《Game Master - Unlocked [Terror Infinity]》
Season-Marvel Ep 1 – Alarm
Episode 1
Sieghart opened bleary eyes to a room of more than a dozen people. All different age groups but definitely adults. Sitting up trying to make sense of it all, blinking to adjust to the low-light of his surroundings.
The pale moonlight illuminating the gloomy pitch-black. Once his eyes had adjusted Sieghart noticed two people in military fatigues standing off to the side holding guns. Both of them, hard faced and with graying hair.
Standing surveying the room, and checking dead phone lines, as the people started to stir, two minutes after a pop-up showed up.

Everyone looked confused and the people holding guns weren''t helping.
The room was a massive laboratory, with ceiling high windows, desks and lab equipment scattered about. There were even hazard symbols to the sides for danger. There was one door leading out to the hallway shrouded in darkness.
We heard footsteps echoing from beyond the doorway, then into view came a very classy shoe, attached to it were velvet pants, way too many forest-green belts a number of them more for fashion that holding up his pants, to a yellow dress shirt, and an orange suit over it, finishing off the mad ensemble was a dead red tie. Above his shoulders, a square shape, filled with the colours of the rainbow. His head¡
...was a TV.
[A???h???h?? y?m?g??''?? ?a?h?? ?n??i??l??g?h?''?r??i ??to?d??ay??!]
¡®...Ah, my face.¡¯ The floor was cold, and there was an intense pain, or at least that¡¯s what Sieghart thought, the pain had made the others and myself black out for a moment. Even after it had receded his vision swam as he tried to stand back up, trying to look at him.
[Sorry, sorry, forgot what language humans spoke.]
¡®What in the world was that!? He spoke and-and,¡¯ Sieghart couldn¡¯t remember anything after that.
[Now normally I don¡¯t make house calls, but figured I¡¯d make an exception just this once. I?????????g????????????o???????r???????? always did make it seem like this was fun.]
For some reason Sieghart couldn¡¯t move. He could still think, but something about him just enraptured their attention and kept it hostage causing his body to be incredibly lethargic.
[I¡¯ll make things very simple. Don¡¯t die. Oh, and make sure to entertain me. It''s not that hard, I¡¯m easily excitable.] His old timey tv head from the 60s switched from the classic RGB screen to a scene of people dying briefly before stopping at an animal documentary.
People opened their mouths, probably to rebel or shout obscenities, until he drew attention to his gun. Sieghart didn¡¯t know why a tv man was carrying around a revolver but he held it with an experienced hand. He¡¯d used it before.
He drew his index finger to the middle of the screen where all the colour on the screen had concentrated on the finger surrounded by black.
[You don¡¯t have a choice, well to be more accurate, you all used to have a choice, and you chose to be here. So let¡¯s disavow with all the hypocrisy] He tilted his head, as all the colour splashed against the side, before leaking out of his head and splashing onto the floor. [Alright?]
Sieghart realized then that no one could move, and it wasn¡¯t because of his gun.
[Wonderful. If you want to remember how you got here, or simply enjoy yourself, whatever you desire, I don¡¯t care. Try to achieve it. I already have what I want anyways.]
What he wanted?
[Besides not dying, I¡¯ll be nice and explain the basics. You¡¯ll be completing missions right there on your old timey watches I asked ol¡¯ K?????????????????????????????r????????????????????o???????????????????????????n???????????????????????????o???????????????????????????????s???????????????????????????? to cook up with my own little touches. There are a few other functions it has, but I¡¯ll let you figure out their mysteries. There isn¡¯t much more to this than that. Survive and you might have a chance to go back home.]
Since they couldn¡¯t move, none of them could check about what he was talking about. Missions? Watches?
He put a finger to his head flipping to a scene of an unnaturally massive library [I think that¡¯s everything. Hmm, This wasn¡¯t as fun as I?????????g????????????o???????r???????? made it out to be though.] He seemed to mutter to himself, [Maybe I should¡¯ve focused on a singular cast¡ Ah, mistakes to fix for next time, ciao!]
Sieghart could move again. Immediately, lunged towards him, trying to tackle the TV man. The Multicoloured fashion statement turned one of the dials on the side of his head and disappeared. The gun he was holding falling to the ground as if its strings cut.
We all took a moment to digest this, Sieghart could tell some people were barely holding themselves from lashing out. At someone or even something.
Question? Missions? None of what they were saying was making any remote sense. Sieghart sighed, and picked up the gun, not sure what to even do with it. It was just a gun from the looks of it nothing special, they were unlikely to be any real clues on it, it was very ordinary. It was naturally empty of any bullets. But didn¡¯t doubt the weird TV didn¡¯t have something else up his sleeve. The two people who were calm throughout were standing to the side a little paler than normal and seeming to recover from the shock. The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
The others were already shouting and trying to demand someone explain what was happening, other people were in denial and in various stages of self delusion, while a little annoying, he did understand their feelings.
Sieghart walked up to them, ¡°Nice to meet you, my name is Sieg-¡±
¡°Jack, and that¡¯s Reaper.¡± The other man with three scars on his face grimly smiled, but his eyes weren¡¯t in it very distracted. Focusing more on the spot the TV man had disappeared off to.
¡°Hate to ask, but uh, do you have any idea of what''s going on?¡±
¡°I do, I¡¯ll explain to everyone.¡± Sieghart was surprised he did, and even more so he was nicer than he looked. He guessed it really was true, not being able to judge a book by its cover.
Yeah no. There was something very off about them, they reminded me of his dad¡¯s colleagues, people who had seen too much, and done more than what they saw to survive. People you were never sure were really on your side, until crunch time.
Everyone had stopped talking as he spoke, just something made them stop, he was very quiet, unlike the maniac oddness that was the TV man, ¡°If you guys survive until the end you¡¯ll be taken to the Lobby where you can exchange your points for stats, skills, genetic mutations or items, we both have a genetic mutation and this gun you see here. The last setting we were in was the Movie Jaws, and there were twenty of us at the start. "
If they glowed any brighter Sieghart might¡¯ve gone blind from the two rays of happiness, though given what they said it was sort of apt-

Wait¡ Was this like an RPG? A sick twisted RPG. Kidnapping people to play this game.
Then where were the basic weapons and skills one got? Or did we get any at all? By the fact, they were holding AKs meant we could get guns but from where? The Lobby they said but where was that? Sieghart felt he might¡¯ve accepted the situation a bit too fast, but attributed it to the fact that nothing had happened yet that was beyond his understanding.
With the possible weird TV man, but that was likely just a costume and misdirection when he had disappeared. Meaning even though he had somehow traveled to another universe, judging by the floating translucent window in front of him. Passing his hand through it had the screen ripple much like water. So at the very least this had a lot of resources poured into it.
He had two theories he was running simultaneously.
- This was an actual fantasy death game RPG in Marvel
- Someone spent way too much time to set all this up, and was likely a very expensive and resource driven project.
¡®There were more questions than answers, and the two didn¡¯t exactly exude a friendly enough aura where people felt safe in asking them questions, even if they faked it remarkably well. People didn''t bring weapons to picnics...except maybe my dad.¡¯ Deciding it didn¡¯t matter, all he had to do was focus on figuring out where he really was and just keep an open, but cautious, mind.
Sieghart looked behind him noting the large moon illuminating the yard, and started to lean towards theory number one more than two.
Giant words standing in reverse and partially hidden by the large skyscraper in the middle of the yard and crescent shape of the building they were in.
Sieghart still hadn''t accepted what was happening or at least parts of what was happening.
Letters about ten meters high, and made out of metal.
Oscorp.
¡®What.¡¯
There was just no way.
He almost denied what he was seeing. ¡®Maybe this was a dream. Maybe I had been drinking. Maybe, mayb-maybe-¡¯
¡®Were they really in another world?¡¯
After a moment he denied it, ¡®It''s too much for an elaborate prank, an incredible waste of time and money.¡¯
However, if they really were in the Marvel Universe, to be on the safe side it would be best to remember what he could.
Much of what he remembered for Oscorp was pretty bad, at least when Spidey wasn''t around. It was a spawning ground for evil and none of it was remotely normal or weak. Most of the time bizarre experiments escaping or someone stole some tech and went on a rampage. That was the mild stuff.
¡®No, I¡¯m getting ahead of myself, this is just a bad dream, a really hyper realistic bad dream.¡¯ It was likely a death match by the super corporate elite demon worshippers or something.
Or maybe he had been kidnapped as a trial experiment for beta Virtual Reality testing. For a second, he had been hopeful but knew it was stupid.
Pinching his skin, it was unlikely, no matter how much research people had been doing they wouldn¡¯t be able to get the world in such detail, at least not this early, even with quantum computing.
Perhaps this really was an elaborate tv game show?
But without any memories of coming here?
Sieghart gulped and tried to relax, and take note of what was important.
Game Master, Lobby, Marvel Universe, OSCORP, Points, RPG shop, Side Missions.
And the Mission; Survive The Escaped Science Experiment.
Whether this was real or not, the first or the second theory, he knew everyone was in danger at the very least.
¡®You don''t survive Escaped Experiment scenarios by choice, you need plot armour for that. There was no way I¡¯m the protagonist.¡¯ he thought, ¡®I¡¯m kind of capable, having had military training.¡¯ Feeling better about his survival odds if realistically and not narratively. Marginally.
Sieghart felt around in his pocket and pulled out a pen and pocket notebook and wrote it all down. Because it looked like he was going to be busy worrying about surviving the next few hours to even think about recalling all this in future was unlikely.
When Sieghart looked up the two veterans had left. While expected¡ it was still disappointing they really didn''t have any reason to stay or help. People had started to calm down some.
It was best to speak up, even reluctantly, we needed to work together to survive this pseudo-horror story.
Sieghart wasn¡¯t exactly the tallest so he stood on a chair and spoke up, ¡°Has anyone heard of Oscorp?¡±
They all looked at me like he was nuts, he returned the look. How had they never heard of-
Looking at their attire, most of them in business suits and dresses with the exception of two who wore normal street clothes but they all looked to be in their 30-40s. The type of people that just worked continuously.
Right, old people.
Sieghart tried to explain in as much detail of what he knew, which wasn¡¯t much.
This turned out to be a good thing as he realized he could improvise and lead them into thinking certain things, and perhaps skip the entire denial of their reality that nothing of this sort could ever happen and break off the group.
Denial was annoying, dealing with it myself wasn¡¯t as hard with the kind of take things in stride attitude Sieghart had gotten from his dad, his love of fiction and again dad''s crazy survival scenarios.
They weren¡¯t ever this elaborate though.
