place, and sat in front of the Aya, who moved behind him quietly watching him closely and carefully. She carried in her eyes many questions about his unusual behavior but she decided to follow him out of curiosity. Her suspicion was normal as anyone in her place would feel confused. He didn¡¯t give her any room to talk as he said: ¡° Like you told me right now that you''re the most skilled player here, and I''m very recent in this field, so I need you to explain to me what I can do in my studio, so I hope you can nominate for me a number of currently popular games so I can financially benefit from the studio. ¡° In his slow and quiet talk, Ibrahim did something that Aya had never imagined. He took out his phone, turned it off, and pulled out his little battery. This movement made her feel that the person sitting next to her was not a simple person. This movement indicated that he knew there was someone watching over her. When she reached this point, she jumped to a more insane point : Does he know the secrets and dangers of Rioneed ? After Ibrahim finished his talk, he put his phone in the pocket of his heavy coat, which contained certain metal wires that repel electromagnetic waves and micro-nano frequencies. Aya kept staring deeply at the young man, who, had it not been for his suspicious movements, would not have noticed his presence. Despite the shock of what her mind had expected and her fear of what would happen if they were discovered now, she decided to risk . Taking this step in front of someone you don''t know maybe was due to her impulsive personality or her desire to try something new that might add a new variable that would change the desperate situation that she was in right now. Maybe because she was too scared from who was watching her movements like hungry hawk, before she sits down she didn¡¯t do like him to her phone but she took off her coat and put it on the metal table behind her, then she sat down and said:Stolen content warning: this content belongs on Royal Road. Report any occurrences. ¡± This is a long story Ibrahim. Tell me, have you ever played an online game ? What did you play ? ¡° ¡° I just played a game before and I''ll play the second soon. The two games are Ashley and Rioneed . ¡° Despite Ibrahim''s casual answer, his eyes were fixed on her. He watched every change on her face. He was able to observe a very fine tremor of her left-hand lasted for just a moment before it disappeared. His guess was correct. Ashley was a very well-known code among Egyptian players especially when they knew very dangerous secrets that they could not disclose. As usual, this code was invented by Aya. What Ibrahim bet on was that Aya invented that code before the beginning of Rioneed game, he bet it was her own code in life. What he just noticed made him realize that his bet apparently was right. ¡°Ashley''s game is an old game, and your experience won''t help you with what you will be facing in Rioneed.¡± ¡°I don''t think so. Ashley''s game made me realize the basis of the online games. It''s a very complicated game, and it has a lot of secrets and difficult confrontations between the players, so I''m totally ready for this Rioneed game .¡± What they said was much deeper than what it seemed. The rule that Aya set in the Ashley code was to start talking about Ashley in any phrase, then to associate it with the subject she was talking about. What she said to him meant that Rioneed game was not like any previous game in the online games, which Ibrahim knew very well. Aya understood from his words that Rioneed was a very complicated game with many secrets and conflicting situations among players . The number of questions that struck her mind was much more than her ability to process them at once. But a certain fact seemed very clear to her : This strange guy knew the secrets of Rioneed game. But why did he talk to her? did he know what she was planning to do in the game ? She was so scared that she was on the verge of collapse. What was she thinking in her mind was the details of a conspiracy she did not expect to face so quickly, a plot planned by the Tasania and Solron agents. She didn¡¯t know how they discovered her, but apparently the young man in front of her was working for them, and what he had said to her just now was part of that conspiracy to reveal her true intentions, plans, and plot. She didn¡¯t find any other answer to the question of how could such a young man possibly know such secrets of high secrecy and danger? How could for anyone to know her most precious secret, Ashley code? She never told anyone about that code and no ordinary person could discover it . As for the man sitting in front of her, he not only knew the code but also used it perfectly to communicate with her. she felt threatened by Ibrahim. At the same time, during the flood of her stormy thoughts, Ibrahim noticed that her calm look had changed towards suspicious one showing emotions of hatred, doubt, and fear. Her reaction was just a natural one that he had expected before so he quickly said to clear this misunderstanding: ¡°You don''t believe that my experience in Ashley is different and unique. I was one of those who resisted invaders to defend the holy land of Ashley, and through my experience, I knew that fighting on my own was difficult and wouldn''t achieve the goal I wanted. So I decided to set up Sphinx studio so that I could gather skilled players who have the enthusiasm and experience of the online games to use them to play Rioneed and try to earn money . ¡° Although she understood his message that his intentions in Rioneed were much different from what she thought as he intended to fight invasion against Egypt in the game, and that he was looking for a group of players to help him, she was still looking at him with the same amount of hatred and fear. He added, in hasty words, out of fear that she might do something reckless: ¡°In Ashley''s game, I''ve never been a traitor. I also hate ay rat who may sell me to my enemies. So I''ll be very careful about choosing who join Sphinx especially when I play a dangerous online game like Rioneed. In Ashley if you want to betray someone, you won''t know about their betrayal only when it¡¯s too late ¡° Ibrahim''s heart rate was too fast. What he just said carried a great danger to him. If anyone heard him he might understand the messages he just said. The truth was that he wanted to tell her everything he knew but he was afraid from people who were watching her. It doesn''t matter whether she believed him or not, but he was very afraid to risk revealing himself and hers too, especially that he was capable to escape but she couldn¡¯t. Suddenly his mind stirred to think about this new crazy idea that just hit him, what would happen if he made her run away with him? It was a very tempting idea to him, but after moments of thoughts he completely abandoned it. Now,she still didn¡¯t believe what he said to her and misunderstood every word. How would she agree to bet her whole life on him? Although the words that he just said made a lot of sense to her and told her that there was no conspiracy against herself, but her mind told her not to risk her whole life and trust such a stranger she just met. She would never risk her life for anyone, no matter what, let alone someone she only knew for a few minutes. She stood up from her seat without even saying a farewell statement. As soon as she approached her coat, he rapidly said: ¡°I was playing at Ashley''s game in a good city called Tiba. My name there was Ibro. Have you ever seen my name there before ? ¡° Her hands stopped for a moment before taking her coat and moving away from him as if he was infected by plague. He followed her with his eyes, and he didn''t know if she understood what he wanted to tell her. Chapter 5 Ibrahim looked around him after Aya left. He was observing if someone was watching what had happened just now. If so then he surely raised doubts about what he had just done. But he didn¡¯t feel regret. Although all the information about Aya Darwish''s life was known to everyone, only one piece of information was kept hidden .. her name in the game ! No one knew her game name, and no one ever knew the reason for that secret. If he didn¡¯t know her name in the game, how could he communicate with her? He did not think before whether he would choose the same name he used in the game before or choose another one this time, but after he told her he would not be able to change it, otherwise she could not find him. As for Tiba system city, he did not plan to start from it, but rather from Memphis system city. At the last minute he changed the name of the city fearing that he would provide those who would monitor their talk with additional free information that would help them in the future to find and spy on him. He was not worried about her not communicating with him in the game. No matter what, playing inside the online games made everyone feel comfortable and safe, especially the one who was in the same position as her. He took a deep breath when he felt that no one was paying attention to him. The meeting went peacefully, or so he hoped. Minutes later he saw two people walking completely stunned towards him. They were looking around themselves with unbelievable look over their faces. Ibrahim didn''t need to think hard to figure out who they were. He guessed it. Who else would come to this place and look around themselves in this strange way? Mohamed and Mostafa were the two players who staged a series of miraculous battles against the sorlonians at the game before. As everyone used to speculate, they were actually friends before they entered the game. As soon as they saw the banner with the studio name on it they moved rapidly towards him . ¡°Hello, my name is Mohamed.