There should be a better way toget the attention of the King and be his wife,¡± she murmured. She saw the two female vampires getting some dresses and bringing them to the cashier counter to pay. They nodded to her before they finally left the boutique. Asalea¡¯s intelligent mind brought her to a n on how to get the attention of the King of Glodeous. He is the man she is looking for to return to the vampires¡¯ world; to be more strong and powerful while thriving her way to carry out her long unforgotten promised revenge to the Ecleteons Werewolves. Her smile thereafter was so mystical that only her own mind could understand. In her invisible form, Asalea roams around the pce of the Glodeous Kingdom. She is searching for the King. She did not know his features yet, but she knows she will identify him, the moment she found him. She entered a big morous room in the pce; she is still in her invisible form. Without any other recourse and thinking that showing up might lead him in bringing her to the King himself, Asalea suddenly transforms into her visible form. Oh, yes, she knows she is beautiful, her rounded brown eyes with gloomy looks coupled with long eyshes and eyebrows of perfect shape plus her pointed nose and cherry red like lips, top with her splendor body and extraordinary height. Asalea knows very well that she is a sight to behold. Asalea looked at him in her most adoring and precious look. ¡°Apology Sir, it seemed like I was I was running from someone and never knew that my feet brought me here.¡± He dragged her to the bed and pushed her there. ¡°Don¡¯t you know that whoever entered my room without my permission can nevere out alive?¡± he said whileing near to her position. Asalea was frightened but she tried to be still confident and brave. ¡°I am the King¡¯s future wife.¡± she answered and held her chin up. Dreckos, the right-hand man of the King was tasked to do the announcement. Dreckos gathered all Glodeous vampires in their courthouse. ¡°Our beloved vampires of Glodeous,our dear King is soon to be married. He found a wife! Three days from now the wedding will be celebrated at the Pce¡¯s Astrodome. Be ready everyone to enjoy and feast!¡± Every vampire in the courthouse shouted and pped because of excitement. Dreckos adjourned the general assembly and returned to the King to report. ¡°King Timodore, yourwish has been done and everyone is excited now.¡± ¡°That¡¯s good. Make sure that everything will be done ordingly. I want a perfect wedding formy perfect wife-to-be.¡± He dered before dismissing Dreckos. Chapter 2: Asalea’s Reminiscence Chapter 2: Asalea¡¯s Reminiscence Whileying on the Victorian-style bed inside the room where she is being locked up, Asalea¡¯s heart has been consumed with great anger as she reminisced the reason why she is here in this room in the first ce. It was the celebration of her coronation night as the Princess of Knostica when the Group of werewolves from the Kingdom of Ecleteon, attacked them, killing mostly the Knostican vampires. They were surprised and overwhelmed by the sudden attack, thus they failed to defend to the utmost, their kingdom. They only realized that they were attacked when the werewolves simultaneously jumped unto the seated Knostican vampires, who were then happily feasting with their foods. They did not even notice that their guards in every gate of the Knostican Arena, where the celebration has been held, have been killed all already by the Ecleteon werewolves. She shouted and cried in total despair as she saw how her parents had been brutally killed by the Ecleteon werewolves. The Ecleteon King with the use of his long and sharp nails dig the heart of his father and crashed it like mashed potato while her mother has been attacked simultaneously by three werewolves, munched her like bread, and like his father, her heart has been removed from her body and smashed into bits. It was a nightmare that she wished she never witnessed. Her anger overwhelmed her whole being. She had sworn to take the lives of every Ecleteon werewolves, without sparing anyone, even up to theirst offspring. In a second, she made herself invisible: a power she inherited from her great grandmother. Vengeance is in her heart. Like a sh, she ran away from the Kingdom of Knostican. She cannot defeat that time the Ecleteons. She promised to herself that she will return to reim her throne and rebuild their Kingdom. Princess Asalea¡¯s recollection has been disturbed when she heard some knocks on the door. Her life might be in danger ny percent but the ten percent hope that she might end up marrying the King of Glodeous gave her the courage to stand up with pride and face whoever is outside of the door. ¡°Mademoiselle, I brought you some food here. Please don¡¯t attempt to run away, four vampires are outside of the door guarding.¡± A woman in her middle age is holding a tray with tes of food and a ss of blood. She put it on top of the round magnificent looking table inside the room. Asalea smiled at the woman and shook her head. ¡°I won''t because I still want to meet your King.¡± The middle-aged woman''s forehead creased when she heard what the beautiful maiden had said. ¡°Have you not met the King yet?¡± she inquired. Again Asalea shook her head. ¡°Nope.¡± The woman secretly smiled and said, ¡°I don¡¯t think so.¡± ¡°What did you say?¡± Asalea furrowed. ¡°Nothing. Please eat your food Mademoiselle.¡± She smiled again and then left after excusing herself. ¡°By the way, can I take a bath in the bathroom here?¡± she asked before the middle-aged woman finally closed the door. ¡°Yes, you may. I forgot to tell you. I will bring some clothes in a while.