《How many times do I have to die? Is it really necessary?》 Chapter 1: A New Place To Call Home How many times do I have to die? Is it really necessary? I layed down in silence, slowly losing consciousness. I stayed up too long, whoops. You know, I think I have an assignment tommorow. Chapter 1: A New Place To Call Home I awoke in a small room, with a large window. There were shelves with many books on them, and a small board game on the ground titled, ¡°Rhythm¡± I looked out the window and saw a large city. There was no door, so I had to improvise my way out of this room. I climbed out of the window, and looked closer at the buildings. They were all one story, and all in the same, old german-like architecture style. There was no one in the city though. I went through many of the buildings, and I eventually saw one person. I went to approach them, but then, My alarm rang. I was only in that world for 30 minutes, yet it felt like hours. Even though I got some sleep, I was still tired. Enough so, that when I got to my homeroom class that day, not only did I not have my assignment, but I fell back asleep in the middle of class. This time though, when I woke up, everyone was gone. I looked at my watch, it was stuck at 8:30. I looked to the ceiling for answers, yet found nothing. I stared at the ceiling, lost. When I finally looked down, I looked at the whiteboard. On it, there was writing that said, ¡°Reconstructing¡± What was being reconstructed? The handwriting was perfect. Too perfect. But before I could process anything, I was in the sky, looking down at earth. This book is hosted on another platform. Read the official version and support the author''s work. ¡°You know, earth was one of my greatest creations. But I can understand why you would scrap it.¡± I looked up, and there was an old man talking to me. I didn¡¯t understand, his creation? What does he mean I scrapped it? ¡°Oh, I should probably tell you since you¡¯re wondering, I am God.¡± ¡°God?¡± I replied, ¡°And how did you-¡± ¡°I¡¯m God, did you really think I couldn¡¯t hear your thoughts?¡± Well, he made a fair point. I didn¡¯t have a hard time believing he was the real god, considering I was flying thousands of miles away from earth, yet breathing perfectly. I spoke to the old man again, ¡°Could you answer my other question please? How did I scrap earth?¡± ¡°Well. I guess since you¡¯ve already experienced a reconstruction, I can probably tell you. You are a wielder.¡± ¡°A wielder?¡± ¡°A wielder with a small amount of power. You can create and destroy small galaxies.¡± ¡°Small? Galaxy? Aren¡¯t those antonyms?¡± ¡°Oh yes, your society hadn¡¯t discovered the true size of everything. One day you will know, if you play it right.¡± ¡°If I play it right?¡± ¡°Oh yes, your goal¡ Is to make a perfect reality for every living thing. This means that space exploration is mandatory for your goal. In fact, the only way you can die is if you accomplish your goal.¡± ¡°Wait¡ I have to make a perfect reality? Don¡¯t we all have different definitions of perfect?¡± ¡°Ah, you are perfect for this job. You already have a concept developed that many people don¡¯t understand.¡± ¡°Could you please answer my question?¡± ¡°No need to rush, but I will answer. However, this is your last question. The rest of your information you must gain by yourself. Is there anything more important you would like to ask?¡± ¡°Yeah, I think I will choose something else¡ Is there any way I can get back in contact with you and ask more questions?¡± ¡°Well¡ It is difficult, but you can do that, yes. You can ask one question per planet conquered. Up to ten planets. Then it¡¯s up to ten galaxies, then up to ten- Oh you get the point.¡± I sat there in silence for a little bit, trying to absorb all this information. But that¡¯s when God said his final words to me. ¡°There are a few mandatory things I must say.¡± God cleared his throat, ¡°First, you will be born into a society that has been around on a planet called Akafwhuwa (Pronounced, aka-who-wa), for 500 years. Although, time hasn¡¯t been kept very well, so the people don¡¯t know this. They use generations as their calendars. Second, you will be born as a 10 year old boy, in the middle of the woods. You will have no name, and no family to guide you at the start. Third, magic exists on Akafwhuwa. It is a system that will be most useful if you want to gain attention. Fourth, for your time in this new galaxy, your aging will follow a different process. From your time age 10-20, one normal year of aging will take 4 years. When you reach age 20, it will take 100 years for a one year aging process. Once you reach the age of 40, your aging will completely stop. Your aging will follow this process because you are invincible in this galaxy. You can actually give this invincibility to other people, if you perform the ritual. Finally, Good luck.¡± I sat there. He just said about a million words, and I was trying to process them. God slowly disappeared. Just as the world I once lived in. I started to cry. I cried and cried. The thing that finally stopped me, was the view of my new world. It was even more beautiful than earth. I felt my soul blast off, to my new body. Just as God said, I was in the body of a ten year-old. In the middle of the woods. I picked a direction, and walked. Chapter 2: The New Place I Call Home, Is Pretty Cool. Chapter 2: The New Place I Call Home, Is Pretty Cool After walking for hours, I finally reached the end of the forest. I saw the same architecture as my dream, but it was a completely different place. A small village. It made me think though, was the dream of Akafwhuwa? I tried pronouncing the name. It wouldn¡¯t come out. While I was walking to the village, I practiced more, and eventually, I nailed it. I reached the village, I ended up on what looked like the shopping side of the village. The problem was, I couldn¡¯t read the language. Despite that, someone came up to me and in perfect japanese, said, ¡°Hey, I don¡¯t recognize you. Who are you?¡± ¡°Uh, I don¡¯t really know.¡± I just had to play it cool. Play it cool. Play it cool. ¡°I just came from that forest over there.¡± I pointed to the forest. ¡°Wait. That forest?¡± ¡°Yeah, I just woke up there. I don¡¯t know who, or why I¡¯m here.¡± ¡°You have no idea who you are, and came from the forest of nightmares?¡± ¡°The forest of nightmares?¡± I said. It sounded pretty spooky for some trees. ¡°That forest has monsters in it.¡± ¡°Monsters? I didn¡¯t see any.¡± ¡°Hmmm. I don¡¯t know. Come over to my house. I will feed you, and discuss with you.¡± The person I was talking to was nice enough, so I decided to follow them.If you discover this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation. While I was following them, I got a good look at their appearance. They were an older man, dressed in a blue cloak. The man lead me into his house, and gave me what looked like fruits and vegetables. Problem was, they weren¡¯t fruits or vegetables. They were some kind of plant, but I had no idea what it was. I guess you can explain anything with, ¡°It¡¯s a different galaxy,¡± though... So... Space vegetables. The man in the blue cloak had a short discussion with me, when he got up and left randomly. I didn¡¯t want to be rude, so I waited for him. Little did I know, that next time I saw him, would be accompanied by sword wielding dudes. ¡°If you want to stay here, get citizenship in this village. Do you want that?¡± I really didn¡¯t have any other option, so, ¡°Sure,¡± The men brought me to a large building, with a large hole in the ground. ¡°Get in.¡± Said one of the sword wielders. Shoving me into the pit. ¡°That''s a child!¡± Said one of the people already in the room. He was behind a small desk. Sort of like a judge. Actually, everyone already in the room was behind these desks. Am I at a trial? ¡°He¡¯s still an outsider!¡± Snapped another person. ¡°A ten year old outsider!¡± Looks like the man in the blue cloak shared information with the judges. After this though, from the fact that I was just thrusted into the floor, I passed out. When I woke up, I was still in the hole. I looked through the door gap, and it was night time. It looked like the judges were almost done arguing, and by one of the judges faces, I think I was in. I was reassured of this by what the judges said. ¡°To finally settle this, let''s have a vote. Those who believe in the ten year-old boy, raise your hand.¡± 13 out of the 15 judges agreed to let me stay, and if I stayed long enough, they would grant me citizenship. That didn¡¯t mean it was over. ¡°Where will the boy stay? He has no home!¡± said one of the judges siding with me. ¡°He can stay wherever he wishes. As long as he finds people to cooperate with him.¡± ¡°You¡¯re telling me it''s up to the boy? That¡¯s outrageous!¡± At this point, one more person walked in. Their clothes were made of animal skin I¡¯d never seen before. Probably another space animal. ¡°The boy can stay with me.¡± The person said. I couldn¡¯t get a good look at them, but they had a female voice, and long hair, so I guessed they were female. The judges all looked at each other hearing the woman¡¯s voice. ¡°It is decided then. The boy will live with Akafmowa¡± (Aka-mo-wa) I thought about that name. It was extremely similar to the world''s name. Probably just a naming convention here. Akafmowa let down a form of ladder. I wasn¡¯t sure what was off about it, but something was different. I climbed it anyway, and was brought into Akafmowa¡¯s arms. This was a different place. One of love and care. Something I never truly received on earth. Chapter 3: Magic? Chapter 3: Magic? It looks like this society¡¯s technology advanced much faster than the ones on earth. They already invented things like, for example, school. Although, this was magic school. A school where young people like me could learn to control a complex system like magic. Oh, and by young people, I mean 4 years older than me. 14. ¡°So 4 more years before I can understand magic.¡± I thought to myself. I was sitting down in a chair at a small desk at the front window of my new house. Akafmowa was sitting in the other room. Akafmowa didn¡¯t talk much. She didn¡¯t have any other kids, or even a husband, but she did know how to take care of me, so I wasn¡¯t too bummed out. Actually, I think she is a bit mysterious though. Once, I walked into her room, and before I could even see what she was doing, I was thrown out. Akafmowa seemed¡ Like she was keeping a secret from me. I watched the kids play outdoors, when Akafmowa approached me. ¡°You know you can play with them if you want.¡± Akafmowa said. ¡°I don¡¯t know. I feel like I wouldn¡¯t fit in¡± ¡°No, I think you would fit in just fine. Even if you don¡¯t fit in perfectly, you¡¯re all boys. You can understand each other through that alone.¡± Akafmowa is this exact kind of person. She is always telling me to make friends, as weird as it might be for a high school student to make friends with an elementary kid. ¡°Thanks.¡± I said, as I got out of the chair, and went outside. I met 3 other boys. Younuaka, (Yo-noo-a-ka) Jhounka, (Jon-ka) and Hagagoka. (Ha-ga-go-ka) All of them were kids that just thought stuff was cool, so they went to see that stuff. That day, I adventured all around the village, seeing many things. In fact, I did this for the next year of my life. Me and my friends would wander around, find something interesting, (whether it being a bug, or a tree, or something else.) Over-examine it, then find the next thing. That was my daily schedule. After 365 days, I could conclude that one Akafwhuwa season was 1 year long. I also learned about the culture of this village, or as I¡¯m told, the entire country. The people followed two Gods, praying to them for different reasons. One to create beautiful things, and one to destroy ugly, or bad things. If you come across this story on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it. At this point, I have no idea where I fall religion-wise. I believe in God, since I literally saw him, but I don¡¯t know. Is he the same God that I was taught about on Earth, or is he completely different? Year 501, My Birthday On the morning of my birthday, I forgot it was my birthday. In fact, to clarify, this is my Earth birthday. I had almost forgotten what my Earth birthday was, until the calendar I made reminded me of it. I went, once again, to hang out with my friends. We were going to go to the mountains to the east of the village. Although, people here didn¡¯t call it ¡°East¡± they called it Sunwo. Or, where the sun rises. I told Akafmowa I would be back by sunset. We got to the mountain area, and decided we were going to get to the top, no matter what. Well, to be honest, it wasn¡¯t that difficult to get to the top! We found a river, and sat by it for a while. When the sun was starting to set, we decided to head back. Well, what I said earlier was that it wasn¡¯t that difficult to get to the top. Getting down was a different thing entirely. When we were grabbing our stuff, Jhounka fell. And that wasn¡¯t the end of it. He fell right into a monster nest. The monsters were large, bird like figures, but they were tall as a human when standing on two feet. The monsters saw where Jhounka came from, and flew up to where we were. We only had one escape route. Me and my friends were all very good at holding our breaths, I mean, what were you supposed to do in a world like this? I grabbed hold of Younuaka and Hagagoka, and dove into the pond where the monsters couldn¡¯t fly down and get us. Bad idea. The water was freezing cold. But we stayed anyway. Surely the monsters will leave at some point. Right? Some point? We were in the pond for 10 minutes. Freezing there. It¡¯s amazing we didn¡¯t freeze to death. After 15 minutes the monsters left, and I kicked up to the top of the pond, and swam over to land. Thank God everyone could swim. By the time we were left alone, Jhounka was too. That doesn¡¯t mean he was in full shape. They got one of his arms. His left arm was gone. The rest of us picked up Jhounka, and brought him back to the village. But by that time, it was too late. Jhounka was gone. He lost too much blood. I grabbed a knife, and stabbed it into the wall. ¡°SCREW THIS!¡± I pulled the knife back out of the wall, and ran home. I locked myself in my room for about an hour. Then 2 hours. Then 3 hours. At some point, I stopped counting hours, and began counting days. 2 days. 3 days. 5 days. 7 days. I was in my room for 7 days, when I finally decided to come out. The first thing I wanted to do was thank Akafmowa. Despite my attitude, the whole 7 days she brought food and water to me. So I headed to her room. She was facing the other wall, doing something. I got closer, and it was revealed to me that she was doing magic. I wasn¡¯t sure what kind, but I could tell, it was magic. I had never seen magic at this point. I just heard about it. ¡°Akafmowa?