《1001 LitRPG nights (A satire LitRPG story)》 First Night: The Loaned Boobies First Night
In a distant land, unlike Earth, there existed a litRPG World with two nations: the Blue Box Nation and the Red Box Nation. This is not a story about war; the Blue Box Nation has already suffered defeat, with its land reduced under the rule of the tyrant King James von Syahrar, known as The Red Draculae, the last king of the Red Nation. Inside his bedroom, his prize awaited him. Scheherazade Lily, the fourth princess of the Blue Box Nation, knew that tonight, he would indulge in her body. Like those who had fallen before her, she would succumb to pleasure and become his personal sex slave. Clad only in a delicate negligee, her enticing figure ignited a desire within him. "Muahahaha! Before we begin, allow me to introduce myself. I am James Syahrar, the tyrant king. I believe you can guess what comes next," pompously declared James as he sat beside the restrained girl. "No... Please, forgive me! Don''t do this," the girl whimpered, struggling to hold back her tears. She desperately sought a way out of this predicament, fully aware that once she succumbed to pleasure, she would become like the countless slaves who had fallen under the ruthless reign of the tyrant king. "Hahaha! When I administer this potion into your mouth, you will lose all reason and become an obedient dog in heat, yearning only for me. Shall I force it upon you, or will you accept your fate willingly?" James sneered as he held the glass bottle while observing the pitiful state of the princess. Bound by his magic, she was defenseless, unable to resist, and soon to be entirely under his control. "W-w-wait just a moment. Before I drink it, I wanted to tell you something," she stammered, desperately trying to come up with a diversion. And so, the story began. "Hmm? Do you wish to utter some final words? Very well, speak now while you still can. I shall grant you the privilege of a final breath," James replied, intrigued by her sudden request. "Have you ever heard the tale of loaned boobies?" Lily pulled absurd bullshit from her head, hoping to buy herself some time. "Hm? No, I haven''t. Pray, do tell me," James said, taking a seat on the bed beside her while putting his potion inside his [Item Box]. His curiosity had been piqued. Her nonsense had managed to capture his interest. Lily proceeded to weave her story. While this sentence looked like she told him eloquently, she was grasping at straws, trying to entertain him long enough to find a means of escape from the terrifying mind-controlling potion. "Did you know that long ago, human females had no breasts?" "Huh? Is that so?" Syahrar indulged in her storytelling. He knew it was pure fabrication, but it provided a brief diversion before the main event of corrupting her body. "A long time ago, the first human male and female, named Adam and Eve, were created by God and married. When they had children, they faced difficulties in feeding their young, as there was no suitable food for infants. So, they pleaded with God for help. "God listened to their plea and ordered an angel to craft mammary glands for both Adam and Eve, one for each of them." James Syahrar smirked at the absurdity of the story and encouraged her to continue. If you come across this story on Amazon, it''s taken without permission from the author. Report it. "And then?" he inquired. "When the angel arrived, Adam was out working in the fields while Eve tended to their babies," Lily explained, her voice filled with a mix of confidence and nervousness. "''Where is Adam?'' the angel asked Eve." "''He is working right now, Mr. Angel,'' "Eve replied. "''Ugh, this is bad. I have important meetings in a few hours. What should I do with the leftover breast?'' "Lily smiled, raising her index finger as she recounted the story. However, deep inside, she was sweating. The story would reach its end in a few minutes. The angel will then attach two breasts, both on the female; thus, the male, who got none of the breasts, will envy the female breasts. And then the male will forever yearn for female boobs. That''s the morale of the story. But if the story is over, then that means her chastity will be over as well. She needed to extend the story. Once it concluded, her innocence would also come to an end. She needed to prolong the story, to buy herself more time. "Then the angel attached two boobs to the female. "Ahh?" Eve moaned as the hentai angel attached the boobs and checked for their consistency¡. you know¡. the boing boing." Lily said while holding her breast in an exaggerated manner. This earned a chuckle from James. "Then, after the angel left, Adam returned home and found the marvelous melons attached to his wife. He moaned in agony as he lacked one himself. And so is the story of the loaned boobs, and then after a millennium of years, it has been used as a defense for lawyers against rape and sexual harassment. Such is the case of Mr. Smith. Did