"You won''t have a chance to do that!" Red Ranger said as he and his teammates began to call their mechas, which soon combined into a giant humanoid robot. And the giant battle began. At first, the Chameleon Monster had the upper hand as it used its disguise to easily avoid the robot''s attack and attacked back from a corner the Rangers didn''t expect. However, the Rangers soon began to use the sound with which the giant monster moved to locate it. After that, the Warrior of Justice gained the upper hand. "Eat this! Sword of Justice!" "Onore! It''s a failure again!" Minoru shouted to his phone. "I will make you pay, Rangers! Red and Pink Rangers, I will make you pay double as you dare act lovey-dovey!" Minoru then hugged the plushie of a three-eye green creature, which looked exactly like the one in the show. "Sigh...I think it gets worse over time, let''s take this guy to the mental hospital!" one of Minoru''s roommates said. "Hahaha...but I find it funny and cute!" the other guy said. This scene had become familiar with Minoru''s roommates. Minoru always supported the villains and usually acted like their big bad boss. At the start of each episode, he would praise the evil plan and said he didn''t want any more failure if it were not the first episode. When the episode had been shown half-way, he would laugh with the villains and began cursing the Rangers for interfering with the evil plan. And at the end of the episode, he would curse the Rangers again after a defeat and acted like the villain boss who punished his minions for failure. Suddenly, the door to the room burst opened, and the last roommates appeared. "Let''s go to the Devi Club tonight!" the roommate who had just come in said. "The nightclub that was opened recently? Lucifer shouted to the cultists, with his aura putting pressure on them. The leader of the cultists did not reply to Lucifer''s question, he bowed his head and chanted something with a low voice. "EAT THIS!" the leader shouted as he raised his right hand up and threw a fireball at Lucifer. "...So you are wizards...but this is child''s play!" Lucifer simply used his left hand to catch the fireball, no injury at all. "Before inviting someone to eat your cooking, you should try it first!" Lucifer said as he threw the fireball back at the leader of the cultist. However, instead of being consumed by the fire, the leader turned into something different...something that looked like a humanoid monster with animal characteristics. The chameleon monster then dashed at Lucifer and used its tongue to attack the handsome demon, who easily dodged the attack and grabbed the tongue of the strange monster before using it to spin the monster like some spinning-top toys. "AIEEEEE!" the monster screamed. Lucifer then threw it away, the chameleon monster slammed down right next to Minoru. "Ready to answer my question?" Lucifer asked. Seeing Minoru, the chameleon immediately grabbed him. "STOP! OR I''LL KILL THIS BOY!" "...HAHAHAHAHA...I''m a demon and the life of a mere human doesn''t concern me one bit." It was just convenient to go here before coming back." Lucifer replied. Suddenly, both of them heard a shout like that of a child. "PAPA!" As Mammon turned around, he saw Little D. However, when Minoru was acting as the super villain, he could see people from the corner of his eye. He turned around and saw Lucifer, Mammon, and Little D. No. 2 standing there. They were speechless. "You make me feel like Levi is nothing compared to you." Mammon said. "How...how long have you been standing there?" Minoru gulped and asked. After splitting with Lucifer, Minoru went to "Stories & Novels" section. The Devildom The deepest part of the Devildom A mysterious person in black standing in front of something that looked like a sarcophagus. The sarcophagus was completely black in color, adorned with many valuable jewels. "WAKE UP! DEMON KING!" the person shouted after finishing some incantations. After the shout, an earthquake happened.
"Are angels attacking?" "No, it''s an earthquake!?" "How could it be possible? This phenomenon had never happened at Devildom since it became stabilized after its creation!" a old demon of Devildom shouted. "Mama, I''m scared!" A little demon girl hugged her mother tightly. Many of the citizens of Devildom had similar reactions to this strange phenomenon. It caused quite a commotion among the people. After all, except extremely old demons, other demons never experienced this before.
The lid of the sarcophagus was opened, and the Demon King stepped out. "DIAVOLO! MY SON! "..." Satan turned back to his human form "Did you get any clues from the monster?" "No, I wasn''t able to. The monster exploded as it died, leaving no trace that it ever existed. The cultists following it were just clueless pawns." "Haizzz..." Satan sighed "If there is no clue, how can we continue to investigate them? He always manages to find us, no matter where we are." Mammon answered instead of Lucifer. "Which is a nuisance, because we need some privacy too, especially me, who needs some time to to spend the money I earn." "You do realize that Lucifer is with us right now, right?" "!!!" "MAMMON!" Ring...ring...ring "Minoru!?...Consider yourself lucky, Mammon!" Lucifer said as he pressed the green phone button appearing on his phone. "Minoru, what is it?" "L...Lucy, my mom...you have to save her!" "Calm down first! I will return right away!"