¡°To put it bluntly, too much time, detail and resources have gone into this for any of this to be normal, so I urge you all to keep an open mind. It looks like we''ve been taken against our will to a random location near the city, judging by the light pollution in the horizon.¡±
Sieghart played it off like this was the real world which he still half believed was true and especially since we had no idea how we got here, which was true.
¡°This place looks like a research facility that pioneered in the various fields of science; biology, and chemistry and the like,¡± true.
Now to the crux, ¡°I¡¯ve heard of ¡®reports¡¯ of bio-weaponry and experimentation on humans, this could be something that is happening now. I believe us to have been kidnapped to be forced to play this sick twisted game which is basically a way for them to gather data, or it was for some rich guy''s perverse entertainment.¡± Sieghart cringed slightly as he said it out loud, it sounded a lot more ridiculous than when he was just thinking about it.
Sieghart looked to their faces realizing he might¡¯ve done-goofed. They didn''t look like they believed a word he had said about the last bit, the ones who might¡¯ve just seemed more scared, a few were slightly calmer. None of it as intended.
Season-Marvel Ep 2
Episode 2
Sieghart tried not to groan internally. Leading large groups of people on the verge of stupid groupthink was frustrating, just because he didn¡¯t have proper tangible proof didn¡¯t mean they weren¡¯t in some sort of danger. It was worse when he was incompetent at leading people, or being properly social, but he pushed onwards.
A person in a beige suit, with glasses and a red tie asked him with a skeptical look, ¡°And how...did you come across this information.¡±
¡°I watch the news. There are also reports from lesser known stations about what companies, like the one we¡¯re in, are upto.¡± Sieghart bluffed slightly, ¡°Tell me you don¡¯t think we¡¯re in danger in the least.¡±
¡°We aren¡¯t, because none of us are tied up, there haven¡¯t been any ransoms made or anything.¡± While he did have a point there.
¡°Except for the TV man, and the fact that everyone here woke up without our memories of arriving? Or that no one has ever heard of Oscorp?¡±
They didn¡¯t look very moved, if anything that believed me less even if Sieghart was on point, it was still too ridiculous. No one even bothered to check. Sieghart tried not to think about how his shorter stature, coupled with his young face didn¡¯t help his view.
Sieghart believed it was likely because they were civilians and none of them looked to have any combat or any life-and-death training at all. So they wouldn¡¯t really have instincts for this thing, simply brushing it off as weird.
Sieghart stopped for a second and tried to regroup his thoughts, he didn¡¯t really have visible proof but that didn¡¯t mean he was wrong, and even with his paranoia. But if they were inside a death game or in danger, there wouldn¡¯t be time to find ¡®their proof¡¯ to show their great scientific minds that they were in danger.
¡®Okay, maybe I was getting annoyed that I was wrong. Wait, no that¡¯s a good thing, being wrong is good. But it was likely that wasn¡¯t the case here.¡¯
¡°Regardless of all of this,¡± Giving up on the death match argument, which Sieghart was starting to see seemed implausible the longer he thought about it, even if a TV man just walked in telling them that exact thing, ¡°We have to be careful as we live, I checked the phones and they don¡¯t seem to be working. It¡¯s best we don¡¯t get caught trespassing.¡±
Somehow they accepted it and decided to leave as fast as possible to get on with their lives.
Strangely enough he was used to waking up in strange places thanks to dad''s ''Training'', he didn''t think that was the case here. Things weren''t adding up, there was no way this situation was normal. From the training he had learnt to scan his surroundings and felt something off.
Couldn''t pinpoint what was making that feeling, but it didn''t matter if it was best to trust his instincts on this matter they rarely lead me astray. There was a fire axe behind a glass case and thought best to take it with him, might need a weapon later, ''Better Overkill than killed''. Covered his fist with his jacket and broke the glass quietly, extracting it gently.
They walked as one into the dark hallway. The facility quieter than a graveyard, he could hear the silence. All the lights off with.
How would a death game work out here? Was this just a role-playing serial killer? Or an actual escaped experiment?
Would the ''experiment'', as they termed, have bulletproof armour? Death games usually had the players at a serious disadvantage, from what Sieghart remembered from the genre.
Alternatively, if this was real. How did the experiment get loose in the first place? Did some wack-job scientist work late into the night and fall asleep, and accidentally hit the release button? He really didn¡¯t want to die because someone hadn¡¯t bought some coffee to keep themselves awake.
Sieghart had already instinctively convinced himself of the possibility he was in another universe, trying to fight common sense that couldn''t accept it rationally.
Sometimes he wished he could deduce like Sherlock Holmes, then he''d be able to actually back up the instinct properly. Like ''Hey, this company building hasn''t been refurbished in the past six months, there are signs of constant normal company employee behavioral patterns, and this piece of land hasn''t been moved in the past 20 years or something. So this company had popped up specifically for this death game, let''s jump out the window!''
Gazed into the flickering abyss as the lights they turned on stayed on briefly before failing playing havoc on our fears.
There were too many Marvel villains to count from that were experiments. Hell even Captain America was one. The mission made it sound like it was murderous. Oscorp was a clue likely a spidey villain which wasn''t much when the dude had fought everyone in Marvel ever. The experiment could be a Green Goblin, either as a parody and some killer wearing Goblin''s costume might walk down the hallways with an axe and riot gear, or the person might come after them in an actual glider, throwing bombs at them.
Not to mention the crazy number of animal themed mutations.
If it was the later then there was no chance of winning since almost all of his villains were already stronger than Spidey who could easily lift thousands of kilograms.
Sieghart tried not to groan, ''I would take on the Joker over an escaped experiment any day, especially since they could never be beat with a gun or a good RPG to the face.''
He just kept hoping that if this did become dangerous at least it would be kept to a human level. Because the more he thought about it, the more he realized this axe was going to be useless if he faced something like that.
Sieghart didn¡¯t know whether to talk or not because if something dangerous truly was out there¡ he couldn¡¯t stop his hands from shaking at the thought of actually facing someone that powerful. Walking down this moonlight hallway with the shadows covering the floor, scared him more than he wanted to admit. Worried he was going to be jumping at his own shadow if this kept up.
''Please be nothing, please tell me I''m nothing but a tin-foil nutjob.''
¡°So, does anyone have a gun, or some sort of weapon?¡±
Everyone jumped slightly startled by the noise, even if he kept it just barely above silence. No one responded, he just sighed and kept going, ¡°Not even a taser? Ladies? Pepper Spray?"
They all looked like they wanted to strangle him. Okay that might''ve been an exaggeration but he wasn''t being invited into anyone''s house that''s for sure. Sieghart felt his heart subside, annoying people was very therapeutic for him but he didn''t like crossing the line. It was unfortunate that none of them had anything resembling a weapon.
A loud bang echoed throughout the building.
In the dark silence, it sounded like an explosion. The lack of fire and destruction told them otherwise. Getting fed up one of the businessmen walked forward impatiently, his shoes clacking loudly.
Sieghart said, "Err, maybe walk a bit quieter?" as he shifted his eyes around and kept a grip on the fire axe.
The impatient businessman said, "I don¡¯t have time for this. I have a meeting tomorrow. This farce is taking up too much time. I need to find the exit and leave this place before we get arrested and thrown in jail. Honestly would¡¯ve written all of this off as a bad dream if it wasn¡¯t for the smell."
"Smell?"
Business said annoyed, "Yes, it smells like when snakes shed their skin. If I didn¡¯t know any better, I would say a large snake had escaped-"
At that point Sieghart stopped listening. There was perhaps one villain that stood out as one of the many Dr. Jekyll and Hyde copy cats of the series. The Lizard. A seven-foot-tall humanoid reptile that was deadly as it was intelligent depending on what version they were looking at. The fact this was Oscorp and the fact the mission parameter had used to term ¡®escaped experiment¡¯ it was probably safe to say it was probably Curt Conner who was experimenting late into the night and because he had either been sleep deprived, drunk or completely sober and sane, which was worse, had done the stupid thing by testing it on himself.
He was usually taken down by the mercury level dropping below 0 or our friendly neighborhood hero cured him with an antidote. Before he turned again and killed a bunch of people...again. Ignoring Spideys stupidity, none of them would survive against that monster. Everything exceeded anything a normal human was capable of, the only weakness they could exploit was the cold. This wasn''t the land of Maple Syrup and Polar Bears.Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation.
Assuming of course the Marvel theory was true. If it was less fantastical likely a genetically modified anaconda or Komodo Dragon would be the worst case scenario, which while not impossible to deal with people would still die. Assuming of course it was this theory.
He knew that if he tried to get people to listen to him they wouldn''t believe him and would stop taking his opinions seriously when he didn''t believe it himself, the only proof he had supporting him was that floating translucent window he wasn''t entirely sure he hadn''t hallucinated and even that could be replicated by a floating mirror and magic tricks.
Even if Sieghart explained who they were likely to face and given the context it was likely it was The Lizard. He couldn''t ask someone if they had a floating window beside him, he believed that people were ignoring their own windows since no one had mentioned anything about having one.
Then again he was just operating under the assumption that this was real and he would rather be paranoid and cautious than risk actually facing all this without preparing himself beforehand. He honestly wanted to be wrong, the text window, those two men, and the fact he had no memory of being kidnapped or any actual smell of chemicals being used on him made it hard to think otherwise. He also hadn¡¯t found any cameras that showed they were being spied on. His extensive knowledge of hidden cameras, he bitterly remembered, all learned from his military-esque dad.
Sieghart suddenly stopped when he noticed something on the side of the wall. His face went pale.
"What''s wrong?" Sieghart heard someone whisper.
"Try not to freak out," Sieghart played it out, "but I think we have a large reptile on the loose." Fitting both possibilities. Even though¡
He swallowed as he looked at the claw marks going from the bottom of the wall to the top made by something that had an absurd amount of strength and was incredibly tall.
''It was the Lizard, damn it.''
Unsurprisingly, they looked on in disbelief.
"Something the size of a¡ Komodo Dragon judging by the claw marks, they were most likely using them for experiments."
Showing them the marks had them believe me.
For an instant.
They muttered something about kids with overactive imaginations trying to belay the fact that a large animal might crawl out of the darkness and devour them.
That same annoying businessman clicked his teeth, "special effects."
"You really want to die, don''t you?"
He became agitated, "we''re not under any danger you''re being incredibly stupid kid. Why and how did this all come about? It''s full of contradictions! Large lizards on the loose coincidentally in a large company late at night where just happened to wake up!? It''s stupid and you need to wake up kid!"
"Stop shouting," Sieghart whispered fiercely, "Even if you don''t know what about getting caught trespassing."
"I don''t care!" He then stormed off. The group glanced at him, one even apologized before trying to explain but Sieghart stopped him.
The kind older man told him, "Don''t take it to heart, he''s likely worried about that meeting he keeps going on about. I know I was nervous about my first job interview."