¡± ¡°And I''m Mostafa. Surely you''re Ibrahim?¡± ¡°Yes, welcome to Sphinx Studio. Tell me, did you find your way to here easily?¡± They moved to sit on the empty seats in front of Ibrahim then Mostafa said : ¡°You didn''t tell us how did you find us Ibrahim?¡± Ibrahim was not surprised by his question. He knew very well that Mostafa was the brain who loved to think but not talking a lot, but Mohamed was talking. Ibrahim told him the answer he prepared in advance for anyone like him who might ask such a question, saying spontaneously: ¡°I searched for the names of the successful players in the recent famous ten online games, then I excluded who belonged to any studio, no matter how famous he is, and then I sent out invitations to the ones who haven''t yet joined any studio. I consider myself lucky for you to agree to be part of my studio.¡± Mohamed stepped in and said quickly: ¡°I never imagined that I would join a big studio for games. It was a dream of mine since childhood. Once I received your message, I thought it was a joke from someone. Then I spoke with Mostafa and I found out that he also had received your message, so I knew that your offer was real. Mostafa stepped on Mohamed''s feet to stop him from continuing his usual gossip. Mostafa was the brain while Mohamed was the muscle. ¡°Don''t mind him, he becomes like this if he''s excited about something. I looked at Sphinx Studio and found only one site for it. I surfed it a little and found out it wasn¡¯t stating any previous experience at any game. Is this really a newly-created studio?¡± ¡°It''s really a recent studio I set up yesterday. Dou you mind that my studio is new one Mostafa?¡± The best way to defend was to attack, and someone with a great mind like Mostafa when you surprise him he got confused immediately. This was really what happened to Mostafa, who thought that when he focus at this point Ibrahim would try to evade it with any excuses and then start to try to compromise them as much as he could. Reality showed him that he was wrong as he was struck by Ibrahim''s question which he didn¡¯t anticipate. So he quickly said apologizing:If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. ¡°No .. I didn''t mean it.¡± Ibrahim was aware of what Mostafa and Mohamed really wanted by joining his studio. They came from a very poor environment. So he said with confidence: ¡°Don''t worry about the poor experience of Sphinx studio. In my opinion any studio is worthless if it doesn''t give his members privileges, or else it doesn''t have the right to be a studio in this field. Regardless of the fact that you''re one of the first to join Sphinx studio and that''s what makes you the founders of the studio. That means you''re going to get privileges that are different from the regular members of any studio. That what you should worry about.¡± ¡°Privileges? Are we going to get privileges? This is wonderful Mostafa. I never imagined that I would get privileges once I join. Mostafa stepped harder on his feet this time to silence him before saying : ¡°Why are you going to give us all these privileges? We haven''t started playing yet, so maybe we''re not going to be good players who deserve these privileges.¡± Ibrahim smiled with complete confidence in his ability to bring these two veterans into his side. He said simultaneously: ¡°The privileges you''re going to get are one free capsule for each one of you. This capsule will be paid by Sphinx studio. As for your salary, I''m going to multiply it three times than the normal wages of any studio. Of course, these privileges are not permanent. I run a commercial studio here not a group of friends making a studio. So you''re going to be like everyone else who join the studio, always subject to regular assessment from me with strict evaluation of your responsibility in the game. So if you don''t play hard, then I''m going to drop off your rank and have your own privileges to be cut down and you will become like any regular player. The privileges of a regular player in Sphinx studio only to get paid a normal salary like the salary of normal players in any other studio and about the capsules you got from me their costs will be cut monthly from your salary. If you keep up not working hard then I''m going to be forced to throw you out the studio.¡± He didn''t begin his talk answering Mostafa''s question, on the one hand, he tried his best to seduce them by stressing on the financial temptations that he knew it will play a major role to make them accept his words. On the other hand, he provided a logical justification for those privileges for the two of them and for those who might be listening to their small conversation. He also tried to deliver a hidden message to them saying in a subtle way: ¡°I''m the leader here and I set the rules here not you.¡± ¡°For the reason about why I¡¯m giving you these privileges it''s very simple. When I founded Sphinx studio I made a budget based on at least 100 members joining me, but in fact not this many accepted my invitation. I''ve only gotten the approval of five people yet including the two of you. So it''s easy for me to give you these privileges.¡± He didn''t want to tell them the truth about how many players he had accepted at his studio. Maybe eleven out of five wasn¡¯t that big of a difference, but if someone was listening to their talk right now, he would realize that this studio was a doomed project that was going to fail before it starts. His studio would appear harmless and couldn¡¯t possibly have any danger to their plans, so they would stop monitoring them. ¡°That''s great! I''m really excited and can¡¯t wait to start playing Rioneed. Tell me, are we going to do advertising in other studio? Do you have any plans to attract the other studios players? We have to work hard to increase our players base, because the more we have the more fun it is. Why don''t you do online advertising from now? Or send messages over the phone to other players like you did with us? There''s a lot of things to do that if you..¡± This time Ibrahim interrupted him after he felt that his enthusiastic tone might cause unwanted attention. He also knew him very well. If he was excited about something he would do before he thought, and perhaps this would cause countless problems, as he always used to cause trouble in the game. ¡°I don''t think that increasing the number of players at this early stage is in your best interest. The more the number we have the less privileges you get!¡± ¡°Don''t listen to me. We''re a successful studio with only five people. Why do we need a large number of players? We are 50 better than 500. Don''t think about any suggestion I said. Advertisements don''t necessarily attract professional players like me and Mostafa. I want you to be confident in our abilities!