How can you write some that has been done to death so many times? Its like It is very hard to come up with a story without being too serious and being to hokey!
Hello! I have so many names, but you can call me Awon Dudu Isale and I am the creator of Project Eleven!
If you are reading this than thank you. I felt doing this public developmental journal is going to help a lot of people understand the series. Something this is required to have some background that we cannot share in the main book, because the final product would be filled with lore that mostly people dont want to sift through. That is why this will exist as your lore and guide.
Project Eleven is a dark urban fantasy web novel series that consists of strong spiritual and religious themes. This is also inspired by many anime shows like Sailor Moon and Puella Magi Madoka Magica. The entire trope of the magical girl and traditional monsters will not be focused like any other type of cartoon show that consists of them.
This story is posted elsewhere by the author. Help them out by reading the authentic version.
However, this is a deconstruction of this particular theme. What makes them popular and what makes them important in their own life. Pretty much, I will not be focusing on the glitz and glamour of a magical girl/superhero, but more on behind the scenes and how it affects the people around them.
There will be times when they will face supervillains and different kinds of monsters or humanoids. Even then, those kinds of tropes will be deconstructed and set in a realistic vision. Many magical girl/superheroine cartoon shows rely on clichs. Project Eleven will be stripped bare of all of them. Project Eleven will be something as gritty and realistic.
It will be set in the present day with an alternate timeline. Since Im dealing with the alternate timeline, I have a lot of freedom. Well of course I have freedom because as an alternate timeline, thats what you would probably say.
Project Eleven will be for mature audiences. It will have adult themes like war and how it will affect the environment. Violent scenes that will be blunt and in detail. It will also contain strong sexual content in both a positive and a negative on how the story plot goes. However, it will not be gratuitous to the degree that I have to write about it all the time. I stress this a lot: if it calls for it, I will do it and not shy away from it because of my beliefs.
The Multiyear Concept
It all started when I was only 14 years old when I wrote my first story. I didnt like it at first, but at least I was doing something constructive with my life. As time went on, I began to enjoy writing even more than playing sports. Ive been very active for now was a child while playing baseball, basketball and football. I was never really good at sports but at least I was out and about while having my daily exercise.
The first concept of the series came to be back around 2003. Even then, I didnt know what I wanted to do-- no scratch that. I did know exactly what I was doing, but it felt like it was a hodgepodge of ideas of vampires and feudal Japan. It didnt really go anywhere, and I thought I was just spinning my wheels while doing so. Still, I took it upon myself to keep at it while taking my daily trips to the library.
In 2006, I wrote a story called Second Renaissance: Bitter Harvest. It was about what Ive written earlier but with a simple twist of an old favorite. I was definitely into the house of Frankenstein lore and stumbled upon human evolution. How we as humans can alter our appearance and even better. I came up with this idea about using the human genome project by creating the perfect human being from scratch using such research.
Not long ago, around that time frame, China successfully genetically created 20 million babies who were male using the human genome project. I read that story a long time ago and it just stuck with me. I learned so much about the human genome project and about in vitro fertilization and just creating a baby in general. I even went through the whole entire religious route as well. I was proud of the work, but I didnt like the characters that I wanted to use. I ended up rewriting the story about seven times before I was happy enough to deem it readable.
Around then, Ive created many characters that I didnt have the time to use because I was going through a lot of emotional problems with my family and stopped writing altogether after many people turned me down.
There was a concept that I wanted to use that became the foundation of the Cross Roads series. At first, these groups of females were not called the Crucis Sentinels. They were called the Order of Light. Their leader was Lycka Benibara, but I named her something completely different like Blair Hayabusa. And yes, she looked exactly how I envisioned her from the very beginning. In fact, the character Blair Hayabusa was one of the few people that I have created first. Her codename was the silver sight because of her silver hair and her silver eyes.
Theres even more to this because Cherie Konana has initially been a part of the Order of Light group as well. Her first name was Megumi Toyoguchi and she always wore schoolgirl outfits. Now both of them were in their late teens and were sexy vampire hybrids.
Yeah, I know It was the early 2000s
For many years, on and off, I started to build this group from scratch, I gave Blair a little sister named Yumi, to whom I would rename Chelsea Hayabusa later on. And yes, she acts exactly like she did long before Cross Roads.
And then, I just fell out of love with writing since nobody cared about me or my work. Even my own family. I went to a downward spiral, and I got back into it by writing fanfictions of other work. Trying to get my feet wet.
May remind you, I stopped writing entirely in 2009 and got back into it in 2015. To me, that is a very long time. But even then, I wasnt really focused on the Cross Roads series. As I was-- now I can say this without feeling bad about it-- wasting my time with somebody else who never really saw anything in me as a fanboy.

It was then I started to write my own work in 2016. I felt that Blair Hayabusa needed a complete makeover, so I rewrote her story and gave some of her mannerisms to Lycka Benibara and not entirely redo the entire Blair Hayabusa character while having her sister Chelsea as her yin to her yang.
At that time, I have finished the lore about the Order of Light. But I wanted to change the name since I didnt really want them to be some goody-goody faction. I really enjoyed watching Japanese animation and I came across this series called Sailor Moon when I was younger, and I sincerely felt love with the characters and the story. I also loved the Dragon Ball Z series as well. And many Western animation shows like Batman: the animated series.
But what really got my whole entire inspiration going was Puella Magi Madoka Magica that offered a brand-new concept of the magical girl trope. That show was excellent, and it really reinvigorated the creativity inside me.
It was then I created more characters and flushed out the old ones. I created Selena Logan first because she reminded me of a lot of people when I was growing up. Now I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. But how was raised in violence-ridden, low-income neighborhoods and I knew the struggle to at least be something in a world where people had already given up on you the moment you were born.
And I even created a character who is a tanuki kemonomimi named Erika Meridian. I purposely created her last and gave her so much mysterious anonymity that makes her so alluring and creepy at the same time. I mean, even the name Erika Meridian is so basic and made up. Like, what is he trying to hide?
As for the story arcs, at first, I wanted to do one-shot novels and use the six characters as they go all around the world saving others and working on investigations. And I felt why dont I go ahead and pull back the curtain just a little bit and have them figure things out by doing detective work while still being a magical girl? Trust me, it is tough getting the magical realism right and also getting a factual hypothesis together.
Its really tedious, but this series thrives on tedium.
I chose a dark urban fantasy setting because it just fits better than being in this magical world. And besides, its better to take stories from real life and rework it a bit like fiction. I also went the mature route as in expect to see a lot of details of sexual content and violence. The reason why I chose this is that I want to be free with my creativity. All my life I was censoring my work out of fear, and it really hurt my creativity and the message I wanted to tell the audience.
Nowadays, many people are overly sensitive to such topics. With Cross Roads, I will do no such thing. Expect to be shocked and somewhat offended but not all the time. You have to realize that people in the situations that you are going to read about happens every single day, yet nobody wants to acknowledge it or talk about it. We live in our own little bubble and expect everything is fine. Its not okay and I will take you on the journey of uncomfortableness if need be to tell my story. I just hope you have the stomach for it.
However, I will not insult anyones intelligence by giving you too much. As in, if it calls for it, then I will do it for the sake of the story because everything has a reason behind every action.
As of right now, I have written about nine novels so far in this story arc that will be deemed as the Oleander Syndicate arc because the Oleander Syndicate is heavily involved with what happened five years ago and we get to peek inside what happened to them as well as what happened in the past. Now, this act of terrorism affected everybody across the world, and it will be not only the vast focal point of the story arc but will be the constant throughout the entire series. Its not going to go away even if the Crucis Sentinels and or the Aethereal queen survived this. Rightfully so, people are going to remember it and I want this to really hit home. We either ignore it or we acknowledge it and there is so much to those options as you may think.
Redesign Rebuild Reclaim
Back in 2017 was a terrible year me. That year I really hit bottom. I had no friends or family to support me. I was think about committing suicide that year. I remember that day so vividly. I was in a library that afternoon and I was saying my goodbyes on Facebook, until someone reached out to me.
At first, I didnt know why I responded back, but I did. It changed my life completely, but I took baby steps to get there. The reason I am telling you this to understand me further and deeply.
I am a broken man.
My father disowned me three years ago. I cared for him when he was sick and blind for 16 years, and he abused me my whole life. When I was broke, I wasnt allowed to eat his food. He cheated on my mother and had several children besides two siblings and me. Even in public, he wouldnt acknowledge me as his son.
My sister had a miscarriage two weeks ago, but I felt nothing. She molested me when I was younger, but my father took her side, and my mother was forced to believe her. I was labeled as the sensitive crazy one ever since.