When Ms. Takahashi woke up, she could barely see anything since she was surrounded by by pitch black darkness. As her eyes were adjusting to the darkness, she heard the sound of an opening door and then, the light turned on. "Good morning, Ms. Takahashi!" As Ms. Takahashi looked at the two men standing in front of her, she just wanted to scream. Before her stood a bearded man in black attire, but the second man was a gruesome humanoid spider monster. "If you''re scared of him, you may scream, Ma''am!" the bearded man in black attire said, he seemed pretty amused by the scared look on Ms. Takahashi''s face. "W...who are y...you? W...where am I...I? W...what do y...you w...want?" Ms. Takahashi suppressed her fear and asked with a trembled voice. "HAHAHAHAHA!" the bearded man laughed "How rude of me? I should have introduced myself first. I am General Sabnock, this guy here is Synthetic Spider." The humanoid spider monster nodded in agreement and even repeated its name "Synthetic Spider". "As for your other questions...it''s not hurt to tell you. But I will only tell you when your son arrives." (It''s not hurt to tell...he''s gonna kill us when Minoru arrives!?) CHAPTER XII - THE POWER OF THE PACTS At the motel, Monday evening Minoru could not suppress his worry and anxiety. One moment he was walking back and forth, the next he sat with Mammon. "Can you just stay in one place? You''re making my head spinning!" Mammon shouted. "Mammon, Minoru''s worried about his family. It''s normal to do something to let out the anxiety." (Satan) "Lead me to your master!" Lucifer simply casted a spell and ordered. After receiving the order, the silk floated and flied away. Lucifer and Satan followed it closely.
Because of the connection between the disappearing of Minoru''s mom case and the cultist case, officers Yoko and Giichi had been dispatched to aid the police in St. Anne''s Town and add the disappearing case into the cultist case''s files. "Huh!?" "What is it, Giichi?" Yoko asked. "I just saw two men dashing through that alleyway." Giichi answered. Yoko looked out of the window but did not see anything. "Maybe it was your imagination." "Yeah, maybe because I''m so tired from the drive here." (Why do I have the feeling that one of the man look similar to the guy named Lucifer I met back at the police station.) Giichi thought. CHAPTER XIII - BREAKING INTO THE ENEMYS LAIR Monday 10::00 PM Lucifer and Satan followed the enchanted spider silk to a mountain range to the East of Jewel City. "...It looks like in a mystery film where the protagonist finds out the antagonist''s evil lair." Satan commented as they arrived in front of a large iron door hidden very carefully by green trees and bushes. "Open!" Lucifer nodded in agreement casted a spell on the large iron door. The door was immediately opened. Behind the door was a dark hallway leading deep into the "evil lair". There were only a few light bulbs hung on the ceiling with enough light to see the way ahead. "You don''t need to hide anymore!" (Lucifer) After hearing the words of Lucifer, a bunch of henchmen in black uniform with black mask jumped out from their hiding spots and surrounded the two demons. Both Lucifer and Satan smirked.