They walked away and Sieghart sighed and went to follow when he noticed the light in one of the labs was on. He called out to them about this but they continued walking wanting to get out as quickly as possible. Sieghart decided there was no more wasting time and opened the door, it was curious to why this room had its light on when the rest of the building had the lights closed.
Their footsteps faded as he closed the door, he heard the sound of a digital clock breaking the sudden silence, and found it to his right reading 4:57. Almost an hour or three ''till daylight which by then all the office workers would be in the building and they would have to explain themselves or be trying to survive the lizard alongside them. It wasn¡¯t like he knew exactly how strong the lizard was this time around, he knew for certain it would outclass them, but how to beat something stronger, faster and somewhat likely to be smarter was the question.
He almost gave up hope shifting through the files when he found a few that sounded like he was on the right track. Access cards left lying around and research papers for bio-weaponry, something about plants. A few that talked about animals, one paper was about how the Spiders had been a success and the Mammal family was coming along nicely. Did that mean Peter hadn''t been bit yet or was this simply coincidental? There was also a map directory-
Sieghart heard a faint scream from down the hall.
The sound bounced off the walls making it hard to tell where it was coming from, so Sieghart stopped and listened carefully. The screaming increased in pitch, others joined her.
He burst out of the room making sure he held the axe in hand as he turned to the right and sprinted down the hall. ''I swear if something¡''
He pounded down the monochromatic hallway, not having the time to check his footing he was suddenly airborne having slipped and landed in it, likely liquid as he kept sliding on his back. He slid to a stop in front of the room just as the screams died.
He knew it was what he didn¡¯t want it to be.
On shaky legs he got up and found his pants dripping. He held up the liquid in the moonlight and found it shining red.
He compartmentalized just to function right at that second. The feeling of horror didn''t care and gripped his heart.
He¡¯d seen horror movies before. This was stupid beyond belief. What could he do anyway against a ton of muscle and scales?
Before he could even think to move gunfire erupted inside the room.
Why hadn''t the veterans attacked sooner-they were using the group as bait!
Sieghart, not considering for a moment Jack and Reaper were killing them decided he''d likely get in the way and took cover in case he got hit by a stray bullet. Several explosions went off and a hiss that he had heard anacondas make in zoos. He could¡¯ve imagined it but it sounded like it had been in pain.
All he knew was that he had to find somewhere else to hide, those guys clearly weren''t anyone''s allies to anyone but themselves. There was no way he was going to be able to kill that monster or help any of them.
He wasn''t strong enough or fast enough he needed a weapon.
Sieghart didn''t have any more time to waste; he simply ran towards the room with the most amount of primary colour symbols telling him to stay out of the room and he swiped the card he had taken from the rooms earlier.
These cards let him open the door without worry luckily for him there weren''t any fingerprint scanners or anything complicated like that.
He burst into the room thinking it was empty when he was flipped onto his back and the ceiling was his foreground.
There were two guns pointed right at his face with his arm stepped on The Voice a deep tall person with arms really massive held him in a vice grip asking him
¡°Who are you?¡±
Sieghart couldn''t really answer from where he was but man is too strong for him to get out of his grip. ''Seriously, it was like this guy trained using logs as weights.''
"Sieghart and I don''t mean you guys any harm but there''s a giant lizard outside trying to kill us. So maybe barricade the door?"
"..." They silently conversed.
"Going to give you points for blocking my vision so I can''t see your face with the guns. Great fear tactic but it really doesn''t work on me, anyone else sure. What is this about?"
The lab coat was wrapped around sieg Hearts head as he was pushed against the chair and tied to it
"Seriously. Listen we don''t have time for this."
"We definitely have time for this, my son just died from the giant green scaled monster. I need to know if you know anything about him." His voice grieving with pain. "Tell me what you know."
"Well, nothing."
Sieghart heard the noise of one of the tables being destroyed which was impressive considering how sturdy they were being able to hold up to a number of people easily.
"That woman in white called it her husband. Are you with them?" His voice emotionally strained bordering on desperation. Sieghart realized his captor wasn''t really antagonistic and was trying to vent his frustrations.
"No? Why on earth would you think that?" Even still he was just a random person. Not the person to interrogate. This felt incredibly random.
The Voice who hadn''t spoken up and had been quiet this entire time said, "You have the card scanner. But looking at it, it doesn''t belong to you."
"Found it in one of the rooms."
She hummed, her voice changed directions towards the taller man, "Thors, this isn''t the way to handle this. And he''s clearly not involved."
There was some silence as Sieghart digested what she had said, ''Was this The Avengers? But I don''t ever remember Thor having a son.''
There was some rustling before the hood on his face was released.
He stood up rubbing his wrists to look at the two people standing there. It wasn''t a blonde dude with a magic hammer and the female wasn''t anyone he recognized.
The man was ridiculously tall over 6ft likely, and had long black curly hair pulled into a ponytail. A blue overcoat hung open down to his knees as he wore really worn material. Like some who lived in the mountains his entire life. He had a sword strapped to his back. He was covered in blood and his expression hellish.
This wasn''t Thor of Marvel.
The woman also wasn''t anyone he recognized either her blood red Shaggy hair coiling around her shoulders. A portion of it was in a ponytail, she wore an unblemished cardigan, skirt, black leggings and combat boots. In her hands were two large black and white magnums. The sight was so odd he took a second look.
"So who are you guys?"
"Thors of¡ Norway."
"Ako Fujimaru at your service." She bowed.
"Thors? Fujimaru?"
Just then the building rocked as something exploded and they heard nothing more.
"What the hell is happening?"
"Don''t know but I''m going to find out," said Ako. She took a quick glance at Thors who''s entire demeanor changed. His face, a demon''s.
Sieghart picked up his fire axe before they burst out into the hallway.
Plaster from the ceiling was falling down as the entire Place seemed to be crumbling from the aftershocks of an earthquake.
What they found seemed to be worse, the entire front end of the building was in Ruins. The entire building was a sort of giant crescent-shaped Moon; the middle part was obliterated to the point where you could practically see the other side.
The three were ten meters from the devastation. Everything was crumbling down, light fixtures were sparking, water was flowing, gas was leaking
"This was not how I left it..." said sieghart.
They heard a hiss and down below on the courtyard something green with glowing yellow cat eyes. It was fighting either Jack or Reaper.
"The beast." Thors grit his teeth, Ako looked concerned and incredibly guilty, likely from not being able to save his son especially if she was who I thought she was.
They heard a loud teenage Shout Sieghart thought it might have been a "No!"
Then he heard a Thwipp. And a long line attached itself to the building. Both Ako and Sieghart looked at each other with wide eyes.
"Was tha-that¡
"Spider-Man," Sieghart finished.
The spandex wearing red black and blue smashed into something on the ground and the two realized it was the lizard.
They smashed back into the Lobby on the ground floor of the building and started wrecking stuff up we could hear from way up here on the 10th floor.
He had originally been running from this entire area from what the lizard was doing now that the entire area was destroyed it made him wonder if he had been here would he have been...
Sieghart couldn''t see any signs of the other veteran or even¡ he tried not to think about what the lizard had done to the others.
He felt like a coward now that he thought about it. Before he knew it Thors had ran on ahead and jumped off the ledge of the destroyed floor, for a moment the two both thought he was about to kill herself, before she landed on to the next floor bounding down with ridiculous Grace and Agility.
From what he could tell Thors was just a regular human. It was beyond impressive and borderline insane.
That shook Ako from her initial shock and she yelled at Sieghart, "Hide!"
Leaving him behind as he watched her jump down with supernatural abilities and agility greater than Thors.
He looked at his axe and the devastation around him. He wasn''t cut out for this.
Season-Marvel Ep 3
Episode 3
He almost threw the axe away, In the end, he decided not to. He tried to take a deep breath, his feelings of anxiety sort of faded off, as he switched focus from trying to defeat the lizard to gaining more information.
He hadn''t recognized the tight grip he had put on the axe and exactly how angry he had been.
Whether waiting or not was the right choice he''d never know.
The devastation caused by the explosion was quite massive; there was a gaping hole in the Crescent shaped building of Oscorp. He could see into the areas that weren''t supposed to be connected. It looked like the inner part of the building had been medical while the outer looked like an extravagant seven star hotel.
The outermost side of the crescent shape had been the most extravagant lobby. Curtains, windows and paintings from the ceiling to the floor. The walls were painted yellow gold, and more architecture than this room really needed.
Then he realized it was a personal room. There were certain creature comforts that seemed much more personalized than commercial, the strange collection of artifacts that seem to range from old pottery from random civilizations from Aztec to the Aboriginals in Australia with how old certain boomerangs looked.
He had this very distinct suspicion that this was Osborne''s home. Home was a very generous word to use, this seemed more like a museum, almost like he was showing off. Which if Sieghart thought about it, he wouldn''t be very surprised.
A massively tacky waste of money. Six floors in height and taking up a hundred by seventy meters in width and length.
He heard the sound of a steadily increasing jet engine. It seemed to be heading for this room. There was a rising maniacal laughter as well increasing with the jet engine.
Sieghart shook his head, this wasn¡¯t the time to meander, he looked around quickly trying to find a place to hide. Ninety percent of the place was bare. He spotted the balcony of the next floor which would provide a modicum of cover. He jumped off one the tables to the pillar before grabbing the bottom edge of the balcony and pulling himself up and over.
A few moments passed and nothing happened. The laughter continued to increase. Then at its crescendo, the giant carpet covering the floor exploded. Ash and debris pierced the walls some of which bounced off the balcony railing he was hiding behind.
Sieghart couldn¡¯t see him from where he was, nor did he want to.
Unlike his previous iterations he had a strange armoured green camouflage, with purple chainmail o ntop as if he didn¡¯t really care for protection. Spray Painted onto it was a STOP and DIE in white. He stood atop the Glider, a state of the art military drone turned into his personal attack aircraft with built in bombs, lasers, and whatever else he could fit into it. Purple Shows, armguards and an elf¡¯s hat completed it. And he had a cutlass. Ensure your favorite authors get the support they deserve. Read this novel on the original website.
His voice had a terrifying maniacal quality, ¡°What ho! Mean and Green! The Goblin has come out to play!¡± Laughing at the top of his lungs before bursting out of the ceiling glass, the remains falling down like a thousand knives against metal.
Sieghart stayed where he was for a moment just trying to calm himself.
¡®There was no one in the room, and the lunatic still talked to himself.¡¯
Half of him had wanted to respond, before he reminded himself that he wasn''t an actor and this was very much real.
It was one thing to see him drawn as a 2D cartoon, played by an actor with terrible CGI, or even hand drawn in a comic. It was another thing completely to witness the mad man in reality.