¡± His attitude changed completely to the opposite! No matter what Mostafa might think, no matter what plans they might have, their bank account will convince them. So it wasn¡¯t surprising for Ibrahim that the two of them settled their minds on joining his studio. After a long discussion about their plans in the next game, Ibrahim ended the meeting and the three of them began to remove the studio banner and flyers from booth. Although Ibrahim was enthusiastic about discussing Rioneed game with Mohamed and Mostafa, his nerves were so tight and he was so worried. When he left the Modern Cairo city safely in the aircar he breathed a deep sigh of relief. It was a very dangerous experience, but in the end he reached his goal. When he reached his apartment it was approaching 11 P.M. . he ordered food for dinner, and then fell into a deep sleep. Chapter 6 Ibrahim woke up the next day around noon. The last two days were very tense and exhausting. His body badly needed that sleep. Once he got out of bed, he had instinctively started a series of physical training. His life in the game was full of risks, so his physical fitness was essential to his survival. Although he was not in imminent danger now, his old habits were hard to get rid of. After half an hour of severe training, he found out to his astonishment that he could not keep up with the training he was used to, so he sat down to take his breath, realizing that he was not the 30 athletic man he was used to, but was still 18 years old lazy youth. Although he has tall muscular body with some muscles appearing under his shirt but that was nothing to his body after five years in Rioneed. Despite that, he decided to continue his training regularly until he regain his fitness as he used to be in the game. Then he moved to do a huge search for a safe place to hide from everyone. The conditions he set for this place were simple but very difficult to achieve. He needed a place where a stranger like him living there wouldn¡¯t raise suspicion. He also needed a place where it would be difficult for anyone to reach easily and spy on whoever lived there without being discovered. This place must be near a big city so if things got bad he could escape easily/ always plan for your escape route, that was a fundamental rule of Rioneed.. His search which took all the day did not yield any good result. All the places he found did not meet all of his requirements. At the end of the day he felt despair and decided to change the search for a safe place. If he failed to find a safe haven, he would not be able to do any of the steps of his plan. He was so nervous so he started looking for a giant car to transport the seven capsules. Although the size of each capsule was no more than 2.5 meters wide and 1.5 meters high, seven of them occupy a huge area. This time his search yielded a good result. He found a giant car suitable to transport capsules between cities. He looked at its huge size, which was over 50 meters long, and it was able to transport tens of capsules, not just seven. After he bought them, he then looked again for a shelter. But as usual, his search did not yield any results until dawn to fall asleep on his small table. He was not fortunate at the next day as it followed the same pattern, and unfortunately the result was like the previous one. At the end of the day, because of his tension and extreme fear, he ended the search and ordered a large amount of nutrient fluid. Using capsules in the VR games was not a new invention or an exclusive feature of Rioneed. All the current VR games depended on the presence of a capsule for each player. Because the capsule allowed the player to stay in the game for long periods of time that might reach weeks, the need for the nutritional fluid tubes emerged and it was very normal fo find many Egyptian companies who supplied these tubes to many players. At the beginning of the emergence of these liquids, there were rumors that they were strengthening the player''s body and developing his muscular abilities. Ibrahim knew that these rumors are true, especially when he used high quality nutrient liquids. This was the reason why he had reserved a large amount of nutritious liquid of the finest available type in the Egyptian market. He did not fear that this might attract attention, as the market for the online games in Egypt was very large. Now that he had finished buying the fluids, he did not begin looking again for a safe place, but he threw his body on his bed trying to relax. Now it seemed to him finding a place to hide was very difficult. New technologies, such as new ultra artificial intelligence computers, flying cars, road surveillance cameras and other modern technology made every place the back yard to anyone with the right authority to spy. If he wanted to run away, he might eventually go to a place where no one lived at with no technology, no modern aspects of life. But if he went to a place like this, he couldn¡¯t guarantee his privacy either. Huge satellites in space monitored everybody everywhere even in the deserted places. If he really wanted to escape, he had to go to a place where modern technology and satellites couldn¡¯t reach, and also had very little human beings, so should he go to Mars? He didn''t remember when he slept, but when he woke up in the morning he heard a loud phone alert. He just got a message. He opened the message and found a note from the company that carried the capsules saying that they would be transporting the capsules from a giant Mediterranean cruise directly to his home. The message contained the date of arrival of the shipment with a request to confirm his address. He easily confirmed his address. Then he requested breakfast from the surrounding restaurants. After he finished his breakfast, he contacted the company which he bought the giant truck from and asked them to deliver it in the evening. The easiest way to transport all these capsules was moving them directly from the shipping company to his new giant car, but he was afraid that someone would notice that these capsules would be transported to another place. That''s why he decided to put them in his apartment, then broke them apart and move their parts to his car at night, then transport them to the homes of his studio members. Because he was afraid to be more nervous he decided not to look again for his escape place. Instead he used the code to track his shipment, trying to waste time. The signal coming from the carrier''s website was showing that the crew arrived somewhere in the sea. He imagined a giant ship floating 20 meters above sea level and moving at enormous speeds from Europe''s capsule factories. After half an hour the signal started moving slowly towards the north coast of Egypt. The boat was closer to Libya than to Egypt, which made him speculate that there would be a number of players in Libya who would participate in the game as well. He thought for a moment about communicating with the famous players in the Arab countries around him, but he then backed down, as a move like this will put the spotlight over him. His mind moved away from this idea and went back to track the shipment. The flashlight dot like signal moved across the Egyptian-Libyan border and ended up on a direct route to Modern Alexandria. Although he never went beyond West Alexandria, he knew there were more than one city on the road, the most famous one was the ancient city of Dabaa and the Modern city of Alamein. Tracking the flight seemed quite boring. This novel is published on a different platform. Support the original author by finding the official source. ¡°I hate monotony!¡± He moved from his position to do some muscle training, trying to distract his mind so he didn''t go back to the research. But during his training, his eyes were always attracted to that bright dot. He didn¡¯t know why he watched that dot so closely, but he seemed to get excited as the day to start the game was getting closer and closer. He knew he couldn¡¯t start playing once he got the capsule, but wouldn''t that be considered a step? ¡°What happened?¡± He immediately stopped training and his eyes was fixed on his big phone screen. He had his mind distracted for just a moment as he was thinking about what he would do when he entered the game, but in the meantime, the red flashing small dot of his shipment disappeared. He moved from his position immediately to take control of his phone, focused on the map, everything else was normal, except that the red dot disappeared. He went out of the site and re-opened it, and used the same code as he had gotten before from the shipping company. The map appeared again empty in front of him. He observed the map closely. The screen was full of a general map of the northern coast of Egypt. He found a very thin line starting from the point of movement of the cargo from the sea to its destination in Alexandria. He noticed that next to this tiny line was information written in very small writings, so he zoomed up the map to find out those were numbers. He zoomed till he could see those numbers. Those numbers were the remaining distance and the remaining time needed for the shipment to reach him. That showed that the transporting aircar was still on its way with no problem in the journey. So why did the point disappear? Suddenly, his body trembled. If his conclusion was correct, he had found a great solution to his big problem. He didn''t want to celebrate too early before he became sure of his guess. This time he followed the flight line with great anticipation. After minutes of anticipation the red dot reappeared on the map on the same route that was drawn before. That was a sign supporting his guess, but to make sure he had to wait until the capsules came to his house, then he would try to know the details of what had happened during the transport journey. Time was so slow to the point where he felt