¡± Then she finally left. Truly starving, Asalea ate the food after snipping it three times. She just wanted to make sure that she would not be poisoned in this ce. She knows that vampires here know that she is a vampire too, as she was served with a ss of blood and cooked food from human flesh. After a while, the middle-aged woman returned carrying some clothing and underwear. Asalea sincerely said thank you before the woman left. She took a shower after eating. She decided to wear the red dress out of the other two dresses brought to her by the middle-aged woman. It is knee-length, fitted on top but flowing from hips to knees. She looked at her reflection in the mirror and she smiled with satisfaction. Asalea did not realize that she fell asleep after freshening up. She was awakened sensing that someone was deeply looking at her. ¡°Dreaming to be the King¡¯s wife?¡± The blue-eyed gorgeous man is standing at the end of the bed. Asalea immediately woke up and sat at the edge of the bed, away from the man. ¡°Why are you here again? Are you not going to bring me to your King?¡± she asked with a raised eyebrow. He smiled naughtily, ¡°I can do whatever I wanted to do with you right now.¡± ¡°Oh really? Asalea just shrugged off and took her seat in front of the mirror. She closed her mouth and decided not to talk while the beautician was fixing her hairdo. The fashion designer looked at her and nodded approvingly of what she saw. ¡°It¡¯s time to wear your gown Madam. Here it is.¡± The fashion designer came near and unzipped the back of the elegant ck long serpentine tube-style gown. The upper part of the gown is adorned with ck diamonds. They are shing when lights are hitting them. ¡°Wow, this is beautiful,¡± Asalea eximed when the dress fitted her body well. ¡°Because you are so beautiful Madam. By wearing this dress, you made it more beautiful and elegant.¡± She pped her hands in full satisfaction then got a shoebox inside the paper bag and a Jewelry box. The fashion designer asked Asalea to sit down so that she can put on her high-heeled shoes to her feet. She put next to a pair of red diamond ne and earrings to Asalea. ¡°Rx and wait here Madam, someone will pick you up and guide you to the event venue.¡± Then the jolly fashion designer left with a smile on her face. Asalea looked at her whole reflection in the full-length mirror inside the room. Looking at herself, she is thankful that she got both the features of her Mom and Dad. He is holding a ck book. She knows that it is the Vampires¡¯ hallowed book. Asalea¡¯s eyes narrowed. She can guess that an event is a wedding event. So, she will be attending a wedding asion. ¡°Whose wedding is this?¡± she asked the man who fetched her. ¡°Yours Madam.¡± He said and then got something inside the paper bag. ¡°Please wear this,¡± the man said again, handing her a ck veil with a tiara in it, beautifully adorned with ck diamonds. ¡°What did you say?!¡± Asalea gasped in surprise. ¡°This is your wedding Madam.¡± The young man repeated her prior statement. ¡°Who shall I be marrying?¡± with narrowed eyes, Asalea asked again. ¡°You will knowter on. Asalea does not know if she will follow or will make herself invisible and run. She chose the first. She knows that she will be dead if she runs. At least they will not kill her. Looking at her gown, her veil with tiara, and the venue of the wedding, she knows she will be marrying someone of a high profile from the Glodeous Kingdom. Getting nearer the altar, she saw the back of a man standing in front, beside the first row of chairs. He is the only one standing in that ce. All the sitting vampires stood up and vow their heads then simultaneously said, ¡°Hail to the King of Glodeous and to his lovely bride!¡± Asalea¡¯s forehead furrowed when she heard what the priest and all vampires had said. With furrowed forehead, she flipped her head, faced her groom, and asked, ¡°Who the hell are you?¡± ¡°I am your groom. Now face the priest and enjoy our wedding.¡± He hissed and looked at her with full authority now. Asalea¡¯s heart tumbled as she looked deep into his eyes. Quickly, Asalea faced the priest. ¡°I hereby solemnize and give my blessing to this marriage bond between the King of Glodeous,King Timodore, and her lovely bride Lea. May you conquer the world together, build a greatest and long- lasting family together with your soon-to-be heirs, who will inherit your powers and your thrones as the King and Queen of Glodeous!¡± The priest''s voice is booming filling all the ears of every Glodeous vampire. ¡°King Timodore, do you ept Lea to be your wife and soon to be your queen and the mother of your children, that you may conquer the world, defend each other and defend the Kingdom of Glodeous together?¡± the priest asked. ¡°Yes, I do.¡± The groom said while ncing at his bride who is now too embarrassed to look at him. ¡°Soon to be Queen Lea, do you ept King Timodore to be your husband and your King and soon to be the father of your children, that you may conquer the world, defend each other and defend the Kingdom of Glodeous together?¡± the priest asked Asalea too. Asalea cleared her throat first. It seems like no words coulde out of her mouth. She did not know what to feel. Her mind is floating and her heartbeat is like thunder. ¡°Lea, answer the priest!¡± he murmured with a pissed-off tone. ¡°Err, yes ... She just walked following the path with pine trees on both sides. The said street led her to a path going to a hilltop. At the hilltop, she was amazed to see waterfalls and underneath it is a brook with very clear water, surrounded by big rocks. The ce seems too magical to ignore. Queen Asalea walked nearer and without hesitation continued to walk into the brook. She felt the cold water. She really wanted to swim but she hesitated as she did not bring any clothes to rece her worn ones. She just promised then herself that she will be back in this ce ready with the necessary things that she needs to enjoy her day here. Nearby at the back of big rocks, six pairs of sharp eyes are looking intently and greedily at the woman yfully tickling the water in the brook. Thereafter, their fangs grew longer and pointed, and their nails too. They wiggle their tails and make some low growls. Queen Asalea heard the growls. She tried to calm herself and strengthened her sense of smell and hearing. She knows at once that she is in danger. Werewolves are around.