¡± I asked. Akafmowa got up as fast as she could, ran over, and gave me a hug. And for the first time ever, I truly heard my name in this world. ¡°Iro!¡± Akafmowa cried. The entire time I was in my room, I was questioning whether I should really be in this world. But now, I know for sure. People in this world care about me. Akafmowa is the most caring mother I¡¯ve had. I could never thank Akafmowa. I tried of course, but I could never get the words out between both of our tears. Chapter 4: Magic! Chapter 4: Magic! Year 501, 7 days after I got out of my room ¡°Fire energy, I call upon you, to unleash¡ Fire Bolt!¡± I convinced Akafmowa to teach me magic. Akafmowa started by teaching me how to chant spells. The order generally looks like this; *Magic Type*, I call upon you, to unleash, *Spell Name*. Every chant follows this simple order. Akafmowa told me that this order is the most common, and was created 2 generations ago to maximize accessibility, power, and speed. ¡°Is this good?¡± I asked Akafmowa, ¡°Yup! It¡¯s perfect!¡± I took this as just a compliment at the time. I continued to do my fire bolt. Apparently, fire magic is the hardest of the main 4 magic types of this world. I did a fire bolt again, but this time I used my left hand, instead of my right. ¡°Fire energy, I call upon you, to unleash¡ Fire Bolt!¡± The small ball of flames was much smaller. I thought about it, and I thought it had to be my form. With my left hand, my form was sloppier. So I tried fire bolt again. Again, and again, and again. While the fire bolt grew larger and larger, my mana supply grew weaker and weaker. I learned two days ago, when my training started, that you can replenish your mana by eating certain foods. For example, manar berries got their name from their large amount of mana restoration, and how it is the most common food for restoring mana among mages. I grabbed some manar berries from a nearby field, and shoved my face full of them. I waited a little while for the mana restoration to take effect, and went back to practicing. 14 days into training Today I learned the true scope of magic, there are 20 elements in total. I hope I can learn them all. 15 days into training I can report, I learned them all.A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation. 17 days into training Today I learned how to shorten spell chantings. I shortened ¡°*Magic type* I call upon you, to unleash¡ *Spell Name* To, ¡°*Magic Type* I call upon you, *Spell Name* 20 days into training Today, I shortened my chant to just, *Spell name* No one has ever shortened beyond this point. 30 days into training Today, I learned a spell from the most difficult magic type, dark. The spell I learned is called ¡°Seal¡± It is a magic type used to Seal small monsters. 32 days into training Today, I killed my first monster. It was a small bird, I could have taken on more, but my sealing magic kept me back, as all sealing magic is dark magic type. 33 days into training I upgraded my sealing magic. I have now upgraded my seal magic to a spell simply called, ¡°Enhanced Seal¡± Although, this only allows me to seal small bear-like monsters and such. 90 days into training The village leader came to suggest a possible job for me. A Dungeon Master. He said that a Dungeon Master is someone who represents their village when looting dungeons. The village leader said that it would be a possible career path for me to go down, and that I already had a vast amount of knowledge required for a job. I thought that that was a perfect way for me to learn more about this strange world. I asked the village leader what I had to do to get the position. He said, ¡°First you have to be a little older! Hahaha! But the first step you should take is attending the magic academy in the city. Of course, there''s still 4 years of waiting, but that¡¯s 4 more years of practice!¡± I thought that was a good idea, I should practice more. 360 days into training. My 12th Birthday. 1 year ago, I was being attacked by a monster, and I was too scared to do anything. Here I am today, killing 400 of the same monster, all at the same time. I decided that even if I¡¯m 2 years younger than I should be, I¡¯m going to try to get into the magic academy. I¡¯ll probably fail the test, but that¡¯s fine. I don¡¯t care. The test is in 7 days. I¡¯ll have to train my hardest. The day of the test. Yesterday, I took a wagon to the city. It was the same city from my original dream. The dream from the day I was pulled into this mess. This time though, there were many people. Today though, I walked into the testing building with little confidence, however I was ready. The testing building was the same building that I found the person in, in my dream. When I walked in, I first noticed that the decoration in the room was beautiful. I¡¯m not sure what they used, but it was amazing. They had a line for testing on the right of the room, which I stood in. The person behind me was a friendly girl who talked to me. The line went by fast because of our conversation. Before I knew it, I was at the front of the line. The line led outside, to 3 targets. The instructor sighed, and told me that I was too young for the school. I asked, ¡°What if I do better than you expect?¡± ¡°Oh, well that would be extremely rare and-¡± I sent out a fire bolt, with a small exhale. It destroyed the target completely, and everything within a 15 meter radius of it. Good thing the target was so far away from where I was. ¡°Sir! How in the- Sure. Sure. You get your way. Just get in the group of people who passed.¡± It seemed the man was so stunned that he just gave up. The girl behind me asked me, ¡°How did you not have a chant?¡± ¡°Oh, well, you know how you can shorten chants? I just shortened it to an exhale.¡± The girl was equally as shocked as the instructor. The girl asked, ¡°What¡¯s your name?¡± ¡°Iro.¡± I responded, as I headed off to the group of people who had passed, ¡°Yours?¡± ¡°Emi.¡± She responded. That name. It was earthly. Chapter 5: Living at the Magic Academy Chapter 5: Living at the Magic Academy I got to the group of people who passed, and was asked various questions by all of them. I simply responded, ¡°Let''s have a good school life, Okay?¡± They all seemed to stop, but get more curious at the same time. It seemed there were no more tests. This academy was a whole lot less than I expected. Two days from now, I start school at the magic academy. Once everyone went home, I went to the wagon, and fell asleep there. When I woke up, I told the wagon driver that I needed the wagon for one more night. But after that, I got out of the wagon, and was free to roam the city. The city was called, ¡°Kotokorimo¡± or, mother of the country I live in, Kotokori. It was called this because, as the largest city in Kotokori, it is often referred to as the birthplace of Kotokori. I decided to do a full rundown of the city, to see if it really is the same one from my dream. I can reaffirm, it is. I went through every alleyway, checked every corner, all the same. I even found the exact window I broke. I went around the city, finding places to eat, shops to check out, everything. But I eventually stumbled across some monsters, attacking someone in a small corner tucked away behind a shop. I sprung into action, exhaling hard, and holding out my arm. I felt the dark energy coursing through me, but not overcoming me. I sealed the monsters. I went to check on the person who was attacked. It was Emi. I didn¡¯t recognize her, because she dyed most of her hair from the green I knew her from, to a more regular black. Support the author by searching for the original publication of this novel. In this world, while uncommon, hair colors from all over the rainbow are possible. ¡°Emi?¡± I said in slight confusion, ¡°I- Iro?¡± Emi responded, ¡°What are you doing here?¡± I asked, ¡°I¡¯m, uh, er-¡± I looked at the building to the left. This world seems to have already mastered dying hair, because the shop right next to me advertised dying hair. ¡°Emi, why are you trying to dye your hair?¡± ¡°I- It¡¯s caused me so much pain!¡± Emi said, ¡°No matter the introduction, or how nice I am, people always run away!¡± Emi got quieter, ¡°You, you didn¡¯t, but, that was surely out of obligation¡ All I want is for me to be considered normal!¡± ¡°Is that really better though?¡± I asked, ¡°Do you want to be considered the same old boring person? With nothing defining you? I- I love your hair!¡± Emi fell to her knees, and I went up to her shoulder, and just said, ¡°Please. Even if you look different, it doesn¡¯t matter, because you still look beautiful.¡± I sat by Emi, and eventually, Emi said, ¡°Thank you. I¡¯ve never had someone say that before.¡± Emi paused, ¡°I- I¡¯ll go talk to the hairdresser.¡± Emi was left that day, with bright green hair, with black tips. The First Day I woke up today, and told the wagon driver to tell Akafmowa that I made it into the magic academy. Once I was done conveying my message, I headed to the academy for the ceremony that I knew was going to be long. The older students gave a speech, they talked about how we were all promising candidates for, ¡°The One Who Will Conquer The Stars.¡± I¡¯m guessing that¡¯s a normal thing people say in the city. It was all going according to plan when they told us about the training we would be receiving, ¡°You all will be learning the best of the best training. You will learn dark magic. You will learn seal, some of the most powerful magic capable of humans.¡± Was I missing something? Seal? Some of the most powerful magic capable of humans? What do they mean? Surely there is magic more powerful than seal, the spell I learned only 28 days after I learned firebolt. Nope, seal is pretty powerful, as I could tell by the eruption in the room. Once the ceremony was over, they showed us to the dormitories we would be staying in. The boys dorms would be on the left, and girls on the right. I continued on the left. We were shown to the 5 star hotel that was our dormitory. Is this really what you get if you do a fire bolt? This much special treatment for just one firebolt? Surely there was a mistake. There was no mistake. I was shown to the room I was staying at, which was the room for top of the class. Wait, me, a 12 year-old, top of the class? Something was surely off. Once the dorm tour and other mandatory stuff was over, we went to the first class. It was a ¡°Basic Magic¡± class. Surely they have something at least a little advanced! Nope. They asked us to perform a firebolt. ¡°Just to see where we were at.¡± I pointed my arm at the target, and completely destroyed it, and everything beneath it. I made a hole directly through the world. I had never done this before, but I sent my fire bolt towards the target, destroyed the target, then sent the firebolt directly up, and thrusted it through the earth. The entire class asked me simultaneously, ¡°HOW DID YOU DO THAT!?¡± That was just my firebolt... Chapter 6: Returning to the Basics Chapter 6: Returning to the Basics ¡°Err, well, umm,¡± I tried to answer, ¡°Please settle down everyone.¡± The teacher calmed the class down slightly, and I was thankful, but then the teacher exclaimed, ¡°HOW DID YOU DO THAT!?¡± ¡°I just hit the target with my fire bolt, then sent in up, then directly down.¡± I plainly explained, finally having enough room to speak. ¡°Alright¡ Now that you have your answer, everyone please return to your line, and continue.¡± I watched as people burned slight holes in the extra targets. This is the prestigious Magic Academy? Then how did Akafmowa know so much? I put these feelings onto a small piece of paper in japanese. I still didn¡¯t know this country¡¯s writing system very well, so I just wrote in what I knew. I thought about how everyone was speaking japanese, why? The couple of times I tried writing in this country''s writing system, it never matched up. Why? I fell asleep, knowing that I may never learn to write. Yet my class the next day told me otherwise. ¡°Everyone write down the basic way to cast Barrier. Yes Iro?¡± ¡°Um, I don¡¯t know how to write.¡± Everyone seemed a bit shocked. I heard the whispers of people saying, ¡°How did he get into the Magic Academy if he can¡¯t write?¡± All it takes is learning how to do something I did after 2 days of training. ¡°Well, Iro, you can¡ Draw? Just, do something.¡± I heard the slight laughter, followed by the silence when I said, ¡°Alright.¡± I started writing in japanese. Although this was not immediately noticed by anyone, this was eventually noticed by Emi, who was sitting right next to me.You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story. ¡°What are those characters?¡± Emi asked, ¡°They are¡¡± I tried to answer, almost telling everyone exactly what they were. ¡°Yeah, what are those?¡± Eventually, the entire class was asking me what the weird characters were. Good thing that kid interrupted me, because it gave me a moment to think about what I was going to say. I thought that it was probably a good idea to keep it a secret. I wondered to myself if it was a mistake coming to the academy, I mean, they are teaching me nothing about magic, just easy stuff, and I keep getting bombarded with questions. Still though, I already met at least one good person, Emi. I answered by telling them they were just drawings, like the teacher told me. They thought it was oddly specific for drawings, but they believed me anyways. Thank god.
