    Leaf listened to what her mother and father were discussing - Something about Vui Empire being in dire straits.

 Chapter 1

    In the candle-lit atmosphere, Lin looks over the reports of titan sightings. Sleeping less and less, he has more things to deal with than ever before. His father had taught him the way of battle and strategy, and his mother the politics and geography.


    There was much confusion thrown around at the Imperial Couple, for teaching their son themselves, and not contracting the best of teachers and generals of Empire to do the same thing, since They should be doing more important work, as being The Emperor And Empress is a huge responsibility.


    No one would have thought that now when they were gone, this would be the most important factor in stabilizing the empire after Titania attacked.


    ¡°Sigh.¡± Lin had thought about this a lot, everyone had. But still, they didn¡¯t manage to find the answer, at least a satisfying one. ¡°Why did they launch an attack, capture the Imperial Couple, then just retreated? Of course, the Titania Kingdom threw us into chaos, but it¡¯s too weird. Is it to gather information about the Empire?¡±


    ¡°--!¡± A knock sounded from the door and a man hurried in.


    ¡°Your Highne-- no It¡¯s Your Imperial Majesty. There has been a letter sent from Graymoon Kingdom.¡± This man is the same man who helped Lin hide in the chaos a month ago, the personal bodyguard assigned by the Imperial Couple to Lin, his name Gu.


    ¡°Graymoon? But it¡¯s on the other side of Titania.¡± Lin was surprised, but worried, ¡°Why would they send a letter?¡±


    ¡°That¡­ I heard from the sailor who delivered this letter himself, that The Queen and King of Graymoon has been kidnapped-¡±

    Vui Empire, Titania Kingdom, and Graymoon Kingdom - These were the only countries on Beast-jaw Continent. With Titania Kingdom separating the two human nations from one another. The only way to traverse to one another is by boat.

    As such, Gu did not doubt a single word of the new emperor. If he had a plan, then that was all Gu had to know, to hurry and do everything in his power to help the Young Emperor.

    Leaf had received the message sent by Lin long ago, they exchanged few more letters, each taking 2 weeks to deliver.


    Now she was waiting for the last one signaling the start of a bloody war against Titania.