like it was a whole year. Almost an hour passed after the red dot had reappeared on the screen, he heard a sharp alarm from his phone as a message arrived to him telling him about the arrival of the shipment and asking him to get down of his apartment. He pressed the confirmation button at this message quickly and then he moved quickly downstairs. He tried to control his excitement and his emotions when he arrived in front of the big aircar which was many times bigger than his aircar. He pointed out to them to begin the process of transferring capsules. The process went very smoothly and did not take more than one hour. These workers were so skilled at their job. During the transfer of capsules, Ibrahim knew during his short talk with the workers the details of their trip, which was free of any obstacle. They told him that if he wanted to follow the flight path again, he could do so on the company''s site using the private code that was sent to him by the phone. He could follow the flight route and restart the journey to monitor everything, and if he wanted to delete the record from the company, he could do so too. After they finished installing the capsules, the workers came up automatically. Although Ibrahim was afraid of raising suspicion among them from his many questions but he felt as if they were used to such questions. The way they responded to his questions reassured him. He suppressed the urge to make them leave his apartment so he could revise the flight rout carefully especially he didn¡¯t need them to install the capsules as he was very experienced in doing so. But if he did so these technicians from Europe would suspect him. He didn¡¯t want to raise any flags on him. Even when he talked to the workers about their journey, he asked these questions under the disguise of a complaint about how long he was waiting for them and that made him be late to work. So he wasn''t worried if anyone was monitoring his behavior. After a whole hour of transferring capsules, the technicians finished assembling the capsules. For him it was a long, unnatural time as it usually didn¡¯t take five minutes for a person to assemble a capsule, and there was three technicians who were supposed to have finished the installation a long time ago, but he didn¡¯t complain. He didn''t forget to mention in his talk that these capsules were for his studio so he could remove any doubt about owning all this number of capsules. Now, officially, he had entered the circle of conspiracy against Egypt and many other countries. He decided to do all his best so he could turn the table over the G8. If they had enormous technologies and advanced weapons in the real world, he would become the horror they feared in the game. Chapter 7 Ibrahim ensured that all the company workers and the capsule technicians had left then he carefully searched his apartment for anything that might be out of place. His search trip didn''t last long as he quickly found a number of strange things that wasn¡¯t there before at hidden places. At these places he found some small black balls that looked like mercury drops. Once he found out these strange objects, he realized that these technicians had installed spyware in his apartment. They would watch everyone playing the game. So that drove him to think about a more important dilemma: Were such objects hidden inside capsules too? If so then his escape attempt and his plan would fail. So he quickly broke the capsules off the wall and used a kitchen knife to open the heart of every capsule. He was an expert in breaking and reassembling the capsules. Back then when everyone knew the importance of the game, there was a passion among Egyptians for the details of the capsule. He didn¡¯t remember how many times he broke his capsule into small pieces and then pieced it together. He had no idea that a small skill that started as a playful game by some Egyptians at the time would save his life now. After he had broken the first capsule and removed the cover of it, he found three pieces of those black balls inside. He did not stop then and broke the capsule into small pieces. He then discovered the existence of two types of those strange objects inside the capsule, one of them was this black ball that he predicted it would record sound, and the other was gray in the form of a small cube that he thought it had something to do with locating his position, or it might be in touch with space satellites to broadcast what the black balls were recording, or might have other functions. He didn''t care about that as he continued removing all these objects from the capsules. Then he collected those suspicious pieces in the place of the previous capsule. He then repeated the process again with the rest of the capsules. He finally found that each capsule was filled with an equal number of these foreign bodies. Each capsule contained thirty mixed pieces of those foreign bodies. Ibrahim thought of getting rid of them but he changed his mind, as he feared that they might not need him to run the capsule to spy on him. He decided to leave as it was safer that way. He contacted the company from which he bought the giant car to confirm the date of its arrival to a huge garage underground near the square located at the end of his street. After that he contacted a local company based near his place specialized in supplying workers to transport the furniture and he rented small vehicles sufficient to transport the capsules parts from his apartment towards the garage. Each capsule was consisted of a number of pieces of different sizes, shapes and weights, at least two hundred pieces. After he finished all of this, he sent letters to his studio members, told sex of them that he would pass on them tonight to install the capsules for them, and the other five called them to make sure they got the capsules and told them that he would visit them. These five were a headache for him, as their capsules that they would acquire would be filled with these foreign bodies. If he removed them and leaved it in their room, this wouldn¡¯t change the situation at all. Likewise, what should he tell them when they saw him dismantling their capsules and taking those foreign objects out of them? If he were one of them he would immediately doubt his behavior. This time he regretted not buying all the capsules himself. But in his memories, there was no mention of the presence of any strange objects in the capsules. He sat on his bed trying to think of a solution to protect them. He finally found an idea of ??setting up temporary headquarters for his studio members on behalf of Sphinx studio. This would help him and make it easy for him to dismantle and reinstall the capsules again. He could also leave those foreign bodies in their places and then asked the players to move permanently to live in those new headquarters. The idea appealed to him although it was too expensive. These five would certainly return to their homes at some point in time and he couldn¡¯t guarantee that they would not gossip about what they were doing in the game. He could not find a better solution though, so he reluctantly decided to use it. He immediately contacted companies specializing in real estate investments and picked four small apartments like his apartment where he now lives in the cities of Mansoura, Minya, Assiut and Aswan. He finished signing their contracts and then sent the addresses of these apartments to the five players and told them that they should be ready to move to these apartments as quickly as possible. As for their capsules, he told them that he would take care of removing and installing them personally. Ibrahim was not worried that they would not accept his offer. It was very common for studio members to live full time in their headquarters in different cities. This move made him lose about one tenth of his remaining money. Nevertheless he did not regret what he did, as this was the only solution that he was able to think of to solve this problem.Stolen story; please report. After finishing all this, he prepared his own bag and filled it with his clothes and various memoire of his old life. After that he found a message on his phone telling him that the transport workers arrived under his apartment. He pointed to them from the window of his room to ascend to the top. He wasn¡¯t worried about them as these workers were used to transport anything as long as they can carry it. The workers took about an hour to transport different capsules parts from his apartment and carefully packed them into five large trucks. Ibrahim stood in the middle of his apartment staring at each part of it. This small apartment had seen many sweet and bitter moments of his life. He closed the door behind him and with that he turned one page of his past life, and from now on he would become Ibru. From this