He took a breath, calming himself before jumping over the railing onto the ground below and running over to the cratored hole in the ground. There wasn¡¯t. It was a perfect square shaped elevator shaft that seemed to go down floor after floor. The debris was from the floor¡¯s doors.
It was a long way down. There wasn¡¯t a way unless¡
He noted the length of the curtains hanging near the front of the room from the top of the ceiling to the floor. The six story long curtains.
.
Tying them all together and using it as stupidly long rope to rappel down was worrying after he got to the first knot. He really hoped it held.
He looked down, lights at every few intervals showed up. It went on for quite a ways. He was worried that once he got to the bottom there would be a passcode or a security code and he¡¯d have to climb all the way back up.
Luckily, he made it to the bottom without losing his grip. Unluckily, there was a security gate. There was an almost invisibly thin slot in the wall right beside the door. He almost hadn¡¯t noticed it until he walked closer. Turning the card over he wondered if he should bother. He put in the card he had gotten, and nothing happened for a few moments, long enough that he¡¯d gotten worried.
Then it slid open.
''This clearly isn''t a medical testing lab...'' for one the ridiculous number of weaponry lining the walls. Everything from bombs to borderline sci-fi guns to the state of the line military vehicles. He was sure if he looked hard enough that he would find a metal table used to strap people to it alongside a giant laser hovering over it.
The entire facility seemed to be carved out of a cave, a lot of its formation was very Rocky, the bottom parts of it were completely modern with metal cat walks here and there and glass containers displaying a variety of different things. This was definitely Osborne especially with how extravagant some of the displays looked. At the back of the room there was an enclosed glass box within it, green Smoke which started pouring out of it from the broken glass box.
There was some strange green Mist clinging to the ground and a soft cloud cover. When he sniffed it smelled horrible, unfortunately for him there weren''t any gas masks around.
He was starting to feel dizzy as well, this wasn''t good. And if it couldn''t get any better just as he had made his way into the middle of the room, from behind him walked Reaper.
Then the door behind them closed, before the glass box with the green Mist suddenly exploded with the gas. And he heard a laugh," haha haha, two peas in a pot, death and rot, let''s stir things up!"
For a moment neither of them said a word, even as the gas rolled in before Reaper pulled out a small breather that looked like a swimming apparatus. His hand went behind his back, and Sieghart said,"Don''t suppose you have another one of those?" And then he pulled out a gun.
.
Luckily for him the entire area was filled with cover and Sieghart jumped for cover.
He threw the axe surprising Reaper as his eyes widened, who dived for the floor. In that time Sieghart managed to get the safety off of the weird sci-fi gun and grab a few of the pumpkin shaped bombs. At least the Green Goblin kept his theme. The chainsaw attached to it certainly screamed Halloween.
''Damn it, should''ve realized it was a trap.'' It was obvious in foresight more than hindsight but he''d been too distracted by the sight of the massive high tech underground cavern. What frustrated him even more was how he hadn''t noticed Reaper following him. ''Dad would''ve had me doing suicides all day for a rookie mistake like that.''
He fired the gun, the bullet punched through the table like wet paper.
Sieghart was shocked briefly before he tried to find cover, throwing a pumpkin bomb in his opponent''s side.''What the hell¡''
The gun he was holding was a ''flipping railgun!''

Season-Marvel Ep 4
Episode 4
The man in red and blue. He''s been called many names throughout his lifetime, but only one of them mattered more than the others. Peter Parker.
He had always been Peter Parker, never Spider-Man. But Peter Parker had never been able to do anything right he had never been able to save his Uncle Ben, he had never been able to stop the bullies, he had never been able to make any lasting friendships.
But Spider-Man, he was the exact opposite..
So why wasn''t he able to take down the Lizard?
He groaned. Having been thrown through a number of Walls. His back was aching and the spinal column felt like an unsolved jigsaw puzzle, in pieces.
He tilted his head up and watched as the lizard galloped after him on all fours running through the Broken Walls. Before getting a sword in his back.
That only stopped him for a second before Dr. Connors- ¡®No the Lizard¡¯ reminding himself, ripped it out of its back, turned around and hissed menacingly.
His head had too much of a concussion for him to actually think clearly so he couldn''t hear what was being said. But he couldn''t let them hurt, he had to put the Lizard down just for a second long enough for the vial to be stuck down his throat and return back to being Dr Conner.
He might''ve screamed, he might have blacked out. He would never really know. Once he regained his vision he found himself on his feet, and shouted something witty, "Doctor you''re looking a little green," webbing the back of his tail, something the Lizard hated, and even more so when he pulled him back with all his strength. Lifting cars was nothing, the half ton Lizard? Child''s play.
He punched him in the jaw, "You definitely forgot your daily dose of damage from your one and only." He was going to pass out, and nearly fell asleep. The banter was the only thing keeping him awake and focused.
Keeping it up, his speed was faster than the Lizard could recover. Punching rapidly, each hit landed in an instant, one after the other. The continuous impact of fist-on-scale resounding around the room before knocking him a final one through and out the window.
"That isn''t five concrete walls¡" He panted as a red haired girl and a really tall bouncer walked his way, "but it''s a demonstrative defensive defenestration. Try saying that ten times fast." He then realized he¡¯d forgotten to feed the Lizard the vial and nearly cursed when someone interrupted his train of self-loathing.
"Sorry, but my English isn''t that good," said the girl running into the room from the broken walls he had utterly trashed. She wielded two clean black and white falchions which confused Spidey as he was sure one had jammed itself into the Lizards spine, ¡®Maybe she had three¡¯.
A bouncer walked in behind her wearing thick blue clothing like those llama people that lived up in the mountains he saw in a documentary once. The Bouncer didn¡¯t even look in his direction as he walked towards the edge of the broken walls of the window area and jumped out.
Spidey was way too shocked to try and save him. That and his ribs were killing him, "He didn''t even punch me hello ... What kind of Bouncer was he." He said between breaths. His experience with them involved back alleys and barbed bats.
"He¡¯s not a bouncer,¡± She said, a little confused and wondering if he had hit his head, ¡°The Lizard just took his kid and well..."
''No¡'' Spidey found his mouth dry and lips cracked, he moaned and struggled to say, "What¡ happened?"
Her expression seemed almost colder before she sighed, "Ripped to pieces."
The world seemed to spend, for a moment he felt like he was weightless. Ako quickly rushed to his side once she saw him stumble back, ¡°Hey! Sit down, you¡¯re going to hurt herself!¡±
¡°I can¡¯t... it¡¯s my fault, I should¡¯ve saved... ¡°
Her expression twitched in annoyance, ¡°Damn it, another one like dad¡¡± Muttering under her breath, she got closer and said, ¡°Listen,¡± in a commanding voice, eyes hypnotic, ¡°Until you¡¯re healthy, stay out of this fight.¡±
¡°Until... I¡¯m better... I should stay out of this,¡± He shook his head shocked that the words had come out without his control, ¡°I-I-I can¡¯t.¡± He stumbled away partially in fear and in rejection to the command itself Ako was employing on Spidey. He quickly jumped and leaped out of the building.
Ako sighed, ¡°Every damned time.¡± And jumped out after him.
The lizard was trying to get back into the building, the place where all the tasty morsels resided. Slowly, but surely, he was starting to regain his sanity, if it had been an hour earlier he would¡¯ve been in an animalistic frenzy running around frantically without direction. Spider-man had punched him far enough that he fell over the side of the iron electric fence surrounding the building. The Lizard had shocked itself trying to climb it finding out the hard way. Behind him a parking lot.
¡°Hohoho, hahaha, HAHAHAHA! The Green Goblin is a little mad you stole his look and he''ll be taking it back." Coming in on a hovering flight device with wings he popped a pumpkin bomb into his hand from the glider. His eyes then widened as the hood of a car came flying towards him and he jumped over it, "Alley yop!" Taking a second to acrobatically pose and throw the bomb underhandedly towards the Lizard. This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road. If you spot it on Amazon, please report it.
Exploding, it smashed the Lizard into the cars.
"Hey, you green man!"
"Hmm? Name''s Green Goblin, tall dark and ugly at your service," doing a flourishing bow atop his Glider.
Thor ignored his rambling, "I need you to continue to distract him."
As if on cue Jack, one of the veterans from the beginning, jumped into the fray. He wielded a long silver gleaming shovel in his hand. "Or you could stand back and let the real men work."
"Goblin-hey now," The Goblin swerved his glider out of the way as something long, brown and topped with green sped past the hoverboard 10 meters in the air. He had managed to swerve back enough to see a large tree in its spot, its branches creaking ominously in all directions. "What." For a moment even the madness of the Goblin couldn''t comprehend what he was seeing and was at a loss. A lunatic he was, he was still a naturalistic materialistic scientist at heart. The supernatural was a fairytale yet the giant tree had sprouted from nowhere.
"Keep your wits about you ¡®legendary supervillain¡¯"
¡°And the freak train just gets weirder,¡± Spidey said before landing on the branch of the tree, ¡°Who are you two supposed to be?¡± The Lizard seemed to sense he was outmatched and disappeared in between the shadows where the lights weren¡¯t placed.
Spidey became serious instantly, ¡°Nevermind that, we need to-¡±
¡°Die?¡± And a large pumpkin bomb fell between all three as the Goblin soared away laughing, to the boombs increased beeping going off in a massive explosion.
Sieghart never imagined he would be in a situation like this having a shoutout in a supervillain lair with sci-fi tech most star wars nerds would die to see.
His opponent didn''t seem as perturbed with the situation almost lazily dodging the hyper sonic bullets. Sieghart knew that wasn¡¯t really what was happening. Of course no matter how fast the gun was, moving it from side to side still took time and if one could theoretically guess the trajectory of the bullets and it wouldn''t be impossible to dodge. Hearing about it was one thing, seeing it action was another.
He just gave up and threw the pumpkin bombs he managed to swipe on his way to cover. He had to get out of here before things went further sideways. Unfortunately the bomb he must''ve thrown likely had some extra c4 because the explosion rocked the entire cave shattering certain fragile glass cases labeled with a large X and the other with GG-S-07 causing their containers to spill out. Sieghart coughed as his vision blurred.
''I really don''t need this right now.'' He thought
Sieghart fell against one of the many display cases holding antique weaponry and armour nearly stabbing himself with one of the blades. He could barely focus now whatever was in that gas was giving him a massive migraine.
He dropped something that used to be in his hand, but he couldn¡¯t remember what it was.