From the very beginning...
Since the dawn of time, the four elements have bound and created our world as we see it today. The same four elements we all take for granted shape humanity and civilization: wind, water, fire, and earth.
Fortunately, many people prayed and studied the stars during the Dark Ages. Not for research but for power. At the end of the Dark Ages, a handful of educated men and women learned to hone such abilities in the Nether and the Aether.
Aether is generally considered a realm of law, where everything earned is given, where kindness is always repaid with kindness. The agents of the Aether are banished just like the Nether but appear in visions, as passed on to loved ones, or other things to advance their agenda in their absences.
The Nether does not follow the rules of the universe and has been considered by many as dangerous and evil. The agents of the Nether tend to have a direct hand in mortal affairs, appearing in dreams, allowing themselves to be used as vessels for tainting, or even getting a fool occasionally to open a gate to the Nether to cause havoc.
But just like everything in life, while many others want to use this power to progress humanity, many want to use this newfound power for dominance. Countless wars have been waged for years. Now more than ever, an invisible war is happening right in front of us that has far been spread throughout the public, with everybody taking sides. And as before, many people have embraced this discovery. Meanwhile, many others reject it and want it for themselves.

At the end of the Silver age, a separate group wanted to restore the balance worldwide, forever known as "The Crux Nexus."
The Crux Nexus is a female-only group; he uses the power of the Heavens to deal with such corruption. With such responsibility, The Crux Nexus is the only group that polices and relegates anyone who uses magic or is associated with users who use magic for corrupted purposes.
However, there are rules and traditions they must follow to appease the Seven Heavens; even though a leader instructs The Crux Nexus called the Aethereal Queen, she too is bound by rules and regulations.
When there is the Aethereal Queen, there are the elected officials called the "Constellation Correlation" that represents their own country which has ties with The Crux Nexus; Papua New Guinea, Samoa, New Zealand, Australia, Mercosur (which is composed of 6 sovereign member states: Argentina; Brazil; Paraguay; Uruguay; Bolivia and Venezuela), Chile, and the United States.
Although The Crux Nexus do not bind many countries, many nationalities are familiar and associated, like the Germans, the Irish, the Welsh, and the Scottish. Now more than ever, cooperation between nations to handle such magical and supernatural threats are necessary and enforced to instill peace throughout the world. They aim to manage supernatural threats and keep things out of the public eye as much as possible.

The Aether and the Nether
According to ancient and medieval science, Aether also spelled ?ther or ether and also called quintessence, is the material that fills the region of the universe above the terrestrial sphere. The concept of aether was used in several theories to explain natural phenomena, such as the traveling of light and gravity. In the late 19th century, physicists postulated that aether permeated throughout space, providing a medium through which light could travel in a vacuum, but evidence for the presence of such a medium was not found in the MichelsonCMorley experiment, and this result has been interpreted as meaning that no such luminiferous aether exists.
In physical cosmology and astronomy, dark energy is an unknown form of energy hypothesized to permeate all of space, tending to accelerate the universe''s expansion. Dark energy is the most accepted hypothesis to explain the observations since the 1990s, indicating that the universe is expanding at an accelerating rate.

The Circulus Elementarium (Elemental Circle) is the original four elements that created the planet: air, earth, water, and fire. These natural building blocks were drawn from the aether to sustain life and balance. Those who use this Aethereal gate are usually energetic and virile. Most of these Aethereal gate users are sports athletes or law enforcement agents. Others use this Aethereal gate for creative purposes and arts and crafts. It does require a sensible amount of body heat, high metabolism, and emotional toughness.

Earth is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and science. It was commonly associated with heaviness, matter, and the terrestrial world. Due to the hero cults, and chthonic underworld deities, the element of earth is also associated with the sensual aspects of life and death in later occultism.
Empedocles of Acragas proposed four archai to understand the cosmos: fire, air, water, and earth. Plato believed the elements were geometric forms (the platonic solids), and he assigned the cube to the element of earth in his dialogue Timaeus. Aristotle believed the earth was the heaviest element, and his theory of natural place suggested that any earthCladen substances would fall quickly, straight down, toward the center of the cosmos.
Air (Ventus)
Ventus is the most common Aethereal gate to open when you are born as an Aquarius (January 21 - February 19), born as a Libra (September 23 - October 22), and born as a Gemini (May 22 - June 21). This Aethereal gate is the thinking mans element as it can easily combine itself with other elements freely.
It does require a healthy respiratory system and cardiovascular conditioning to use such an Aethereal gate. Those with such an Aethereal gate show an "open-minded" attitude and carefree feeling. It can be associated with will, elusiveness, evasiveness, benevolence, compassion, and wisdom.
Air or Wind is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and Western alchemy. According to Plato, it is associated with the octahedron; the air is hot and wet. The ancient Greeks used two words for air: aer meant the dim lower atmosphere, and aether meant the bright upper atmosphere above the clouds.
For instance, Plato writes, "So it is with air: there is the brightest variety which we call aether, the muddiest which we call mist and darkness, and other kinds for which we have no name...." Among the early Greek Pre-Socratic philosophers, Anaximenes named air as the arche. Some ancient sources attributed a similar belief to Diogenes Apolloniates, who linked air with intelligence and soul (psyche). Still, other sources claim that his arche was a substance between air and fire. Aristophanes parodied such teachings in his play The Clouds by putting a prayer to air in the mouth of Socrates.
Water (Aqua)
Aqua is the most common Aethereal gate to open when you are born as a Cancer (June 22 - July 22), born as a Libra (September 23 - October 22), and born as an Aquarius (January 21 - February 19). This Aethereal gate is well known for being flexible and adaptive.
Those with this kind of Aethereal gate emotionally appear to be mentally or emotionally unstable. However, that is not the case as they adapt to their environment, growing and changing according to the direction of ones situation, like the changing seasons.
Water is one of the elements in ancient Greek philosophy, in the Asian Indian system Panchamahabhuta, and in the Chinese cosmological and physiological system Wu Xing. In contemporary esoteric traditions, it is commonly associated with emotion and intuition. Water was one of many archai proposed by the Presocratics, most of whom tried to reduce all things to a single substance. However, the Empedocles of Acragas selected four archai for his roots: air, fire, water, and earth.
Empedocles'' roots became the four classical elements of Greek philosophy. Plato took over the four elements of Empedocles. In the Timaeus, his primary cosmological dialogue, the Platonic solid associated with water is the icosahedron, formed from twenty equilateral triangles. This makes water the element with the most considerable number of sides, which Plato regarded as appropriate because the water flows out of one''s hand when picked up as if it is made of tiny little balls.
Circulus Secundarium (Secondary Circle)
Circulus Secundarium (Secondary Circle) has been categorized as the advanced gates of Circulus Elementarium since it deals with more detailed versions of its base elements. However, those fortunate to unlock such a gate of their respected elements have to take into account the lunar phase that could enhance or hinder ones Aetheral or Nethereal sensitivity. The lunar phase or phase of the Moon is the shape of the directly sunlit portion of the Moon as viewed from Earth.
The lunar phases gradually change over a synodic month (about 29.53 days) as the orbital positions of the Moon around Earth and Earth around the Sun shift:
Lightning (Fulgur)
Lightning (Fulgur) is the transitional Aetheral gate of Fire (Ignis). It is considered to be called cold fire. Although it is widespread for Ignis users for those who control the Aether and the Nether, only a few ever use Fulgur. Even though users are rare, mainly those who control the Nether are the first ones to make the transition easier. Fulgur requires a lot of skill and patience to even use. Even then, no one could master Fulgur as quickly as they did with Ignis. That is why constant training and conditioning are also required to use such a gate.
Lightning is a naturally occurring electrostatic discharge during which two electrically charged regions in the atmosphere or ground temporarily equalize themselves, causing the instantaneous release of as much as one gigajoule of energy. This discharge may produce a wide range of electromagnetic radiation, from scorching plasma created by the rapid movement of electrons to brilliant flashes of visible light in the form of black-body radiation. Lightning causes thunder, a sound from the shock wave which develops as gases near the discharge experience a sudden increase in pressure. Lightning occurs commonly during thunderstorms and other types of energetic weather systems.
The three main kinds of lightning are distinguished by where they occur: inside a single thundercloud, between two different clouds, or between a cloud and the ground. Many other observational variants are recognized, including "heat lightning," which can be seen from a great distance but not heard; dry lightning, which can cause forest fires; and ball lightning, which is rarely observed scientifically.
Stars (Sidera)
Stars (Sidera) is the transitional Aetheral gate of Wind (Ventus). Sidera deals with a vast scope of powers that are deemed both physical and mental. To unlock such an Aethereal gate, you must be physically and mentally healthy even to harness at least one ability. Many who mastered Ventus would instead use Sidera for astral purposes, although being one-dimensional. No one has ever taken the time and the patience to fully understand and master Sidera. There have been many joint Aethereal-Nethereal taskforces to understand Sidera, but with little success for multiple reasons.
A star is an astronomical object consisting of a luminous spheroid of plasma held together by its gravity. The nearest star to Earth is the Sun. Many other stars are visible to the naked eye from Earth at night, appearing as a multitude of fixed luminous points in the sky due to their immense distance from Earth. Historically, the most prominent stars were grouped into constellations and asterisms, the brightest of which gained proper names.