moment on his life was like a white page that he had a complete control over it. He went out of his door and rode a car with them towards the garage. The giant car was parked as a mighty beast in the spacious garage. What happened after that was simple. He completed the procedures for receiving the car from the company representative, then asked him to activate the automated driver service and learned from him within a few minutes the way to operate the car. In this age, it was very easy to issue orders to the electronic driver who would take charge of delivering you to the place you want. You can choose the appropriate speed for travel, choose one or several targets by entering these place coordinates and the electronic driver would take care of the rest. After Ibro finished learning about the basics of automated driving and how to deal with it, he found that the workers were about to finish stacking the pieces in the giant trailer attached to the cabin of the beast. He waited for a few minutes for them to finish, then waited until they left and then headed to the cabin. When he stood in front of the cabin he felt that he was standing in front of a huge three-story building. It was not an exaggeration as the cabin was divided into two huge floors, connected by a twisted metal ladder with the technique of automatic moving stairs. The first floor contained a table and some of the most comfortable seats in addition to the control panel for the giant vehicle. Through this panel he activated the feature of the driver and then wrote the coordinates of the eleven individuals inside it. He chose that the automatic driver control the speed of travel and the method of movement, whether walking by pneumatic wheels or moving using modern floating technology, as it found it appropriate. Then he moved carrying his bag to the second floor to find a small bed and next to it a compact shelf on top of it various pieces of frozen foods with instant freezing technology, which would lose their freezing and turn to room temperature and be like fresh food as soon as he unwraps these. He sat on the bed and felt the car started the engine and began moving out of the garage. He did not care about the trip and began to revise the record of the movement of the shipment from the ship to his apartment with great anticipation. Chapter 8 Ibro re-entered the shipping company¡¯s site and used his shipment code to revise the trip. This time he did not need to waste any time since the flight was recorded so he went directly to the location where he remembered that the shipment disappeared. He found out that the shipment disappeared before the Modern city of Alamein. He ran the recording to find that when the shipment arrived in the city of Alamein it disappeared. He rushed the recording again to find that when It reached the old city of Dabaa it reappeared again. He repeated that clip more than once and tried to reduce the recording speed and even zoomed the map as much as possible. He confirmed that the shipment disappeared as soon as it crossed the borders of the city of Alamein to reappear once it reaches the borders of the city of El Dabaa. He kept staring in that area which stretched for over fifty kilometers and inside him rang one question loudly: What was there? He left the company site and wrote down the coordinates which he selected midway in that distance at the search service of his phone. He found many pages related to the location of those coordinates. He read through them quickly to find that all of them were talking about one thing in common: Alamein Quantity Station. It suddenly hit him strongly when he realized the reality of what was there. It was a modern power factory which was using quantum technology to produce power. Because the quantum energy emitted from the station disturbed the electromagnetic waves and other ancient waves, for this reason, satellites that rely on older technologies could not ever spy on that region. He carefully read through all the pages that talked about that station and its impact on the area around it to be sure of its guess. After he finished he had a wide smile on his face .. ¡°I finally found you!¡± In front of him was a layout for a small city. The size of which did not resemble the size of normal cities, neither from near nor from far. This village-like city was located right next to the station and it served the station workers and provided them with the necessary resources. He started looking for all the information related to this village of "Espay", which due to its small size and lack of communication on the Internet and its location was very close to the quantitative station, he could not find much information about it. This made him feel more at ease. As for his connection to the game he was not worried. To his knowledge the satellites responsible for providing connection between capsules and the game were built by very advanced technologies as the strange meteorite had taken the task of making them with never heard before technologies that humans did not know. The control of theses satellites was entirely in the hands of the meteor. So he would be able to play as he wanted without being afraid of anyone watching him and he could move to this village like city without being worried about not being able to enter the game. He searched for any company that sold real estate in the small city. His search was not as easy as he expected, as most of the buildings in it fall under the ownership of the quantitative plant entity to provide a place for the workers to live in. After a long period of looking he found a small hotel dedicated to receive foreign technicians responsible for maintenance work and providing raw materials and technologies and other services for the plant. It was not like any hotel but through its image that appeared on the screen of his phone he concluded that it was a small building that did not exceed five floors surrounded by a garden from all directions bordered by iron fence preventing intruders from entering the campus of the hotel. He liked the privacy and mystery surrounding this inn. He liked the simplicity of its exterior design and though he lacked information about it he managed to find the phone number through it he could book the room he wanted. He did not hesitate for a moment, although his bank account was depleted a bit in the previous days however when he contacted the hotel over the phone and knew the room rates, he was fully confident in his ability to bear the cost of renting a room in the hotel for at least three years. From the prices he had heard from the operator, he realized that the special conditions of the area made the hotel owners reduced their room rates in an attempt to attract the largest number of customers. If the prices of the hotel were like other modern Alexandria hotels, Ibro would not be able to rent a small room in it except for a period not exceeding one year. Now he had booked the largest suite in the hotel for three years. After taking the hotel bank account data he transferred a sum sufficient to stay there for the full period. The residence there included room service, three meals, and providing any special transfers inside and outside the city for free. Although he hesitated for a while to choose all these services due to his fear that the presence of a capsule in his suite would attract the attention of the hotel workers. He quickly dismissed that fear as capsules for games were very widespread in Egypt now. As for the possession of a young man like him for this small fortune, the best excuse he could provide for its existence was that he was a professional player of one of the online games. People always hear about how rich gamers were and they were also famous for their strange behavior and love for playing in strange areas. After thinking about all of this, he felt more confident in choosing Espay. Then he entered again the capsules shipping company site and cancelled the record. He was not worried that the disappearance of his flight record would raise any doubts. First, there were a large number of players in the region so the spying eyes would be dispersed among a huge number of them. Secondly, he was sure that the record of shipping the capsules for him would not be tracked by anyone unless he was able to draw enough attention at game. Lastly, his removal of the flight record would place many obstacles in front of the people who would take over the task of digging behind him, and he might be lucky and the company would not be able to recover the deleted records at that time. Whatever it was that step would not jeopardize him and you might buy some valuable time for him in the future. The story has been taken without consent; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident. His stay in the car did not last