On the next day of my school life, I got up, and to my surprise, someone was knocking on my door. I opened the door to see a girl with short black hair, and most noticeably, what looked like a maid outfit. ¡°Is this a joke?¡± I asked, ¡°D- d- does it look that bad?¡± The girl asked. I was going to respond by commenting on the maid outfit, but I thought that it might give away the fact that I came from another world. ¡°Err, no it looks fine, but why are you in the boy¡¯s dorm in that outfit?¡± ¡°Well, um, uh¡ I think I¡¯ll just say it¡ I- Iro¡ I love you!¡± The room was silent. I was quite confused. While I thought it was weird that this random girl I had never met in a maid costume just came up to my door and confessed her love to me, I admired her courage. Because of this, I just said, ¡°Come on in.¡± The girl came in, and I invited her to sit down at one of the small chairs I had in my room. I asked the girl, ¡°What¡¯s your name?¡± ¡°Gowa¡¡± she responded, I thought about that name, like Akafmowa¡¯s name, it ended in wa. I learned recently that in this world, in many words that are originally from Kotokori, the suffix wa means more important than anything else. Generally this is reserved for the word for the world and stuff like that, but not only Akafmowa, but this girl has the suffix wa. I did my best to think nothing of it though. ¡°Gowa, uh, could you please tell me a bit more? You kind of just walked up to my door and said, ¡®I love you¡¯ so I¡¯d like to know a bit more.¡± ¡°A- alright. Hi¡ I¡¯m Gowa, and I¡¯m 12¡ I¡¯ve always wanted to go to the magic academy, but I¡¯ve never been old enough, so when I heard that you got into the academy even though you were only 12, just like me, I¡ Umm¡ Developed some¡ Feelings for you¡¡± Gowa¡¯s face was turning redder and redder by the second. This girl was really cute¡ But still¡ Not only did I not want to jump the gun on this, I also was wondering, ¡°How did you know I got into the academy in the first place?¡± ¡°Well, everyone knows you got in¡ Word of mouth spread it everywhere.¡± Gowa responded. I couldn¡¯t believe what I was hearing. How was it already that big of a deal? It only took a couple of days and already ¡°everyone knows¡± I got in? Although I was blown away by this information, I still had to stay on topic. ¡°Well¡ To answer your feelings¡ I¡ I still haven¡¯t quite settled into the school environment. Give me 1 month. 1 month of time to decide.¡± I said, ¡°Alright.¡± Gowa agreed. The entirety of class, I was thinking about Gowa. Normally, I would think it was a bit strange that such a young girl was so ready to look for a partner, but in this world it seems it¡¯s normal. It looks like in this world, it¡¯s regular to find a partner from the age 12-16. Yet another thing I have to adapt to. Chapter 7: Earth Science Chapter 7: Earth Science While I received multiple love letters in the following 2 weeks, Gowa¡¯s confession stayed in my mind. She was so upfront that I couldn¡¯t stop thinking about it. I looked in my desk, and a flood of letters came out. I looked to Emi and said, ¡°This is a bit much¡¡± Emi looked at me, and said, ¡°I almost feel bad for you.¡± Yeah, Emi lost a bit of what made her cute. She put a lot more work into her studies, and didn¡¯t really care about anything else. ¡°Iro!¡± I heard from behind me, ¡°Iro I did it!¡± It was Ikough (ee-cough). He was a boy at the academy who was eager to learn magic. He tells me it¡¯s so that he doesn¡¯t waste his life away, but I feel like I can just assume it¡¯s for girls from his attitude. ¡°Hey Ikough! What happened?¡± I asked. ¡°I shortened my chant, while retaining my power!¡± ¡°Nice! Now you just have to improve that power.¡± ¡°You got it!¡± ¡°One more thing!¡± I said, handing him one of my love letters, ¡°For motivation.¡± Ikough took it and ran. To my left I heard Emi say, ¡°He¡¯s probably gonna worship it or something.¡± ¡°You¡¯re right.¡± One Month After Gowa¡¯s Confession I woke up to a knock on my door. Not to my surprise, it was Gowa. I invited her in once again. Today I had to decide what I was going to do. Was I going to accept Gowa or not? ¡°So, what¡¯s your answer?¡± Gowa said, holding her hands in a sort of praying position. I thought about it. It might help my credibility for political gain if I have a partner. I can¡¯t forget that I¡¯m here to accomplish my goal. I asked Gowa one more thing, ¡°What¡¯s your family like?¡±The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement. ¡°Well¡ My parents are the king and queen¡¡± Well of course that would help my political gain! ¡°But¡ I don¡¯t want you to make a decision based off of that¡ That¡¯s why I didn¡¯t tell you at first¡¡± ¡°I¡¯ve made my decision. I accept your love Gowa.¡± Gowa¡¯s face lit up. ¡°Really?¡± Gowa asked, ¡°Yup!¡± I answered.
¡°Gowa?¡± ¡°Yeah Iro?¡± ¡°Why did you wait the entire day for me to get back to my room?¡± Gowa paused. She was sitting in the middle of my room. Even though I let her stay there to collect her things at sunrise, she was still there a little while before sunset. If she left the room at all the door would auto-lock, meaning that Gowa had stayed in this room for the entire day. ¡°Because I wanted to say¡¡± Gowa waited, ¡°Welcome home!¡± I looked at her. It was really cute, but why all that waiting just to say welcome home? ¡°Here.¡± I tossed Gowa a spare key. ¡°You don¡¯t have to deprive yourself of anything entertaining.¡± ¡°It¡¯s been fun here! I, um¡ Made tea! Yeah, I made tea, which kept me entertained!¡± ¡°Really Gowa, just use the key from now on.¡± ¡°Really? Alright¡¡± Gowa almost seemed disappointed. ¡°Anyways, Gowa, you said you wanted to do something after I got home from school?¡± ¡°Yeah¡ Iro¡¡± Gowa stopped. ¡°Yeah?¡± I checked to see that she was still paying attention, ¡°Iro¡ Could you teach me how to do magic?¡± To be honest, I think Gowa would be better off without magic. It can be too much for most people. That¡¯s my theory at least. My theory is that Akafmowa knew this, and took me dealing with a close friend dying as proof that I can handle magic. But before I could say no to Gowa, she gave me a face I couldn¡¯t ignore, a face of, ¡°Please¡ I beg of you¡¡± it was too cute to ignore! Come on Iro. You know that she isn¡¯t ready for this kind of magic. She isn¡¯t even deemed ready for a basic fireball yet. Let alone professional magic. I got a hold of myself, and told Gowa. ¡°Gowa, there¡¯s a reason that the Magic Academy normally only allows beginning students aged 14-16. Magic isn¡¯t that simple. There¡¯s layers of knowledge required for each spell.¡± ¡°But you¡¡± ¡°Gowa, I¡¯ve been through a lot. That¡¯s why I got a hold of magic. Because I have knowledge not many people have. Even if others possessed it, it would be dangerous beyond belief. I may not look like it, but I could probably be considered a state secret.¡± ¡°How would you be considered-¡± ¡°This'''' I pulled out a gun. That¡¯s right. A gun. Due to my tendencies back on earth, I had a habit of researching things until I could reconstruct them. This was because of the otaku in me. I watched enough anime to have watched most large isekai anime. I thought about what I would do if I was isekaied. So when I was bored, I would prepare for this isekai. I never thought I would actually get isekaied though. The only difference between this gun and one you would normally find on earth, was that the bullets were made of the same kind of stuff a sponge is made of. I showed Gowa the gun. I pulled out a target I had in storage, and put it up on the opposite wall of me and Gowa. I pulled Gowa close so that she wouldn¡¯t get hit by the gun, and shot the gun at the target. ¡°Is that¡ Magic?¡± Gowa asked, ¡°That¡¯s what makes it special. It¡¯s not magic.¡± I responded, ¡°Really? Wait, that means¡¡± ¡°If you were to combine it with magic.¡± ¡°You could make the most powerful weapon in the world.¡± Me and Gowa said in unison. ¡°So that¡¯s why,¡± I said, ¡°My type of magic cannot be shared. I get my magic power in unconventional ways that if people knew about, could end up in world war.¡± ¡°World¡ War?¡± ¡°Yeah.¡± I figured this was probably enough, so I told Gowa I was going to make tea, ending the conversation on hand. Chapter 8: The Royal Family Chapter 8: The Royal Family 60 days later. ¡°Gowa?¡± I said, opening the door to my dorm room. ¡°Morning Iro!¡± ¡°Morning. Why are you here so early?¡± ¡°Well¡ I think it¡¯s time¡ You meet my parents¡¡± ¡°The king and queen!? Really?¡± Although it had only been 60 days, my relationship with Gowa had progressed fast enough that we thought it was probably time to tell people we were dating. I didn¡¯t think this meant we were going straight to the king and queen though! ¡°Well, I think that it¡¯s better to tell them directly rather than letting it leak to them¡¡± Gowa had a point with that one. If the king and queen were to find out from rumors, they would probably be less than thrilled. To be honest, I think the king and queen will be fine with us dating. Considering that while Gowa is part of the royal family, she is not heir to the throne. ¡°I have one request though.¡± I said, ¡°Could my mother be there?¡± I had never mentioned Akafmowa to Gowa before. As far as she knew, my mother was a serial killer. ¡°Sure!¡± Gowa said happily, ¡°To be honest, I¡¯d love to meet your mom! So this will be great for both of us!¡± ¡°Alright. I¡¯ll call for a wagon to go pick her up in my village.¡±
¡°Iro! Hey! How have you been?¡± Akafmowa asked, as she got off the wagon. ¡°Good! What about you?¡± ¡°I¡¯ve been getting along. It¡¯s a lot more boring without you though.¡± I chuckled. ¡°Anyways though, there''s a nice restaurant really close. I wanted to talk to you. About a couple of things in fact, but we can save those for later.¡± ¡°Alright. I could never turn down a meal.¡±This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere. I had told Gowa to reserve a table for us at the restaurant, so we met up with her at the table there. ¡°So. Let¡¯s get to the point.¡± I said, eager to start. ¡°I-¡± I pulled Gowa close to me, ¡°I love this girl.¡± Akafmowa and I held eye contact for a while without saying anything. ¡°And? What, did you think I would tell two youngsters to chill on the true love thing? If you think that I would interfere with that, you are severely mistaken.¡± Akafmowa said, in the most relaxed voice possible. ¡°So now that we¡¯ve covered that front, let''s get to the real point.¡± ¡°Well, anything is larger than zero, so let''s see what we¡¯ve got.¡± ¡°This girl, Gowa, is the daughter of the king and queen.¡± ¡°Like the real king and queen!? For real?!¡± ¡°Gowa, can you confirm?¡± Gowa nodded her head. ¡°Well then, we¡¯ve got a different situation on our hands. Break up.¡± I did a double take, did I hear that right? ¡°I¡¯m just kidding. As long as you really do love each other, I don¡¯t care about the girl¡¯s background, appearance, or anything like that.¡± I gave a strong exhale of relief. ¡°I knew I could count on you. Thank you.¡± ¡°Yeah, no problem.¡± I continued to tell Akafmowa about how Gowa and I were going to tell the king and queen about our relationship. Akafmowa just said to go for it. So that¡¯s exactly what we did. ¡°We¡¯re here! This is the castle!¡± Gowa said. ¡°Wow! It¡¯s a lot bigger than I expected.¡± ¡°Well, it¡¯s a royal castle, what would you expect?¡± Gowa said, ¡°We should get going. I want it to be done by the sun down.¡± ¡°That sounds about right.¡± Gowa agreed. Gowa and I walked through the castle, Akafmowa following close behind. The floors were covered in large amounts of red, while the walls were draped in blue. We reached a large room with many guards, when we were told to go in by one of the guards, Gowa nodded her head. ¡°Ah, Gowa. What is it my daughter? I see you have brought a friend.¡± The king spoke, ¡°Father. I have something I would like to present. It is something me and my friend here thought would be good to go to you before you found out through other ways.¡± Gowa said, ¡°What is it?¡± The king questioned, curiously, ¡°Hello. I am Iro, and I am 12 years old and attending the Magic Academy currently.¡± ¡°Ah, Iro. Yes, I have heard about the child who far surpassed the expectations of the Magic Academy, and was granted permission to be a student at just 12 years old.¡± ¡°Yes. That is me. I have gathered, me, Gowa, and my mother Akafmowa, here today to say that I have been dating your daughter Gowa for 2 months. Both Gowa and I have decided it was appropriate to alert you to this fact. I humbly request your permission to take your daughter as the one I proudly call my beloved.¡± ¡°I see. Under normal circumstances, I would decline your offer until you have proven to be worthy of not only being my daughter¡¯s loved one, but to also prove you deserve to be part of the royal family. But these are not normal circumstances. Iro, you have proven your worth many times before this. You have not only shown that at just 12 years old, you surpass many full grown adult magicians, but also that you can maintain that. I have been told that you have been getting perfect and beyond perfect scores on all tests since you joined the academy. Is that correct?¡± ¡°Yes sir. Although I do not pay attention to my scores. I care more about my standards, not the ones that are put before me by others.¡± I said. The king laughed in response. ¡°You certainly are one to behold. However, your test scores do not matter if you cannot keep my daughter happy. But once again, you have succeeded there. I have noticed my daughter has been much more happy over the last 2 months, and I suspected it was due to some outside figure. All I can say is wow. Not a single person in the history of this country has succeeded at this many different things. In such a short time of being on public record¡¡± The king paused for a moment, ¡°My daughter is yours. Make her happy.¡± I smiled big, and hugged Gowa. Chapter 9: Surpassing All Others Chapter 9: Surpassing All Others My 5th Earth Birthday on Akafwhuwa It¡¯s hard to believe i¡¯ve been here for 5 years already. I feel like it was just yesterday when I was first being accepted into the village. As of my 5th earth birthday on Akafwhuwa, I have graduated from the Magic Academy 3 months before this. And just 2 weeks ago, I got married to Gowa. I¡¯m part of the royal family now. I really do want to emphasize though, I love Gowa for Gowa. Not because of my job. Not because she¡¯s part of the royal family. But because I love Gowa. As of now, Gowa is going to go to the Magic Academy in 2 months. She could have gone last year, but due to her father¡¯s pushing, she has decided to focus on studying for just one more year. Although, Gowa didn¡¯t really see it that way. She saw it as more of a way to spend more time with me. Anyways, I have been waiting for this date. I decided a little while ago that today would be the day I would truly start. Today would be the day I would start the unification of the world, and the artificial head start to the universe. Today, I wanted to try enchanting a bit. If I can enchant items, then I can do anything. I¡¯ll start with a small robe. I pulled out a small red robe used for magic purposes. I thought it would be nice to start out small, and give it a nice +1000 defence. That will give it the same amount of defence as the most powerful armor currently in this world. Enchanting in this world generally has 3 stats, Defence, Magical Enhancement, and Physical Enhancement. To enchant an item, you must give each of these stats ¡°Points¡± Which you can give to an item through general magic power level. For example, if your magic power level is 20, then you can put 20 points onto an item. You have to then spread these points to each stat. That¡¯s the basics of enchanting. The problem is, this isn¡¯t basic enchanting. My magic power level is much higher than that, in fact, no magic measurer can measure how much magic I have. Because of this, I can simply put as many magic points as I want onto an item, meaning I can increase any of the stats as much as I want.If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it. This