Astronomers have assembled star catalogs that identify the known stars and provide standardized stellar designations. The observable Universe contains an estimated 11024 stars, but most are invisible to the naked eye from Earth, including all stars outside our Milky Way.
For at least a portion of its life, a star shines due to thermonuclear hydrogen fusion into helium in its core, releasing energy that traverses the star''s interior and radiates into outer space. Almost all naturally occurring elements heavier than helium are created by stellar nucleosynthesis during the star''s lifetime, and for some stars, by supernova nucleosynthesis when it explodes. A star can also contain degenerate matter near the end of its life.
Botany (Botanicae)
Botany (Botanicae) is the transitional Aetheral gate of Earth (Terrae). This is one of the few Aethereal gates where using science and magic together is beneficial. Transitioning from Terrae to Botanicae is the easiest of the four since it usually deals with both seamlessly. However, learning Botanicae is dangerous if ones creativity goes out of control. Such restraint is necessary when cross-pollination and mixing natural chemicals with plants. Naturally, you could never get such grant results, but by using Botanicae, anything is possible.
Botany originated in prehistory as herbalism with the efforts of early humans to identify C and later cultivate C edible, medicinal, and poisonous plants, making it one of the oldest branches of science. Medieval physic gardens, often attached to monasteries, contained plants of medical importance. In the 19th and 20th centuries, new techniques were developed for the study of plants, including methods of optical microscopy and live-cell imaging, electron microscopy, analysis of chromosome number, plant chemistry, and the structure and function of enzymes and other proteins. In the last two decades of the 20th century, botanists exploited the techniques of molecular genetic analysis, including genomics and proteomics and DNA sequences to classify plants more accurately.
Modern botany is a broad, multidisciplinary subject with inputs from most other areas of science and technology. Research topics include the study of plant structure, growth and differentiation, reproduction, biochemistry and primary metabolism, chemical products, development, diseases, evolutionary relationships, systematics, and plant taxonomy.
Ice (Glacies)
Ice (Glacies) is the transitional Aetheral gate of Water (Aqua). Similar to Aqua, Glacies is just as formless and adaptable. At first, it is a requirement to learn Glacies in frigid temperatures as it always been. Even in medieval times, the use of Glacies was extremely limited due to the changing seasons and temperatures. Now to the thanks of modern medicine and sports science, practitioners of Glacies can now perform techniques in even the hottest of climates. Many people would argue Glacies as a pure masculine and offensive art of the Aether, due to its harsh means and methods to create and harness such power.
Ice is water frozen into a solid-state. Depending on the presence of impurities such as particles of soil or bubbles of air, it can appear transparent or a more or less opaque bluish-white color.
In the Solar System, ice is abundant and occurs naturally from as close to the Sun as Mercury to as far away as the Oort cloud objects. Beyond the Solar System, it occurs as interstellar ice. It is abundant on Earth''s surface C particularly in the polar regions and above the snow line C and, as a common form of precipitation and deposition, plays a crucial role in Earth''s water cycle and climate. It falls as snowflakes and hail or occurs as frost, icicles or ice spikes.

Even now, nobody really knows how its also possible to heal people who have fatal injuries and illnesses as everything in life has a trade-off.
Alpha Crucis
Brixton is a district of London, located in the borough of Lambeth in south London. The area is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centers in Greater London. Brixton is mainly residential with a prominent street market and a robust retail sector. It is a multi-ethnic community, with a large percentage of its population being of Caribbean descent. As an adolescent in Brixton, growing up was extremely hard. There were not enough opportunities, especially around London. Especially when it came down to what she looked like. Facing adversity daily, only to go home to a broken home consisting of two parents who dont like each other and being the youngest of three, having a brother being the eldest and having a sister is the second child, was terrible to deal with. Not really being good at sports, she immersed herself in the library, reading about none other than superheroes.
Being a loner, most of her life didnt do her much favors growing up as well as she was not only consistently picked on but got into weekly fistfights. Her father was rigorous and beat her. Meanwhile, her mother was incredibly vain and thought little of her academic suits, but when she did something wrong, she was punished severely.
In the inner city of London, especially in Brixton in the 1990s, crime and gang relations are commonplace, and her oldest brother followed in seamlessly. With their father not being able to hold a job and her mother not being able to save any money and buy food for the family, it was her brother will who become the breadwinner of the household by doing gang-related activities such as dealing drugs. Unfortunately, it would catch up to him as he died within two years of him being a part of the gang.
The second child of the three who happens to sell her body for money as well wasnt so lucky either. Within a year, she contracted HIV/AIDS and died months later due to AIDS-related complications. With child services nipping at their heels, her father decided to leave the broken family and never come back. Being devastated, the youngest of the three tried to take her life by cutting her wrists, only to wake up in the hospital bed days later.
There, she met a weirdly polite Japanese woman wearing a kimono. In retrospect, she thought she was hallucinating, or the antipsychotic drugs were kicking in. However, in time, she gradually believed her. Many people were talking about supernatural events happening all over town but never really paid attention to it since it was so outlandish.
However, the Japanese woman confirmed these assumptions with their facts, and soon enough, the ten-year-old African British female was entranced with the Aethereal Queen. Leaving her broken life behind, she immediately left the town of Brixton and leaving everything behind and her name along with it. Cashing in on her love of comic books and her creativity, she came up with her new name, Selena Logan.
Under the tutelage of the Aethereal Queen, she became the mother and the sibling she never had growing up. Traveling all over the world, she had learned so much about the Crux Nexus. Five months later, she would end up unlocking her Aethereal gate, which allows her to be in touch with the Ether and perform spellcasting. Quickly enough, she became a Crux Nexus member one year later.