you know the tale of Mr. Smith, the rapist?" Lily desperately connected her story to some other bullshit she concocted on the spot. "No, there is no notable rapist called Mr. Smith either here on Red Nation or in neighboring nations as far as Magivision showed," James replied indifferently. He was a tyrant but a capable king with loads of skills and stat points backing it up. However, his interest was piqued again, and the thought of raping her went to the back shelves of his mind. "This story is purely fiction, Milord," Lily forced a strained smile as she attempted to continue with her fabricated narrative. However, their conversation was interrupted by an alarm. "Alright, bye-bye," James said dismissively as he left the room, responding to a ringing magiphone. He immediately hurried outside, abruptly leaving Lily to her own devices. In a matter of moments, she went from the brink of being subjected to a heinous act to being completely abandoned. Though she felt annoyed by his uncaring attitude, a part of her still welcomed the sudden freedom and independence. After some time, reality settled in, and Lily let out a sigh of relief. Tears welled up in her eyes as she silently sobbed, realizing that this was no longer her home. She was now a captive within enemy territory. How would she survive in this predicament? Among her people, she was known as a powerless princess, viewed as indolent and slothful, with no interest in leveling like others who found it enjoyable. She gazed out of the window, fixating on the stars. The golden cage she now found herself in was just as luxurious as the one she had back home, but now she had to find a way to endure. Exhaustion weighed on her, and her eyelids grew heavy as she succumbed to sleep. An hour later, Syahrar returned to his bedroom to find the princess slumbering indolently, seemingly without a care in the world. "And here I was, waiting for the story to continue," he sighed. "Damn bureaucrats and their reckless indulgences. Now that we have noble girls getting pregnant, what are they going to do?" His complaint went unheard by anyone. Typically, when an unmarried woman occupied one''s bed, it was customary to move to the sofa or even sleep on the floor. However, James was not one to adhere to such norms. He simply lay down beside her and fell asleep as he usually did. He shifted his gaze towards her and tilted his head confused. To his surprise, his [Appraisal] skill failed to provide him with her status sheet. This usually occurred when he encountered potential assassins. However, his [Danger Perception] ability also registered nothing, indicating that she posed no threat. Furthermore, based on his exceptional [Perception] stats and experience in gauging an enemy''s strength, it was evident that she was below level ten. Consequently, there was nothing she could do to harm him, considering he himself was over level five hundred. Nevertheless, he drifted off to sleep, confident that his [Danger Perception] would alert him to any suspicious behavior. And so, the first night of Lily''s nights passed by. Second Night: The Fondler Second Night: The Fondler
Lily awoke alone the following day. James had already gone about his own affairs, leaving her behind. Sunlight streamed through the window of the opulent manor as the indolent princess let out a yawn from her bed. As she emerged from her slumber, she was startled to find herself in an unfamiliar room, a far cry from her own cozy bedroom. Reality washed over her as she realized she was no longer a princess but a captive in a foreign land. "Ah, yes. I am now a prisoner," she muttered, the weight of her situation sinking in. "My home is gone, occupied by the Red Nation." As the fourth princess of the Blue Nation, her older sisters were not in the capital when it fell. Unlike Lily, they were not indolent. One sister, a level 179 paladin, had fallen a year prior to the capital''s conquest. Her other sisters had married princes from the White and Yellow Nations. The crown prince and the king had both fallen when John conquered the capital, leaving her alone. Only two estranged brothers remained from her family. "Lily, please step aside. Nyaa," a maid greeted her from behind as she wallowed in her melancholy. "Eeek!" she shrieked in surprise, thinking she was alone when she was not. Like a rat trapped in a corner, she stared at the maid in fear. But her gaze softened as she noticed a cat''s tail swishing behind her. She was relieved to see that the king had assigned at least one maid to her, and an animalkin at that. She smiled and greeted her, "Are you here to serve me?" "Meow? Nyo way! I''ve come to tidy up this space and offer you some delectable treats. So, would you kindly move away from the cozy bed? I must attend to his royal highness''s chamber," she replied, placing her hands on her hips. "So, where are the delectable treats? I am starving!" Lily exclaimed eagerly as she searched for food. She wondered if the cart