makes for a broken system. I did the first enchantment on a robe, but what happens if I take a gun I made? Well, you end up with an entirely different set of stats, Speed, Power, and Zone, Zone being an ability you can use with an enchanted weapon. With the gun I made, it seems to be a flurry of bullets. Anyways, if I put a ton of points into Speed, then I get what is practically a machine gun. A small pistol that shoots up to 70 bullets per second. Much more powerful than what currently exists in this world. Using a mix of technology from my world, I know that I can at least attract enough attention to partner with another country. I mean, I¡¯m also a part of the royal family now, so that also helps. If I use enough persuasion, then I can become the next in line for king. While I did marry into the royal family, I¡¯m not currently first in line for the throne. That goes to Gowa¡¯s older brother. He is the only other male currently in the royal family. The royal family line in this world works like this; The oldest child is always in line for the throne, but if the oldest child is female, then a younger boy would be in line for the throne. While Gowa¡¯s older brother is not the oldest child, he is the oldest male. I would now be next in line for the throne, however Gowa¡¯s older brother is older than me, so I am behind him. There is one loophole though. If I were to say, persuade Gowa¡¯s older brother to, I don¡¯t know, surrender the throne, then I would be the next in line. That¡¯s all I need. Time to get to work. The next day, I woke up and went straight to work. I worked on creating a spell. This is something else I will need, the ability to create my own spells. I will need to be able to create and tune spells to my liking. I started with a simple fire bolt. What I am going to try to do is tune the fire bolt to be more like a lightning strike, and less like a ball. This is easier than you might think. Once again, this requires magic power. Everything in this world requires magic power. What I need to do is focus my magic power on my brain, take my thoughts, and amplify them to the point where they become real. Keep in mind, this isn¡¯t some way to create everything, this only does work for magic. This is mostly how young students are taught to make their first fire bolt. This is no fire bolt, this is something much more than that. ¡°Release, Fire Strike!¡± Before I had even tried the spell, I had shortened it to two words, yet still, I destroyed the target thoroughly. Well, that worked. I guess I should work on another spell, this time I¡¯m going to work on it from scratch. ¡°Release, Crush!¡± This spell uses my magic energy to bring pieces of matter up, and close in on the target, giving it no room to escape, then exploding on the inside. This, once again, left the target in complete disarray. ¡°Iro! You haven¡¯t eaten yet! Come have lunch with me!¡± Gowa called down to me, ¡°Yeah! No problem!¡± I responded. Of course, I still needed to eat food. Currently, I don¡¯t think I¡¯m quite good enough to create a spell to stop the need for food. Chapter 10: Permanent Spells Chapter 10: Permanent Spells ¡°I did it!¡± I yelled out. I had figured out the secret to how to create what I called, permanent spells. What a permanent spell is, is a spell that will always be in use, such as, a permanent barrier, or if you¡¯re me, a mind reading spell. The secret behind these spells is that instead of having a spell always blaring on, which is too much magic power even for me, you just have to have what I call a dial. The ability to turn up and down a spell¡¯s effectiveness. For example, if I turn my dial all the way down, my mind reading spell turns off. If I turn it to 1, I can hear people in the room with me faintly, if I turn it up to 50, I can hear everyone in the building, if I turn it up to 100, I can hear everyone in the country, and if I turn it up to 200, I can hear everyone on Akafwhuwa. The dial is powerful, and allows for so many more spell types. Now, if I can just use the mind reading spell on Gowa¡¯s brother, I can figure out what he wants most in his life. If I offer that to him in exchange for him giving up the throne, I can be next in line to be the king. So that¡¯s exactly what I did. I turned up the dial, and listened to what Gowa¡¯s brother was thinking, I listened for long enough that I found out exactly what it was he wanted most. ¡°I just want to see her in a swimsuit. I can die happy then.¡± Not very elegant for a prince, but alright. So I with the power of mind reading, I found where Gowa¡¯s brother was, and bargained with him, ¡°Hey. You said you can die happy if you see some girl in a swimsuit?¡± ¡°H- How did you find me?¡± ¡°Mind reading.¡± ¡°M- M- Mind reading!? I knew you were smart but this is just too much¡¡± ¡°Anyways, I¡¯m here to bargain with you. I can show you her in a swimsuit. You okay with that in exchange for surrendering to be king?¡± ¡°Y- you¡¯re insane! I would never surrender the throne just to¡ see... Fine! I¡¯ll do it! Just give me the goods!¡±The author''s tale has been misappropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon. I didn¡¯t tell you about this spell I made, but I made a teleport spell, so I used that to bring the girl here in a swimsuit. I also used a combination of teleportation and a sleeping spell I made to make the girl fall asleep. ¡°Go ahead. The girl is yours.¡± He went without hesitation. I expected the next in line to the king¡¯s throne to be a little less willing to do that kind of stuff. I left him alone for the day, and came back the next day. When I got back to Gowa¡¯s brother, it seemed that the girl had woken up and gone home, but Gowa¡¯s brother had stayed. ¡°So, you gonna surrender the throne now?¡± I asked, ¡°You gotta hold up your end of the bargain.¡± ¡°Haha! That¡¯s where I¡¯ve got you! I will never surrender the throne!¡± I pulled out my enchanted gun, and pointed it at him. ¡°There¡¯s no way you would shoot that! Right?¡± I moved closer, pushing Gowa¡¯s brother into a wall, ¡°Right? You will suffer too if you shoot me! R- Right?¡± ¡°I don¡¯t care if I suffer. I don¡¯t tolerate people who don¡¯t hold up their end of the bargain.¡± It seemed Gowa¡¯s brother was about to submit when he said this, ¡°Guards!¡± ¡°There you have it folks. The exact reason I hate the king¡¯s son.¡± I saw the guards coming, and with a swift exhale, I put all the guards to sleep. ¡°Y- You monster!¡± ¡°And?¡± I was still moving closer to Gowa¡¯s brother with my gun, until he finally hit the wall behind him. ¡°F- fine! I¡¯ll do it!¡± Gowa¡¯s brother paused, and with all his breath, yelled, ¡°I SURRENDER THE THRONE!!!¡± So that the entire castle could hear. ¡°Alright then. Let¡¯s see if you can say that to your father¡¯s face. Remember, just because I won¡¯t shoot you right in front of the king, doesn¡¯t mean I won¡¯t shoot you later.¡± I teleported Gowa¡¯s brother and I to the king¡¯s room, when Gowa¡¯s brother said to his father¡¯s face, ¡°I surrender the throne...¡± ¡°Huh!?¡± It was a long talk to explain why he was surrendering the throne. Yet later that day, they started production of a newspaper that addressed the prince surrendering the throne, and it was being left to me. That was easier than I expected. 3 Years Later It¡¯s been 3 years since I became next in line for the throne. What I didn¡¯t really understand back then, is that kings live a long time, and there¡¯s some waiting to be done. I figured I could spend time making more spells, and stuff like that. I even thought about making my own Magic Academy, for more advanced spells, but I ended up reconsidering, as I don¡¯t think it¡¯s a very good idea for kids to be running around with magic capable of sending the world into war. So I decided against that. My life has mostly been filler, I¡¯ve gotten a fair share of press and such, but that doesn¡¯t mean everything. I¡¯ve been waiting for this moment. Gowa and I sat in bed and decided the time was right. Gowa and I fell under the covers. We came out, although Gowa felt different. Gowa said her body felt physically different. That night, I heard God¡¯s voice, he told me that I had successfully transferred my eternal life to another. I guess that was the ritual. Chapter 11: Goodbye Chapter 11: Goodbye. It all was normal that morning. Until she left. As that had happened, I went after The girl I loved. Where we left off, Was good enough for Gowa. But not for me. So I used a spell, and found her. I found her far away. This tale has been pilfered from Royal Road. If found on Amazon, kindly file a report. In another land. Separated from her blood. But more importantly, separated from me. I approached her small log house. I said, ¡°Why did you come here?¡± But all she said was, ¡°I needed to.¡± The more I pressed on, the further she fell away. Until suddenly, she gave up with looks. ¡°I came from Earth. I barely had enough mental energy to comprehend what was going on, but for some reason I came with you. I came with you to this strange planet. I asked god why. But he didn¡¯t reply. I got some info from another source, and found out the secret to immortality, it was you. You were the secret. With immortality, I could stay with my family, my friends! So I went straight to you. I played along til I got my wish, I got my immortality. So I left. I never felt at home in a royal castle.¡± Gowa paused, ¡°I left you, so why did you come after me? Did you really think I would just say, you¡¯re right, and come back with you? You¡¯re a fool, so leave me alone now!¡± So Gowa was a lie. A lie through and through. All those years, all that time I spent. All a lie. All just for Gowa to steal my immortality power. ¡°Gowa, please. I¡¯ll give you whatever you want, so please, give this up. Please just come home with me.¡± ¡°I never felt an ounce of love for you, so leave.¡± Have it your way. But you¡¯ll have to pay the price. I pulled out a scrap of paper, and wrote the word, ¡°Reconstructing¡¡± on it. ¡°Goodbye.¡± I said firmly. As the fall leaves blew past my face, I was lifted away. Part 2, Chapter 1: 3rd Chance At Life Chapter 1: 3rd Chance At Life ¡°Hey God. Could you send me to a world with another magic system?¡± ¡°I can slightly influence the outcome of the world you end up in, but that¡¯s really up to you.¡± ¡°Alright.¡± We waited in silence for a little while, because the world from before was still being destroyed. ¡°Now. Envision the world you want to create.¡± I thought about a world that was very similar to the last world. Magic and all. I heard god again, ¡°Now, you¡¯ve already heard this once, but this speech still contains valuable information about your new world,¡± God cleared his throat, ¡°First, you will be born into a society that has been around on a planet called ¡°Redal¡± (Pronounced, rey-dal), for 1000 years. Although, time hasn¡¯t been kept very well, so the people don¡¯t know this. They use generations as their calendars. Second, you will be born as a 8 year old boy, in the middle of the woods. You will have no name, and no family to guide you at the start. Third, magic exists on Redal. It is a system that will be most useful if you want to gain attention. Fourth, for your time in this new galaxy, your aging will follow a different process. From your time age 8-20, one normal year of aging will take 4 years. When you reach age 20, it will take 100 years for a one year aging process. Once you reach the age of 40, your aging will completely stop. Your aging will follow this process because you are invincible in this galaxy. You can actually give this invincibility to other people, if you perform the ritual. Finally, Good luck.¡± ¡°Wait. God.¡± The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation. ¡°Yes?¡± ¡°There was a person on Akafwhuwa who came from Earth. Will she be able to come to Redal?¡± ¡°Ah. Her. That woman is unable to come to Redal, as the transfer from Earth to Akafwhuwa took up all of her magical energy.¡± ¡°Okay. Buh bye.¡± My spirit left my body. And I was in a new world. I was an 8 year old boy. For some reason I started out younger than last time, but that doesn¡¯t matter. Because I have to get out of the forest, and find somewhere to rest. While I was better at restarting life than I was last time, I now had to carry the weight of Gowa¡¯s betrayal on my shoulders. Not only that, but the killing of everyone on Akafwhuwa. I felt awful. I pulled the reconstruct button way too fast. I should have assessed the situation more. I could have prevented those deaths. I screamed into the wilderness, looking for a home. After hours of walking, I did find a home. But it wasn¡¯t a village, but rather a city. I looked at the city before me. At least with an extra 500 years of existing, they found out how to make multiple floors. I found someone willing to talk to me. They were friendly enough. So I talked a little bit, although I was being careful. I asked them about living in the village, and they told me to live in the village all you needed was approval from the Chief. I headed towards where the Chief¡¯s office supposedly was. It was oddly remote, away from the rest of the city. I walked in the doors, which were made of a substance I had never seen before. A new world means more adjusting. ¡°Excuse me! Could you approve me as a resident here?¡± I asked a woman behind the front desk of sorts. She looked confused, yet she still pointed me in the direction of the Chief¡¯s office. I walked in, and asked once again, ¡°Excuse me, but could you approve me as a resident here?¡± The Chief looked reluctant to say yes, however it was as if his face told me, ¡°I have no right to deny you residency¡¡± It seemed like he probably had a book of laws of sorts to follow, and the laws didn¡¯t exempt small children from becoming residents by themselves. ¡°Alright. While I find it hard to approve of you, since you have no family or home it seems, you may stay here.