long, as he reached the residence of each of his players and spoke a little encouraging words with them. He then installed the capsules in the homes of the six players and asked them not to talk to anyone about their playing in the future game, stating that he wanted to add veil of ambiguity about Sphinx Studio among the players community. He was not sure that his request would prevent them from speaking about the game''s secrets at their homes, but at least he tried to limit the amount of damage that might happen. As for the remaining five players who owned their capsules, Ibro easily removed every capsule from their homes and before moving them to the new headquarters, he skillfully removed the foreign objects and distributed them in the room where the capsule was. He took advantage of the players being busy helping him to transfer the capsule parts outside their homes to his giant car. His journey took about a whole day, and most of it was wasted travelling through different governorates of Egypt. There was less than one day left for him till the date of launch of the game Rioneed. He was now inside his giant car in the old city of Saint Catherine. The distance between it and the city of Espay was very vast, as he was in the far east and he had to be reach his destination in the far west in less than half a day. He instructed the automated driver to travel at his fastest speed and take the shortest road. During this period of travel, Ibro sat alone in his small room on the second floor, holding a paper book he had purchased during the gathering that he attended in modern Cairo. The car took nearly four hours to travel from Saint Catherine to Espay, during which he wrote everything he could remember about the game. Although the information was now fresh in his mind, he was afraid to forget some of the details in the future, especially he was about to embark on a new adventure in which he would gain various new memories. He did not only want to help himself with that information, but also wanted to help the members of his studio. He wanted to help Aya. After he reached the hotel, he parked the giant car, which caught the attention of all the city''s residents, in a spacious place inside the walls of the inn. He completed his procedures to enter the inn smoothly. After which he moved up towards the fifth floor. He only had his small bag containing his clothes. About the parts of his capsule which was the only thing in his car trailer in addition to a huge amount of nutrients fluid cases which could last him for whole ten years, he requested from the inn reception to send workers to transport all of that upstairs to his private suite. The suite consisted of three large rooms and a hall with the size of approximately the size of all three rooms. Although he did not place any hopes on the quality and luxury of the hotel, when he wandered around his new home he was completely satisfied with it. The suite contained furniture that could be considered good, comfortable and classy. Although the suite is devoid of luxury, the elegance of the overlapping colors and the comfortable distribution of the furniture gave him a warm feeling that was just like being at home. Ibro loved this suite. He did not wait much until the workers finished moving all parts of the capsule to his suite. Then he installed the capsule easily, and after around five minutes his capsule was ready for use. He then tried the capsule and found it, as he had expected, to be connected to the game servers via satellite. Now everything was ready and he only had to wait couple of hours before the game starts. As he remembered from the past, the start of the game would be exactly twelve at night. He stored the fluid nutrients tubes cases in one of the suite rooms and then connected a hundred tubes to the capsule. Each tube was almost at the size of the palm of the hand, but each of them was enough for him to play in capsule for three days. One hundred tubes were enough to make him last at the game for a hundred consecutive three hundred days of continuous play. That was nearly a year of continuous playing. He looked at his watch to find it was around seven at night. He still had five hours to start the game. He sat down on one of the comfortable chairs and started writing again all he could remember about the game details, waiting for the game to start. Chapter 9 Time quickly was about to reach twelve o''clock. Ibro sat in the capsule. Although he had played the game for five consecutive years inside a capsule before, such a luxury capsule that he had now gave him a different feeling from the one he played before. He felt as if he was drowning in deeper water than a swimming pool that flooded him by surprise, which made him wonder whether he was inside a capsule or a swimming pool? He closed the capsule cover and then entered his data in the options that appeared on the optical screen floating in front of him in the air. Within minutes, he had completed all the settings for the game, such as linking it to his electronic bank account, choosing the general look of his character at game, entering general data about himself and the address of his old apartment. He decided to change some of his features in the game character. Rioneed could change up to 20% of total body features for any player. He looked at the time on the screen to find that it had exceeded twelve o¡¯clock by ten minutes to press the start button to find that everything around him had disappeared to appear in a spacious, limitless place. The intense light of the place was not strange to him, because this place was considered the holy place for any player. Here journey began. He turned around, to find an aura of orange light approaching him at a speed from the far horizon. As soon as It reached him the aura changed shape gradually and a person appeared. She turned out to be a female wearing a glistening golden shield. Her stunning features, her perfect body and her long, soft and curly hair made him feel breathless for a second. She was an exact copy of the one who was engraved in his memory. She was Onita. She was the game beauty goddess. ¡°Welcome adventurer from far away. My name is Onita, and I will be your personal guide on your next journey to Rioneed. What are you called adventurer?¡± Ibro knew that she wanted to know his name that he would use in the game. Many of the players were enchanted by the beauty of Onita and did not focus on her words and said their real names, so the game was filled with regular names, which was a strange and funny situation at the same time. ¡°My name is Ibro.¡± ¡°Hi Ibro, where are you from?¡± This was another question about the place where the player chose to start playing. Ibro was fully prepared as he had thought a lot about where he would start, and said spontaneously: ¡°I am from Memphis.¡± ¡°Memphis is a wonderful city, and now what about your class? In Rioneed there are many classes, divided into two main modes, the Adventure mode and the Lifestyle mode. What mode do you want to choose Ibro?¡± For a while he did not know what he should say as her words shocked him. There was no mode for lords? This was a detail that he did not remember. After that surprise he asked: ¡°Is there no third mode?¡± ¡°I''m afraid there isn¡¯t.¡± . He had not lost hope yet, so he said: ¡°I heard before that there is a mode called Lords.¡± ¡°This mode is present but is not available for someone who starts his adventure just like you. You have to be patient, visionary and fortunate to get a mode like this.¡± Ibro now realized everything. Then he should strive to obtain that mode. But how would he find it? In his memories there was no information on this subject. This meant that he would start playing in one of the two modes. The plan that he had already set up could not be implemented now. Now was not the time for him to think about all of this, he must now think again to choose a class that suits him well. If he was not able to establish a strong kingdom, then he must resort to the other solution. He must become a force not to be reckoned with in the game. He must be the strongest player and the highest player in the levels and owned skills that no one else had. After his little silence thinking about his options he made up his mind. He certainly would not pick the usual lifestyle classes, so his choices were limited to the different adventure classes. Which class would he select? If he wanted to become a player that can never be touched, he must take advantage of the most important feature of the Pharonic civilization .. The Dark Magicians! The most powerful magicians in the world of the game were in Egypt. But the strongest dark magician classes that he knew would not be able to available to him at the beginning, as the classes in Rioneed were divided into ordinary classes and secret classes. These strong dark magicians belonged to the category of secret class. These secret classes were not available for any player to choose at the beginning. For a player to get a secret class he had to pass through some of the quests of the game or helping some of special NPCs in the game.A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation. ¡°I will choose adventure mode.