He stumbled towards the metal glider the Green Goblin had used, making perfect sense the rich super villain had backup copies. He slammed onto one smacking his hand on the unlatch button, the various metal hooks and clamps releasing it from their grip. His body was starting to burn something fierce, he shoved himself onto the glider not knowing when the veteran would be getting up. He could hear him shuffling as he muttered, ¡°Come on, come on, stupid piece of junk turn on already.¡±
It revved its rocket engine or whatever powered it, and clambered onto it, latching on the foot clamps, ¡®so that¡¯s why he doesn¡¯t just fall off¡¡¯ With one mystery out of the way the Glider took off at breakneck speeds shooting straight over the Veteran¡¯s clambering form, out into the shaft going straight up to avoid slamming against the walls of the shaft.
He followed the path of destruction the Goblin had left behind, which wasn¡¯t hard as the Osborn¡¯s crazy alter ego had pyromaniacal and was architecturally-challenged. From the warm room temperature to the frigid wings of the night air the temperature dropped sharply leveling off before growing steadily colder the higher he went. He swerved the thing around trying to bring it to a stand still, jerking suddenly as he pushed the foot accelerator in the wrong direction and starting doing loop de loops.
None of this was good for his grip, the fierce fire of his body from the gas, to the frigid night air, to the nauseous maneuvers, he was going to hurl and fall to his death if this kept up.
¡°Oh what¡¯s this I see?¡± chuckled a familiar green super villain.
¡®Oh Come on!¡¯ Sieghart couldn¡¯t see anything but he could hear the lunatic, ¡°Go...ulprh, away!¡±
¡°Now now, I can¡¯t leave a young man like you unintended. I have to show you the ropes, after all hanging is the best-Urk.¡± There was a thwip and a rush of air before Sieghart could figure out what happened to the Goblin he was off in the wrong direction.
¡®Alright enough is enough.¡¯ Sieghart geared up. In a fashion he had timed the length when the Glider would point at the ground again it would be then he would have to pull himself onto the thing. His fingers had been growing so cold he felt they would crack and shatter under the strain. At the very top of the loop, ¡®Now!¡¯ He pulled his feet under him and into the clamps securing his position was one thing, now on the thing upside down, he realized exactly how hard it was to balance the thing.
He heard a familiar beeping and quickly turned on what counted as the ¡®nitrous¡¯ for the thing and blasted off hearing the scream of an explosion. He didn¡¯t need to look behind him to know the lunatic was after him.
¡®Didn¡¯t Spider-Man take care of him dammit!¡¯ He wouldn¡¯t have much more time before he crashed somewhere or died.
He swerved around flipping end over end trying to reorient as his glider kept barrel rolling. The sounds of explosions far off into the distance he felt the Goblin hadn''t expected such a screw up having gotten a second.
The nausea started to fade and he had a sudden grasp of intuition. Quickly the strength from somewhere as his abdomen clenched and he righted the glider flying upside down slowly turning it right side up.
For a brief moment he enjoyed the cool breeze against his skin and he realized the fierce pain had disappeared. The moon like a smaller softer white sun illuminating everything but the large shadows and the glow of the city''s light pollution.
Sieghart''s eyes widened, ''Wait, were those broken canisters-''
Booom!
Not a moment too soon before the Supervillain came back into view, ¡°Thief! Flying on the efforts of my genius, not your own, give it back!¡± He reared up another pumpkin bomb. Sieghart shut off the engine letting himself drop, before putting the pedal to metal immediately backflipping straight downwards towards the grass plains firing on all thrusters. He could hear the Goblin cursing trying to follow him, the air rushed by the two as they played a quick game of chicken with the earth and who would swerve away first. Unfortunately for the supervillain he¡¯d forgotten there was a third and fourth party in this engagement.
Due to Sieghart¡¯s quick thinking the Goblin had come closer to the ground a lot enough so a certain wall crawler could reach with say... his webs. ¡°Alley yoop!¡± Spider-Man smashed into the Goblin, having slingshot himself from a nearby building, punting him off his Glider as the two went tumbling through the air. The duked it out tumbling through the air like it was some final fantasy fight forgetting gravity. Sieghart grit his teeth as he pulled up early enough the ground was ten meters before he would¡¯ve smashed into it. Even with such a distance it was terrifyingly closer than he would¡¯ve liked.
Sieghart had no idea what the Glider was being powered by but he really didn¡¯t want to find out when it puttered out and would start tumbling through the air.
Managing not to crash into the windows somewhere. His feet hit the hard concrete of the Oscorp rooftop as he took in what had just happened his knees wobbling. He fell to his knees gasping not from exertion but from the excessive adrenaline. He heard footsteps on the other side of the door where the emergency stairs work to the roof. It was Jack and Reaper he didn''t know if you would have the energy to properly fight them if at all. The door slammed open and a tall barrel chested blonde dude burst out with a terrified expression on his face.
"Did you," he looked around, glancing at the glider, "defeat the whackjob?"
"What?"
¡°The goblin, I''m talking about the pumpkin bomb masked weirdo."
"Oh him. Spidey is fighting him, I''m not exactly great in the air."
He was silent for a moment before the spikey haired blonde spoke up, "... My name is Eddie Brock, you?"
Sieghart moment and inhaled, "Yeah, I''m, yeah, its nice to meet you," shakily getting to his feet to shake his outstretched hand, he didn''t really know what the procedure was for situations like this, "Name''s Sieghart."
"Come on. Meet the others."
Season-Marvel Ep 5-1
Episode 5-1
Lightning spilled out from the metal sheen of the sword Ako had just handed him. Thors always took a moment to realize this was what his life had come to. Fighting in another world not of one of the Nine Realms. As a viking misplaced out of time, and space it was surreal. He had heard the stories of Thor Odinson, his namesake traveling to distant worlds to fight off Frost Giants, the scourge of the Norse, but to experience it himself was another thing entirely.
It was tempered by the fact his son would never hold a sword again. He swallowed pushing back that impossible memory, trying in vain to fight it off. He had done many things, abandoning his station as a soldier to save his own life, staying hidden away from his own army lest he be called back into service, and crushed countless warriors in the heights of war.
Never had he come across shifty eyed men using shovels to cause the earth to shake and for a forest of trees to explode from the point.
He jumped out of the way off a rattling metal contraption Ako had once mentioned were cars onto a floating sword.
Ako was one of the strangest people he had met, being able to bring swords out of seemingly nowhere, she had explained it early that she had said she could bring them from other lands no matter where they were to her. It was amazing to think she was that capable of a Seior.
¡°Oh? What upgrade did you take? I haven¡¯t seen this one before.¡± Jack asked from atop a large oak tree, branches of wood swirling around and exploding in their direction.
¡°Upgrade? This is all natural,¡± She smirked. The sword rain around her had turned the tide of brown oak, Wood was burnt, splinted and destroyed by the magical effects of her swords. Thors had been cutting through the branches at a much slower pace and looking for the right opportunity, this wasn¡¯t his battle yet he wondered how long she could keep it up.
¡°Hey, hey hey! You got started without me?¡± As he batted aside one of the swords Ako had sent his way, it clanged against his own as he deflected it behind him and it exploded behind him in ethereal fire.
¡°Couldn¡¯t have you showing me up now.¡±
¡°Now that¡¯s just rude, it is my birthright.¡± as the other of the duo showed up. Curved blades coming out of their limbs. ¡°Is she stealing my shtick?¡± Reaper looked confused at the sword rain.
¡°She is.¡±

¡°Her powers would be a sweet upgrade, I say.¡±
¡°They would be.¡± Jack agreed.
¡°Let¡¯s double team her.¡±
¡°Phrasing.¡± Reaper laughed and joined the fight.
Thors leapt between the ever shifting limbs of the tree as Ako covered him, he ran across the parking lot at a surprisingly faster pace. She had mentioned that the weapon would make him stronger and faster before fending off Jack''s attacks.
He was still quite a bit slower but as he watched Reaper run towards him, the experienced warrior in him recognized inexperience.
¡®Tactics, wordplay, and defense, are the best way,¡¯ before their blades clashed and he sheared through them cutting off one of his limbs.
The sheer shock of the move had momentarily froze him. Thors however capitalized on the action half a second faster, and that¡¯s all she wrote.
Speed and ferocity had him on the backpedal as he tried to get away abandoning his forearm that just hit the ground as they exchanged a furious symphony of metal.
¡°You B-¡± A sword strike to his face interrupted his swear, and he snarled as he deflected it, his arm shaking from the blow as he blocked at the wrong angle.
There was a welling up of energy in his blade that Thors dared not stop, unleashing it in a single strike towards his opponent¡¯s abdomen who had no choice but to block.
Tendrils of electricity exploded from ¡®Veteran¡¯ as lightning coursed through his body shot from Thors¡¯ sword. Reaper couldn¡¯t even scream but let out a quiet gasp. Collapsing on the spot like strings cut from a puppet.
Thors went for the killing blow when a war ram smashed into his back and he flew across the parking lot, instinctively curling into a somersault. As he landed on his feet grimacing at the weight of the strike on his back.
¡°Hey! I¡¯m your opponent!¡± And Ako increased her sword ran, but it seemed Jack was done playing around an angry expression on his face. One of the branches of the tree had grabbed Reaped, bringing it to him before he took off running for one of the cars in the parking lot. ¡®A sports car of sorts,¡¯ Ako grimaced, ¡°Hey wait!¡± trying to prune the explosion of wood aimed at Thors.
Somehow either powers or knowhow the Veteran got the sports car started and drove off, blasting through the gates to the city.
She ran towards Thors, ¡°We have to go after them,¡± Thors nodded as much as he could before he slumped under her tiny shoulders, that somehow held the strength to hold up his two meter tall body. ¡®Seior are amazing,¡¯ he thought. They crawled into one of the cars she had drawn out of thin air like her swords. She set him into the passenger seat before crawling into the driver¡¯s and they sped off.
¡°Really hope the other guys can deal with the other two green supervillains.¡± She drove like a crazy person tires gripping asphalt as it struggled to stay on the road.
It had taken some time for Thors to get used to the horseless metal carts. ¡°Don¡¯t worry, young seior, the man in red and blue is a very capable warrior, I don¡¯t doubt he hasn¡¯t defeated the flying monster.¡±
¡°Spider-Man and the Green Goblin,¡± She corrected, Driving around a bend heading towards the city, ¡°They aren¡¯t who I¡¯m worried about, it''s the Lizard, I don¡¯t think the guy with the axe I left behind is going to cut it.¡± She paused, ¡°Pardon the pun.¡±
Thors smiled, ¡°Pun Pardoned, he will, the man has fire in his eyes.¡±
She raised an eyebrow, ¡°He looked ready to give up.¡±
¡°He hadn¡¯t ran away when he had seen the Dragon had he?¡±
It took a second to realize he was talking about the Lizard, ¡°Lizard¡ and no. Though I wish he had,¡± she complained, ¡°He¡¯s going to get himself killed.¡±
¡°You¡¯re father would be proud of you.¡± catching Ako off guard as she almost missed the bend and hit the guardrail and sent them tumbling off the cliffside.