Since then, she didnt waste any time making herself a force to be reckoned with. When the enemy had seen her coming, everybody else knew that all of heaven was coming with her. They even gave her so many nicknames, most of them were extraordinarily vulgar and unladylike, but one stuck with her and fit her very well; The Blackbird.
Earning the nickname Blackbird after The Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird was a long-range, Mach 3+ strategic reconnaissance aircraft that was operated by the United States Air Force. It was developed as a black project from the Lockheed A-12 reconnaissance aircraft in the 1960s by Lockheed and its Skunk Works division.
Also, there are multiple reasons they pretty much named an aircraft after her. Being born in October 1993, Air would be her Aethereal alignment. Naturally, she has become faster and more mobile. On foot, she can run faster without any Aethereal buffs, about 75 mph. With her Aethereal buffs activated, she can double or triple her average running speed easily. However, if she wants to show off, she can manipulate the environment around her, creating massive jet streams of wind, creating a current of wind control in all directions. She has become so powerful she can create sonic booms just by running alone.
During her combat training, the Aethereal Queen wanted to make the most out of her abilities by giving her athletic and quick-footed maneuver skills and techniques that fit her alignment well. Since it is essential for all Crucis Sentinels to carry a weapon, the Aethereal Queen gave her a Sabre Rapier made from titanium; the same material made from aircraft like The Lockheed SR-71. Mastering the art of fencing at age fifteen, along with the fact she has learned Savate, French martial art that involves kickboxing, earning her blue glove (technical rank, first degree).
With such set skills, she is a nightmare to fight one-on-one and usually fighting an Alpha Crucis is pretty much committing suicide anyway, so fighting her in a group setting is sufficient, right? Wrong. Her fighting style is notably garnered, taking on multiple people at once. In her dashing and using her extreme speed to create sonic booms knocking her opponents back, meanwhile using thrust attack, dodging, feint parries with her fencing and countering attacks with her melee maneuvers with Savate kicks, time and time again she has become a one-person army.
Particularly she does have her weaknesses. She is a bit of a glass cannon. She cant take physical hits very well and would rather keep a healthy distance between her and her opponent, maintaining eye contact always. Her tall yet lanky frame is right to be fast and sleek, but not when it comes to being in a brawl. She is not the brawling type but uses style and finesse to defeat her opponents. However, they are times where she becomes physically overpowered by someone who could be stronger than her. However, there hasnt been anybody who has out sped Logan yet.
Due in part of her upbringing and her unfortunate loss of her family members, she has become too emotionally attached to work. She can also become very rude towards others very quickly and is quick to heavily criticize others since she always considered to be defensive about everything. She usually assumes the best and the worst of things without meeting things in the middle, making her difficult to reason with. Shes always tense and is always working and always training, never really having any fun.
Even though she does value her fellow Crucis Sentinels, the problem is she becomes exceptionally protective and calls out on their mistakes frequently and heavy-handed. While this is a good thing since she is a leader, she usually nitpicks on the smallest things and magnifies them to the nth degree, causing a sense of uneasiness in the group.
However, overall, the group loves her no-nonsense attitude, especially the Aethereal Queen, who believes the rest of the team sometimes needs a harsh reality check to pretty much keep them all in line.
Beta Crucis
Erika Meridian is pretty much an enigma all to herself. Not everybody knows about Erika Meridians back story. Even the Aethereal Queen knows little to nothing about her. However, what they do know is that Erika is moral, kind, and honest, and has numerous outstanding talents. Unbeknownst to everyones knowledge that came to a positive surprise. She is well gifted in martial arts. One of the deadliest martial arts she has mastered is Ninjutsu.
Ninjutsu (g), sometimes used interchangeably with the modern term ninp (̷),[1] is the strategy and tactics of unconventional warfare, guerrilla warfare and espionage purportedly practiced by the shinobi (commonly known outside Japan as ninja). Ninjutsu was a separate discipline in some traditional Japanese schools, which integrated the study of more conventional martial arts (Taijutsu) along with shurikenjutsu, kenjutsu, sjutsu, bjutsu, and others.
According to Bujinkan members, Ninja Jhakkei (the eighteen disciplines) were first stated in the scrolls of Togakure-ry and became definitive for all ninjutsu schools. Ninja jhakkei was often studied along with Bugei jhappan (the eighteen samurai fighting art skills). Mainly, she mastered Sui-ren, the training that ninja underwent for techniques involving water. Some ninja was tasked to either deal with opponents in the water, disguise themselves in it, or to cross it. Ninja water techniques fall into five major categories.
Ninja sometimes used rafts or portable collapsing boats to follow convoys in the water, or to cross rivers, or in the ocean. These boats, however, were not made to last very long.
Ninja also used water as a weapon, destroying bridges, dikes, or otherwise contaminating water sources, or withholding water from captives. All those years being an assassin and putting her brother through emotional hell, Hisako didn''t waste any time at all, letting her hair down and spending more time with Shinji, making up for all the trouble she had caused. Turning a complete 180, she became a loving older sister rather than a cold-hearted assassin. However, it didn''t take long for Shinji to find solace elsewhere either. He found himself paradise in the form of a Hispanic woman named Joanna Mendez. Shinji and Joanna became inseparable, with some ongoing coaching from his sister Hisako. One year later they became married, and in 1994, they introduced a couple more additions to their family a pair of twin daughters, Blair and Chelsea.
Hisako and Shinji know their fate, both siblings knew they had a strong connection to the aether as well as the nether, and it was only a matter of time before anyone who was anyone would take an interest in their daughters. Not stressing over the details of their development, Shinji and Joanna decided to raise both Blair and Chelsea as normal kids with hem going to school, them having friends, and them going into daily activities. Naturally, both Chelsea and Blair found their true individual callings in life.
Chelsea''s love of painting sparked an artistic side, like her mother. However, she loved working on computers more than dealing with paint since it was a bit messy. So, with some convincing from her mother, she combined both of her passions into one by being an artist creating digital landscapes.
Even though Hisako was happy that her brother and her sister-in-law are not only nurturing their daughters to be productive members of society, they still need to defend themselves. In secret, she started training them. However, she will hide their secret training in plain sight as she decided to take a job at a recreational center, teaching martial arts despite having one arm. There, she would learn many troubled youths and adults martial arts, including her nieces. While the patrons of the recreational center get basic training, her nieces get so much more than that.
At age seven, it couldn''t be ignored anymore. These two were incredibly sensitive to aetheral energy, and if they''re not ready, they would be taken by the Dark Nebula Coalition or even worse Hisako started to teach both Blair and Chelsea various styles of martial arts like Jujutsu. Jujutsu is a Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon.
"J" can be translated to mean "gentle, soft, supple, flexible, pliable, or yielding." "Jutsu" can be translated to mean "art" or "technique" and represents manipulating the opponent''s force against himself rather than confronting it with one''s force. Jujutsu developed to combat the samurai of feudal Japan as a method for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. Because striking against an armored opponent proved ineffective, practitioners learned that the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy took the form of pins, joint locks, and throws. These techniques were developed around the principle of using an attacker''s energy against him, rather than directly opposing it.

Essentially, Tenjin Shinyo-ryu is the amalgamation of two separate systems of Jujutsu: the Yshin-ry and Shin no Shinto-ryu. The distinctive feature of this particular school is the use of atemi or strikes to disrupt the balance of the opponent as well as a more flexible and flowing movement of the body than seen in some older schools of Jujutsu. It is the first round of techniques taught. Seiza no Bu waza are performed from seiza, a formal kneeling position, with the general exception of Oikaze, which often begins standing.
- Tatehiza no bu (Chden); The word chden (Ё) can be translated as ''middle-transmission.'' This set was derived from techniques created by Hasegawa Eishin and is still commonly referred to as "Eishin-ry." It is the second round of techniques taught. After both Blair and Chelsea had mastered the Solo waza techniques of Mus Jikiden Eishin-ry, the pair ended up going their separate ways again with their training. Even though they were born in the same year on the same day and in the same month, there Aetheral Gate was not too similar. Unlocking their Aetheral Gates, they have discovered they can control fire-based magic.
Expressing her creative side, she was able to summon constellations to do her bidding. Something that is indeed commonplace but very difficult to master. The first one she learned to summon was Phoenix, a minor constellation in the southern sky. The constellation Phoenix holds to its name, healing anyone with its fire and its presence. Also, Chelsea learned how to harness the Phoenix at will at the young age of 11, which was easy since the constellation Phoenix grew fond of her in time; even became good friends. Rarely, Chelsea is only a few people in the University to ride on the Phoenix''s back.
Like a domino effect, Chelsea has gained more consolation summons at her disposal since quickly summoning the Phoenix, the constellations, Grus, Pavo, and Tucana, are known as the Southern Birds.
First, Tucana is a constellation of stars in the southern sky, named after the toucan, a South American bird. Tucana is pretty much used for search expeditions in forests since they can only travel short distances.
Second, Grus is a constellation in the southern sky. Its name is Latin for the crane, a type of bird. Tucana is used for search expeditions, as well. However, Grus works well in the ocean and river-based areas and can travel longer distances.
Also, lastly, Pavo, a constellation in the southern sky with the Latin name for peacock. Pavo''s capabilities are pretty much similar yet different from the Phoenix. Pavo can create distractions and hallucinations to throw off the opponents.
Primarily, Grus, Pavo, and Tucana are used for support. Meanwhile, Phoenix is the only one of the Southern birds to be an attacker of the group. However, Chelsea can quickly summon all four of these constellations and work well with one another. The Southern birds respect Chelsea, and Chelsea respects them. They even serve her as muses for her paintings.
Hisako called The Viridian Sky gave Chelsea a hiltless katana. Its self-sharpening serrated edge flaked away in a regular pattern as it was used, and it had become soaked in the flesh and body fat of the victims she had killed over the years. Thus, she can execute fire-oriented techniques using the oils as fuel. Like her twin sister, she has enormous strength, stamina, resistance to injury, and ability to read her opponent.
Unlike her sister, Chelsea is quiet, level headed, and a sweetheart to be around. Because of this, she makes friends quite quickly and effortlessly. Most of the women adore her and treat her like a princess, something that she despises. Despite her that she is a good sport about it and treats others equally and equitably. She doesn''t lust after men as much, and she is rather quite shy around people.
Most men are attracted to her, but she is remarkably oblivious to the fact this leads to many humorous and awkward moments. Rarely, she dates men who are intelligent, sensitive and have a sense of humor. This is something that Chelsea doesn''t want to post about since she is afraid that her sister Blair might end up stealing a couple of dates away from her, which has happened in the past.
However, that is pretty much her problem. She does tend to be too sweet and to be too lenient. At times, she continually restrains herself from killing, which sometimes can result in herself being killed in the process. Plus, she does tend to overthink things and to be a bit sensitive and emotional. She even doesn''t say what''s on her mind, which at times she should do more often.
Even though she is not a pushover by any means, many people see this as a weakness and try to take advantage of her. Which always results in Chelsea retaliating in a noninvasive but humiliating way. Overall, she is a level headed woman who wants to create a sense of balance in this world and will try her best to stay in her means no matter how hard the temptation.