¡± ¡°That¡¯s good. The adventure mode suits you. In Rioneed there are different classes for adventures divided into four main sections: shield classes, warrior classes, healer classes and magician classes. Which class would you like to choose from? ¡°I choose magician classes¡± ¡°Good choice. The classes of magicians are divided into wizards, dark magicians and summoners. Which class you will choose Ibro.¡± ¡°I choose to be a dark magician.¡± Although he could not choose a secret class from the start, he was well aware of the restrictions imposed by the game on the selection of secret classes. In Rioneed when you found a secret class you could not shift to it at once. There was a condition that must be met first. Secret classes were like a higher version of normal classes so every secret class was only suitable for players who use certain class. If you found a secret class that didn¡¯t suit your current normal class then you couldn¡¯t use it and you will be so unfortunate. That was a common occurrence in the past so it was normal to find many secret classes sold at the city auction house regularly. The special class that he chose for himself was related to dark magician class. The class of dark magician was a strong class that would give him a good advantage in the early stages of the game. As for the skills of the class and how he would fight with it wasn¡¯t a problem for him. He knew more about it than he did about another class as Aya Darwish previous normal class was a dark magician. He did not know whether she would choose the same class this time or not. He wished that she would not change her class. In his memories there was a class that fitted her perfectly, but that class needed the dark magician class. ¡°Welcome to Rioneed Ibro. You will start in a novice village named Ishka. I wish you a nice journey. If you ever needed me, you can exit the game re-enter it again and select my name then you will appear here. I will always be here to receive your questions and answer them. Bon voyage brave adventurer.¡± She turned into an aura of orange light once again, followed by a brilliant flash that blinded his eyes for a moment. When he opened his eyes again he found himself standing in a spacious place, similar to a large square. He knew that he had officially started the game and was now in the Ishka novice village main square where all the new players arrive at. This square was named by many players before as village center. He looked at himself wearing simple white thin lither armor and holding a small wand in his hand. He looked around at the village center. It was a very wide space completely paved with polished stones. In the middle of the square was a large statue of a warrior holding a large sword in his right hand waving it. A group of 2 and 3-storey buildings were surrounding the village center, which were entirely built of wood. A number of wide streets branched off from the village center boundaries, which lead to different areas of the village. He did not need to explore the village, as all the novice villages for beginners like him were completely similar. He opened his profile at once: Player Profile: - Name: Ibro Level: 0 - Nickname: none Guild: None Fame: zero Class: dark magician HP: 10/10 MANA: 10/10 Attack: 1 Magic attack: 1 Defense: 0 Magic Defense: 0 Speed: 0 Attack Speed: 1 HP recovery rate: 1 HP per second MANA Recovery Rate: 1 MANA per second Strength: 1 Vitality: 1 Intelligence: 1 Agility: 1 Endurance: 1 Remaining free player attribute points: 10 Player Equipment: Newbie armor: Features: null Newbie magic Wand: Features: null - You need a magician class to use it. Cooldown: 30 seconds. 100 copper coins. Chapter 10 Ibro inspected his profile with focus. In his past life his class was an armored warrior, and it differed totally from his current career. The armored warrior depended on the mix between defense and attack using the sword in addition to fighting directly with the target. He was like a tank plus swordsman. While his current job as a dark magician depended on the use of spells attack from a distance. Magicians were known for their weak defense and he couldn¡¯t fight with any monster or player face to face. But magician and especially dark ones were like killing machines in big wars. The basis of each class was radically different from the other. Although his memories were filled with countless information about dark magicians, but being aware of something and experiencing the stuff yourself was something completely different. He began to think about the characteristics of his current class. The information on his profile was common information for all players, whether their names, class names, and other information related to each player and changed according to his development in the game. HP points were what determine the player¡¯s life. When the value becomes zero, the player¡¯s character died in the game. He had to resurrect again in the resurrecting point at village center or city hall that each player chose according to his playing area. If the player died he would lose a level plus all that level attributes. Dying once made you weaker. Dying once made you step back many steps. HP value depended on Vitality value. MANA was considered the primary source for magicians as his current class: dark magician. Any skill he would use in Rioneed used certain amount of his MANA. The more MANA he had, the more skills he can use. MANA depended on Intelligence, so the old saying: ¡°Intelligence was a hard currency for any magician ¡°was a wise saying indeed. As for Attack and Magical Attack, they determined the value of player skill impact to the target. The two attack values ??were dependent on the points in the Strength and Intelligence of the player''s attributes respectively. They determined the strength of the player. so when the player distributed the points he acquired when he promoted to a higher level, which was known as free attribute points, he must be think carefully and not to distribute the attribute points without care. He should study the player class and know the strengths and weaknesses of his class. In the past, there were a large number of theories determining the percentage distribution of attribute points for each player based on his class. Although each player had his own unique experience, these theories were an important reference for every player. The main problem was that when player distribute his free attribute points he couldn¡¯t alter them after that. So if a player made a mistake in this process, there was no way for him to correct it. For a magician like him he must focus on Intelligence as it was a crucial factor in determining MANA and Magic Attack values, but putting most of his free Attribute Points in Intelligence would create a major problem later. Although magicians were famous for weak HP but magicians who preferred to put most of their free Attribute points in Intelligence would be like a player made of glass in the advanced stages of Rioneed, as any small weak skill would kill them with ease. Defense and Magic defense were his blocking wall against attack and magic attack from any opponent respectively. Both were determined by Endurance. In the past when he was an armored warrior, the values ??of defense and magic defense were at the highest level among the rest of his attributes followed by HP then Attack. MANA and Intelligence were null. But now he played as a dark magician and therefore defense was something he must neglect, instead he should focus on Intelligence. As for the two values to restore MANA and HP, they worked only when the player was not in the midst of any battle, which was known as:¡± battle free mode¡±. To restore HP and MANA during battles, there was no other way except through using the skills of healers if the team had players belonged to this class, or by using energy and life potions. Speed ??was an important factor in determining player travel speed in the game map. Rioneed was thousands of times bigger than size of Earth, so maps in it were very huge. If you didn¡¯t have high Speed Attribute value you would lose a lot of precious time in moving from one place to another. Also Ibro knew how important it was for fighter classes like his class. The dark magician depended on fighting from afar, so if his speed was high, then his attack speed would be higher and so no target would be able to reach him before he lost his life. A not