¡± So I left the building, proud of the fact that I got in. I left to go find someone to take me. Surely this world has some form of home for orphans. Part 2, Chapter 2: Magic is... Outlawed? Chapter 2: Magic is¡ Outlawed? One month after I had arrived. I eventually found somewhere to stay. It was a home that accepted orphans from all different backgrounds. That is key to this. Apparently this world has two different races of humanoids. The Rudar, and Rodar. The Rudar is a race of humans who possess no magic, and usually have better living conditions & such. The Rodar is a race that has magic access. This race is treated worse, and more like slaves in comparison. They are generally sent off to war at the age of 16. They recieve magic education at the age of 14. That wasn¡¯t enough time. I can¡¯t be sent to war, and I need to learn magic. Two years isn¡¯t enough time. Of course, I already know magic, but this world is completely different from Akafwhuwa. It¡¯s world has a different amount of magic available. I¡¯ve even tried to use magic from Akafmowa. While it does work sometimes, it¡¯s very rare, and only gives me a fraction of the amount of magic I can use. So I guess I have to learn magic from this world. Problem is, I¡¯ve tried. But magic is outlawed for those under the age of 14. Those who learn it are subject to being locked up in prison. I just have to hit the books. I have to scan them for information on how to use magic. While people wouldn¡¯t be able to directly mention how to use magic, they may have subconsciously left clues on how to do it. So that¡¯s what I¡¯ve been doing this past month. And I figured it out.If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. Please report it. Magic in this world is completely centered around your understanding of how magic will work, rather than raw magic power. In order to use magic here, you don¡¯t need a chant, but rather a strong idea of exactly what the spell will do. For example, when you chant a Fire Ball, which is pretty much the same as a Fire Bolt on Akafwhuwa, to get a good cast, you have to imagine the fire leaving your hand, then hitting your target, then going up in flames. Visualization is key, not raw magic power. So during the night, I snuck out, and practiced. ¡°Fire Bolt.¡± I whispered, seeing in my head the fire coming out of my hand. I felt my arm warming up, and the fire shooting out of my hand. ¡°Yes.¡± I practiced again. Then again. Until I was sleepy, then I went to bed. But the next day, I practiced again. My schedule became, wake up, eat breakfast, read books on magic, pretend to go to bed, go practice magic. This schedule got me good enough to practice a simple water flood. A spell requiring both hands, where water is thrusted out at speeds to knock over the enemy, and if good enough, the water falls, and drowns them. This is a spell that is quite reliable, but not the level I was looking for. I spent a couple of months, trying to find some way to speed up the process of learning magic, but try as I might, I was stuck learning spells one by one. One day I was lying down by a tree in a park, reading about magic, when a girl came up to me. ¡°Iro, you¡¯re always reading books! Come play with us!¡± I didn¡¯t see the courage it took for that girl to approach me, and simply pushed her away. Not saying a word, but giving a look of distain. I got what I wanted. No one bothered me anymore. I spent all my time reading about magic, or practicing magic. While this schedule was sustainable, I didn¡¯t understand what this was doing to my social ability. I was slowly losing it. I got more and more comfortabe with not talking to anyone. I convinced myself that friends are optional. While it might seem that way, people can find each other. Part 2, Chapter 3: Tag, the game of wit. Chapter 3: Tag, the game of wit. I formulated a plan. I needed to learn magic. That was my gateway to the top once again. Everything else comes later. To learn magic, I needed to get out of the country. The plan was that I would sneak up on a soldier at night, distract him with magic, then run right past him. The gate is wide open as long as you can climb it. After I get out of the city though, I¡¯m on the war field. I need to slowly make my way across. I will find a camp of soldiers, and surrender myself to them. For all of this, I need my body to be more in shape. Which, even through the magic training, I don¡¯t have. So finally, I will take people up on their offer. I¡¯ll play a game. That day at the park, I yelled, ¡°Anyone who wants to play tag, line up here!¡± I got a decent amount of people. Not enough though. There were too many boys, not enough girls. I asked the boys, ¡°Anyone know any girls that you could convince to play?¡± Most of them shook their heads, but a couple went to find the girls they knew. This was perfect. There was an entire 50 people playing. I explained the short list of rules to them. ¡°This will be slightly different than normal tag. If I tag you, you are completely out. You don¡¯t become a tagger or anything. You must wait under the tree there. You might think that¡¯s unfair, but you would be surprised how fast you can run when there¡¯s incentive to. Oh, and one more thing. Whoever gets tagged last can have the dessert from my dinner.¡± While everyone wasn¡¯t quite ready before, the dessert got them all fired up.Unauthorized usage: this narrative is on Amazon without the author''s consent. Report any sightings. I counted down, ¡°10. 9.¡± Everyone ran as if their lives were on the line, ¡°8. 7. 6. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. Here I come!¡± I checked some of the usual hiding places, and I did in fact find some people there. I found that people generally grouped up based on their speed, so you could find a large group of people all at the same skill level. This made it harder to hide for most people, but the combined reassurance that there was less of a chance to be tagged in a group made up for it. While some people hid near the start, I found more people at the very end of a large field at the park. The field was about the size of a football field, so if you were at the far end, you had plenty of time to prepare if someone was running at you. At this point, I had tagged about 15 people. But I was about to head to the field. Most of the people on the field were still only about halfway to the end, so I ran as fast as I could to try to tag them. I eventually tagged one person, and after that they just kept coming, one after another. I was down to the last 10 people, but these people were different. They were much faster than the others. I saw that they were in 2 different groups of 5. One on the left, one on the right. I went for the right group. I was about to catch up with them! I was just out of reach! Got them! I got all 5 of the people. I saw the other group. They were a 2 minute run away. But I was tired. I outran 45 people. So I just kept track of where they were, and sat down. That¡¯s what they thought. I bribed someone that looked like me with dessert, and had him sit down and observe them. All that time, I was chasing after them. When they thought they lost me, I was actually right above them on a slide. I got 3 of them. There were 2 left. One was a boy, one was a girl. The boy was ridiculously fast, and the girl was just trying to keep up with him. Eventually, I drove them into a corner. ¡°Which one of you wants dessert?¡± They both looked slightly scared, but the boy said, ¡°You can have it Emi.¡± Emi!? Like Emi from Magic Highschool on Akafwhuwa!? ¡°Thanks!¡± No, it¡¯s definitely not Emi. Looked too outgoing. But that still made my head hurt. Remembering the fact that I had killed Emi along with everyone else. I fell to the ground, and they ran away. ¡°Damn.¡± I said to myself. I did catch them eventually. I tagged the boy, so at dinner time, I gave Emi my slice of cake. Part 2, Chapter 4: Initiating The Plan Chapter 4: Initiating The Plan After a couple of months, I was happy with both my physical, and magical strength. So I planned to go that night. I snuck out of bed, and crossed the hallway. I went towards the back door, being careful to avoid where the chaperones search. Once I made it outside, I scaled the fence. It¡¯s guard time. ¡°Fire Ball¡± I whispered, sending a ball of flames towards the guard from one direction, while I was running at the guard from the opposite. I tried sneaking by the guard while he was looking in the other direction. But that¡¯s it, I tried. Emi and the boy whose name I now know is Uoun (oo-on) appeared. ¡°Where are you going?¡± Emi asked, ¡°Somewhere else.¡± I responded, ¡°What do you mean somewhere else? We¡¯ll be sad without you here.¡± ¡°I¡¯ve barely done anything here anyways. Even if I was connected to this place, I need to get out quickly.¡± ¡°But¡¡± ¡°Sorry. Just how it goes.¡± If you find this story on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the infringement. ¡°Iro, Take us with you!¡± Uoun yelled. ¡°No can do. It will make it harder for me to escape if I have to deal with two other people.¡± I responded calmly. ¡°Please!¡± Emi cried, ¡°Don¡¯t leave us behind!¡± Although I knew I shouldn¡¯t have, regardless of who I am, it still pained me to see a girl cry because of me. ¡°Fine. Just quiet down. The guard will hear you.¡± All together, we climbed the fence. Making it into the warzone. The country I bet on escaping to was called Itone. It was a country completely different than our current one, Futae. That¡¯s what I bet on at least. Emi, Uoun, and I found some shelter nearby. It was an uninhabited bunker. ¡°Wow! This thing is so cool!¡± Uoun exclaimed, ¡°Like it¡¯s right out of a novel!¡± Emi agreed, ¡°I mean, this is a warzone, what would you expect?¡± I asked both of them. We found a dining room, and a bedroom. Only two rooms, but this would do for a night. We found sleeping bags, and a small amount of food. Perfect. We needed the food, since this would be a 3 day trip. At this point, it was very late at night. We were all tired, so we all fell asleep. I had a dream. I was sitting at a river with Emi and Uoun. We were having fun, but when I came back from a short break, they were drowning, and I couldn¡¯t do anything. The only way to save them was to kill myself in the process, so I just watched. I was scared the people I subconsciously cared about would die. Even with this, I still didn¡¯t think of them as friends. ¡°Morning Iro!¡± I was awoken by Uoun shaking me. Emi was sitting up in her sleeping bag, I assume Uoun woke her up this way too. ¡°Morning. Let¡¯s get something to eat and get going. If we go fast we can make this a 2 day trip.¡± ¡°Boring. We have a bunker! Let¡¯s stay here longer!¡± Uoun commanded, ¡°Sure. If you want to risk the people who made this bunker coming back.¡± I said, shutting Uoun down. ¡°By the way Iro¡ Where are we going? I was tired last night, so I forgot to ask.¡± Emi asked, ¡°Oh yeah. We¡¯re going to Itone.¡± ¡°Really? That¡¯s amazing!.¡± Emi said. She accepted it faster than I expected. Then again, I don¡¯t think she understands that there is no way she can come back to Futae. We ate, then set out to look for an Itone campsite. Part 2, Chapter 5: Campsite Chapter 5: Campsite We slept for one more night, but right after that, we found a Itone camp site. ¡°Is that it?¡± Emi asked, ¡°Yes. On the count of 3, come out of the bushes with your hands up.¡± Emi and Uoun nodded, ¡°1, 2, 3¡± Emi, Uoun, and I, came out of the bushes with our hands up, walking towards the Itone campsite. ¡°We surrender!¡± We said in unison. The Itone soldiers looked towards us, looked at eachother, and shrugged. One soldier looked at us intimidatingly, put handcuffs on us, and brought us to a small area beside the camp. While he seemed intimidating at first, this was broken by what he said, ¡°Don¡¯t worry. This is just until we¡¯ve confirmed you¡¯re not a threat.¡± The soldier grinned at us. As that soldier left, another one came. He searched us for weapons and such. In the distance, I observed the meeting that was being held among the soldiers. While I couldn¡¯t hear it very well, I occasionally heard people scream. I heard words that confirmed, they were swaying in our direction. It felt oddly nostalgic. Back in the little hole. Being judged. Maybe, just maybe, a shadow of a woman like Akafmowa will appear. No, Akafmowa was one-of-a-kind. 2 soldiers came to us, and brought us to the camp. They asked us questions, like, ¡°How did you escape?¡± ¡°Why did you escape?¡± Questions like that. When they were finished, they all voted.Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon. ¡°All who are in favor of letting them in, raise your hand.¡± The vote swayed to us with 15 to 18 in favor of letting us into the country. And we were allowed out of the handcuffs, and given a small card by a soldier. ¡°This is a card for identification. Write your name and age on the line.¡± In this world, I knew how to read and write. In fact, it¡¯s the same reading and writing system as Akafwhuwa. I just finally decided to learn it. I wrote the name, Iro, and wrote that I was 8. Emi and Uoun did the same. The soldiers pointed us in the right direction, and we walked. As we walked, we ran into another group of soldiers, and they checked our ID. We finally got to the border of Itone. There was a large wall, with a small gate at the front. The wall was made of a material similar to stone, but was tinted with a shade of blue. The border had an aura to it. The wagon¡¯s dark inside. The soldier¡¯s helmets were filled with despair. The soldiers at the border asked for our IDs. I handed it over, it was checked, and we were let into the country. Inside the wall, was a large city. From the entrance, the land was restaurants and inns as far as the eye could see. ¡°Let''s go find an inn! I bet they¡¯re really nice here!¡± Uoun yelled, trying to speak up over the crowd. I don¡¯t think he truly understood that he was leaving his homeland for good. It¡¯s like a fun vacation to him. Emi wasn¡¯t much different, as she happily agreed. ¡°Alright. This is where I go. See you.¡± I lifted my right arm, as a goodbye gesture, but someone grabbed it. ¡°You can¡¯t leave! You brought us here! Showed us the way! You have to carry through!¡± Emi exclaimed. ¡°I never agreed to anything like that. I brought you here. That¡¯s the end of our journey together. Now I¡¯m going to become an adventurer. Maybe one day I¡¯ll bring you some loot.¡± I calmly addressed. ¡°Iro! If you leave now, we¡¯ll just be helpless kids! I don¡¯t know why, but you seem so grown up¡ You¡¯re our leader¡ You can truly be somewhat of a guardian to us!¡± Emi cried. Inside, the thought of making a ¡°Friend¡± scared me. How could I just expect to get along with someone when I¡¯ve murdered their kind before. How am I supposed to just act normal? I can¡¯t. That¡¯s why I¡¯ll brush them off. ¡°Sorry. I have a goal I need to reach.¡± I said. As I walked away, I thought, ¡°What is my goal?¡± I know that eventually everything will fade away again. Everything will shatter. So what¡¯s the point? Why do I keep trying to be an adventurer? Why do I keep trying to be a hero? What about that benefits me? Maybe after I murder a few billion more people, everything will become normal. This emptiness will disappear. Part 2, Chapter 6: Adventurers, I warn you. Chapter 6: Adventurers, I warn you. When I arrived at my destination I walked right in. ¡°Welcome to the adventurers guild! How can I help you?¡± I was greeted by a young woman, probably about 18 or 19. Her grin was bright and warm to most, but I saw through how fake it was. ¡°Hi. I was wondering how I could start adventuring?¡± I asked, ¡°Ah yes. May I see your ID?