《The Red Saint》 Prologue Gabriel Revaldi, a twenty-one-year-old young man, currently studying in college to become a doctor. Gabriel is an orphan who lost his parents because of disease; that is the reason why Gabriel wants to become a Doctor. He wants to help people with his knowledge, especially the people who don''t have money to go to a Doctor. After finished his part-time job at the fast-food place named Sooupway, Gabriel walked toward his apartment while looking at his phone. After a few minutes of walking down the street, Gabriel then sees a bright light coming from above him as he looks above; he then greeted by what looks like lighting that hit him. After a few seconds in pain, Gabriel then knows no more. ================================================================ Gabriel wakes up and around him as he sees a bright white room without a door or even a window after a few seconds looking around he then comes to a conclusion. "Look like I''m dead, huh?" After Gabriel said that he then hears a voice behind him, as he looks behind, he greeted by a light that shines brightly before it vanishes and showing an Old Man wearing a white robe and has a long beard. ''He looks like a Gandalf.'' "I''m not Gandalf, my child." ''Did he read my mind?'' "Yes" The room then becomes silent as they look at each other for a few seconds before Gabriel said. "You know that is creepy." *Chuckle* "Yeah, I guess you can say that." "So, who are you?" "Ohhh? Not asking where are you first?" "Well, if the last thing I see is correct, then I assume I''m already dead." "Yes, you are correct about that, and the reason for your death is partially my fault." "Partially?" "You not mad about it?" "Why should I mad? I''m already dead, so what can I do except accept it and move on?" "That is mature of you, other people that coming here before you is mad about me killing them without asking for my reason why or they demand me to sent them back to their body AND asking for compensation." They then went inside the door and greeted by a gigantic monitor that have many Planets in it. They then continue to walk toward a smaller monitor that split in a 5 section that shows a different color. The first one is a Red color; The second color is Green, The third one is Blue, The fourth is Yellow, and the last color is Black. "This is Planet named Lenora. This planet almost has the same size as the Earth; the reason I show you this is because I want to transport you to this Planet and help their problem." "Problem? what kind of problem?" "The problem of this Planet has is the ''GOD'' of this planet." Gabriel looks toward God that saying a ''GOD'' word with so much disgust in it before asking. "Like the way, you said that The GOD in this Planet is not a God, isn''t it?" "Yes, they are an Elemental I created to be a guardian for this Planet a long time ago." "So what you need me for?" "I need you to restore a balance in this Planet." "How?" "Look at the screen." Gabriel then looks toward the screen in confusion before God said to him. "In this screen has five colors, can you see any different from each of them?" Gabriel looks at the color for a few minutes before he can see something different. "Each color has a different density." "That''s right, and the one that has most density is the Black one. The reason for different is different from their Power." "So? why their power is so different from each other?" "The summoning of Heroes weakens Their power; they did not long time ago." "Even the Black Elemental? because the black one has the most density." "No, the Black one is different than the other, and the black one is the reason other four Elemental summon heroes." "What? is he a Devil Elemental?" "No, In the beginning, there is a Six Elementals. Fire Elemental that governs over Fire that has sub - Authority that is Smithing, War, and Destruction. Water Elemental that governs over Water that has sub - Authority that is Healing, Life, and Motherhood. Earth Elemental that governs over Earth that has sub - Authority that is Creation and Nature and the last Elemental is a Wind Elemental that governs over Wind and has Sub - Authority that is Freedom and Law." "And the other two?" "The other to is Light and Darkness Element, which has Authority over Order and Chaos that make them the most powerful Elemental." "So why is there only Black color in the Monitor?" I will give you the power to overcome your quest, come." Gabriel then followed God to the other room and greeted by another monitor that shows many stars that shines so brightly. "This is a power room where you can choose one power you want." God stopped for a seconds before continuing. "Or you can use Power Generator and get five power from it, but you need to use ten-sided dice to determine the potency of its power." Gabriel silent for a second before saying "I will take the Power Generator, please." "Then go ahead." Gabriel then walked toward the Monitor that only has one button that has word Random and a Dice beside the button. He then presses the Random button after a few seconds the monitor show Divine Territory before he tosses the dice as it landed at ten after a few seconds a blue screen appear before him that explaining his power. ================================================================ Divine Territory The user can create an area protected by divine power