reachable lone magician was like a quantum bomb that could kill a large army by his own. A high Speed attribute magician could also dodge any upcoming attacks more effectively. This point made a major difference between life and death. What came next were player stats. Those stats were the main factor in determining the player attributes. Each player had five basic stats and hidden stats. The difference between the two was that basic stats were available at player profile but hidden stats didn¡¯t appear except when player unlocked one of them by chance and added some value to it. Players could add free Attribute Points to the basic stats but could not do so to the hidden stats. To raise value of any hidden stats players usually need a lot of luck plus finishing some unique quests. Basic stats affected player attribute which by turn affected his strength in fight. The hidden stats usually affected the unpredictable factors in the game which play a hidden role in any player whole adventure not just his fight, like luck which can affect what fallen from monsters or what the player could get from treasure chests. From his past experience, the most popular hidden stats were luck and leadership. The five basic stats were Power, Intelligence, Vitality, Agility and Endurance. Power stats determined the value of the Attack Attribute. Vitality determined HP and HP Recovery Rate attributes. As for Intelligence, it defined MANA, Magical Attack, Magic Defense and MANA Recovery Rate attributes. As for Agility, it was important for Speed and Attack Speed. Finally Endurance determined the value of Defense attribute. When he finished reading his attributes and stats, he realized that the most important value he should be aware of was Intelligence. Intelligence affected all what was crucial for any magician. When he reached the ten free attribute points which any player got when he started the game, he thought about how to distribute it. The first thing he removed from the list of stats was Strength then Endurance. He didn¡¯t not use a regular weapon or fight with battle frontline skills, so there was no value for Strength. As for Endurance, though Defense was very important to any player, but in his opinion it played a limited role to magicians. It would be useful to him only in the initial stages of the game due to his low HP value, but later on it would never help. If he used some of his free attributes to raise it, he would not die from one stroke, but from two strokes. So what benefit would he gain from that result? The most famous rule for any magician was:¡± if your enemy reached you and managed to lay his skills on you successfully, you would inevitably die no matter what¡±. After removing off the two attributes he started thinking about the remaining three. Vitality was important for his life points, but Intelligence was crucial to his skills. Magicians always ignored Agility and rarely considered raising it, but Ibro had another opinion. The most popular theory of distributing free Attribute Points in magician class including dark magician was to put points 50-50 between Vitality and Intelligence. But after a long thinking about this theory he decided to make a personal edit on it. He decided to distribute points 50% Intelligence, 25% Vitality and 25% Agility. After he distributed his free Attribute Points to his basic stats, his new stats and attributes looked like that:The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings. - Vitality: 6 - Intelligence: 11 - Agility: 6 - HP: 60 - MANA: 110 - Magic Attack: 11 - Speed: 1 ¨CAttack Speed: 2 Although Speed and Attack Speed did not change significantly, in time both will show good effect. MANA value had changed dramatically, which would allow him to use his three skills smoothly. He viewed the list of equipment indifferently. The equipment of a novice player was absolutely worthless. It didn¡¯t add any attack, defense, or other values ??to the player. He then focused on his own skills. These three skills were considered a gift from the game to every beginner player, and they were gifted from the skill tree of each class. Luck played a great role in this process. For example, Basic Black Blow skill was considered a rare and well respected skill in dark magician skill tree that was difficult to obtain, especially in the early stages of the game. As for Basic Paralysis skill it was also one of the advanced skills in dark magician skill tree that would play a pivotal role in his upcoming battles, especially in battles with other players or in the difficult dungeons. Basic Paralysis skill was a common skill though that was easy to get once players exceeded level 50. As for the Basic confusing skill it was considered one of the basic common skills for any magician that could be acquired easily in the first ten levels, so its level in dark magician skill tree was much lower than the level of the other two skills. Ibro felt that luck was standing by his side to be able to get one advanced unique skill and one advanced skill from the very beginning, or perhaps the small number of players in the Egyptian domain also played a major role. He felt satisfied with this start to think about another matter. He remembered Aya Darwish. Would she communicate with him as soon as she entered the game, or would she wait for a while before doing that? In fact, he wanted to meet her right now and start helping her as much as possible. But this issue was not in his hands, but in hers. As for the rest of his team, he was not worried about them. When he installed the capsules for them, he gave instructions on the classes he suggested for each of them. He knew from his past the most important secret classes of the game, as well as the capabilities of each player of them , so he thought hard about their future secret classes before drawing a special road for them in the game trying to fit both of their abilities and the best secret classes for every one of them. As for Inventory, it was like the personal bag for each player in which he can store potions and equipment and other stuff that the player acquired from his successful battles. In the end, there was the money each novice player got, which was hundred copper coins. The coins in the game were divided into copper, silver and gold coins. Every thousand copper coins equaled a silver coin, and a thousand silver coins equaled a gold coin. That meant that one gold coin equaled one million copper coins. He owned a hundred and that was very few but they were enough for what he wanted to do. He moved through the streets of the small novice village, which was empty of pedestrians like a haunted village. Everyone around him was NPCs, and NPCs in the game were divided according to their classes and levels. What distinguished them from other players was that green faint halo that surrounded their body and that was an indicator that this NPC was peaceful towards the player. If NPC was hostile to player this halo would turn red. If it was yellow, it meant that NPC was neutral and could be peaceful or hostile towards the player based on what the player would do next towards NPC. NPCs in Rioneed had a very high Intelligence that as almost completely similar to players, so it was very difficult to deal with NPCs in the game. His target now was one of those NPCs residing in the village. Although he did not play in this village before, the similar layout of each novice village in Rioneed made him knew exactly where his goal would be. In the forums of the game in the past there was a very famous topic about a player who clashed with one of the NPCs in his novice village. The result of this clash was a pleasant surprise for this player as he got a very good quest. Later on everyone learned that NPC had an equal in every novice village in the game. But when many players tried to acquire this quest again from that NPC, for their disappointment they found out that they couldn¡¯t. This was a unique quest, which meant that once a player triggered and finished it, this quest would disappear and no other player could get it. Ibro wanted to get this unique quest and finish it. This quest was very easy to finish especially he knew the way to do it. He anticipated a lot for this quest. After crossing a number of intersecting streets, he found a small narrow alley that he entered without hesitation. If it were not for him to know in advance about this place, he would not have noticed this alley. The alley was narrow and could barely accommodate three people walking together side by side with difficulty. At the end of this short alley he found a small store with no sign on its front door. Ibro stood in front of the store and smiled happily. He found his first goal, and now he only had to follow the steps of that player in order to get the wonderful award that awaits him.