Orange County is a county in the U.S. state of California. Brought up in a military family, Cherie Konana was the youngest of three siblings; two of them were brothers. She grew up to be a half Chinese-American, half Irish Army brat, who fell in love with the military just like her brothers. Growing up in Orange County, she led a privileged life thanks to her parents'' connections. Her tastes of high fashion and the celebrity scene caught more of her interest than the military ever did. Although she wanted to be in the military like her brothers and father.
Her parents felt different, so the army for her was out of the question. However, it didn''t stop Cherie from being involved in the military. She held proper functions and parties supporting the troops and was very proactive in getting good care for veterans who served in the military. Using her social media status, she became extremely popular in the military.
Even though she wasn''t part of the military, she knew her way around guns thanks to her father. At age 11, she already learned how to shoot rifles, pistols, and even shotguns. However, everything was about to change on Christmas Eve, where everyone went hunting for elk in the Rockies. Numerous police reports about an unidentified animal who was killing and eating live game hunters in the area.
Unfortunately, Cherie and her family ran into such a monster, and it attacked them. With her father, almost being brutally murdered by the mysterious monster, Cherie took her gun and shot the beast right between the eyes, exploding his head clear off the shoulders. It was a good shot a good kill. However, there was one problem. Her gun was already empty. She would later find out that the energy source came from her own aethereal energy.
Her father did his best to sweep it under the rug, saying it was only a grizzly bear. However, someone else already put the pieces together and did quick work to find this person. As soon as they got back to the orange county, the Aethereal Queen was waiting for them. Being genuinely good parents, Cherie''s mother and father were rightfully protective and skeptical, telling the Queen to leave and never come back. However, they underestimated the tenacity of their only daughter and the Aethereal Queen''s.
Curious, Cherie ran into the Aethereal Queen, and they began to talk about what happened in Colorado. Even though the Aethereal Queen didn''t want to get in between her and her family, what she did want from Cherie is to hone her skills on her own, and then when she is old enough, she can join without anyone holding her back. As a parting gift, the Aethereal Queen gave her a few books about aethereal energy and how to harness it.
It wouldn''t be so hard for her since she graduated high school one year later and earned a full scholarship to go anywhere around the world and study. In secret, she contacted the Aethereal Queen to set up a meeting with her. Graduating high school, she already knew what she wanted to do in life; she wanted to serve and protect as her brothers did in the military. This will come to fruition since the Crux Nexus have constructed institutions masqueraded as universities for their young members like Cherie to hone and learn their skills. Cherie Konana would study abroad in France, which was convenient since the Crux Nexus headquarters was nearby.
During her time at the Crux Nexus, she learned so much about Aethereal energy and even unlocked one of the four Aethereal Gates, Earth. Out of the four Aethereal Gates to unlock, Earth is the trickiest since it is such a vast scope. Primarily, she has learned Earth and stone manipulation, which comes with the territory opening the Aethereal gate having the ability to control earth; sand, stone, rock, lava, dirt, or other minerals. Also, even though she knows how to manage such minerals, she can manipulate metals as well. She cannot bend big bars of metal or stuff like that, but she can manipulate and maneuver machines.
With that ability, she could learn Technopathy; capacity to manipulate technology. Manifested as a unique form of electrical/telekinetic manipulation, a particular type of "morphing" which allows physical interaction with machines, or even a psychic ability that allows for mental interface with computer data.
Also, microwave manipulation; the ability to convert ambient electromagnetic energy into microwaves and manipulate it into various effects such as heat, light, and radiation.
With these two skills, Technopathy and Microwave manipulation, she can hack into any mainframe and manipulate any light or heavy machinery such as vehicles with a particular smartphone that was custom-made to complement her powers.
She also has a bevy of custom-made weapons calibrated to her powers. Her go-to weapons are two Remington R51 semi-automatic pistols. The R51 is a modernized version of the John Pedersen-designed Remington Model 51 pistol chambered in 919mm caliber. The version she carries is made from silver.
The Kel-Tec KSG is a bullpup 12-gauge pump-action shotgun that was designed by Kel-Tec. It has two tube magazines in which the user of the gun can switch between manually. Each tube holds a total of seven 2.75-inch (70 mm) 12-gauge shotshells or six 3-inch (76 mm) shotshells.
However, her all-time favorite gun she uses regularly is The G36; a 5.5645mm assault rifle, designed in the early 1990s by Heckler & Koch in Germany as a replacement for the more massive 7.62mm G3 battle rifle. This version of the G36 is Aethereal powered and feeds from a 30-round detachable box magazine or 100-round C-Mag drum magazine.

The G36 is a selective-fire 5.56 mm assault rifle, firing from a closed rotary bolt. The G36 has a standard layout and a modular component design. Common to all variants of the G36 family are the receiver and buttstock assembly, bolt carrier group with bolt, and the return mechanism and guide rod. The receiver contains the barrel, carry handle with integrated sights, trigger group with a pistol grip, handguard, and magazine socket.
The G36 employs a free-floating barrel (the barrel does not contact the handguard). The barrel is fastened to the receiver with a particular nut, which can be removed with a wrench. The barrel is produced using a cold hammer forging process and features a chrome-lined bore with six right-hand grooves and a 1 in 178 mm (1:7 in) rifling twist rate. The barrel assembly consists of the gas block, a collar with a bayonet lug that is also used to launch rifle grenades, and a slotted flash suppressor.
The weapon can be stripped and reassembled without tools through a system of cross-pins like that used on earlier HK designs. For cleaning purposes, the G36 dismantles into the following groups: receiver housing, return mechanism, bolt carrier group, and trigger group.
The weapon she jokingly uses for "crowd control" is The M134 Minigun, a 7.6251mm NATO, a six-barrel rotary machine gun with a high rate of fire (2,000 to 6,000 rounds per minute) which can also fire at a high-sustained rate. It features Gatling-style rotating barrels with an external power source, generally an electric motor. The "Mini" in the name is in comparison to larger caliber designs that use a rotary barrel design, such as General Electric''s earlier 20-millimeter M61 Vulcan, and "gun" for the use of rifle caliber bullets instead of shells used by an autocannon.
Several branches of the U.S. military use the Minigun. Versions are designated M134 and XM196 by the United States Army, and GAU-2/A and GAU-17/A by the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy. "Minigun" refers to a particular model of weapon that General Electric initially produced, but the term "minigun" has popularly come to see to any externally-powered rotary-style gun of rifle caliber. The term is sometimes used loosely to refer to arms of similar rates of fire and configuration regardless of power source and quality.
However, when she runs out of weapons or options, she pulls out her trusty knife pistol, GRAD Knife Gun. In the late 1990s, the Global Research and Development (GRAD) Company designed the world''s first production fixed blade knife that held a multishot firearm inside its grip. GRAD produced four knives, three of which contained working 22LR double-action revolvers.

The one she uses is a Hybrid Standard Edition of the knife had black aluminum checkered grip panels and held a 5-shot revolver. A deluxe 22-karat gold-plated Millennium version of the Standard had a highly hand polished blade and frame.
Unquestionably, Cherie Konana loves her guns
Being a girl from Orange County, they always love their cars, and Cherie is no different. Even though she is an ultimate fashionista and an Army brat, she is also a gearhead. Her vehicle of choice is an armored and Aethereal powered Lamborghini Aventador, a mid-engine sports car produced by the Italian manufacturer Lamborghini.
The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700C4 uses experimental 1300 PS 6.5 liter 60 V12 engine weighing 265 kg. Its transmission, a single-clutch seven-speed semi-automatic, is built by Graziano Trasmissioni. Despite being single-clutch, gear-shifts are accomplished in 50 milliseconds. The new, electronically controlled, all-wheel-drive system is developed and supplied by the Swedish company Haldex Traction, offering traction and handling capabilities based on their 4th generation technology.

