《Rise of the Lizrat.》 Chapter 1: Im a monster now? Goblins are weak creatures that shouldn''t be underestimated, Why you ask? Because they kill adventurers without mercy, You see, They may be weak but in numbers they''re overwhelming and they also have shamans, mostly because of shamans. But if you''re careful and have a party with you, You can easily kill them. They are after all just goblins. Which is why I am ashamed to say that I died by goblins after all that time and effort I put into adventuring and practicing archery, I even got to rank six! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Now enough with the self deprecation and let''s talk about how i''m alive after i just died, Well it''s pretty simple really i just reincarnated with my memories intact. How? I had a trait that grants immunity to both magical and spiritual forms of soul altering affects. I say had because i''m not sure if i still have it yet. Now let''s look at me, You see that animal that''s feasting on ants? The one that looks like a what if scenario where a lizard and a rat had a baby? That''s me. Crazy isn''t it? Or should i say Cratzy? Haha rat pun. Right now i''m eating ants to satiate my hunger and gain some EXP, I''m also talking to myself and making bad jokes to make sure i don''t go insane, Which is the second time i''ve done this, The first being when I first came to this magic filled world, I was in a forest alone so that should explain it. Getting enough EXP to gain a rank is going to be rough, I don''t think these Carpenter ants give much EXP and I can''t check since i don''t have access to the system yet. I wonder how much EXP I need to rank up, Usually it takes a human 300 EXP to get to rank 1 and access the system. But since i''m a small baby monster I can probably rank up with less EXP. I''m still not sure what kind of monster I am, I have concluded that i have both traits of a lizard and a rat but that''s the most I can tell, For example my tongue looks like a rat''s tongue but it has two ends like a lizard. My tail looks like a lizard''s yet my body has fur like a rat''s. Maybe i''m a chimera? More thoughts for later I guess. .... Don''t move. Not a single motion. Not even a twitch. I can hear something big behind me moving towards me slowly but surely like it''s hunting an oblivious prey feasting on its food. A prey that sounds eerily similar to me. I run. I run as fast as these legs let me, Which is fast really fast for a small animal like me.This story originates from a different website. As soon as i set foot in my hidey hole i hear a loud *THUD* behind me. I look back only to see a raccoon twice the size as me staring intently at me stuck in the entrance of my humble abode. Shit Shit Shit Shit Shit. If he''s stuck there how am I gonna get out? The only way for me to get out is by getting that raccoon out, And since I can''t do that while it''s alive or It''ll try to eat me I''ll have to kill it, And how am I gonna kill it when I have nothing but my claws in here and he''s stuck right... there... I''ll claw it. I''ll claw it to death with these sharp little claws. I claw it once and it growls. I claw it a second time and it growls a second time. I claw it a third, fourth, and fifth time. It tried to bite me in all of those times yet it couldn''t bite me while it''s stuck. It''s right eye is bleeding profusely and it''s right cheek and it''s nose are both wounded. But i''m not done yet sadly so I bite it''s ear and munch on it, It''s growls have already turned into whimpers of defeat. I feel like a monster (which i am), I''m hurting a defenseless raccoon over and over whilst it whimpers in pain, But I have to do this, it''s the only way i''ll get out of here and It''s also gonna give me enough EXP to rank up, And if I don''t rank up I could easily get eaten by another raccoon wanting to avenge it''s bretheren. I''m gonna take a break, My fur is covered in raccoon blood and i''m as exhausted as a cat after chasing a laser pointer for an entire hour. I fall asleep whilst thinking of cute cuddly cats only for my mind to go back to the sounds of the raccoon whimpering. *** My eyes open to a glass like screen in front of me.

squeak Chapter 2: *Chomp* squeak That, My friend is the sound of excitement. Since I''m finally able to see my status page i could now view my traits, Which is great since I can now know what strengths i have. As for my name, I assume the reason I don''t have one is because I died and got reincarnated, Annnnnd i''m still trying to act like this is all normal and everything is all okay. To allocate stats I''d have to do something that would increase it naturally, For example if i were to do some push ups that''d increase my strength attribute, If i were to run in circles that''d increase my agility etc etc. As for skills i simply have to do something and focus on it and abra kadabra I got a skill for it. The skills I''m thinking of getting are Stealth, Hunting, Mana circulation and finally Biting. Stealth would allow me to hide from predators like that raccoon that thought lizrats taste like french cuisine, Hunting would allow me to track and hunt a prey efficiently, Mana circulation would allow me to increase my magical potential and start practicing magic and finally, Biting would both give me a strong skill for combat and allow me to get out of this shit hole that I''m stuck in because a raccoon decided to chase me into it and got stuck in the entrance. As for the stats I''m thinking of allocating, they''re strength, agility and vitality. Since I''m a massive pussy I''ll put two stats in agility and vitality and one in strength to make my bite stronger.

Interesting. I still have my special trait but it has weakened from complete immunity to a weak 50%. As for the Dungeon born trait it seems very VERY delicious. A 20% bonus to ranking up is a lot for a human (Which I''m not anymore but that''s besides the point) and a 50% Bonus to magical affinity would make any mage cry tears of joy. The lizrat trait is nice because it increases the chances of me spotting predators and prey. Speaking of delicious things I''m very hungry maybe I should start biting the raccoon for the skill now? As if on cue I hear my stomach rumble. Guess it''s time to start. As i walk forth towards the raccoon a horrible stench hits my nose. as I see maggots near the raccoon. Oh well that''s just nasty isn''t it? I focus on biting the parts of the raccoon that''s stuck and I repeat that till a screen pops up.