¡± I changed my ID earlier to say that I was 13, while I didn¡¯t look it, I wouldn¡¯t look it for a long time due to my aging cycle. Thank god the age on your ID just works on the honors system. ¡°Here it is.¡± ¡°Oh you¡¯re 13? Well then Iro, I¡¯ll go write in some info on your ID, then you¡¯ll be set.¡± ¡°Alright.¡± After a couple of minutes, the woman gave my ID back. It now contained some adventurering info on it, including a place to write my class. I asked what it meant, although it seemed pretty straight forward, I wanted to make sure I wasn¡¯t missing anything. ¡°Oh your class? It just means what items you use most often. If you typically use swords, you¡¯re a knight. If you like magic, you¡¯re a magician. You understand?¡± ¡°Yeah. It seems to make sense.¡± I guided myself over to what looked like a quest board. It had many papers on it, with the job title, the description, and a place to sign it. Some of the papers had a stamp on them that said, ¡°Permanent¡± I asked the woman from earlier what it meant, and she said that it just meant that it will always be an available quest. Made sense. I took a permanent quest. It was called, ¡°Slime slaying at Copper Dungeon.¡± The description read this, ¡°Capture and/or kill 15 slimes at the Copper Dungeon. Copper Dungeon is the most recommended dungeon for beginners.¡± The description led me to believe this would be an easy quest. You can probably tell this wasn¡¯t an easy quest. When I found myself at the gate, I opened it to a nest of slimes. There were 4 slimes attacking me at the same time. I visualized the slimes bursting into flames, melting and turning into a gross goo. I watched it happen, but as I had killed 3 of them, 4 more came at me. I did the same to those ones. I imagined the nest sinking into the ground, and so did the other slimes. I would think that the slimes suffocated. If slimes even breath. When I went down one more floor, I only needed to kill 6 more slimes, then I could get out of there. I was greeted by not a slime, but 5 goblins. Their skin falling apart, their clothing ripped, and their teeth showing. This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere. 2 of the goblins were holding mallets made of wood. I imagined the mallets bursting into flames, at the goblin¡¯s hearts were pierced by a spike in the earth. Exactly what I imagined. This felt too easy. Until I walked down one more floor into the Copper Dungeon. I found 6 slimes. Exactly what I needed. But there was also a type of monster I had never even imagined. It was a large black figure, it¡¯s arms long, and legs short. The only thing making me identify it from a shadow was it¡¯s helmet, made of metal. If the monster had a mouth, it would be grinning. I tried to just target the slimes, because if I just killed the slimes, then I could get out of there without worrying about the other monster. I imagined the slimes bursting into flames once again, but my mind was interrupted. I heard Akafmowa saying, ¡°How could you just give up on me? Was our world not good enough for you? Was I not kind enough to you?¡± I heard the king from back on Akafwhuwa say, ¡°To think I put trust in you.¡± I couldn¡¯t think. My mind was blocked, and I knew it was the shadow like monster. I grabbed onto my head, yelling, ¡°You¡¯re wrong! I didn¡¯t mean to do it! That wasn¡¯t me! It was like I was being possessed!¡± I drove myself into the floor. Just as the slimes drove their bodies into my head, trying to drown me in their slime. But just as I started losing consciousness, I felt reborn. It happened again. Then I remembered what God told me. ¡°You are invincible.¡± I can¡¯t die. No matter what, I can¡¯t die. I asked God, ¡°Why? Why does everyone around me die, but I just keep on living, no matter what? Why can¡¯t I die for once?¡± I just laid there. If there was no fear of death, then why care? Why bother? I don¡¯t really remember what happened, until it felt like I was being jolted awake. ¡°Hello? You should be more careful around here. I know it seems really safe, but every once and a while high level monsters like that one appear.¡± It was a girl, her hair a light pink, and her clothing suggesting a mage class. She seemed only about a year or so older than me. ¡°Where¡ Did the shadow go?¡± ¡°Oh, the Unidentified? I cast a spell on it, it¡¯s gone now.¡± ¡°Unidentified? What does that mean? And how did you still cast a spell?¡± ¡°I can tell you are just as much of a beginner as I was 3 months ago, I learned a lot in those 3 months. Basically, most creatures have a simple name, but that shadow-like creature appears in so many different forms, most people just call it Unidentified. And casting a spell on it? Unidentifieds feed off of regret, and send thoughts about regret directly to your brain, disrupting your thought process. I just avoid it by not having any regret.¡± No regret? I¡¯ve killed billions of people, how am I supposed to not have regret? The girl kept a smile on her face. Unlike everyone else, I saw a true smile. I could tell, she wasn¡¯t lying. She doesn¡¯t have any regret. ¡°Thank you.¡± I said, realizing I had just been saved by a random girl on the first quest. ¡°No problem.¡± She said, ¡°Just try to be more careful next time.¡± ¡°Er, could I ask your name?¡± I asked. I wanted to pay her back someday, because I don¡¯t want to be in debt. ¡°My name? It¡¯s Redrae. Yours?¡± ¡°Iro.¡± ¡°Iro? That¡¯s a name I¡¯ve never heard before.¡± ¡°Yeah, I came from Futae.¡± ¡°Really? Did you escape?¡± ¡°Yeah. I didn¡¯t feel any opportunity there.¡± Why was I telling her this!? She¡¯s not a friend or anything, so why does she need to know? ¡°Really? You went through a warzone? That¡¯s amazing!¡± ¡°Not really¡¡± ¡°You¡¯re amazing! Hey, do you want to join my party? There¡¯s a lot of good people there and-¡± I looked down. When she said that, I thought that maybe we would be friends. And I can¡¯t let that happen. ¡°Sorry, no thanks.¡± ¡°I see¡¡± I heard another person call out Redrae¡¯s name, ¡°Alright! I¡¯m coming!¡± Redrae responded, ¡°Sorry, I¡¯ve got to head out. See you!¡± I went back up a floor, and killed the last 6 slimes. When I got back to the guild, they gave me my pay of 5 silver coins. I found out that a copper coin is about equal to 100 yen, and 10 copper coins make up a silver. 10 silvers make up a gold, and so on and so forth. My 5 silver coins was just enough to pay for an inn for a night. The room was smaller than expected, but it worked. I woke up in the middle of the night. I heard something. It looked about midnight outside. I looked out into the darkness, out my window. It was a monster. One from Akafwhuwa? And¡ ¡°Emi?¡± Part 2, Chapter 7: Akafwhuwa, Friends, and Transferal. Chapter 7: Akafwhuwa, Friends, and Transferal. I ran down the stairs of the inn, and busted through the door. It was dark, but I could see the monster¡¯s silhouette. I tried my magic, I visualized the monster being drowned by water surrounding his head. It didn¡¯t work. However, the monster was alerted of my presence. What startled me is that I could tell that the monster was from Akafwhuwa, but I couldn¡¯t tell exactly what it was. No¡ I could tell exactly what it was. It was the same bird monster that killed Jhounka. ¡°I¡¯ll kill you¡ Just die already¡ Dark energy, I call upon you, to unleash¡ Seal!¡± I visualized the monster sinking into a dark hole, never to be seen again. What do you know? It worked. It seemed like the combination of the visual aspect of magic from this world, and the chant and form aspect from Akafwhuwa created a way to perform Akafwhuwan magic. The monster was gone, but Emi was still there. And she saw me use other worldly magic. I went over to her to explain. But before I could talk, she did. ¡°Hi Iro¡ I¡ I¡ How can I repay you?¡± ¡°Huh? Oh, I don¡¯t need that.¡± I actually did, I was poor enough to actively seek out the cheapest inn in the city. ¡°I was here¡ To get you¡ To show you I was worth something¡ To show you that I was valuable enough to be with you¡ To beat dungeons together¡ But you come along and are the one that saves me. I¡¯d rather be in debt to you than have you think I¡¯m weak¡¡± Well, I never thought I would feel bad about saving someone. ¡°I know one way you can pay me back.¡±This novel is published on a different platform. You¡¯ll just make me lose money.¡± ¡°That¡¯s rude! Okay¡ I guess I have to¡ These shoes are probably worth 2 silver coins!¡± ¡°I think you need shoes to walk back home¡¡± ¡°Then please¡ Just give me something to do!¡± ¡°I really have nothing for you to do. In fact, I need to get to sleep so I can work tomorrow.¡± ¡°I suppose you¡¯re right. Ah! I¡¯ll stay with you until you have an idea!¡± ¡°Er, didn¡¯t I say that I didn¡¯t want you to be with me as a distraction? And I only have one bed¡¡± ¡°And?¡± Dammit. If I stay up too much longer, then I''ll miss out on sleep. And I know she¡¯ll never leave unless I give her something to do¡ Maybe it is a good idea for her to stay with me... No! I refuse to sleep with an 8 year old girl! I¡¯m in my 20s if you count up the years! That¡¯s my issue right now. Who am I? How old am I? What religion do I believe in? What is my identity? This choice, of what I do here and now, will decide my fate for the rest of my life. No matter the planet. No matter the body. I chose to believe in my body¡¯s form at this moment. ¡°Fine. Come on over.¡± I heard a subtle, ¡°Yes.¡± I asked Emi, ¡°What happened to Uoun?¡± ¡°He¡ He decided to go his own way for now.¡± They probably had a fight. After that Emi came to see if she could prove to me that she was worthy of me, because I was the only connection she had. We reached my room, and I collapsed on the bed. Emi was right there with me. ¡°It feels like I¡¯m about to have a sleepover.¡± Emi said, as I nodded off. I¡¯m sure Emi kept talking after that, but I didn¡¯t hear anything, because I was sound asleep. Part 2, Chapter 8: I wish it was easy Chapter 8: I wish it was easy I awoke with Emi¡¯s shoulder laying on me slightly. I could feel her breathing, inflating, deflating. I tried my hardest to not disturb Emi as I headed on to the adventurer¡¯s guild. I took the same permanent quest as before. I saw a slime, and I chanted, ¡°Fire magic, I call upon you to unleash, Fire Bolt!¡± I watched the little ball smash into the slime, and completely and utterly fly right through it. The slime was unharmed. It was probably because of the Akafwhan magic. I bet using magic from Akafwhuwa only works on Akafwhuwan type monsters. I visualized the fire breaking out, killing the slime. It worked. I stayed on the upper levels, killing slimes. I was able to complete the permanent quest thrice. I got 15 silver coins. Just the amount I needed. I needed 10 silver coins to pay for a sword, and 5 extra for a night at the inn. I still wanted to try out the sword that day though. As soon as I bought the sword, I started swinging it around, pretending to be fighting monsters. I imagined the fight, slashing through slimes, goblins, and even Akafwhan monsters. ¡°Hut! Kyah!¡± I shouted like a complete idiot. Support the author by searching for the original publication of this novel. I heard a scream outside the building, and I ran to see what was going on. It was an Akafwhuwan monster, but this time it was a Razardo, a lizard type monster, and it brought it¡¯s buddy. I pulled out my sword, and tried to fight it, but the sword only bounced off. I imagined my sword being surrounded by flames, and shouted, ¡°Fire magic, I call upon you, to unleash Fire Blade!¡± The sword pierced through the monster¡¯s thick scales, and blood flowed out. ¡°You¡¯re next!¡± I shouted to the other monster, as it approached me. I slit the monster¡¯s throat, and gave it a hard kick to the face. I watched the monster fall to the ground, as it screamed in pain. I flicked the blood off my sword, and walked back into the crowd. But before I could say anything, I heard someone call my name. ¡°Iro! It¡¯s me! Redrae!¡± The girl standing before me was, in fact, Redrae. Her face didn¡¯t quite reflect what she had just seen. This reminded me of what she said before. ¡°I just avoid it by not having any regret.¡± ¡°Hi Redrae. What are you doing here?¡± I asked, ¡°Oh, I was just here getting some potions for my party, but then I saw you fighting. It intrigued me because it didn¡¯t look like a monster from Redal. What was that thing?¡± This was going to be hard to explain. How do I make a lie about what that monster is, when I¡¯m talking to another adventurer? That¡¯s it! ¡°Oh, it¡¯s a kind of monster that¡¯s from Futae. It probably got through the walls somehow.¡± ¡°I see. So Futae has different kinds of monsters?¡± ¡°Yeah. A lot of them.¡± This was the perfect lie. Pretty much nobody here has been to Futae, because that¡¯s the country we¡¯re at war with. ¡°Wow. I never knew. Well, I was going to go to the dungeon with my party. You want to tag along?¡± ¡°I guess.¡± I didn¡¯t want to join their party, but if we were just teaming up for a mission or two, I guess that¡¯s fine. I did need a bit of intel on how I should fight in the dungeons. ¡°Yay! Alright, could you carry a couple of these potions for me?¡± ¡°Yeah, sure.¡± We arrived at the supposed meeting spot, where we were greeted by 2 more adventurers. They were both men, whose names were, ¡°Anku¡± (Eh-n-ku) and ¡°Buhrruhd¡± (Boo-rud) Anku was another adventurer that was enjoyable, he didn¡¯t seem to have much muscle on his body, and his clothes seemed to be pretty expensive. Buhrruhd was a large man, who seemed to be the opposite of Anku in every way. His clothes were shabby, and while Anku seemed to be a bit of the coward type, Buhrruhd was the kind of guy to take on anything. ¡°What quest did you guys take?¡± Redrae asked Buhrruhd and Anku. ¡°We took a Goblin hunting quest. We are supposed to take out 25 goblins.¡± Buhrrud said, ¡°I tried to talk him into the half-slime half-goblin quest that was available, but he seemed pretty serious with this one.¡± Anku said to Redrae and I in response to Buhrruhd. ¡°Well, I think we can take it on! Right Iro?¡± ¡°Sure.¡± I said, ¡°As long as we stay focused.