the maid carried contained a bounty of delicious food or was filled with cleaning tools, considering the maid had mentioned tidying up the space. Lily tilted her head in confusion. "Nyaw. Are you hungry? Right here!" the maid placed a plate filled with a steak and a cup filled with milk on the floor. She smirked and added, "As his majesty''s new pet, you need to eat on the floor!" "Okay!" Lily obediently nodded. It was hardly a grand delectable treat, as she said. However, Lily was a light eater anyway. The insult flew over her head. The catgirl''s jaw dropped in astonishment as the princess simply complied with her instructions. No untrained princess or nobles had ever listened to her before. Lily sprawled on the ground beside the bed as she drank her milk. With no fork for the steak, she improvised with her salad, using it to pick up the meat so as not to dirty her hands. She ate with a smile, known as the indolent princess; neither etiquette nor pride availed her. "Have you received training from his majesty? In just one day?" The catgirl spoke out. Her confusion was evident as Lily appeared to still be in control of her senses. "What training? No, I haven''t been trained by anyone," Lily innocently replied. It was true; this was her usual nature within the confines of her own bedroom, known only to her previous maid. "Alright, stay there while I clean," the catgirl responded. After tidying up the room, Lily suddenly embraced her from behind. "Nyaa!" "Ahh, an animalkin! I couldn''t resist these ears and tail any longer while you cleaned the room!" Lily exclaimed as she began to stroke and caress the fluffy catkin features. "Nyaa! Don''t touch me! Aren''t nobles and royals supposed to despise beastkin like us?!" The catgirl was taken aback. "Come on, you know that''s a political pretense! If we truly hated you, how could you even work here?" Lily said, continuing to tickle the catgirl''s ears. A surge of electricity ran through her as she let out a moan. "See, see, I''m quite skilled at this." The catgirl quickly halted her, her face turning red. She was surprised at how effortlessly she stopped Lily''s hand. Most royals were high-level individuals, but the fact that she could stop Lily indicated that she held a considerably higher level. "Alright, I''ve finished cleaning. Bye-bye!" she exclaimed before storming out. "Wait! Please tell me your name!" Lily called after her but was ignored as the maid hastily departed. "There she goes again... I wonder why all these beastkin seem to avoid me," Lily whispered as she gazed out the window, observing the towering skyscrapers and magiplanes soaring above. Stolen content alert: this content belongs on Royal Road. Report any occurrences. "Why did we lose?" Lily murmured to herself. Being an outcast within the royal court, she had been unaware of their impending defeat in the war until the knights in foreign armored suits breached the palace. Referring to the place she now resided as a castle felt peculiar, with its concrete walls adorned with vibrant wallpapers contradicting the notion of medieval structures. Fortresses had been invented fifty years ago, but kings and nobility had rejected them, opting instead to construct mansions within its confine. It was such a waste of space. However, since this was the capital, there was no fortress, rather, a mansion was built surrounded by a mere decorative wall. Unlike her estate in the Bluebox nation, these walls were thinner and shorter, serving primarily ornamental purposes. Even a level fifty human could easily breach them. Bored, she wandered around the room where she was held captive. Nightfall arrived, and James returned to her room, prepared to indulge her once again. "Alright, entertain me!" he demanded, taking a seat on the luxurious bed, his gaze menacingly fixed on her. "You can start by stripping!" Lily trembled with fear. His gaze seemed to devour her, causing her heart to race. Her mind raced to find a way out of this situation, berating herself for not considering an escape plan from this prison earlier in the afternoon. "Ah... well..." "Oh, are you flustered? You can start by drinking this potion," James Syahrar said, placing a glass bottle filled with pink liquid on the table. The mere sight of it sent shivers down her spine. Desperately, she searched for a way to protect her innocence. "Ah! Did Your Highness forget? We haven''t finished the story from before!" Lily quickly recalled how she had managed to escape her predicament the day before. She didn''t know what absurdity she would spin now, but her life depended on it, much like an author meeting a deadline for their work. "Oh! That did slip my mind. So, how is the rapist?" James remarked, recalling the case of a serial rapist known as Mr. Smith. Since this story was narrated from a third-person perspective, the name was rementioned to help the audience remember. However, being as indolent as she was, Lily had forgotten the name and only remembered