that destroys/damages/repels/purifies anything of evil that attempts to enter its range of influence. This ability is a powerful defensive skill that allows a user to hold off even the most powerful of dark entities to formulate a counterattack. At number 10 The user no needs any preparation and can create the territory instantly and has a range over 30 meters. ================================================================ Gabriel then presses the button once more, and the screen shows another power. After a few seconds, he then finished, and the power he gets is Biological Manipulation (10), Divine Magic (3), Infinite Supplies (1), Weapon Manipulation (9). ================================================================ ~Biological Manipulation~ The user can manipulate life on a cellular level, including but not limited to, genetic alterations and physical distortion and/or augmentations of biological functions. They can cause cells to augment to induce advanced or declined biological healing, induce diseases like cancer, induce appearance alteration, manipulate pheromones, and even increase physiological maturity. At this level (10), the user can manipulate anything without using any fuel. The process of it almost instantly depends on how much the user uses it. ~ Divine Magic ~ The user is capable of using divine magic to achieve several feats such as creating, destroying, and reconstructing anything, sometimes even to warp reality. This type of magic is usually used by a transcendent being or those related to them. Some users might use it for evil purposes. At this level (3) User only able to use one type of Magic that has God-Level Power. The Magic-user pick is the Healing type. ~ Infinite Supply ~ The user can possess an unlimited supply of any essential. For example, the user could cause a canteen to never run out of the water, a notebook to never run out of paper, a quiver to never run out of arrows, or a gun to never run out of bullets. At this level (1), the user only able to use infinite supply once. The user uses Infinite Supply to make Infinity Potential. *Infinite Potential* Make the user able to continue Level Up without any limit ~ Weapon Manipulation ~ Users can create, summon, shape, manipulate and use any weapons with perfect skill, whether pre-modern, modern, or even futuristic utilizing a laser, plasma, antimatter, or even more exotic ammunition/attacks. If it is a weapon or could be improvised as one, they are completely proficient with it. The users can even make the weapons out of a piece of themselves. Whether by using their life-force or shaping their flesh and bone. (Unlocked by the power of Biological Manipulation) At this level (9), the user can store the weapon inside his mind in the form of a blueprint and able to re-create it anytime the user wants, and at this level, the user able to copy Divine Construct as long as it was a Weapon. ================================================================ After looking at his new power, Gabriel then walks toward the God who was preparing a portal for him. As Gabriel arrives at the portal, God looks at him and says. "As you already know by now that this world is a System based world where it has a system like an RPG game so you can get strong by killing the monster that spawns from the miasma that scatters across the world. This world has four continents. The first continent name Tanith the East continent, where the king of this continent is Human, so it mostly has humans. The second one is Rukror, the West Continent, the Ruler of this Continent, is Dwarf. The third one is Driayin, the North Continent, and The Ruler of this continent is Elf, and lastly, The Fourth continent is the Dark Continent. This is the place you need to destroy." "I see, so where will you drop me?" "I will drop you in Tanith, in the forest of Opeth, the place where the adventurer hunt for a beginner. All your need already inside your inventory is your ID, Money, and a Food that will last for three days." "I see. Thank you." Gabriel then walked toward the portal and began his new Adventure Chapter 1: Getting Started After walked passed the portal, Gabriel blinked a little before he able to see his surroundings, Gabriel only able to see a tree everywhere. After looking around for a minute, Gabriel then began to check the item that God promises him. "Inventory" As he said that a little portal appears in front of him that he guesses are the Inventory as his hand goes through the small portal, he then knows the items inside the inventory automatically. After a few seconds of trying to grab something, Gabriel then began to think about a different way to reach his item from the inventory. He then began to think about the thing he wants to take out, as he was thinking about the thing he wants Gabriel then feel something inside his hand, He then takes out his hand and opens his palm and sees his ID. "Name: Gabriel, Birth: Ironpeak City District 1, Age: 16. Look like I don''t have any Surname anymore, which is a shame. Can I get my surname in this world? Or is it just for a noble house? I need to find out." Gabriel was then checking the money God him. As he takes it, he got himself five gold coins from the inventory. He then checks the food, which is consisting of dry meat and a bunch of bread, and Gabriel takes out the last item inside his