After a few minutes, all of the grunts were lying on the ground. All of them were dead. "Let''s see what''s under this mask." Satan said as he took the mask off a dead grunt. "..." "What is it, Satan?" Lucifer looked at the dead grunt Satan was looking at and he was surprised as well. Under the mask was metal, cogs, cables, a small computer screen and many other technology stuff. "They...are...robots." Satan was flabbergasted. "I don''t remember technology in human world being this advanced." Lucifer was no different from Satan. After a while of examining the thing and could barely understand it, two two demons proceeded to go deep inside. They met a few more bunches of grunts and defeated them as easily as eating a piece of cake. In fact, they quite enjoyed destroying the grunts, as it allowed them to show their aggressive side, which is like second nature to demons. After fighting and walking for some time, the two demon brothers finally arrived at the end of the dark hall, where they found another metal door, smaller than the entrance one. Lucifer once again casted "Open" spell and the door opened on its own. Stepping inside the room, the first thing they saw was a middle-aged woman being tied to a chair in the middle of the room. They knew her to be Minoru''s mother, as Minoru once showed her picture to them. As the two of the three most clever demons among the seven brothers (along with Belphegor / Belphie), they knew right away that there would be a trap waiting for them so they walked towards Ms. Takahashi very carefully. Suddenly, a large spider web fell from the ceiling, but both Lucifer and Satan were fast enough to dodge and not let themselves to be caught. "Darn it, I missed!" Synthetic Spider shouted as he dashed towards the brother and shot out spider silk from his mouth. "Let me deal with him!" Satan told Lucifer, who nodded. Satan then changed into his demon form. "Spirit of fire, the Avatar of Wrath commands thee. Burn the unnatural silk that are coming out from the monster in front of me." As Synthetic Spider prepared to shoot more silk, the silk inside its mouth began to burn. "ARGH!" Synthetic Spider screamed out in pain. However, Synthetic Spider, being a monster, soon recovered as it was able to put out the fire. It dashed towards Satan and punched him in the abdomen. "Argh!" Satan screamed "Just kidding!" but it was all a lie. Satan grabbed the Synthetic Spider and threw it to the other side of the room. He then came near the monster and cut off something that looked like a spider leg on its back. "Farewell!" Satan said "Hell''s Fire of Wrath, BURN!" Immediately, the Synthetic Spider''s body was set on fire, a green fire - the Hell''s Fire of Wrath. Previously, the Synthetic Chameleon was burned with a blue fire - the Hell''s Fire of Pride. BOOM Synthetic Spider exploded, with nothing of it remained, except the "spider leg" that Satan cut off from his body, which the Avatar of Wrath intended to bring back in order to find out more about the secret organization that Synthetic Spider called the Phantom Order. As Satan put the small "spider leg" into his pocket. The metal door on the other side of the room opened, and entered a bearded man dressed in black holding a cane, followed by a bat humanoid monster and a cobra humanoid monster and many grunts. "Spectacular performance!" the bearded man said and clapped. "You''re behind all of these shenanigan, I assumed?" (Lucifer) "Yes, and no. This trial was planned by the Great Fuhrer, and I, General Sabnock, only carried it out." CHAPTER 13.5 - MS. TAKAHASHI IN THE EVIL LAIR After General Sabnock told Ms. Takahashi about the plan of the Phantom Order, she was overwhelmed with thought about Minoru and his life. For a few seconds, she thought, or more precisely, hoped all of this was a prank. But reality is often disappointing. There were so many signs pointing out that this was not a joke, like the grunts, there were just so many of them. The monsters like Synthetic Spider, Synthetic Bat, and Synthetic Cobra acted more like beast than human. Like anyone would eat through the mouth of a costume if they could just take the mask off? Those Synthetic Beasts also devoured food like beast. After accepting the fact that the whole kidnapping thing happening to her was real, Ms. Takahashi thought of a way to escape. But there was no hope of escaping because she was tied to a chair by chains and the grunts kept their eyes on her all the time. Synthetic Bat did deliver some food and water to her. She got released from the chains but the monster kept its eyes on her all the time until she finished eating. After that, it was back to be chained. The only time she was allowed to be unchained was when she asked to go to the WC. And the WC was like something from the Middle Age, and the room only had a dim light bulb with only one door serving as entrance / exit, no window. After a few hours, Ms. Takahashi finally came to accept the fact that there was no way she could escape from this place, unless a miracle happened. She could only pray and tell herself that these mad people were mistaken about Minoru, who was only an innocent boy and no way could he be involved with them.
Ms. Takahashi was not aware how much time had passed since she was brought to this evil lair, but approximately 2 hours had gone-by when she saw the grunts began moving from their usual guard spots. They also moved her to another room with nothing much except the floor and the ceiling. Ms. Takahashi instinctively looked around the new place, and after squinting her eyes, she found out that Synthetic Spider was hiding on the dark ceiling above. After a while, the metal door opened, and two handsome men appeared. And wow, they are so handsome, but wait, are they also members of the organization?, thought Ms. Takahashi. Before long, to her surprise, Synthetic Spider began to attack these two men. And... One of the men just transformed...the new form was dark, sinister, and...horns... Anyone could tell that the man is a demon, provided that this is not a prank... CHAPTER XIV - BREAKING INTO THE ENEMYS LAIR (2) "...I, General Sabnock, only carried it out." "SABNOCK!!!" Satan was surprised at the name. "Satan, he''s not the ''Sabnock'' we know." (Lucifer) "I know. He''s too composed to be that brute Sabnock. But to think that the man right here having the same name as one of the most well-known demons in Devildom..." "I suppose you intentionally let us fight Synthetic Spider to see for yourself our powers." Lucifer looked at General Sabnock straight in the eye, which made the General a little bit uncomfortable. "You''re correct. Congratulations, you have passed our trial with flying colors." General Sabnock replied as he held out his hand. "So you want us to join you?" (Satan) General Sabnock nodded and smiled to show his ''friendliness''. "Laugh...an intriguing offer." (Satan) Satan''s words made General Sabnock smile.