that there was a rapist somewhere within the court facing legal troubles who had used a ridiculous tale involving borrowed boobs as his defense. "Ah, the rapist presented that tale in court to justify the sexual harassment he had committed," Lily began her tale. James looked at her coldly. "Tell me, in which part of the court did he present his defense like that? The only place where a defendant can speak freely is during a trial. But what questions would the judge or the prosecuting attorney ask the defendant to produce such an answer?" James tilted his head inquisitively. "Ahem... This story doesn''t belong in either Redbox or Bluebox. It doesn''t even belong in the LitRPG Continents," Lily stammered, attempting to navigate the critical research failure pointed out by James. "I see. Please continue. How does their legal system function?" James pressed on. "The victim and the criminal present their cases before the judge, speaking their accusations and defenses. Then, the judge delivers the verdict," Lily explained. James found it odd that there was no mention of laws, prosecutors, or attorneys, but he chose to listen nonetheless. After all, if he continued to complain, the story would not progress. "Alright, please continue," James sighed. He was disappointed with the lack of research in her story, but he decided to entertain her nonetheless. There was amusement in watching her flustered and panicked expressions. "Ahem. The story began when the criminal was caught molesting a woman. The woman reported the assault to her parents. Anguished by the fact that their daughter had been violated, the parents sought justice and challenged the man to a trial by combat. However, even though the father was highly skilled, his daughter was not. If they continued, she would not only be violated but also put her life at risk. So, they appealed to the judge and attempted to gather evidence," Lily continued, trying her best to fabricate a plausible narrative. "Then the trial took place. The case gained fame, attracting the attention of mayors and spectators. When the defendant was given the chance to defend himself, he spun a tale to the audience. He confidently stated, ''Women are part men. We are meant to be one. I did her no harm. The terms violation or harassment are grossly overexaggerated since I didn''t engage in any violent actions or disparage her. I merely touched her body and appreciated it,''" Lily recounted, mimicking the defendant''s words. She spoke like a true politician, devoid of any shame or guilt. "And then it was time for the judge to hear the victim''s plea. Before that, a recess was called, but it was evident that the judge favored the defendant. Moreover, it was also shown that the majority of the audience, mostly males, sympathized with the defendant''s cause." "So, did Mr. Smith win the court case?" James inquired. Unlike Lily, he hadn''t forgotten the details of her story. With his perk [Perfect Memory], he remembered every aspect. Furthermore, his [Analyze] skills piqued his curiosity about the outcome of the trial. "Well, I would like to continue the story. However, it''s getting late into the night. I don''t want to disrupt your morning routine..." Lily said, glancing at the time. It was only midnight. The indolent princess was used to staying awake until morning, reading light novels or playing games back in her castle. However, her mind was already exhausted from conjuring up the story just now, and her head throbbed from the strain. So, she pleaded with him to wait for the rest of the story until tomorrow. "True, I have an appointment at six. Alright, good night," James replied, turning on his magiphone to check his schedule. With a sigh, he resigned himself to sleep, even with his skill [Fast Sleeper]. He had to wake up at four tomorrow unless he wanted to skip his morning practice, so it is better to sleep more now. Lily watched him as he slept. However, unlike the previous night, she didn''t dare to sleep in the same bed as him. Instead, she sat on a chair like a statue. But her tired body and the tranquility of the night didn''t allow her to stay awake for long, and she eventually dozed off, resting her head on the table before her. And so, the second night passed for Lily, with her purity still intact. Third Night: The Flying Boobies Third Night: The Flying Boobies