inventory, which is a letter that read. "Dear Gabriel It is me, God. I forgot to explain the currency in this world, Lenora has four kinds of coin. Bronze coin, Silver coin, Gold Coin, and Purple coin. A silver coin worth 100 Bronze coins, a Gold coin worth 1000 Silver coins, and a Purple coin worth 10.000 Gold coins. The money that I give you will last for two months if you use it wisely without getting work. Lastly, please check your Status because I give you a free Stats point for a starter. Signed God " After reading it, the letter then gets burned to ash that makes him shocked a little bit, but after a few seconds, Gabriel then began to look at his status. STR is Physical Damage he able deal toward his enemy VIT is his Health Regen and Defence AGI is his movement speed and reaction time INT is Magic Damage he able to deal toward his enemy WIS is his Mana Regen and Mana Reduction LCK is his Luck He able to add Stats point to that primary stat plus HP and MP, which sucks because he needs all his SP for his HP and MP or at least gets better gear that has an HP bonus or MP bonus. After thinking for a second, Gabriel then allocates his SP to his STR (1), VIT (2), and AGI (2). He chooses these three because, at his current state, he doesn''t need Magic attack, seeing that all his Magic is a healing kind of magic. After he finishes spending all his SP, another Screen appears before him showing something that surprises him. ~ QUEST: FIRST LEVEL UP(Beginner Unique) ~ ~ Time: 3 hours ~ ~ Level up before the time run out ~ ~ Reward: Saint Robe (Soul Bound), Observe Skill ~ "A quest? Seeing that he will not get any answer, Gabriel, then began to hunt his first monster. At first, he activated his Divine territory; he then feels an invisible dome that spread out for 30 meters around him. After a few seconds, he then able to feel everything inside his Divine Territories. He then feels a dark presence inside his Territory. Without thinking, he began to command his ability to purify the dark presence after a few seconds. He then got notification from the system. Gabriel, who wants to check the notification, began to fall to the ground and gasping air as if he was a fish out of the water. He stays on the ground for a minute before he was able to sit down but still has a tired expression. "Status" Gabriel said it with a weak voice as the status screen appears before him showing his status. ~ LVL: 1 ~ ~ HP: 100 ~ ~ MP: 1 ~ Gabriel, who sees his MP only able to stare at it with shocked expression before he said. "I''m an Idiot. I don''t think that my skill needs MP to use it. I''m fortunate that I don''t die because of my idiocy." He then began to check his skill and began to read all of it to prevent any Mana exhaustion again. ~ Divine Territory ~ Create Territory: The more significant Territory, the more it consumes Mana (1 MP/Meter) *Other Abilities use a variable amount of mana* After reading it, he then realized that he used his Divine Territory without knowing how many mana he uses. When he uses a purify earlier, he commands his ability to obliterate his target, and his power complied then use all his remain MP to kill the enemy. He then waited for 20 minutes before he began to try to kill another monster again, but this time he uses his Weapon Manipulation. Gabriel then creates a Long Sword from the film he once sees from his previous life. The blade is made up of rare steel that unique from the film. The sword that made up of this steel will never be rusted and always sharp without honing it even once. The most important thing is that this Sword only needs 5 MP to create after finished preparing; he then began to create his Divine Territory once more, but this time only 10 meters around him and leaving him with 5 MP left. After the dome appears he then began to feel another monster inside it, Gabriel then walked toward the Monster that has the shape of a wolf, but the wolf has a shadow around it and a horn on top of its head. He then walked slowly toward the wolf before a jump and killed it with a single slash from his sword. After killing the monster, he then got another notification, this time though it was not a notification saying that his MP is in critical condition but notify him that he is level up after killing the Wolf. He then began to assign his SP to his HP (2), WIS (1), and VIT (2). Gabriel later learned that assign 1 SP to his stats is equal of 100 HP, so that leaves his HP at 300, making him feel a little bit safe. He then opens his Inventory to take his reward, The Saint Robe. He then looks toward the robe that God give him as a reward. The robe has a large hood and a scarf that covered the lower half of his face. Gabriel then walked toward the nearest river. As he arrives at the river, he then looks at his reflection of his face. The reflection then shows his face that has a round head with a long silky black hair and his mother, Brown Eyes. Seeing his reflection, he becomes sad a little as he leaves behind all his late parent possession that has many beautiful memories of his parents, but at the same time, he grateful for God that giving him a second chance. Gabriel then washes his dirty face before he began to get up and ready to go to the nearest Town and began his Adventure. Chapter 2: Adventure Guild Gabriel continues to walk for 5 hours before he was able to exit the