¡± Part 2, Chapter 9: Party Chapter 9: Party We walked down to floor 15, apparently the most common floor for goblins to spawn. We got into a formation optimized for fighting monsters. Buhrruhd was in front, with his ball and chain, ready to smash a goblin¡¯s head in. I was on the left and back side of Buhrruhd, ready to slice with my sword. Anku was on the right and back side of Buhrruhd, slightly scared to move forward, but still going to use his dagger if needed. Redrae was in the very back, with many healing potions at the ready, along with a bow and arrow, and dagger if need be. We were slowly killing slimes from floor 1-3, when there were some goblins mixed in every once and a while, but when we got to floor 15, there were goblins on every corner. Every minute was a new battle, a new chance to destroy the foul monster that is a distant distant cousin of the monster that killed Jhounka. Slashing with my sword was exhilarating. I would run as fast as I could, while using stun magic on the target goblin, and slash through the target. My sword was covered in blood, which I just shook off. Together, the team killed goblin after goblin, and eventually hit our second quota. This book''s true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience. We killed 30 goblins, a feat that showed that we as a team could work well together. We walked back to the guild to collect our reward, while the rest of the group had a conversation. ¡°Buhrruhd, your attacks have grown so much stronger! You really are just as strong as you look!¡± said Redrae. ¡°Ah, I¡¯ve got much more than that!¡± responded Buhrruhd, flexing. ¡°W- what about me?¡± Anku asked Redrae hopefully, ¡°You barely did anything. You should work as hard as me!¡± Buhrruhd responded in Redrae¡¯s place. ¡°No! Anku, you¡ Um, uh¡ Attracted more monsters! You look so weak the goblins couldn¡¯t resist!¡± said Redrae who was failing to compliment Anku. ¡°Hey!¡± said Anku. This made Buhrruhd laugh, which triggered Redrae and Anku to do the same. I, however, walked behind. I belonged in the group for my strength, not my communication skills. After all, I might be the one to kill these people. I left the group when we passed my inn. ¡°Bye Iro!¡± said Redrae. I walked up the small staircase to my room. I walked into the room, to be greeted by Emi. She sat in the room, waiting. It sort of reminded me of Gowa. Ugh! Don¡¯t remember that lie of a human being! ¡°You really should go home.¡± I said to Emi, ¡°Is that what you say to someone who caringly waited for you the entire day!?¡± Emi responded. ¡°Not when they¡¯re sitting in the room I bought and probably going to eat the food I buy.¡± ¡°Well¡ I still haven¡¯t paid you back yet¡ With my service¡¡± ¡°I don¡¯t want your service!¡± I yelled, pretty much done with this girl trying to stay with me. ¡°Alright then! I¡¯ll just have to go with Uoun!¡± ¡°It should have been that way from the start.¡± Part 2, Chapter 10: Fully Commit Chapter 10: Fully Commit I picked up the newspaper. It was what I had feared. Strange Monster Warning This warning is issued to all residents of Itone. Strange monsters have been appearing all over the country for as long as 3 years according to some residents. In this original case, the monsters were stopped by a boy that looked about 8 years old. However, in later cases, these monsters seem to be invincible to all magic and steel. Even members of the Border Control Unit 36 have been unable to put a scratch on these monsters. There have been a variety of different, almost other-worldly, monsters that have appeared. They range from a tall bird-like creature, to a human-looking fur covered monster. If you see any monsters that look other-worldly in any way, report them to the nearest Soldier or Border Control Unit Member. They are finally picking up on the monsters, tracking the attacks down, and recording them. If you didn¡¯t notice before, it¡¯s been 3 years since my first adventure with Redrae¡¯s party. In that time, I¡¯ve adventured mostly by myself, except for a couple of one-offs with Redrae¡¯s party. In those 3 years, I¡¯ve grown stronger, and can truly live pretty well with the money I¡¯m making. However, the threat of Akafwhan monsters has been looming over me ever since I first started seeing them. The problem with Akafwan monsters is that I¡¯m the only one who can defeat them, since I am the only one who has access to Akafwan magic. So if someone were to defeat them outside of me, then it would mean that there was someone else from Akafwhuwa, which isn¡¯t entirely implausible. Since ---- did it. I did it again. Every time I think about her it just reminds me of the burden I put on this world. Every person I meet may eventually die due to me. Just like back then. It seems like an eternity ago that I felt my first reconstruction and created Akafwhuwa. I passed by a small shop. It sold a variety of jewelry that had magical effects. Ranging from, ¡°Magic Blockers¡±'' Which is a type of jewelry crafted from a gemstone that can block certain magic attacks. Reaching all the way to, ¡°Summoning Necklaces¡± Which are used by adventurers to tame monsters. When you put a Summoning Necklace on a monster, they are sealed inside the necklace, and can be summoned when the necklace is put on. ¡°Do you happen to have any Level 8 or above Magic blockers?¡± I asked the attendant at the counter. ¡°Of course. We have Magic Blockers ranging from Level 8 to Level 12. May I interest you in this ring?¡± The attendant lifted up one red ring, it¡¯s sparkle was undeniably beautiful. Even to someone who didn¡¯t know much about magic items and jewelry. ¡°This ring is Level 12, and while hard to use due to it¡¯s high level, it is completely worth it! It can block attacks from even a low level Unidentifieds!¡± Unidentifieds? That could be well worth it. ¡°And the price?¡± I asked, ¡°2 Gold Coins. A relative bargain considering prices at other shops like ours.¡± 2 Gold is quite expensive¡ But I really wanted to buy one for Redrae, who¡¯s birthday was coming up. I gave the shop attendant 2 gold coins exactly, and walked towards the dungeon. This text was taken from Royal Road. Help the author by reading the original version there. I could see the mountain in which the dungeon was under on the horizon. It¡¯s peak was covered in the brightest snow I had ever seen. I was still passing shops, some of them trying to sell me merchandise related to the mountain and dungeon. Even in another universe, people are still trying to milk tourists for their money¡¯s worth. Sometimes I forget I¡¯m in another universe. But sometimes it¡¯s so plainly obvious, for all the wrong reasons. Like the next shop I passed. It was trying to sell slaves to those rich enough to purchase them. I¡¯m financially stable enough to purchase one, but it¡¯s definitely not up to my moral standards. I watched the eyes of the people being sold. Their eyes were crying for help, yet I couldn¡¯t do much. Until I saw 2 pairs of eyes I recognized. ¡°Emi? Uoun?¡± I sort of yelled and whispered at the same time. ¡°Iro? I¡¡± Emi said, remembering the terms we left on. Seeing their deep eyes, their quivering bodies, and the way they spoke, I felt a sort of hatred I had never before experienced. In the distance, I saw a slave being yelled at, told to walk over to their new owner, who was putting on a smug face. I remembered. I remembered what I had endured on earth. ¡°Say something! Tell them I¡¯m right!¡± I remembered. I give up. I¡¯ll fight for these people. Because. They are my friends. I drenched the salesman in water with magic, pulled out my sword, and cut the chains around Emi and Uoun. I then melted the chains around the other slaves with my fire magic. ¡°Emi, Uoun, let''s get out of here!¡± I said. Emi, Uoun, and I ran together, away from the dungeon, towards the inn I was staying at. We ran through the front doors, and dashed up the stairs. All to get back to the room. ¡°Why¡ Why did you do that?!¡± Emi yelled. She was probably right. I shouldn¡¯t have broken them out. My perfect life is over. It¡¯s game time now. ¡°Because it¡¯s not right. I don¡¯t know what¡¯s havppened in the last 3 years, but no matter what, I know you 2 don¡¯t deserve to be in slavery.¡± I said calmly, still trying to address what had happened myself. ¡°But not in place of yourself! The government is going to have everyone and everything looking for you now!¡± Uoun yelled, ¡°And besides that, now we¡¯re even more in debt to you!¡± ¡°For the last time! You¡¯re not in debt to me! I¡¯ve helped you because I wanted to! If I wanted something I would have told you before I broke you out!¡± I started yelling as well. ¡°Can we put this aside for now? What¡¯s really important is¡ What are you going to do Iro?¡± Emi said, now calmed down. ¡°The only thing I can do. Fully commit.¡± ¡°Fully commit?¡± Emi repeated. ¡°Yeah. Right now, I pledge to save this planet. Save it from the ways they¡¯ve called normal.¡± I said confidently. ¡°Are you sure?¡± Uoun asked. ¡°Yes I¡¯m sure. All I need is a little bit of time. If I can get that, then I can do it. Emi and Uoun looked at each other, and shrugged slightly. I went outside. Although it was putting my life on the line, I needed to master this technique. ¡°Dark magic, I call upon you, to unleash, Seal!¡± I yelled passionately. I watched the tree I was targeting, as a couple of branches fell into the black hole. It was just like when I learned magic with my left arm. I needed to re-perfect my Akafwhan magic. ¡°Dark magic! I call upon you, to unleash Seal!¡± I watched as more and more of the tree fell into the hole. Piece by piece, I will learn to control my Akafwhan magic. This is my final test. Finally one that is difficult for me. ¡°Dark magic! I call upon you¡ To unleash¡ SEAL!¡± I called out. Finally, the tree fell into the hole. I got it. ¡°Dark magic! I call upon you¡ To unleash¡ SEAL!¡± I repeated over, and over. I watched the dark hole grow and grow. It became more and more powerful. ¡°Iro!¡± I heard someone call over my shoulder. It sounded like Redrae. Was she watching me practice? If so, I wanted to go talk to her, and show her the gift I got her. In this world, it¡¯s customary to give the presents the night before someone¡¯s birthday. But Redrae wasn¡¯t just simply watching me practice. Redrae was being held by 2 soldiers. Part 2, Chapter 11: Revolution Chapter 11: Revolution Redrae was being held by 2 Soldiers, with 5 Border Control Unit members behind them. ¡°Iro! They made me bring them to where I thought you would be!¡± Redrae cried out. ¡°Shut up.¡± Said one of the Soldiers, twisting Redrae¡¯s wrist. ¡°Redrae!¡± I yelled out to her. Let¡¯s really get this started. I imagined the Soldier twisting Redrae¡¯s wrist catching on fire. ¡°Dark magic, I call upon you to unleash, SEAL!¡± All 5 of the Border Control Unit members were pulled into the hole. The remaining Soldier put a knife to Redrae¡¯s throat, and said, ¡°D- Don''t¡¯ get any closer!¡± ¡°What do you think I¡¯m going to do? Especially after your nice invitation?¡± I asked the Soldier. I walked up to him, and punched him in the stomach. ¡°Redrae.¡± I said, grabbing Redrae¡¯s arm, ¡°We need to run.¡± I pulled a walkie talkie out of my pocket. ¡°Emi, Uoun, I need to meet up with you at the spot.¡± I said to the walkie talkie, ¡°Roger that.¡± I heard Uoun¡¯s voice respond. Before I left to train, I gave Emi and Uoun the walkie talkie I made a couple of months before. While Redrae was surprised, she was suspecting something was up after I started using Akafwhan magic. Redrae and I went to the meeting spot I made, which was in the exact middle of my training grounds and the inn. When we met up, I led everyone to a small cabin I had discovered, which was near the dungeon. It was away from the public eye though, and probably wouldn¡¯t be discovered. I opened the door inside, and turned on the fireplace with magic. ¡°Come on in.¡± I said to the group. I then went through the trouble of explaining 2 things. 1.) That I was being chased by the government for the unlawful release of slaves. 2.) Who Emi and Uoun are, and why I know them. ¡°I see. So you saw that Emi and Uoun were captured and being sold, and freed them because they are your friends.¡± ¡°Correct.¡± ¡°That seems like something the government would love to tear you apart over.¡± ¡°At least it¡¯s not the Futae government after me.¡± We all chuckled a bit. ¡°Emi, Uoun, do you want to go check if there are any Soldiers around? I want to talk to Redrae in private for a minute.¡± I said. ¡°Yeah. Sure.¡± Emi responded, getting off the comfortable couch, and going outside with Uoun. Once they had left, I started with the conversation I wanted to have with Redrae. I was finally going to do it. ¡°Redrae¡ I bought you this ring¡ And I well¡ I love you.¡± ¡°Iro? R- Really?¡± ¡°Of course.¡± ¡°Well¡ I- I like you too.¡± I put the ring on Redrae¡¯s hand, and said, ¡°And because I love you, I wanted to tell you something I¡¯ve never told anyone before.¡± ¡°W- What is it?¡± ¡°This¡ This is my 3rd life.¡± ¡°Wh- What do you mean your 3rd life?¡± Did you know this text is from a different site? Read the official version to support the creator. ¡°I¡¯ve lived on 2 other planets before this. And I was the one to destroy them, in order to come here.¡± ¡°2 other planets? You¡¯re joking right?¡± ¡°No. This walkie talkie here, it¡¯s technology from the first planet I lived on.¡± ¡°Well¡¡± ¡°And that magic I was performing earlier, it¡¯s magic from the 2nd planet I lived on.¡± ¡°I¡ It¡¯s hard for me to process this right now¡ But¡ No matter what¡ I believe you.¡± ¡°Thank you¡ Thank you so much¡ It feels so good to get that off my back.¡± ¡°No wonder¡ I couldn¡¯t imagine keeping that secret for not just 1 life, but 3.¡± With my secret being revealed, I was absolutely ready. ¡°Redrae. I want to overthrow the royal family.¡± ¡°O- Overthrow?¡± ¡°That¡¯s right. I want to install a system that is truly beneficial for everyone. Something from Earth would work here. I can just feel it.¡± ¡°You understand how difficult that will be right? The royal family has hundreds of thousands of soldiers.¡± ¡°But I have magic nobody knows about. Let alone Earth technology.¡± ¡°Fair point but¡ They¡¯re an army¡¡± ¡°I¡¯ll show you. Give me about an hour.¡± ¡°An hour?¡± I looked around in the dungeon for excess metal and such. I found a lot of metal actually, which I used when I went back to the cabin to craft my second gun in another world. This time though, I didn¡¯t use a sponge. This was as real as a gun could get. I showed it to Redrae. ¡°This was technology from another world!? It¡¯s amazing¡ With this¡ You could take on 100 soldiers without the use of magic¡ So with magic¡¡± ¡°That¡¯s right. It¡¯s a super-weapon capable of taking on the royal family with.¡± ¡°If you can make it better. If you can truly make people¡¯s lives worth living again¡ Then let¡¯s do it.¡± ¡°Then let¡¯s make a plan.¡± I said. ¡°Yeah. We can¡¯t just walk right in the front door.¡± Redrae agreed.¡± ¡°I can use my magic and blindsight them. So what if I go in the back entrance?¡± ¡°I feel like that would be even more obvious than the front door.¡± ¡°Fair point. Then¡ What if I go in from the bottom?¡± ¡°What?¡± ¡°The castle probably has a basement. If I go under the ground and dig into the basement, then I can completely surprise them.¡± ¡®That sounds good, but how much dirt will you have to dig?¡± ¡°I can just use my earth powers to put the dirt in a hole or something.