Only a few or should I say a handful of Crux Nexus members can summon constellation guardians. Cherie Konana is the exception as she can ask one of the most important constellation guardians, Canes Venatici; a small northern constellation and its name are Latin for "hunting dogs," and the constellation is often depicted in illustrations as representing the dogs of Bo?tes the Herdsman, a neighboring constellation.
Canes Venatici are true the name of hunting dogs. They travel in packs or many cases; they split up and partner up with other individuals. They have excellent tracking and attacking abilities. Usually, Canes Venatici is used to be in a supportive role, tracking down fugitives and other monsters.
Canes Venatici consist of gun dogs that represent five different breeds:
- Cor Caroli - the Golden Retriever, a large-sized breed of dog, bred as gun dogs.
- Chara - the English Pointer, a medium to the large-sized breed of dog developed in England as a gun dog.
- La Superba - the poodle is a group of formal dog breeds, the Standard Poodle, Miniature Poodle, and Toy Poodle. Ranked second most intelligent dog breed just behind the Border Collie, the poodle is skillful in many dog sports and activities, including agility, obedience, tracking to herding, circus performers, or assistance dogs.
- M. Ce-Vin - the English Cocker Spaniel, a breed of gun dog. The English Cocker Spaniel is an active, good-natured, sporting dog standing well up at the withers and compactly built.
- RS Ce-Vin - the English Setter, a medium-sized breed of dog. It is part of the Setter family, which includes the red Irish Setters, Irish Red and White Setters, and black-and-tan Gordon Setters.
Cherie Konana, in her own right, is a prodigal child. Some say if she was born ten years older, Selena Logan and she would be fierce rivals, even competitors. Some people call her the next big thing. Extremely intelligent with an IQ of 186, she has no problem flaunting her intellectual prowess.
Konana is the top marksman out of the Crux Nexus, possessing Supernatural-like precision, and regularly boasting to "never miss" her target. She has only been known to lose once when trying to shoot Selena Logan "in practice." She also once shot an apple off Aethereal Queen''s head with her eyes closed and her back turned. In addition to peak accuracy, she is a proficient hand-to-hand combatant and can hold his own against groups of low-level militants.
Personality-wise, Cherie Konana is a people person. She loves being in the know and current. She has the gift of gab and knows how to spin the story to get an advantage. She is lovable and likable to a fault. She also takes the time to listen to others and is always giving helpful advice to others, whether this fashion advice or personal advice. She can be a real goofball and a jokester, giving a sense of lightheartedness to the group.
However, that is pretty much the problem with Cherie in general. She can be a know-it-all and can rub it in everyone''s face when they are wrong. Many of the Crux Nexus members have somewhat of a mean streak to them, but Cherie Konana doesn''t. It''s not like she''s nice or anything; she decides that acting tough is a waste of time. Despite her being proficient in guns, she''s not the best fighter. In fact, out of the five Crucis Sentinels, she is the weakest physical fighter on the team. Of course, Cherie knows some judo from her father, but she would instead squeeze the trigger then to get up close to anyone.
Overall, she is a good-hearted person who wants to do what is right, just like her family did. And even though they do not approve of what she is doing now, they could understand and respect where she is coming from. She might not be a soldier traditionally, but times have changed, and she has become a warrior in her own right.
Epsilon Crucis
Back in the mid-1980s, a female swordswoman named Hisako Hayabusa belongs to an organization of assassins called "The Red Arrow." Along with her brother Shinji, who became an unofficial nurse to their team, helped as much as he can. Until that fateful day during a mission in Toronto, Canada. Hisako Hayabusa fought against countless hordes of Dark Nebula Coalition members. She would come out of that brawl alive, but she lost her right arm in the process. Badly enough, Hisako never actually gave out a sufficiently specific reason for how she lost her arm in the first place, and the organization saw this as incompetence. Unfortunately for Hisako, she had to retire early, being an assassin. Seeking solace elsewhere they ended up in Melbourne, Australia.

Turning a complete 180, she became a loving older sister rather than a cold-hearted assassin. However, it didn''t take long for Shinji to find solace elsewhere either. He found himself paradise in the form of a Hispanic woman named Joanna Mendez. Shinji and Joanna became inseparable, with some ongoing coaching from his sister Hisako. One year later they became married, and in 1994, they introduced a couple more additions to their family a pair of twin daughters, Blair and Chelsea.
Hisako and Shinji know their fate, both siblings knew they had a strong connection to the aether as well as the nether, and it was only a matter of time before anyone who was anyone would take an interest in their daughters. Not stressing over the details of their development, Shinji and Joanna decided to raise both Blair and Chelsea generally. They going to school, they having friends and them going into daily activities. Naturally, both Chelsea and Blair found their true individual callings in life.
Blair excelled in full contact sports such as rugby. However, what Blair loved to do in her spare time is reading Japanese comic books known as manga. Blair and her father enjoyed reading those novels, and she became so infatuated with the art form she decided to draw and became a brilliant artist in the process. So, her father encouraged her to pursue this passion of hers by being a manga artist. However, she would end up writing a manga that contains strong sexual content called Doujins. Fortunately, her father knows, and he is very supportive.
Even though Hisako is happy that her brother and her sister-in-law are not only nurturing their daughters to be active and productive members of society, they still needed to defend themselves. In secret, she started training them in martial arts. However, she will hide their secret training in plain sight as she decided to take a job at a recreational center, teaching martial arts despite having one arm. There, she would teach many troubled youths and adults in rehabilitation martial arts skills for exercising purposes, including her nieces. While the patrons of the recreational center get basic training and lessons, her nieces get so much more than that.
At age seven, it couldn''t be ignored anymore. These two were incredibly sensitive to aetheral energy, and if they''re not ready, they would be taken by the Dark Nebula Coalition or even worse Hisako started to teach both Blair and Chelsea various styles of martial arts like Jujutsu. Jujutsu is a Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon.
"J" can be translated to mean "gentle, soft, supple, flexible, pliable, or yielding." "Jutsu" can be translated to mean "art" or "technique" and represents manipulating the opponent''s force against himself rather than confronting it with one''s authority. Jujutsu developed to combat the samurai of feudal Japan as a method for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. Because striking against an armored opponent proved ineffective, practitioners learned that the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy took the form of pins, joint locks, and throws. These techniques were developed around the principle of using an attacker''s energy against him, rather than directly opposing it.
In addition to Jujutsu, many schools teach the use of weapons. Jujutsu schools (ry) may utilize all forms of grappling techniques to some degree (i.e., throwing, trapping, joint locks, holds, gouging, biting, disengagements, striking, and kicking). Essentially, Tenjin Shinyo-Ryu is the amalgamation of two separate systems of Jujutsu: the Yshin-ry and Shin no Shinto-Ryu. The distinctive feature of this particular school is the use of atemi or strikes to disrupt the balance of the opponent as well as a more flexible and flowing movement of the body than seen in some older schools of Jujutsu. The more former schools employ somewhat more substantial and slower changes to mimic the use of armor on the battlefield.
Tenjin Shinyo-Ryu was developed after the period of civil war in Japan; thus, without armor, the movements emphasized were faster, and more strikes were incorporated. The strikes were also primarily aimed at human vital points and meridians, which were exposed due to the lack of armor. Like most koryu, the Tenjin Shinyo Ryu follows the bujutsu Menkyo ranking system, as opposed to the budo kyu/dan system.
Afterward, Hisako trained the twins in sword fighting techniques, Mus Jikiden Eishin-ry. The techniques of Mus Jikiden Eishin-ry are broken up into sets based on the principal starting position of the waza and by skill level. The majority of the study is focused on these solo waza; Solo waza uses a single long sword.
Both children under the tutelage of their aunt mastered various techniques from Mus Jikiden Eishin-ry:
- Seiza no bu (Shoden); The word ''shoden'' can be translated as ''entry-transmission.'' This set of techniques was derived from mori-ry and is still often referred to as "mori-ry." It is the first set of techniques taught. Seiza no Bu waza are performed from seiza, a formal kneeling position, with the general exception of Oikaze, which often begins standing.
- Tatehiza no bu (Chden); The word chden (Ё) can be translated as ''middle-transmission.'' This set was derived from techniques created by Hasegawa Eishin and is still commonly referred to as "Eishin-ry." It is the second set of techniques taught. Tatehiza no bu waza are performed from tatehiza, a half-seated position, except Makk.
- Okuiai Iwaza no Bu (Okuden); The word Okuden () can be translated as ''inner transmission,'' or ''secret transmission.'' The Okuden sets contain advanced-level techniques. Okuiai Iwaza is performed from tatehiza.
- Okuiai Tachiwaza no Bu (Okuden); Okuiai Tachiwaza is conducted from a standing position, except the three Itamagoi waza, which start from seiza.
- Bangai no Bu (Okuden); Bangai is extended tachiwaza. This waza is not kory but was created by e Masamichialong with the Katate Hayanuki exercise. After both Blair and Chelsea had mastered the Solo waza techniques of Mus Jikiden Eishin-ry, the pair ended up going their separate ways again with their training. Even though they were born in the same year on the same day and in the same month, there Aetheral Gate was not too similar. Unlocking their Aetheral Gates, they have discovered they can control fire-based magic.
During their training, Blair''s magic was becoming unnatural according to the standards of the Crux Nexus and sooner started to take a new form, lightning. Blair can manipulate lightning caused a stir in Hisako since not many in the Crux Nexus has ever learned to harness electricity effortlessly.
More upsetting is that those who have come to harness electricity have been Dark Nebula Coalition members. Still, Hisako was a woman who always loved turning positives into negatives and decided to give Blair more training to deepen her techniques of Mus Jikiden Eishin-ry by having to learn Paired Waza (Kumitachi).
Mus Jikiden Eishin-ry''s paired waza (kumitachi) are often taught only to advanced students after years of study. Some of these sets are rarely seen outside of Japan. Some ryuha have the first set (tachi uchi no kurai) as part of their yudansha curriculum. There is a high incidence of grappling, striking, and disarms in these paired sets. Some waza uses both long (dachi) and short (Kodachi) swords.
Some waza begin with swords drawn; others start with swords sheathed and employ nukitsuke (drawing) techniques. Typically, these forms are practiced using bokut; however, it is also practiced at high levels with shinken. Each of these katachi (essence of kata) was created to promote the practice of a fundamental principle of Eishin Ryu under controlled yet reasonably realistic conditions.