Looking at the scene, Ms. Takahashi could not think of anything beside worst things possible happening to her and her son, and country J, and the whole world. "Oh God, please save us from evil!" she muttered her prayer. But the scene happened after that surprised her.
"But I''m totally not interested in joining Minoru''s enemies!" Satan said decisively. "You are enemies to my most dear person, plus, I already have someone to whom I swore allegiance. So not even in your dreams will I join you!" Lucifer turned to his demon form. "Minoru?...I see...that boy sent you. KILL THEM!" General Sabnock shouted after hearing the answers of the two demons. Stolen novel; please report. The black grunts began to shoot continuously at Lucifer, Satan and Minoru''s mom. "Spirit of earth, form a shield around us and protect us from harm!" Satan chanted. Demon do not need shield to protect themselves from human world bullets, the shield''s purpose was to protect Ms. Takahashi. They could shield her with their bodies, but better safe and sorry (and they are not that selfless either, except when it comes to their beloved sheep). "Guns, turn back and destroy those who use you for evil purposes!" Lucifer placed a curse. PEW PEW PEW The guns turned back to shoot as their former owners, but it did not manage to kill them, because the grunts were all robots and the synthetic monsters were just beyond human. General Sabnock was nowhere to be found, as he had soon retreated after he issued the killing order.
General Sabnock went inside the Central Command Room of the base. On one of the wall of the room was the symbol of the Phantom Order, which depicted two demonic eyes looking down upon the whole world. A large chair was placed under the symbol, on which was a black Daruma doll. "General Sabnock!" the Daruma doll suddenly called out. "Gr...Great Fuhrer!" the general immediately knelt down. "This base has been discovered by enemies, leave the place, and make sure nothing is left behind!" the Daruma doll said, its eyes shone with red light. "B...but..." "Sabnock, they''re real demons!" "...I understand!"
BOOM BOOM Synthetic Bat and Synthetic Cobra fell down at the same time and exploded. All of the grunts were also defeated. "Satan, I don''t think it''s wise to continue pursuing further into their lair." Lucifer said as he saw Satan prepared to charge further inside. "...Sigh...You''re right. Tch, I really want to vent all of my Wrath on that Sabnock, but that man must have escaped, and like in those TV series, has the base ex..." BOOM BOOM BOOM Before Satan could finish his sentence, both of them and Ms. Takahashi heard loud explosion sounds. Lucifer immediately destroyed the chains that were binding Ms. Takahashi and carried her, using his wings to fly out of the base, through the old way which he and Satan used to go inside the base, destroying anything that dared to obstruct him. Satan was right after him, dashing. BOOM The moment they escaped outside, the entrance door was immediately destroyed with a large explosion. What had formerly been an entrance to a base of a secret evil organization, was now crumble of rock and dust. What worse was the landslide happened right after which was directly caused by the explosion of the evil base. CHAPTER XV - YOU ARE CHARACTERS IN A GAME At the motel When Lucifer and Satan entered the motel, they came upon a sight which made them blush and could never forget for the rest of their lives. Minoru was shirtless...and examining some tattoos on his body, with Mammon and Beel. To be precise, those were not tattoos, but pact marks. However, what surprised Lucifer was the fact that those pact marks weren''t on Minoru''s body before. He could swear that he saw no pact mark the night he slept with Minoru. On Minoru''s side, the sight of Lucifer and Satan was also unforgettable. The two handsome demons were covered in dirt from head to toe. Lucifer was also carrying Minoru''s mom on his back. "Pfft...hahaha...what happened to your face? You two look like Cinderella after her cleaning duties." Mammon laughed. Lucifer was too tired to punish Mammon for his idiotic comment, but he made sure to give the greedy demon a scary glare before carrying Ms. Takahashi to a vacant room in the motel. "My mom...how is she?" "A little bit shaken, but she''s asleep." Lucifer said with a tired voice. "I''m so relieved. Thank you for saving my mom, Lucifer, Satan!" "Don''t forget to pay me back later." Lucifer said and grinned "After all, I''m a demon and I don''t do charity work." "Will a kiss suffice?" "I also took part in the rescue mission, I want my reward too!" Satan said before Lucifer could give a reply.