¡± ¡°What should I do?¡± ¡°Well¡ Could you guard behind me? If we¡¯re digging a tunnel, and for some reason someone gets in the opposite side, then we¡¯d have a problem.¡± ¡°Alright.¡± ¡°Let¡¯s do this at night. Maybe 2:00 AM?¡± ¡°When is that?¡± I forgot, they don¡¯t have clocks here. ¡°I¡¯ll just tell you when it is.¡± Eventually 1:45 AM rolled around, and we started preparing. I put my sword on my back, my gun in my hoist, and my armor on my body. Redrae put on her ring, her armor, put her sword on her back, and pulled out plenty of healing potions. Emi and Uoun stayed behind to hold down the fort. I moved the dirt, and in 5 minutes, we were at the walls of the basement. ¡°Are you ready?¡± I asked Redrae, ¡°More ready than ever before.¡± Redrae responded. ¡°Alright. On the count of 3.¡± And unison, we counted. ¡°1,¡± I wasn¡¯t going to have a normal life here. ¡°2,¡± I gave up on that. Maybe that was a mistake¡ No¡ It was for the best. ¡°3!¡± I blasted through the wall with magic, and performed Seal on everyone in the room. Redrae stayed behind me, ready with her sword in one hand, and healing potions in the other. I used earth magic to seal the hole where we came from backup. ¡°Let¡¯s go.¡± I said as we proceeded to the next room. The next room was a hall that led to the basement. It was large, I could barely see the end of it. There weren¡¯t any Soldiers as far as I could see. ¡°Stay close.¡± I instructed Redrae. We walked forward, towards the door, but when we got inside the next room, soldiers attacked us from the back. ¡°Look out!¡± Redrae yelled, using earth magic to seal the soldiers in a room. I had specifically told Redrae not to kill anyone. I¡¯m not killing anyone either. While we were waiting in the cabin, I was actually manipulating Seal, making it so I can release anything I seal. When we are done here, I¡¯m going to release everyone I sealed, however, I may release them into a prison cell depending on their act. We moved onward. Redrae and I conquered room after room. Once we get past this, I just need to scale up, and conquer entire planets. What did God mean by conquer? I mean, that¡¯s pretty vague, that could mean accomplishing my long term goal, of making every organism on that planet happy, or it could simply mean me ruling over it, or it could mean anything else. I really need to try to figure that out. Redrae and I were just heading through a red hallway, which led to a large doorway. We went through the doorway to find an empty throne. The king was asleep. We went up the stairs to the right, down a hallway, down another hallway, and finally, we found the bedrooms of the royal family. The one in front was for the king and queen, the one to the left was for the princess, and the one to the right was for the prince. I yelled for the king to come out. And he did, he was very startled. ¡°H- h- how did you get past the-¡± ¡°Oh, the guards? Yeah, they¡¯re all in my storage. Do you want me to take them out?¡± ¡°Storage?¡± ¡°Yeah, I sealed them using magic.¡± ¡°Magic? I¡¯ve never heard of that spell¡ Then again, I am a Rudar¡¡± ¡°Yeah, it¡¯s a pretty uncommon spell.¡± ¡°Ah, I see.¡± The king paused for a moment, and cleared his throat, ¡°That¡¯s some amazing magic, but if I may ask, WHY DID YOU WAKE ME IN MY OWN CASTLE?¡± ¡°Oh yeah. I wanted to trade with you.¡± ¡°Yes?¡± ¡°I want you to give me all of your power as king, you don¡¯t have to give up anything, there will just be 2 kings, and you will receive me not injuring or possibly killing anyone.¡± ¡°Th- that¡¯s ridiculous!¡± ¡°Think about if you give it up though.¡± ¡°W- Would you really k- k- kill anyone?¡± ¡°Who knows? But I have a feeling you wouldn¡¯t want to take any chances.¡± The king¡¯s breathing became faster and shorter, and he finally answered with¡ Part 2, Chapter 12; Aozora Chapter 12; Aozora ¡°No.¡± The king''s response was startling to me, as I was sure he would say yes. The king continued, ¡°It would be betraying my people to say yes so easily¡ I won¡¯t let you just barge in here and become king!¡± The king¡¯s forehead grew viens on it, and he said, ¡°Your methods are so flawed it makes me cringe. The fact that you would threaten innocent people¡¡± ¡°The fact that you would let people be sold as slaves, no more than objects is what makes me cringe.¡± ¡°That is-¡± ¡°That you just let Futae get away with their horrible treatment of people. Sending such young people out to war¡¡± ¡°How can you blame me?! I¡¯m still fighting this war! Many just gave up!¡± ¡°With me in charge, I could win the war in 3 days.¡± ¡°You¡¯re just spitting that out. There¡¯s no way you could actually lead an army like that.¡± ¡°And yet I could. I could go alone and still win, let alone with an army.¡± The king prepared his voice, and yelled, ¡°Itonao!¡± A name? I heard that royal first names use the convention of, using Itone, removing the e, then adding 2-4 letters at the end. I think Itonao was the name of the princess? I was right. A girl came out. ¡°Get rid of him and his unrightful treatment of the king¡¡± The king uttered. ¡°Understood father.¡± The princess responded. The princess started using magic to try to trap me, but I was too quick. I ran up to her, tapped her on the shoulder, and she fell to the ground. ¡°You¡¡± The king said, as if he was speaking for his daughter. The princess got up, and used magic on me, although it affected me, I did not die to a fatal attack. Did you know this text is from a different site? Read the official version to support the creator. ¡°Wh- Who are you?¡± The king asked. ¡°Me? Oh, I¡¯m just a young adventurer. Just 16 years old, although I look way too young for my age.¡± ¡°I won¡¯t¡ S- s- surrender the throne to you¡¡± The king said, struggling to get his words across. ¡°Alright. I¡¯ll come back in¡ I don¡¯t know¡ Probably a week or so? That probably gives you enough time to prepare¡ Yeah¡ Alright, see you in a week, pops!¡± The king growled, as Redrae and I escaped. When we got back to the cabin, Redrae asked me, ¡°Would you really hurt or even kill somebody for this?¡± ¡°Of course not. This is all intimidation. I gave them a week to prepare for nothing. I¡¯ll probably not show up for about 2 weeks, then when I do show up, I¡¯ll just tell the king, ¡®Hey, could I have that land now?¡¯ he¡¯ll respond with trying to blow me to smithereens, and I just say, alright, you have it your way, I¡¯ll just take over the land the political way.¡± ¡°You seem¡ pretty calm about this whole thing¡¡± ¡°If I showed I was worried¡¡± I paused, ¡°It¡¯d just get in the way of my goal.¡±
A week passed by. Me, Redrae, Emi, and Uoun barely left the cabin. We all crowded around the fire, but we never quite felt warm. At the time, we were all sitting on a couch, right next to the fire, when we heard a loud noise in the distance. Steadily, for the next 15 minutes or so, we heard voices getting closer and closer, until they finally knocked on the door. ¡°Open up! These are direct orders from the king to the Border Control Unit!¡± ¡°Hide!¡± I sort of whisper-yelled to Redrae, Emi, and Uoun. ¡°I¡¯ll give you 15 seconds!¡± On the 15 second mark, just before they broke down the door, I opened it. ¡°Hi.¡± ¡°Sir, do you happen to be the adventurer that was with the king 1 week ago?¡± ¡°Why yes I am.¡± ¡°Handcuff him.¡± ¡°Wait right there.¡± ¡°Where did he go?¡± The guards asked, after I disappeared for a moment. ¡°Oh, hi I¡¯m back. It was cold, so I just teleported back home to grab a scarf.¡± ¡°W- What?¡± The guard practically tumbled back. ¡°Men, ready your swords!¡± ¡°Do you really want to try me?¡± The guard was shaking, yet still ready to make a move at any point. ¡°If you have nothing to say or do, then why don¡¯t you just leave me in peace?¡± I slowly shut the door, but just before it was fully shut, the guard shouted, ¡°Go!¡± All of the guards came rushing in with swords drawn, and I was desperately trying to use Seal on them. While this would have been a piece of cake on Akafwhuwa, it does strain me a bit on Redal. Guards tumbled over each other, but all of them eventually fell into the black hole of Seal. There was one last guard left, but as I Sealed him, I heard from behind me a scream. In all of the chaos, I didn¡¯t notice there was a guard sneaking up from behind, who had just cut off Redrae¡¯s left arm. I ran and kicked the guard in the head, knocking him into a wall, making it easier for me to perform Seal. I ran to Redrae, and held her in my arms. She was bleeding a lot. If I didn¡¯t do anything, she would probably die. ¡°I- Iro¡ I- I love you¡¡± While Redrae stopped talking after that, she was still alive, I could hear her heart beating. So I screamed into the sky, ¡°God! If you can hear me, please, one last time¡ RECONSTRUCT!¡± (Special) Part 3, Chapter 1. Caution, this is this the first and only chapter of Part 3. How Many Times Do I Have To Die? Is It Really Necessary? Part 3 Chapter 1; Back Here? I found myself flying high above the planet for the 3rd time in my life. I knew what I did just seconds ago. I let my emotions get the best of me. But¡ If I let Redrae die, I don¡¯t know how I would live with myself. God spoke up. ¡°Ahem. So you did it again. Surprising you have only done this 3 times, considering how trigger happy others can get.¡± ¡°What do you mean?¡± ¡°Well, some other people who have been bestowed with your power decide to reconstruct before they¡¯ve even spent a month in their new world.¡± ¡°There are¡ Others?¡± ¡°Yes, or, there were others to be more specific.¡± ¡°What happened to them?¡± ¡°They all succeeded.¡± ¡°Really?¡± ¡°Yes. Although, it¡¯s been more than a million years since the last Wielder. So the effects they made are practically unnoticeable.¡± I asked God the question my heart had been screaming at me to ask throughout the entire time I had been here. ¡°What happened to Redrae?¡± ¡°She is safely talking to an angel on the other side of the planet.¡± ¡°I see.¡± ¡°Well, the reconstruction is almost complete, so I suppose I should get started with everything.¡± God cleared his throat almost iconically, ¡°First, you will be born into a society that has been around on a planet called ¡®Earth¡¯ for many years. Second, you will be in the body of a 6 year old boy, who is in a family of 3. Third, magic does not exist on Earth. Fourth, for your time in this new galaxy, your aging will follow a different process. From your time age 6-20, one normal year of aging will be regular. When you reach age 20, it will take 10 years for one years aging process. Once you reach the age of 40, your aging will completely stop. Your aging will follow this process because you are invincible in this galaxy. You can actually give this invincibility to other people, if you perform the ritual. Finally, Good luck.¡±If you encounter this tale on Amazon, note that it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. Earth!? That¡¯s one name I never thought I would hear again. But it was right there. I was going back to Earth. ¡°God, what year is it on Earth?¡± ¡°In your calendar, I believe it is 2011¡± I was 6 years old in 2011. ¡°Am I in the same body I was in when I was on Earth for the first time?¡± ¡°No. You are in a different body.¡± God looked at Earth, ¡°Oh, it¡¯s time. You need to get to your body.¡± ¡°Wait!¡± ¡°Hmm?¡± ¡°What about Redrae? Is she coming to Earth? And where can I find her?¡± ¡°Oh she is coming. She has a goal too. You will meet each other again soon.¡± ¡°Wait-¡± I tried to hold onto the conversation with God, but it was too late. I had already awoken in my new body. I looked at the walls, they were painted a light shade of blue, and had many posters and such on them. After closer inspection, the posters were of different TV shows, mostly ones kids would like. They were all in Japanese, so I knew I was at least still in Japan. But, everything else was a mystery. ¡°Iro! Breakfast!¡± My name stayed the same!? Besides that, the voice I heard was a woman¡¯s, so I assumed it was my mother. ¡°Coming!¡± I responded swiftly, as I got dressed, and went to where I heard the voice from. I walked through a hall with 3 doors, the one I just left from, one to the left which I assumed was my parent¡¯s room, and one more to the right which was the bathroom. I came out of the hall to be greeted by my mother putting eggs on the table. ¡°Morning.¡± I said, trying to be friendly with someone I had never met. ¡°Morning, I¡¯ve got eggs on the table, and the bacon is almost done.¡± The room I was in had a large kitchen, and a table vaguely pointed towards the direction of the TV. I sat down, said thanks for the meal, and began eating. Without meaning to though, my mouth said, ¡°It''s so good!¡± ¡°Is it good? You have this every morning, don¡¯t know why you''re suddenly surprised.¡± I have to try to avoid things like this. Then again, I have no idea what the kid was like before this. Maybe it will seem like I''m just growing up and changing. All at once though? I don¡¯t know. ¡°Where is dad?¡± I asked, ¡°Oh, dad is at work honey. He¡¯ll be back by 5:00.¡± So just my dad goes to work. My mom continued, ¡°Today is a Friday, so he¡¯ll be home all day today and tommorow, then you have your first day of school!¡± So Monday is my first day of school¡ I guess the next 3 days are a bit of a tutorial for this body. I finished my meal, and thanked mom. I went back to my room, to try to figure out a bit about what this kid¡¯s life was like. It¡¯s so much more difficult being reincarnated into someone else¡¯s body. Which makes me wonder¡ What happened to the kid that was in my body before me? Did he die? Did he never exist in the first place? One day I¡¯ll ask God. One day. I rummaged through my room. I found various games and toys, but the thing that interested me most was the GameBox by Mimtendo. It was a purple box to play video games on! What more could you want? It even had a handle! It¡¯s controller was weird but amazing as well, it was completely different from it¡¯s competitor, the PlayTerminal 2 by Suny. While the PT2 completely outsold the GameBox, the GameBox had a more loyal fanbase. I played the games, pressing the almost new buttons, something I hadn¡¯t felt in decades. While I was enamored with the GameBox, I had to get to work. ¡°I¡¯m leaving!¡± I told mom, ¡°Come back by 3:00!¡± Mom responded. I had to find somewhere where I wouldn¡¯t be watched¡ Then I realized it. I was in the middle of the smallest village I had ever seen. ¡°What the hell!? I have to start here of all places? Why do I have to start here when I could have started in Tokyo?! I don¡¯t want to play around in the country!¡± I yelled to the air, knowing no one would hear me, as there were no other houses in the area. This was good for one thing though, I definitely wouldn¡¯t be watched. There was no one in the area to watch me! So I started with my training.