Blair excelling in full-contact sports became very popular amongst the men in her school, but she became a target of envy towards the women. Being loud and aggressive, one of the twins, she usually physically settles things. She loves sexually toying and teasing men, leaving most women paranoid and envious.
Her having a tall and muscular body, the women didnt try to cross her. Unfortunately, it did not stop the enemies that she regularly faces in battle. Over the years, she has developed severe invulnerability, taking massive physical and magical damage without suffering significant injuries. From being hit by a speeding 18-wheeler to being body-slammed by a 30-foot monster, she always manages to walk away on her own feet.
Custom made by her aunt Hisako, her dual katanas of equal parts of pure gold and pure silver, the Raijinshou, helps her absorb, wield and redirect lightning-based attacks both physical and magical.
She loves to fight and loves to brag about fighting. When shes not bragging about fighting, shes bragging about sex and her latest conquests. She can be embarrassing to be around at times because there is no filter from her brain to her mouth and usually says the dastardliest things. However, deep down inside, she has a good heart. She wears her heart on her sleeve, and she cares about her friends and her family.
However, then again, her greatest strength is her greatest weakness. Sometimes she can be a way over her head and sometimes can get the best of herself. Even though she is invulnerable to damage, it does have its limits. If she runs out of Aethereal magic, she can die. Also, lightning-based attacks are pretty much forbidden for a reason; they can become unpredictable, and even when mastered, can still be unstable. Which is a volatile mix since Blair can be emotionally unstable herself. The beautiful thing about that is she has Chelsea to be the calming factor in her life.
Iota Crucis
Vikings is the modern name given to seafaring people originally from Scandinavia (present-day Denmark, Norway, and Sweden). From the late 8th to the late 11th centuries, raided, pirated, traded, and settled throughout parts of Europe.
They also voyaged as far as the Mediterranean, North Africa, Volga Bulgaria, the Middle East, and North America. In some countries, they raided and settled; this period is popularly known as the Viking Age. The term "Viking" also commonly includes the inhabitants of the Scandinavian homelands as a collective whole. The Vikings profoundly impacted the early medieval history of Scandinavia, the British Isles, France, Estonia, and Kievan Rus''.
Expert sailors and navigators aboard their characteristic longships, Vikings established Norse settlements and governments in the British Isles, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland, Normandy, and the Baltic coast, as well as along the Dnieper and Volga trade routes across modern-day Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine, where they were also known as Varangians. The Normans, Norse-Gaels, Rus'' people, Faroese, and Icelanders emerged from these Norse colonies. The Vikings also voyaged to Constantinople, Iran, and Arabia.

Current popular representations of the Vikings are typically based on cultural clichs and stereotypes, complicating modern appreciation of the Viking legacy. Scandinavian Scotland refers to the period from the 8th to the 15th centuries during which Vikings and Norse settlers, mainly Norwegians and, to a lesser extent, other Scandinavians and their descendants, colonized parts of what is now the periphery of modern Scotland. Born and raised in Edinburgh, Scotland, Rebecca Nordstrom is an African-Caribbean human woman born on August 22, 1989. With her mother and father practicing the Viking culture, she surrounded herself with active people who hunted, fished, and fought all day. Particularly, her parents were both farmers. However, her father was an engineer who learned from him and made a living off the land. Being the only daughter out of three children, she was usually the youngest.
Many females in the Viking culture tuned with the Aether were mistakenly called Volva, or more accurately V?lva, which means wand-wed or staff-carrier in Old Norse. This staff was an essential attribute of the Volva, who were considered seeresses, shamans, and practitioners of Seidr magic.
Her mother, a Volva herself, encouraged Rebecca to tap into her sensitivity to Aether. At age 11, she was already mastering Seidr magic.
With two strapping brothers that enjoyed physical activities, she fit right in. And just like her brothers, she had a knack for engineering and even earned a scholarship to travel abroad at age 15. With her skills, she was given a full scholarship from a benefactor at her local high school. Her recruiter was no other than the Aethereal Queen, Lycka Benibara.
Rebeccas engineering skills, mastery of Seidr magic, and sensitivity of the Aether made her a perfect candidate for the seventh heavens to make her part of the Empyrean as Iota Crucis, the rarest out of the seven.
Under the careful tutelage of her former mentor, the former Iota Crucis, she had no problems fitting in and learning a lot. With a high IQ and natural superhuman strength, she became naturally tired and bored. Even when she was a child, she always acted like this. Rebecca is one of the people who dont take things too seriously and would usually make jokes out of every situation, even at the expense of others. Always brash, arrogant, and somewhat cynical, it usually rubs serious people wrong. Especially when they have no idea who she is as a person. But deep down, she truly cares about her friends and family but has a light nihilistic way of showing it with her dark and dry comedy.
In two years, the seventh heavens recognized Rebecca as Iota Crucis. Her family knew about the Crux since their family is deeply rooted in their affiliation, was the talk of her hometown. Her father, a proud Viking, gifted her daughter with her own battleax, Night Shade. Forged from purple slab stone, bone steel with the blood of a lesser earth Dragon passed on from her family.
With this battleax, she can cause earthquakes, volcanoes, and even sandstorms with a mighty swing. As big and ominous as this weapon is, the true nature of weapon is not intentionally used for melee combat. Relying on her skills as a Volva, its more of a magic wand than a blunt weapon. But it doesnt mean she cant kill something or someone with it.
While shes not creating natural disasters with her battleax, she is usually in her office creating inventions with her engineering skills or a nice brew of homemade mead. From time to time, she creates inventions that help her townspeople and her family. But most of her inventions are created and used for heaven. Comically and sadly, she uses the lesser members of the Crux as guinea pigs and assistants. To combat this, Lycka would give the poor girls extra credit for evenings lasting three months without quitting.