forest. He was slowing down his way to the exit because he wants to reach level 5, at least. After he levels up, he immediately spends all his 15 SP, He raised his HP (2) make it to 500 HP, MP (4) make it to 500, INT (5), and WIS (4). ~ LVL: 5 ~ ~ Job: Saint ~ ~ HP: 1700 (500 Base + 1200 Equipment) ~ ~ MP: 5500 (500 Base + 5000 Equipment) ~ ~ HP/Regen: 1.4/min ~ ~ MP/Regen: 1.5/min ~ ~ STR: 11 ~ ~ VIT: 14 ~ ~ AGI: 12 ~ ~ INT: 15 ~ ~ WIS:15 ~ ~ LCK: 10 ~ ~ Stats Point (SP): 0 ~ On his way toward the exit, Gabriel able to learning more about his skill. All his ability is using Mana to use except his Biological Manipulation. That particular skill initially needs some fuel, which is biomass. Still, when he got a 10 when he rolls it, he doesn''t need any fuel anymore. So he becomes an ultimate healer that able to heal any physical damage but any damage that NOT physical he can''t recover, for example, a curse or possession which why his Divine Magic comes in handy. Divine Magic able to purify any possession that the target has with just a chant. As for the chant, Gabriel only needs some random word that has a connection to the target problem; for example, if he needs to cure a poisoning, he just said. "O Achlys, I request your power to cure all the poison." He only to said some random word while thinking about the result, and his magic will do the rest, as for the God name he uses to empower the spell to make the outcome better. Gabriel tested the effect and able to guess that the power of a spell that he uses with God''s name in it will make a better result or at least double the power. Gabriel able to think a few reasons about it, the most likely is because the power roll that he got, which is one only makes it able to use one kind of magic and also make it less powerful than the original Divine Magic. So he needs to invoke God''s name to make it more powerful and have a better result. As for his offensive ability, he has Divine Territory, Weapon Manipulation, and Biological Manipulation. Divine Territory is a really powerful ability if used correctly; this power able to give anything and anyone inside it a blessing to power up them against any Demonic or Evil being, which is making this power a perfect counter toward the Wave. Weapon Manipulation is his most versatile power; this power able to make a PERMANENT weapon that he was able to carry around. It was also able to create a hundred or even a million (if he had enough mana) weapon projection that he able to shoot toward his enemy just like some dude from a series he watches in his previous life. As for Biological Manipulation, Yes, it is a very powerful ability, but it also requires him to touch the enemy, which makes it very dangerous, notably an opponent that has high agility. If he was able to reach them, though, then he can make all his enemy body to become dust just like a corpse when they got old. After walking for 5 hours, Gabriel able to reach the main road, and as he looks toward the east, he able to see a massive wall not very far away from his location. He then walks toward the city following the road. While walking he began to check all the loot that he got from his hunt, he then reaches the inventory from his pocket to not make any suspicious action that draws attention from other people that using the road. Inside his inventor, he has a 25 F-Grade Mana stones that he got killed all the monsters from the beginner forest, some potion ingredient like Red-Grass for making a Health potion, and lastly 2 D-Grade Mana stones. All his loot will always end up in his inventory, which makes him a little bit nervous when he got himself inside a party. After walking for 20 minutes, he able to reach the city gate where he stopped by the city guard who said. "Please show me your ID, and if you are a first time coming to Akrok city, then you need to pay 20 Copper." Gabriel then takes up his ID from his ''Pocket'' and the money before giving it to the guard. The guard then looks at his ID before walked toward his table and takes a crystal ball before saying.The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings. "Please, place your hand here and wait for a second" Gabriel then places his hand on top of the ball, and a few seconds later, the ball shines briefly before it creates another ID card that almost identical to his previous one. "This is a Silver Card that only able to use in 2-star city. Your previous one is a Bronze card where it only able to be used in 1-star city, so if you want to visit any 2-star city, you only need to pay 20 copper for the first time, not 50 copper and like right now you need to pay 30 more copper." The ID card has several ranks; the lowest is a bronze card, the next one is Silver, Gold, and Purple card is the highest you can get. The Bronze card is for a 1-star city citizen, Silver 2-star city, Gold 3-star city, and Purple is for the Capital. If you want to register you to travel toward the nearest city that you want and pay for it, Bronze needs 30 copper, Silver 50 copper, Gold one Silver coin, and Purple need one Silver and 50 copper coin. If you want to visit another city for the first time, but you already have the card it needs, you only need to pay 10 Copper for Bronze card, 20 Copper for a Silver card, 50 copper for Gold card and 1 Silver Coin for Purple card." As he walked around the city, he