Morning arrived, and James woke from his slumber at precisely 4 a.m., thanks to his perk [Biological Clock]. As he surveyed his surroundings, he noticed the girl sleeping uncomfortably on the chair. Curiosity piqued, he wondered why she had chosen the chair over the spacious bed that could accommodate them both. Measuring more than 2x2 meters, the custom-made king-size bed seemed more inviting than a stiff chair. Shaking off the thought, he dismissed it as a minor concern. His focus was on his morning workout training and the impending meeting at dawn. After an hour of intense training in the special room, he emerged and spent another thirty minutes swinging a sword. Refreshed from a shower, he made his way back to his office. His sprawling three-story manor, spanning over a hectare, was often referred to as the Redbox''s Castle. It housed not only his office but also his loyal henchmen. "Sir!" greeted the guard at his office with a salute. James passed by while ignoring the hardworking soldier. When he reached his desk, he infused his mana into his computer. With the enchantment [Mana Lock], the computer recognized James'' mana and booted up, displaying the FirePanda Operating System. The enchantment acted as a safeguard, rejecting any attempts by others to unlock his computer. Should they attempt to do so, the house''s Security System will be triggered as a warning. Once the computer was open, he further infused his mana to activate the hologram meeting application. Through this application, his hologram appeared beside the computer, allowing him to connect remotely to the court. If desired, he could see through the hologram''s perspective. It was in this virtual space that the case from yesterday''s sexual soir¨¦e would be judged. Given his role as king, James had been invited to attend as a symbolic presence and the power of royal prerogative, allowing him to grant royal pardons. Both sides sought his favor, either for a pardon or denial of clemency. The case struck him as absurd, and he could only facepalm at the ludicrousness of it all. Nevertheless, he knew he had to attend to avoid incurring animosity from either party. The case revolved around the victim, the third daughter of a duke, who was now two months pregnant. She accused the son of a nouveau riche count as the perpetrator, pointing to a party that took place two months prior as the likely occurrence. The victim''s family reported that she had been under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time. However, it was evident that the victim had not consented to her pregnancy, adding complexity to the case. Being in such an unrestricted soir¨¦e, it was obvious what would transpire. However, what puzzled him was the fact that the girl ended up pregnant. Contraceptive magic or even basic primitive condoms were readily available. Why the count''s son hadn''t utilized them remained a mystery. According to the [Bio] Mage scan, the fetus inside the girl was 90 percent related to the said count''s son. However, given that two months had already passed, it was dubious whether the girl had been under any influence at the time. Analyzing the crime from a motive perspective, the convict would benefit from entering a higher-ranked aristocratic circle. Conversely, the victim''s family would gain financial advantages from the count''s wealth. The judge had proposed marriage as a resolution, yet the victim had vehemently refused. Instead, she sought child support, while the convict argued that the victim had engaged in similar acts with three other nobles, all of which were consensual and thus legal. "This is preposterous. I have had over ten sex slaves whom I bedded almost every day for two years, and none became pregnant. How could such an oversight occur?" James sighed. However, he realized this was no mere accident but a plot. The most likely suspect was the Duke faction taking advantage of the count''s son''s negligence in using contraceptives. "But should I truly support the count''s son?" James contemplated as he observed the court proceedings through the hologram. The proceedings seemed to favor the duke''s daughter, but a recess was called until further evidence could be presented. Once the absurd case concluded, his maids arrived to serve him a late breakfast as he listened to the reports from his butlers and maids regarding his concubines and the estate''s conditions. Tilly, the catgirl tasked with attending to the princess''s needs, was next to provide her report. "The princess is still asleep. When I entered, she woke up, and I proceeded with the cleaning. As instructed, I fed her on the floor to humiliate her, and she obediently accepted. After that, I left." The catgirl maid gave a concise report, lacking any eloquence. "Did she exhibit any suspicious behavior? Did she attempt to seek help or anything of the sort?" "No, she did not." "I see. Good work, continue monitoring while pretending to serve her. Fulfill anything she wishes if it is still within my budget." James replied. However, his [Lie Detecting] skills subtly signaled a minor alarm. It indicated that the maid was concealing something. It was a small alarm, so he decided to let it go, assuming it was likely a minor issue, such as a broken vase or a misplaced item. There was no need to make a fuss over it. The day passed by until noon, and during his break time, James decided to invest time in honing his skills and further training. However, his attention was caught by a peculiar absence or rather, the lack of [Detection] ping. Princess Lily was nowhere within the range of his [Detection] skill. Closing his eyes, he expanded his senses, allowing mana to surge from his body, creating an invisible mist that filled the room and extended outward, reaching every corner of his estate. Despite his thorough search, he was unable to locate her. Concerned, he rang a mana bell to summon Tiana. "Did you summon me, Milord?" Tiana arrived ten minutes later. "Where is Princess Lily?" James inquired. The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement. "She was in her room thirty minutes ago. She asked if she could explore the mansion, and I granted her permission," Tiana replied. "Confirm her whereabouts visually and then report back to me. I wish to see her," James instructed, stroking his chin as he contemplated the implications of his detection skill failing to locate her. Was the princess skilled in assassination? If not, it was peculiar for his [Detection] to be unable to detect her. "Yes, sir." Less than an hour later, Tiana returned, confirming Lily''s presence as she described. Indeed, Lily was lingering in the kitchen, gazing out into the garden and occasionally sneaking cookies from the chef. Yet, even when she was right before him, James''s [Detection] still failed to detect her. "Lily, why are you here?" James greeted her from behind. "Eeek!" Lily squealed, dropping the pilfered cookies in surprise. "I-i-i was simply inquiring with the chef about lunch," she stammered, her nervousness apparent. Despite her suspicious demeanor, his [Lie Detecting] skill didn''t raise any alarm. "Let us have lunch," James invited her. Setting aside his suspicions, he was confident in his strength, being over level five hundred. He believed that regardless of her abilities, she would not be able to overpower him. Lily nodded quietly and meekly followed him. Unspoken words hung between them, accompanied by a deafening silence as they made their way. Lily was astonished as the opulent dining room unfolded before her eyes. She couldn''t fathom why or for what purpose James had invited her. For the past two days, she had been left to her own devices within her gilded cage. Why did he suddenly choose this moment to invite her to a meal? Unlike her previous meals consisting of a single plate of steak or a bowl of cereal, today''s lunch was truly sumptuous. A roasted firebird stuffed with a medley of vegetables and fruits graced the table, accompanied by an appetizing asparagus soup. A decadent cream cheesecake adorned with a dusting of chocolate and ground coffee was served for dessert. And if that wasn''t enough, there was spaghetti with a fragrant black pepper sauce topped with grated cheese, followed by a creamy clam chowder soup with crab. Lastly, an enormous lobster, as big as Lily''s head, was presented before her, its tantalizing aroma filling the air. "Take your pick, and then let us chat at the table," James invited. This dining room, often used for parties or meetings with VIPs, was spacious and luxurious. However, Lily couldn''t help but notice that no one else was joining them for the meal. What a waste of such exquisite food, Lily thought. Furthermore, James hadn''t even bothered to choose the dishes himself. He simply instructed the staff to prepare the feast. How opulent! What an arrogant king! Lily''s thoughts betrayed her own indolence, the memory of her maid delivering food to her bedroom even before she became a prisoner. The lunch unfolded in an atmosphere of awkward silence, the loudest noise being the clanging of cutlery against the plates. The fear of James''s tyranny kept the guards and butlers silent. They only spoke when spoken to, intensifying the already palpable tension. Sensing the awkward silence, James asked Lily to continue her story. "So, what happens next with Mr. Smith?" he inquired. "Mr. Smith w¡ª" Lily abruptly halted, realizing she was about to ask who Mr. Smith was. It finally dawned on her that he was a character from her own story, the one accused of sexual assault. "Ah, your Highness wants me to continue the story now?" Lily felt a bead of sweat forming on her brow. She hadn''t prepared for this moment. She had intended to gather her thoughts, but James beat her to it. Now, she would have to improvise on the spot. "Ahem. Last time, Mr. Smith presented his defense. After the recess, it was the victim''s turn to deliver her defense. However, the situation seemed dire. With no way out, she finally spoke, ''Your Majesty. I shall now share with you the tale of the Flying Boobies.''" "Huh?" Lily''s bizarre choice of words piqued James''s attention. Internally, Lily was sweating, grasping at whatever her gray matter churned out to her. The mention of "boobies" had stuck in her mind, and now she found herself using it again, just like us. "Yes, she said that. When Eve had her device installed on them, their children didn''t inherit her device. They remained as flat as a plain," Lily continued, trying to regain her composure. She felt a bead of sweat forming on her forehead