The drive was silent for a while before she said, ¡°Thank you.¡±
¡°You¡¯re Welcome,¡± Already staring off into the city lights thinking about his family and if his daughter was thinking of him.
Season-Marvel Ep 5-2
Episode 5-2
As they walked and talked, Eddie Brock told him that he was a college freshman working as an intern at the Conner labs, to Sieghart''s relief it didn''t seem like this version of Eddie Brock was as bad as the other ones. His knowledge of Spiderman war was a little weak but he remembered he became the host of venom in the future and a very ardent hater of the resident wall crawler blaming him for all his faults. It was a little strange meeting him face-to-face in real life but having seen past movies and other superhero film productions it wasn''t too odd.
After serious prodding and managing to persuade him, as Sieghart knew there is no way he wasn¡¯t involved. Eddie was hesitant but explained to him exactly how all this came about, Sieghart was already involved.
After they were having a small tour of the internship and celebration for Dr Connors arm coming back. The party had gone a little late into the night; they hadn¡¯t thought anything was up even with Dr. Connor so distracted throughout the night. Then suddenly he turned into the lizard. There was almost no warning before he burst out of the room hissing in reptile. Sieghart didn''t really understand why any was bothering to tell him all this but it was a welcome boon.
"Can you get in contact with Spidey?"
The question had taken him by surprise, "No. This is the first time I met him in person. Is that part of why you told me all this?"
The blonde quarterback scratched his hair, "a little bit but mostly we need all the help we can get and I owe it to you to explain exactly what happened after, " he swallowed staring at one of the rooms in the distance, "... He killed all those people." He peered at Sieghart, "Why were you there anyways? Was there an unscheduled Intern group tour or something"
Sieghart realized he thought he was an employee of Oscorp or a future one. He highly doubted Brock would believe him if he started to go on about the weird TV man, the mission, and people with blades coming out of their arms.
The lizard, Spidey and the goblin were at least in the realm of understanding. Sort of.
Sieghart however wasn''t ever one to give a damn.
He opened his mouth to explain when a screen popped up in front of him as the world slowed to a crawl.

¡°Is everything alright?¡±
¡°Uh, yeah just¡¡± Reeling from the screen that had popped out of nowhere, he thought fast, ¡°Something like that.¡± He was a master at his craft.
Eddie looked a little weirded out but accepted it, Sieghart doubted he cared too much since there were other priorities at the moment.
Sieghart was trying to process what he just read, he couldn¡¯t veer off canon otherwise shit would get harder and he¡¯d lose points? He hadn¡¯t seen any points pop up like in video games when he beat the bad guys¡ thinking back he realized he hadn¡¯t beat anyone. He¡¯d just continuously got his ass handed to him. It was a little depressing to think about.
What he didn¡¯t get was why he didn¡¯t receive any points for whatever was in that gas- ¡®Ah right, before the Goblin interrupted me, the gas likely was the Goblin Serum! Fu-dge that¡¯s not a good thing in the slightest,¡¯ he looked at his hands, ¡®Am I going to go insane talking to masks that aren¡¯t there?¡¯ he clenched his fingers wondering if there was any change besides feeling strong enough to crush steel with his bare hands.
He exhaled, ¡®Something to worry about later.¡¯ It was easier to deal with what he could instead of unnecessarily stressing, he did make a note of it however.
There were a great number of things comic fans alike had agreed and disagreed with, starting entire decade long mock feuds out of fun or actual fanaticism. One thing they collectively could never agree on was perhaps who best girl was. Sieghart didn¡¯t care about any of that because they were all great, the real issue was Peter Parker was stupid as ¡ he was just really stupid. Though the fans collectively chalked it up to ¡°Writer Stupidity¡±.
These were thoughts that went through his mind as he was introduced to Gwen Stacy, one of his biggest love interests before a serious tragedy and another storyline involving a sick author¡¯s fetish. Her betraying anyone especially Peter to Osborn was the dumbest thing in comic history and agreed upon by everyone unanimously.
All of this ran through his mind as he watched how nervous and shy her teen self was, not much older than him, made him really angry at how anyone thought she could do anything like that. ¡®Retarded writers.¡¯ Sometimes wishing he never read the more recent comics.
¡°Sieghart.¡±
¡°Gwen Stacy.¡±
¡°I¡¯m¡ I¡¯m Martha Connors. The, um.¡±
¡°I¡¯m aware you don¡¯t have to say anything,¡± to her relief. Sieghart couldn¡¯t imagine what she was going through as her husband had killed a bunch of people, ¡®hopefully there wasn¡¯t any ingestion,¡¯ he thought and caused untold damage. The repercussions if they survived this would be massive.
¡°How do you know about me?¡± She asked curiously.
¡°Dr Connors well¡ I just heard of his research and name, not that I know much, I was never the best biologist no matter how much I liked it.¡± She ah¡¯d and nodded, ¡°Not to cut this short or anything but how have you guys been¡ it feels like you¡¯re aware of what¡¯s been happening.¡±
She pursed her lips, Sieghart hoped she wouldn¡¯t start asking him questions. It would break his flimsy cover story of being a possible intern for this really high level job position. Gwen spoke up, ¡°We were watching through the monitors¡ I don¡¯t know how you didn¡¯t run away. Everything was just¡ so insane.¡± She shivered.
¡°Kind of almost did,¡± Sieghart admitted, not even expecting to talk about his feelings so soon, ¡°But I was never one to run from a fight. Wait, you said monitors.¡±
She nodded and we followed her to the room right across the lab where there was a Monitors for cameras around the company. She showed the footage for what happened to everyone. The parking lot camera had some odd angles but from what he could see, it was a battle royale between Jack the other Veteran, Ako the red headed chick with the swords, Thors the tall muscular dude, Spidey, the Lizard and Goblin.
The Goblin had briefly joined cackling about something that the cameras couldn¡¯t pick up until Spidey changed his tone becoming much more aggressive chasing after him for some reason. It was possible the Goblin was taunting him with his secret identity or Dr Connors. ¡®He was crazy enough to try it,¡¯ was what Sieghart thought.
Then he had burst out of the tall shaft from the broken opening in the floor to the destroyed roof and into the open air. It was about then Spidey and Goblin disappeared from the cameras. Reaper had crawled out of the shaft in the other Camera panning the really expensive cavern-like room. The acoustics for the place must¡¯ve been crazy. He had just jumped up without much use of his arms making Sieghart wonder if he had wall-jumped out of there.
The fight with the other Veteran was starting to escalate as Ako started bombarding Jack with something before Reaper joined the battle tearing up the parking lot, then one of them got into the car and drove off, the two following suit still firing¡ something that seemingly materialized out of thin air. They were headed for the city and disappeared.
¡°We don¡¯t know what happened after that, and during the fight we lost sight of the Liza- Dr Connors. Mrs. Connors is worried that he might do something¡ Anyways I know she doesn¡¯t want to say it but could you keep quiet about everything that happened here.¡± She looked at Sieghart hopefully through her glasses.
Sieghart exhaled, ¡°Of course,¡± She relaxed, ¡°Though that isn¡¯t your biggest concern right now.¡± She perked up, as Sieghart pointed to the monitors, ¡°You¡¯re going to need to do something about that.¡±
¡°Don¡¯t worry I got that covered,¡± Said a famous web slinger as he burst through into the monitor room.
¡°Spider-Man!¡± Exclaimed Gwen.
Season-Marvel Ep 6-1
Chapter 6-1
¡°The one and only.¡± As he leaned against the door frame, there were cuts and bruises, as there were small tears in his costume, from the fight. He was very tired, something he was trying desperately to hide. Gwen rushed over trying to get him to sit down until she looked at him and he made his way over to the chair like a kicked puppy. She left stating something about a First Aid Kit.
¡°Hey sweet glider rolls.¡± He managed as he started to type on the computer keyboard.
Sieghart rolled with it, ¡°Just got my air force license last week, top of the class I¡¯ll have you know.¡± He watched as Spidey wiped clean the data as well as anything in the backup servers which was a lot more impressive in his eyes, though it wasn¡¯t like he was tech geek so it could¡¯ve been really easy.
¡°Really?¡±
¡°In a video game.¡±
¡°Ah.¡±
¡°Not even kidding it actually did help. Where¡¯s brussel sprouts?¡±
¡°Brussel Sprouts?¡±
¡°Annoying, green and no one likes em.¡±
¡°Uh, no.¡± Disagreeing with Sieghart¡¯s analogy, Spidey was amused, ¡°He¡¯s in the other room, I have him webbed up.¡±
¡°Yeah no, tie him up with steel wires, and bind his fingers, the dude is a genetic mutation with superpowers and smart.¡±
He stopped typing, ¡°Ah.¡±
¡°Finish up I¡¯ll go see if there¡¯s duct tape or something, it''s a better substitute at times.¡±
After snapping a picture and a video of an unmasked Goblin and the area around him, as well as showing the bloodied mess from the victims of the Lizards. He saved it to a cloud server and set it to launch in twelve hours. Which would theoretically give them plenty of time to take care of the Goblin. He hung the idiot by his feet and spun him using most of the roll, then used super glue for his fingers and duct taped them. Loads of duct tape for his mouth and eyes and left him like that.
He could feel the wind in his air as he ran through the hallway with speed and agility he¡¯d never known before, jumping a railing and falling ten meters without pause.
He went over to the Shaft leading to his secret cave. As he used the long curtains to bound down again he found himself with much more strength and maneuverability. He felt superhuman.
He let go and jumped the rest of the way down, landing on the balls of feet without any aches or pains.
It was official. Whatever was in that gas made him superhuman, to what degree he still wasn¡¯t sure, but felt the Black Panther would be a good baseline.
He found unbroken samples, pocketing them, and took a few weapons with him not knowing which would save his life. He ran back the entire run taking only a few minutes, magnitudes faster than before. For a brief moment of stupidity he even thought he could take on Spider-Man.
¡°Ha, no.¡± The dude lifted an airplane in comics. Enough said.
The group was discussing something pertinent as they watched the news on one of the computer monitors in the lab.
¡°Breaking news, large green clouds have appeared above the city originating from the One World Trade Center, we here at¡¡± Paused the stream.
Sieghart spoke up, ¡°It''s the L- Dr Connors.¡±
Mrs. Connors glared before it faltered, ¡°He¡ wouldn¡¯t, I don¡¯t¡¡± This story originates from a different website. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there.
¡°Mrs. Connors I know it''s hard for you right now, and I can¡¯t completely imagine what you¡¯re going through, ¡°His voice soft but stern, ¡°but if we want to bring your husband back, he needs you to be strong.¡±
We all held our breath as she seemed to collect herself, the sound of the clock ticking as seconds passed, valuable time Sieghart partially felt was being wasted but he knew without her he would have to kill the Lizard. Her, Gwen and Spidey.