then looks at the most significant building he able to find and hoping that is an adventure guild just as he walked around for a minute; he then able to find the Adventure Guild he was looking for. Just like he guesses it, the building is the most significant build in this district. As he is coming inside the building, he then greeted by many people that drinking or busy searching for a quest. Gabriel then walks toward the receptionist that looks at him with a smile before saying. "Hello, welcome to Adventure Guild. How can I help you?" "Ahh, yes, I come here to register." "It''s not a problem please wait for a second" The receptionist Lady then walk toward the table on her back and take another crystal ball then place it in front of him. An adventurer has seven ranks the lowest one is F-rank, and the Highest one is S-Rank you can rank up by doing enough quests that the guild provided or by slaying enough monster that appears in Wave. You can look at the countdown for Monster Wave inside the church, or you can buy some Hourglass that will tell you the countdown for 10 Silver." "I will take the Hourglass, please." "Very well, and your registration is done, and for the last step is to pick your class." The Lady named Lily, if the name tag correct, then looks toward the crystal that shows his stat and said. "You currently Level 5, which makes you an E-rank Adventure." "Wait, I thought I would need to start from F-Rank? why I become an E-Rank all of sudden?" "Ahh, Adventure guild has a policy that every Adventurer that already reach level 5 need to become an E-Rank Adventurer and must participate in the Wave." "Hmmm, I see, thank you." A few seconds later, Lily coming back from her office after leaving him when he was reading his job description, Lily then place what looks like a mini hourglass and said. "This is the hourglass, and you can merge it with your Adventurer ID." "I see, thank you." "It''s no problem, and the total of it is 10 Silver and 50 Copper, ten silver for the hourglass, and 50 copper for the registration." "Here you go." "Thank you, and stay safe." Gabriel then walked toward the exit as he merges his Adventure ID with the Hourglass and shows the countdown for the Wave to happen. ~ 3D, 16H, 47M, 12S ~ Chapter 3: Preparing for The Wave After register in the Adventure Guild, Gabriel then walked around the city and decided that he should search an Inn to settle down. After a few minutes of walking around, he found it the Lettuce Inn. Gabriel then walked inside the Inn and continue to walk toward the owner before saying. The Village elder said that they already requesting help to their Land Lord but he responded by sending a Bishops to their village but instead healing them the bishop said. "This village is cursed by the Darkness, I can''t do anything" The bishop then left without saying anything, At first, the villager wants to run away from the village, but they got captured by the Crusader the bishop brings with him and then killing the people that attempt to run away. After healing all the people, Gabriel knows that the people inside the village are not cursed. They have a plague that was slowly killing them from the inside. After finished doing it, Gabriel then continues to his destination by walking through the mountain where he greeted by a group of Orc, Goblin, and a Lizardman who immediately notices him and began to attack him. Gabriel then took out his Yoichi Bow and created a dozens arrow that he stores inside his Inventory, while the arrow doesn''t have a destructive power like Brahmastra. Still, it affects if he was able to hit an enemy, it will explode and deal extra damage. He then fired his arrow to the monster while running around dodging the incoming attack, even though Gabriel has high VIT stats he doesn''t to fight a group of monster head-on. Also, a tank has its limit so that is the way he uses a hit and run tactic while targeting the Goblin, Orc, and Lizardman Archer in the back. His sword projection able to kill almost every monster on its path but still leaving some of the Guardian Goblin and Knight Orc where they have more VIT and HP than the other. He chooses this particular shield is because of its Protective ability that not only protects the user from front but also protects them from the side if used properly. Alekos got in front of me and then raised its sword and swung it down to me. Seeing the sword, I then dodge it, but Alekos swing its sword to the side, so I block it, but as I block the sword, my hand began to tremble as the sword force is powerful enough to make my hand shaking. After killing all the Orc, he then hears a *ping* sound inside his mind, so he checks his status where he gains one level after killing all the Orc and also one STR and one AGI from swinging Naegling and even running around with Naeglin on his hand. He smiled a little before shows his Adventurer Card where it says in the lastest quest that he kill all 7 Orcs. The reason why he chooses to run instead of Walking is to arrive at the Capital City before the gate is closed and also to increase his AGI Stats. When he arrived at the Gate of Dragon Peak City, the sun is beginning to set, so Gabriel able to cut 2 hours because of him running from Belfair Village to the Dragon Peak City where the time to travel between location is 5 hours he able to do it in 3 hours.