as she realized she had gone off on a tangent. She had let her words flow without control, much like many authors do with their stories. "Huh? So, is the offender¡" He whispered. "Wait, hold on for the story to finish," Lily hastily interjected, realizing her mistake. She needed to regain control of the narrative. She took a deep breath, trying to gather her thoughts. "Ahem. So, where were we again?" she asked, trying to steer the conversation back on track. "It was when the victim spoke out her statement, and the victim shared her story about the flying boobies," James responded casually, sipping another spoonful of soup. "Yes, exactly," Lily said, relieved that James had followed along. She continued narrating, "So, the story begins when breasts miraculously grew on adult females. People at the time believed that the growth of breasts signified the transition into adulthood. The bigger the breasts, the more wisdom and maturity a woman was perceived to possess." Lily paused, realizing she had fallen into another trap. She had taken the story on a different tangent, and now she had to decide whether to delve into the victim''s tale or provide an exposition dump. She pondered her next move, unsure where the girl''s story had even begun. "Most men desired those who possessed breasts, so the country soon became divided into two factions¡ªthe haves and the have-nots. In response to the egregious desire of men, the have-nots devised a plan. They captured those who had breasts and performed a ritual that caused their breasts to shrink, equalizing them with the have-nots. The have-nots expected those that have to share their bounty with those without. However, the have-nots remain flat while those that have shrunk until become the same as the have-nots." Lily continued her narration, trying to weave a coherent narrative. "Those with breasts wept in sorrow as their ''devices'' flew away to heaven, never to return. Furthermore, they joined forces with the have-nots and continued the ritual on those who still possessed breasts. Sensing the impending doom, those with breasts sought support from the men. However, reality delivered another surprise as conflicts erupted among the men." She paused briefly, setting the stage for the next part of her improvised story. "There were not enough women with breasts for the remaining men. Some men who desired spouses switched sides, joining the have-nots. The country was plunged into a real civil war, known as the War of Legal Lolis." Before Lily could continue her fabricated tale, James was interrupted by his butler, who informed him of an upcoming conference with a duke. "Greetings, Your Majesty. I apologize for my rude interruption, but your conference with the duke will commence in twenty minutes," the butler informed James. "Damn it. Those damn aristocrats," James grumbled, tossing aside his napkin in frustration. Lily''s mood instantly brightened as she looked at Tiana, the genetically engineered catgirl before her. "Tell Tiana what you need. She is your personal maid," Lily suggested, eager to shift the focus back to the catgirl. The second day had come to an end, but the third night was yet to unfold. Third Night Part Two Third Night
As the night approached, Lily felt a sense of panic creeping up on her. She tried to gather all the stories she had told James so far. First, she recounted Mr. Smith''s story, then moved on to the court case, and later the victim''s tale. She struggled to recall the details of her fabricated stories as she tried to continue the narrative. "Tiana, right?" Lily turned to the catgirl. "Could you bring me some pens and notebooks?" "Why would you use pen and paper in this age? Why not simply use a Magiphone or MagiTablet?" Tiana brought the requested items, albeit needing clarification on the unusual request. "Do you have a mana stone-enhanced magiphone with its charger? I can''t use the normal magiphone." Lily explained. Her words carried a more profound meaning, which Tiana understood a moment later. "I see. You don''t have [mana manipulation] skill. I''ll try to find some for you," Tiana responded, bowing down. Lily being the indolent princess she was, never went out leveling. That''s why she didn''t have such a skill, nor did she have mana to maintain her phone. Minutes passed, but like many indolent authors, Lily''s book remained empty. Her brain refused to cooperate further, as the pages of her notebook remained blank. "Tiana... Let me touch your ears! Maybe I can get some inspiration that way... How should I continue after the legal lolis?" Lily frantically hugged Tiana in frustration, hoping for a spark of creativity. "How should I know? It''s your story!" Tiana reflexively shouted, contemplating whether she should report this to King James. However, she knew he was only interested if she engaged in outside communication or suspicious activities. King James was a tyrant, and he would even allow Tiana to become Lily''s slave if it served