    i focus in every moment of my day on my spiritual representation, my personal one is a tree, I focus on the tree surrounding me, it chanelling energy into me and vice versa, I focus on the roots connecting me to everything on earth, and the leaves connecting me to everything above the earth, the roots are a representation of your relations with the world, and your leaves are a representation of your spiritual connections.


    The energy is channeled through you, and as you focus on it, channel it into your core and hold it there, and imagine it spinning pulling and pushing the energy through you and your spiritual representation.     My current theory for the magic of this plane is that in some way our unconscious/subconscious mind is connected to the universe of magic in some way, and gradually by training our minds we can gain better control or manifestation of the magic, also, interestingly it appears that a large part of causing magical effects has to do with the belief that the effect will happen, although this is not always true, for example the global consciousness project, which measured an effect of globally felt emotions to have an effect on Random electrical charge generators, the experiment was done by Roger Nelson and colleagues.
