    The smell of medicine was conspicuous. The hospital was on high alert as people were being brought into it. The hospital that usually looking empty due to its enormous infrastructure was filled to brim with injured people. The echoes of groans of people in filled the hallways and corridors. Some people were crying, some were fanatic looking around for the people they had lost, the media who made money on other¡¯s suffering was gathering around, uncaring for loss and grief of people. The reporters were like vultures that prey on the dead. The young interns and nurses were working tirelessly and around the clock to catalogue people in different categories and assign them to doctors according to seriousness of their injury.


    Mia, the youngest doctor in the history of country c, was doing whatever she could to help people. She became a doctor at the age of 22. Her fame had not ruined her personality. she wasn''t arrogant or fulsome. She had tied her long black hair into a pony tail and was shouting out orders to her team. Each patient had different degree of wounds. The closer they were to the blast area, the worse their injuries were and they had to be treated according to them. Some patients were suffering from first to third degree burns, some had severe bruises and cuts, some had blood coming out from their ears, some had broken bones and some were suffering from severe head injuries. There were suffering people everywhere around Mia ,and those who were not injured were the people looking for their relatives.


    Her doctor''s white coat looked whiter due to her pale skin which made blood stains even more conspicuous and her deep blue eyes were filled with unimageable strength. This attack by the terrorist was the biggest recorded attack up till now. They had planted Tsar Bombs in the most famous tourist spot around the city. The bombs started blowing up at exactly 12 o clock. It was blood bath, countless had died and many more were mortally wounded. You could say that it was no worse than hell itself.


    The hospitals one by one had started filling up to the point that it became difficult even standing in the corridors. The only sound that could be heard was of ambulances and fire fighter, who were saving people throughout the city. The Frist Hospital, where Mia, despite her young age was appointed as a doctor was in the city center. It was the biggest hospital of the city and had most advanced facilities. It also had a bio/med research center too. That¡¯s why Mia preferred to be there because she likes to research for the new cures to treat her patient faster so that they would not suffer in pain and fear.


    Mia was very young when she had seen her father die in great agony that suffering of his became her great nightmare and motivator too. She and her brother took different paths to get over his death. Mia had become a doctor and her brother continued their father¡¯s legacy by taking over his business.


    Due to the attack, Mia could not go home, besides she was doctor and it¡¯s her duty to help her patients. She called her brother and informed him of the situation, not knowing that this would be the last time she would ever be able to talk to him.     Mia had always admired Dr. Black and had applied to be her student. Maybe it was her luck or hard work, that among many others, she was the one chosen to participate in the research work. The viroid not only could be used as a cure but as weapon as well. Thats why terrorists were after the Athene viroid. Dr. black had to leave few days before the attack to attend a scholar¡¯s meet abroad. So, the responsibility of the lab had fallen on the only student and assistant of Dr. Black.


    Mia was tired, she and her team had treating patients since the attack had begun. their sift was finally over and another team of doctors was taking over their work. Mia in her desire to rest in a quiet place away from painful groan of different patient, she went to the only place nobody would dare to disturb her, the office of her beloved teacher. As she would about to nap, she heard sound of conversation. These sounds caught her attention because the lab was forbidden area to everyone expect few including. She stood up as quietly as she could and went closer to discern what the conversation was about.     D2, are you and D3 in position? We have to do this as quickly possible if we don¡¯t want to arouse anyone¡¯s suspicion,¡± said the voice


    ¡°we are in position boss,¡± replied the taller one among as he continued talking ¡°but it would take about 60 minutes to gain access to her Lab¡±


    Mia kept her hand on mouth so that she wouldn¡¯t make any sounds, as she had overheard. Her heart was thumping out. There is only one high level lab here, so that must be the Dr.Black¡¯s Lab they wanted to access. The lab of Dr.Black where work on Athene viroid is being caried out but why thought Mia. Its didn¡¯t make any sense but then she realized the attack it was planned by them. She had to stop them no matter what the cost. Dr black had once told her that every medicine/ cure had two sides. It could either be used to save or to destroy. If Athene viroid could save, they also could destroy.


    Mia thought that she didn¡¯t want these monsters to turn her teacher¡¯s work into a weapon. She had only 60 minutes to act as the law enforcement department was busy in helping and minimizing the casualty. They won¡¯t be able respond to distress call in time. She had to take matter into her hand. Her teacher had given the access card that she could enter the lab from a hidden door in her teacher¡¯s office. She had to do every thing as quickly as possible. She put the access card to a slot in door. Her thumping loud and she was afraid to alert the men. She knew that even though she had trained in self ¨C defense before due to advice of her brother, she wouldn¡¯t be able to fight those men. Unfounately, what she feared had happened, the men heard her but before they could react, she entered the door and closed it shut behind her.

    Mia entered the lab and sent all the research notes to her teacher. After that she started programming a virus into the data mainframe, she only had 20 minutes left and she had left behind a very potent computer virus that would leave a disaster in its wake. As she entered the final command, those men had entered the lab and shot her but they were too late. The virus was activated and destroyed everything with help of remote hacking she had planted a self-destruct program into their walkie talkie which had killed them