¡°Alright, just¡¡±
¡°We need a cure a rem-¡± A distant explosion came from the city, with the large skyscraper building in the middle of the partially destroyed crescent building. Their view of the city was obstructed but not enough they couldn¡¯t see the explosions and flames coming from the city.
Eddie accidentally clicked play, and we watched as people live were mutating into lizards, smaller than Dr Connors himself who now stood at somewhere around 7 to 8 feet lumbering through his subjects like a king. Even with the video so far away he towered over cars and the screaming populous.
Sieghart pressed pause, ¡°Ignore it!¡± They tried not to look back at the city Sieghart could feel the strain, ¡°If we want to stop that the only way is to create a counter, a vaccine. What do you need?¡±
It turned out not much. Martha correctly figured out a counter agent would be easier after studying the cells Dr Connors had left behind. Simply create a human gene cleanser to flush out the lizard, though of course it was a lot more complicated than that, but that was the basics.
It was compounded by an entire city full of¡
¡°One thing I want to mention, once you complete it inject some of it into Osborn in the corner over there.¡±
¡°I can¡¯t believe Mr Osborn was the¡ Pete would be devastated.¡±
Eddie asked, ¡°Where is Peter anyways?¡±
Sieghart slowly turned and raised an eyebrow in Spidey¡¯s direction who seemed to freeze and almost wriggle with discomfort, ¡°O-oh you mean the brown haired kid, I found him trying to help but got knocked out, I put him somewhere not sure where.¡±
Sieghart rolled his eyes, ¡°Right so Spidey and I are going to be getting that dispersal device at the top, the One World Trade Center. The place of all evils, Marketplaces. Anywho, I need to Spidey with me for a second and Gwen, need to explain some shit.¡±
They were confused but trailed after him. Marth Connors and Eddie got to work on the vaccine.
Pulling them aside but keeping them out of the viewpoint of any cameras, and keeping Eddie in view they were far enough that everything from the neck down was hidden by the lab equipment. It would suck if all the precautions were taken only for him to eavesdrop, ¡°Right so this is incredibly important I need you to listen closely.¡±
¡°What¡¯s so important you brought us over here?¡±
¡°What I¡¯m about to tell you, promise me you won¡¯t tell anyone else. It''s very important.¡± He repeated.
Gwen was starting to get more nervous, but Spidey put a hand on her shoulder and asked, ¡°What is it?¡±
Sieghart said, ¡°I know who you are.¡± Testing it he found no point deductions.
Spider-Man froze. Gwen looked shocked but then to anger, ¡°If you think I¡¯ll let you blackmail him-¡±
¡°Whoa relax, I¡¯m not going to do that to your fiance, let me finish,¡± She spluttered trying to deny it and blush at the same time. He could tell Peter shared her embarrassment though it was magnified likely because he knew her even if she didn¡¯t. Even with the mask on, Spidey was weirdly expressive.
¡°I won¡¯t say anything unless you want me to, even then I¡¯d be incurring grevious penalties.¡±
¡°Penalties?¡± Spider-Man realized this was serious, and treated it as such, as if he was talking to an informant whose life was at risk. It helped Sieghart hadn¡¯t outed him, or done anything¡ yet.
¡°Yeah, what I¡¯m about to tell you is supremely important. My advice to you man is just to tell the people close to you,¡± subtly nodding to the blonde biologist bookworm, ¡°And no one else.¡± Spidey caught his tone and contemplated before nodding. Gwen looked between the two trying to figure out what the hell was happening.
¡°Trust me when I say I will be punished so read this and memorize it and remember it for the future as it will help.¡± Sieghart was exaggerating, it was more for Spidey than himself. The dude had a problem with trusting the wrong people that got him killed. Losing a few points wasn¡¯t going to be the end for him, he had over a month in this world there was plenty of time to fix up a good side quest and rack up on points.
That and he was curious about the system itself, during his fights and location changes there hadn¡¯t been any point deductions or additions he needed to know if there was something up with the system or that was how it worked. The Canon Lore Contamination was a safe beneficial experiment so to speak.
Sieghart had taken his time trying to figure out what to say but realized it was better if he wrote it down to test his word count and for them to remember it. By accident he had also found that Hyphen made two words count as one. It was an odd loophole but he exploited the shit out of it. Spider-Man¡¯s own name came into play there.

Episode 6-2
It seemed his second reason for telling Spider-Man paid off, he wanted to see what would happen if he screwed with canon. In a way this was good. The Points honestly didn¡¯t matter to him at the moment since it seemed like nothing, considering he had a month to deal with the Main Mission that was more than enough time to regain it. He doubted he would¡¯ve found the side quests, though the New Main Mission of saving the Weapon X Experimentees was interesting. He vaguely remembered it was something it had something to do with Wolverine, and Deadpool.
He grinned, ¡®In a way this is a net positive, 1200 points for helping Spidey, and gaining a new Main Mission without wasting time for the side missions. Those usually are worth way less.¡¯
¡°Wait, why is my name beside Spider-Girl?¡±
¡°Train?¡± Spidey looked up from the slip of paper.
Sieghart mimed zipped lips, ¡°Something you guys can figure out yourself because it''s honestly not that hard, it''s about as straightforward as it says. Can¡¯t say anything more on the subject.¡±
¡°Can I guess?¡±
¡°I can¡¯t exactly say yes or no even if you got it right,¡± eyeing the new pop up warning. It was odd he didn¡¯t get any mission updates but this canon lore contamination pop up was right up in his face. ¡°Regardless, I¡¯ve said all I can.¡±
Gwen pouted in anger, it just looked adorable and the two of them looked at each other nodding that it was a good idea not to say anything. Sieghart was very tempted to add that he should just marry the girl already. But that would¡¯ve given away his secret identity, he shook his head at the mess Spidey was in.
¡°I told you because you¡¯re a good person and you¡¯ve helped many people, regardless of the penalties that deserves recognition. I would¡¯ve written more but honestly I don¡¯t remember much right now, and on top of which,¡± as he reflected on what had happened thus far with everything, it really was different from the stuff he had grown up with. He remembered Mary Jane was supposed to be the love interest, and the other love interest situation with Gwen was when they were much older, ¡°I don¡¯t think the other stuff would be quite as accurate.¡±
They walked back and the two went back to helping with the cure as Eddie kept an eye on the situation, Sieghart got the Glider ready, broke Osborn¡¯s ankle because he had read enough about the lunatic to know that keeping him capable was stupid having killed way too many people in the comics and every adaption that wasn¡¯t PG. ¡®Seriously, back home someone would¡¯ve just RPG¡¯d him out of the sky.¡¯
He couldn¡¯t kill him because technically he hadn¡¯t done anything wrong, cause morals. There was also the Nick Fury who might bring down unnecessary heat on the Connors as conspirators to a murder scene. And pressure them into building a super soldier program for him. The dude could be anywhere from being your best anti-hero friend to an utter dic- villain
¡°Alright I¡¯m going to go on ahead and try to get that Device Dr Connors has got attached to the top of the building.¡±
¡°Do you know how to get the device down safely young man?¡± Martha asked.
¡°I¡¯ve defused bombs before this can¡¯t be that bad.¡± said Sieghart not worried. Stolen story; please report.
¡°What, no this is not remotely the- how, when did you do that?¡±
¡°Back in the olden days,¡± brushing the question aside, ¡°How long until it''s finished?¡±
¡°Another hour, 45 minutes if we push it.¡± Spidey said focusing on the formula.
¡°Hmm, don¡¯t rush it, best to do it right then rush it and screw up.¡±
¡°Please, I¡¯m a professional. Shaved off another 20 min while we talked.¡± Spidey replied. The black haired child soldier looked at him surprised. ¡°I¡¯m a genius after all,¡± Sieghart could just hear the smug smile radiating off of him. Gwen started hearing that phrase, something very familiar and someone she was close to would say.
¡°Right, thinking twice it would be easier just flying you and the cure up there for you guys to rig up.¡±
¡°Smart call.¡±
Waiting for the thing was actually mind-numbingly dull, and a little anxiety inducing as he tried to think of ways to beat the thing. ¡®If it moved anything like before I¡¯ll have a hard time taking it down even with what I could salvage from the weaponry he found in Goblin¡¯s Lair, well, what was left of it anyways.¡¯ Reaper¡¯s anger was evident, all the destroyed weapons had survived the fight, had been slashed and destroyed.
Seeing the place trashed, and not wanting Nick Fury and his motley gang of thieves to scrounge anything up he could use for his spy games he completely and utterly trashed the broken schematics, weapons and tech to make it harder for anyone that wanted to go green. He did download a copy of the schematics and a few things such as the pumpkin bombs, and the antique weaponry. There was enough incriminating evidence there with Osborn¡¯s shady black market dealings that there really didn¡¯t need to be much proof.
Rolling five of the remaining canisters of the unopened Goblin Formula, the black eyed teen wondered what he should¡¯ve been doing with them. He couldn¡¯t leave them around, and giving it to Spidey sounded like an even worse idea. He just sucked so badly at life, that he¡¯d be fighting Green Goblin Aunt May and Gwen within the week after entrusted with the canisters.
¡®Best keep the power close to us.¡®
He blinked. ¡®Was that-¡¯
¡°Come look at this!¡± Eddie shouted, they grouped around the monitor watching the live feed of essentially a war between superhumans, lizards, graveyard of swords, random tanks, machines and a literal forest growing out of the rumbling pavement.
¡°Spidey!¡± Sieghart demanded. ¡®That cure better be finished.¡¯
As if on cue the centrifuge stopped mixing the batch, pinging like a microwave, ¡°It¡¯s done!¡±
Sieghart commanded, ¡°Get on the Glider! And make extras Mrs. Connors.¡±
¡°Aye aye captain.¡± Spidey quipped.
Having had the Glider just outside the window Sieghart hopped on as Spidey sat on in a meditation pose on his back as if gravity was wherever he decided, ¡°Mush!¡±
¡°Haha. Just don¡¯t fall off.¡±
¡°What do you-MEEEEEEAAAAAA.¡± The sudden acceleration caught him off guard as they blasted off into the night, causing an explosion of windows to scatter all the papers in the lab.
Mrs. Connor sighed, and Gwen perked up, ¡°I¡¯ll help you.¡±
¡°Thank you.¡±
They flew over the city not even minutes later even with how far the facility was from the glittering lights of the city. They passed lush green trees, a winding mountain path in barely a moment''s time. Before it all changed to the wide open expanse of the sea, the cold breeze of the water refreshing the senses.