The Aethereal Queen
Oscar II (baptized Oscar Fredrik; January 21, 1829 C December 8, 1907) was King of Sweden from 1872 until his death and King of Norway from 1872 until his dethronement in 1905.
He was the third of four sons of King Oscar I and Josephine of Leuchtenberg and was given the title of Duke of ?sterg?tland. Like his eldest brother, Charles XV was without heirs (his only son having died in infancy in 1854), and his brother Prince Gustaf died in 1852; it was he who succeeded his brother as king.
Oscar II was king during a period when Sweden was undergoing a period of industrialization and rapid technological progress. The declining Union of Sweden and Norway was finally dissolved in 1905, and Oscar became the last Bernadotte king of Norway. He died in 1907 and was succeeded as King of Sweden by his son, Gustaf V.
At his birth in Stockholm, Oscar Fredrik was created Duke of ?sterg?tland. He entered the navy at the age of eleven and was appointed junior lieutenant in July 1845. Later he studied at Uppsala University, where he distinguished himself in mathematics. On December 13, 1848, he was made an honorary member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
On June 6, 1857, he married in Wiesbaden-Biebrich, Germany, Princess Sophia Wilhelmina, youngest daughter of Duke William of Nassau.
From 1859, when his father died, he was first in line to the Swedish throne after his oldest brother King Charles, who then had no male heirs (his son had died in infancy in 1854). His middle brother Gustaf had died in 1852.
Himself, a distinguished writer and musical amateur, King Oscar proved a generous friend of learning and did much to encourage the development of education throughout his dominions. In 1858 a collection of his lyrical and narrative poems, Memorials of the Swedish Fleet, published anonymously, obtained the second prize of the Swedish Academy. His "Contributions to the Military History of Sweden in the Years 1711, 1712, 1713," originally appeared in the Annals of the Academy, and were printed separately in 1865. His works, which included his speeches, translations of Herder''s Cid and Goethe''s Torquato Tasso, and play, Castle Cronberg, were collected in two volumes in 1875C76, and a larger edition, in three volumes, appeared in 1885C88.
His Easter hymn and some other of his poems are familiar throughout the Scandinavian countries. His Memoirs of Charles XII of Sweden were translated into English in 1879. In 1881 he founded the World''s first open-air museum at his summer residence near Christiania, now Oslo. In 1885 he published his Address to the Academy of Music, and a translation of one of his essays on music appeared in Literature in May 1900. He had a valuable collection of printed and manuscript music, which was readily accessible to the traditional student of music.
Being a theater lover, he commissioned a new opera house to be built by Axel Anderberg for the Royal Swedish Opera, which was inaugurated on September 19, 1898. It is until today the current home of that institution. Oscar II told Henrik Ibsen that his Ghosts was "not a good play." As he was dying, he requested that the theatres not be closed because of his death. His wishes were respected.
King Oscar II was an enthusiast of Arctic exploration. Along with Swedish millionaire Oscar Dickson and Russian magnate Aleksandr Mikhaylovich Sibiryakov, he was the patron of some pioneering Arctic expeditions in the 1800s. Among the ventures the king sponsored, the most important are Adolf Erik Nordenski?ld''s explorations to the Russian Arctic and Greenland, as well as Fridtjof Nansen''s Polar journey on the Fram.
The name and portrait of Oscar II have been used as a trademark for King Oscar sardines (which remains the only brand to obtain his "royal permission") as well as for gingerbread cookies (pepparkakor) and other bakery products made by G?teborgs Kex AB.
King Oscar was also a generous sponsor of the sciences, particularly mathematics. He set up a contest, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, for any scientist who was able to answer the question of the 3-body problem, expressly applied to the stability of the Solar System.
The political events which led up to the peaceful dissolution of the union between Norway and Sweden in 1905 could hardly have been attained but for the tact and patience of the king himself. He was dethroned on June 7, 1905, by the Norwegian Parliament and renounced the Norwegian throne on the 26th of October. He declined, indeed, to permit any prince of his house to become king of Norway, but better relations between the two countries were restored before his death. He died in Stockholm on December 8, 1907, that morning.
From what little it is known about Lycka Benibara, she seems to be very energetic, cheerful, gentle, a teenage girl, and spoiled, which, given her youth, fits well, but she is shown to be fearless and gutsy unlike many youngsters around her years.
She acts very childishly, sometimes she acts like a drama queen at times and doesn''t seem to take losing lightly. Jokingly, she cries on the ground like a little girl when things dont go her way, but if watched long enough, she lifts her face out of her hands smiling briefly, before resuming her apparent fake crying. Judging by this, she seems quite aware of her cute appearance and uses that against people.
She usually states, "Bigger isn''t always better, you know," showing that she doesn''t care too much about her lack of physical body development in comparison to the other females. Despite this, however, she is implied to be jealous of Selena Logan for her measurements.

Impressive by Selena Logans grit and determination, she has trained her in many disciplines such as a hybrid martial art that she had created herself Romanized as Ways of the Flow a.k.a. Nagare no hh.
This hybrid martial art, Nagare no hh, is a mixture of both feminine and masculine techniques in the correlation of free-flowing movement and complementation. One of the martial arts is based on the lightning-fast movements of Tai-chi, literally "Supreme Ultimate Boxing") is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits.
Though initially conceived as a martial art, it is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons: competitive wrestling in the format of pushing hands (tui shou), demonstration competitions, and achieving greater longevity. As a result, a multitude of training forms exist, both traditional and modern, which correspond to those aims with differing emphasis. Some training styles of t''ai chi ch''uan is primarily known for being practiced with relatively slow movements.
Today, t''ai chi ch''uan has spread worldwide. Most modern styles of t''ai chi ch''uan trace their development to at least one of the five traditional schools: Chen, Yang, Wu (Hao), Wu, and Sun. All of the former, in turn, trace their historical origins to Chen Village.
Lycka Benibara''s chosen form is the 42-Form t''ai chi ch''uan, which is the standard Wushu competition form that combines movements drawn from the Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun styles of traditional T''ai chi ch''uan (Taijiquan). Today it is a modern form of competition as well as for personal health benefits.
The more masculine martial arts to complement tai chi is Bajiquan, a.k.a. Open-Gate Eight-Extremities Fist" which is another Chinese martial art that features explosive, short-range power and is famous for its elbow and shoulder strikes. It originated in the Hebei Province in Northern China but spread to Taiwan and other places. Its full name is kai men baji quan (_T˘Oȭ), which means "open-gate eight-extremities fist."
Baji quan opens the opponent''s arms forcibly (qiang kai men ǿ_T) and mount attacks at high, mid, and low levels of the body (san pan lian ji PB). It is most useful in close combat, as it focuses on elbow, knee, shoulder, and hip strikes. When blocking an attack or nearing an opponent, baji quan techniques emphasize striking significant points of vulnerability, namely the thorax (trunk of the body), legs, and neck.
The significant features of baji include elbow strikes, arm/fist punches, hip checks and strikes with the shoulder. All techniques are executed with a short power, developed through training; among Chinese martial artists, baji is known for its fast movements. Baji focuses on infighting, entering from a more extended range with a distinctive charging step (zhen jiao).
The essence of baji quan lies in jin, or power-issuing methods, particularly fa jing (explosive power). The style contains six types of jin, eight different ways to hit, and several principles of power usage. Most of baji quan''s moves utilize a one-hit push-strike method from very close range. The bulk of the damage is dealt through the quick acceleration that travels up from the waist to the limb and further magnified by the charging step known as zhen jiao.
The mechanics of jin are developed through many years of practice, and baji quan is known for its strenuous lower-body training and its emphasis on the horse stance. Its horse stance is higher than that of typical Long Fist styles. Like other styles, there is also "the arrow-bow stance," "the one-leg stance," "the empty stance" (xb 鲽), "the drop stance" (pb Ͳ), etc. There are eight different hand poses, in addition to various types of breathing and zhen jiao.
Prominent branches and lineages of the art survived to modern times, including Han family Baji, Huo family, Ji family, Li family, Ma family, Qiang family, Wu family (from Wu Xiefeng), Wutan Baji Quan and Yin Yang Baji Quan. Each has its unique elements while sharing core practices. Some lineages are more frequent or only exist in Mainland China, while others have spread to Western countries.

She loves to learn new things and make new discoveries along the way. Despite her being the Aethereal Queen, her thirst for knowledge holds no bounds. She usually tells her subordinates to at least learn something every week, even read a book or two every month. She cares deeply about all of her subordinates like she was her family, which leads to many heated discussions. To her, is a part of a necessary process to learn about oneself.