Spidey asked, ¡°Fly me close to the machine and I¡¯ll jimmy up the world¡¯s sweetest cloud machine and pop in the cure.¡±
¡°Sounds like a plan, as long as you don¡¯t drop it.¡± They soon entered the city and he banked a hard right through the gaps of the buildings.
¡°I¡¯ve got sticky fingers, even butter wouldn¡¯t slip, Captain.¡± Spidey shot back. Calm as he took in the sights and sounds of people¡¯s screams. Clenched fists so hard Sieghart could hear them creak.
¡°Spider-Man. We can help them all at the same time, and there are other heroes besides you. We need you at the tower.¡±
¡°I-¡±
¡°Responsibility. I know. You have a responsibility to help those in need. But you need to learn to delegate, you aren¡¯t alone in this. You have your job,¡± as they sped above Times Square, ¡°And they have theirs.¡±
The streets were filled with unconscious Lizards as the Streets heroes had come out to show them who was boss, Sieghart could make out Iron Fist and Luke Cage. As they flew past there was Daredevil high kicking seven lizards in a move straight out of street fighter move. Shang chi, White Tiger and so many more.
Truth be told he didn¡¯t really know why they weren¡¯t affected but once he saw the swords around the area he realized a few of them had gas filters on, and some police people were distributing it to the vigilantes. There were paramedics also running around helping the injured and many more.
The tower was in front of them, where there was the greatest concentration of Green Cloud, but it was completely silent.

7-1
Sieghart was feeling a bit foggy, even more so than before. There was a distant voice crying out to him but he couldn¡¯t hear it. He was falling deeper and deeper.
Feet on something solid, his arms felt heavy as he stood in the dark. Cloudy darkness rolled up around him, he couldn¡¯t see where he was or where to go. He felt a tug from in front of him as if something was calling him. Walking forward, the earthy ground below him turned to rock and his arms and legs got heavier and heavier, until he reached the edge of a cliff. He didn¡¯t know how he knew that without any light, but he could just tell.
There was a sudden slam.
He jumped. Nearly tumbling over the edge he pulled back, there was something dangerous down there.
His heart pounded.
Then he heard maniacal laughter.
Someone was playing with him, ¡°Who¡¯s there!¡±
A deep voice almost slithered, ¡°Who?¡±
The voice seemed to shift, ¡°Don''t play innocent with me.¡± Sieghart tried to walk back from the edge but his feet seemed to have grown even heavier, the ledge cracked. A distant sound resounded throughout the air, and the ground shook.
¡°You''ve known all along.¡± Rocks crumbled from the cliffside as they went over the edge. Sieghart was visibly panicking.
¡°Wha- What are you talking about? Where am I, where are you? What the hell is happening!?¡±
¡°Follow the cold shiver down your spine.¡± The creeping fear seized his throat and just as he was about to shout, the inky cloud in front of him rolled black.
On the other side was a mirror, except not.
There was a picture version of himself everything was the same. Except his expression and what he wore.
A straitjacket wrapped in steel chains and weights, a maniacal expression on his face. He was surrounded by flames seemingly under his control dancing unnaturally.
Sieghart blinked in shock, realization coming to the forefront, ¡°Wait you¡¯re-¡±
¡°Yes, you, but classy. Please we don¡¯t have all day.¡± He drawled.
The cliff cracked much like a glacier under global warming, a large piece fell off not too far from Sieghart, ¡°What the hell is happening!?¡±
¡°Did you think you were special?¡±
¡°What.¡± The question falling from left field.
¡°Flying into that gas field of Lizard Mutation, did you think nothing would happen?¡±
It clicked, ¡°Wait do you mean-¡±
¡°Yes I do mean the fact that you¡¯re about to be invaded.¡±
There was a roar and a rumble.
¡°Unless you let me go.¡±
Sieghart realized what was happening, that was the Goblin, or his mental image of him. ¡®Wait shit does this mean I¡¯m already insane!? Dammit I shouldn¡¯t have inhaled the gas -Argh.¡¯ he swore.
His mirror cackled, ¡°There are many things you ¡®shouldn¡¯t have done¡¯. There¡¯s no running, you know in the end I always win,¡± Sieghart glared at his doppelganger pissed off. The anger seemed to be making the flames stronger so he calmed down, turning the maniacal smile up a few notches into unholy demon territory, ¡°Give up.¡± The author''s narrative has been misappropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon.
He was trapped, he could feel all the powers and everything that made him strong from the Green Goblin Formula in the Alter Ego¡¯s possession.
Sieghart knew that roar was of the Lizard mutation or his mind¡¯s representation of it as it invaded him. They had taken a bit of the cure but it looked like it hadn¡¯t worked, or at least it needed the mutation to be present.
Whatever the case he was about to deal with two demons, and he needed to make a deal with one if he wanted to survive the other.
He sighed, ¡°Whelp.¡±
¡°Excellent just hand-¡±
¡°I guess I¡¯ll die.¡±
¡°What.¡± It was his turn to be on the back foot now.
¡°What? Something wrong?¡± The roar sounding suspiciously like a T-Rex on steroids.
¡°Wait, what do you mean you¡¯ll die?¡±
¡°Really? I can¡¯t be clearer. Death. Cease to Live. Dead heartbeats.¡±
¡°J-J- you¡¯re bluffing! We¡¯ll die!¡±
¡°So? I¡¯ve never been afraid of death.¡± He knew it to be true.
It was really weird, considering Sieghart had always thought Norman Osborn¡¯s Alter Ego was just himself but crazy. It now looked like it was a split personality and it embodied other things.
Like a healthy fear of death.
And an understanding of who he was really dealing with.
With that realization Alter Ego began to truly panic. Sieghart was serious.
Sieghart said, ¡°I don¡¯t understand how you could¡¯ve miscalculated, if you have access to my memories-¡± Sieghart blinked, ¡°Unless you don¡¯t. Then that would mean¡ Ah I see. Interesting.¡± He stared his maniacal self down, ¡°It''s my win.¡±
¡°What the hell do you mean ¡®it''s your win¡¯, you-we¡¯ll both die!¡± The Alter Ego terrified of the prospect. Sieghart pitied him.
¡°Yep!¡± Replying happily, ¡°It¡¯s my way or the highway.¡±
His Alter Ego stared at him, ¡°You¡¯re insane.¡±
Sieghart laughed.
¡°Fu-fine. Just,¡± he sighed, ¡±Just do what you want.¡±
¡°Glad you saw it my way.¡±
Just in time as what looked to be a komodo dragon the size of a city block stomped in.
Its scream shattered his ear drums and would''ve sent him flying if it weren''t for the chains.
The Alter Ego seemed to not be as affected using flames to propel itself in the direction of the shockwave turning to Sieghart "I hate you so much."
"That just makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. I''ll get its mouth and try to tame it. Use flames to keep it in one place." Sieghart jumped onto the other side feeling a sudden pressure of change at the very core of his being.
He managed to chain its mouth and jump on its back pull more chains around it even as it snapped many of them causing the constant crackle and pop of metal.
Massive flames leapt around the entire thing managing to cause it to flinch and distract it as more chains wrapped unnoticed limbs starting to suspend it as it thrashed causing 8 magnitude on the Richter scale.
"You! Are! Mine!" Shouting over its roar.
Sieghart blinked as if waking up from a particularly long nap. Not recognizing the building he was seconds away from smashing into.
¡°Damn it!¡±
He swerved, glancing off the side and chipping a piece of concrete. He almost sighed in relief when he noticed an absent weight and saw Spider-Man falling to the ground below.
¡°Son of a-¡± He flipped upside down and boosted the ¡®nitros¡¯.
Managing to grab at the last second wasn¡¯t the hard part, it was banking away from the ground without changing directions too hard and ripping his limbs off.
Spidey said, ¡°You know I could¡¯ve just webbed myself up right?¡±
¡°Yeah, but really how much web fluid can you waste?¡±
¡°You¡ know they¡¯re¡ of course you do.¡± Muttering about psychics and learning all his secrets, ¡°I have some extras on my utility belt.¡±
¡°We got an army who knows how much we¡¯ll need, they might not be enough.¡±
¡°Point. Hopefully not much with the cure dispersal.¡± There was a pause as they arrived at the top of the building, and spidey jumped on the antenna tower on the building reaching 25 meters into the sky like a double deckered tree.
"What the hell happened to you dude?" Spidey stood on the small maintenance platform on the antenna 10 meters off the ground.
Sieghart replied, "Ugh, I don''t really know to be honest. I think I''ve been affected by the lizard DNA. " He sat down trying to slow his breathing and in a vain hope slowed down the new reptilian DNA.
"Damn, I thought your superpowers were immune to that?¡± Sieghart had explained he had gotten his own brand of an ¡®accident¡¯ and Spidey had simply nodded, seeing as how the superhero hadn¡¯t been affected he¡¯d thought Sieghart was the same.
¡°Seeing as I haven¡¯t gone full Jurassic Park just yet, I think it only slowed it down.¡±
Spidey shouted, ¡°Just hang on a little longer, I¡¯ll have the cure rigged up."
As Sieghart made his way over to the ledge and sat down, trying to focus on the horizon thinking maybe it was like sea sickness where looking at the horizon might calm down the nausea. He seemed to subside, the headache at least, but he could feel his forearms changing, growing denser.
It was like his skin was bursting at the seams and something was poking through. He looked down trying to keep his mind off it, the ground was so far down and it was really strange because he could see the detailed concrete, across the street and into the glass windows of the buildings. The smooth reflections, the textures, everything, it was like he''d gone from living like a blind ape and had worn glasses for the first time.
He could''ve just sat on the ledge observing the city appreciating his new eagle¡¯s point of view. His dynamic vision had taken an upgrade as well as he spotted very small fast moving details. He looked on confused wondering if he could actually see ants as they marched down the sidewalk. He shook his head as it was a very difficult notion to believe.
He heard steel crash onto the streets, ¡°Spidey! I hear our friends, the ones with the swords, remember ¡®em?¡±
¡°Yeah,¡± he said after a moment, ¡°Are they alright?¡±
Sieghart said, ¡°They seem pretty unevenly matched, our side is defending the lizards from Jack and Reaper. Ako seems to be leading them towards something.¡± He got up, ¡°I¡¯m going to go help them out, you finish up here.¡±
He clicked his tongue, ¡°Alright¡ just, argh, save some for me.¡± Annoyed that he was up here fixing the cure instead of dealing with the problem below. Spidey knew it was irrational, but the feeling wouldn¡¯t leave him.
¡°Maybe if you finish fast enough.¡± Then Sieghart hopped onto the Glider and pulled a nose dive straight towards his foe.
Stepping on a button popped out pumpkin bombs right into his hand, gripping them loosely so as to not crush them with his enhanced strength he let them loose.