his purpose. "Just give up your futile endeavor and become our property already..." Tiana sighed. To be honest, King James seemed to favor Lily, and that frightened Tiana. She has been mean to Lily, albeit with King James'' order, and if Lily becomes Tiana''s boss, she will suffer retribution. "No! I''m scared. If I drink such a potion, I won''t be myself anymore, right? I read about it in a book. Such potions give your body immense pleasure until you become dependent on them. I won''t have any freedom of thought if I drink it," Lily explained, fearful of the potential consequences. "You barely even use your head right now..." Tiana sighed, feeling exasperated by Lily''s behavior. "But I''m scared. You wouldn''t willingly drink such a potion either, right?" "Well, that''s true..." Tiana admitted, thinking about the miserable behavior of the previous captive who had drunk the potion. Within days, they went from complete defiance to being an obedient slave, willingly kissing King James''s feet like a dog. Tiana didn''t want to meet the same fate if she angered him. "Ah, I get it! So, in the legal loli war, I should talk about the equality of boobies. Then I should discuss the betterment of society, etc..." Lily moved on from caressing Tiana''s head to jotting down ideas in her notebook. Inspiration started to flow, and she eagerly wrote down her thoughts. Meanwhile, James attended a meeting with the aforementioned duke. He couldn''t care less about these bootlicking aristocrats. After this, he would have to listen to the count''s plea for clemency. "Your Highness. I plead that you punish that count''s son. He had defiled our daughter and made her pregnant. Due to our law that prohibits needless killing, we must now raise her child as our own. We need money for that. So, it is only natural for the cost to be split between the parents." The duke said. "Where is the daughter?" "She is still in our home, distressed by the news of her pregnancy." "I see. Even though I explicitly asked you to bring her to me, you disobeyed my order. You may leave. I do not wish to speak to unrelated parties." James was more than annoyed. He was a tyrant, meaning he could do whatever he wished, even ignoring these aristocrats. This tale has been pilfered from Royal Road. If found on Amazon, kindly file a report. "Your Highness¡ Very well. We shall not bring trouble to the royal family." They replied as they left. "Well, now that one is finished..." James murmured. His butler then came in. "Greetings, Your Highness. I guess your meeting has concluded?" "So, where is the count''s son?" "Right this way, he has been waiting for your presence." Next was a meeting with the father and son. They came to request clemency for the incident. One look at the son and it was clear that he was a thoughtless brute. He had short spiky hair and muscular arms, resembling a knight''s apprentice. "Greetings, Your Highness." "Greetings. To the point, your son. Rudolf, isn''t he? Tell me, why didn''t you use contraception?" James, ever annoyed by this incident interrupting his time, asked him. "My friend, who was a [Bio] Mage, said he had cast a contraceptive spell. But he also claimed it only worked for three hours. Since I was the last one to have fun with her, she ended up pregnant." "I see. So, that''s where the mistake came from," James nodded while sighing. "At least take up some [bio] magic lessons..." "My [Intellect] status isn''t high enough to learn magic, and My [Mana] is abysmal," the brat replied. "So, will you give clemency to us? Giving up one hundred thousand guldens to that greedy duke will bankrupt us. We still need to pay tuition for his knight course and support his two other siblings." The count pleaded, almost in tears. "You will still have to pay some sort of penalty to the nation and for child support. But, I will see what I can do with the amount." James sighed. "By the way, will you marry her?" "Well, I didn''t hate the girl. But, her parents were outright villainous to me. I don''t mind marrying her, but only if she comes to our house and not vice versa." "Do you think she will agree?" "Nope. She is quite prideful. I am sure she was looking at me as some sort of leisure playtime. She is not the type to be attached to just one man." "I see. So, she is quite promiscuous, you say?" "A nice one, at least, the one you would befriend with but not putting any commitment," "Alright, you may leave. I have other matters to attend to." James then looked back at his computer before the day turned to night. A notification pinged on his magiphone. It was another request for support against the border of Yellowbox and Whiteboxes. Now that the Bluebox country was beaten, their territory automatically went to him. However, there were a lot of resistance and interruptions. "Maybe I should go to them instead of spending my time here babysitting some counts and dukes." James sighed. "I want to kill some more. My level is not enough. I need more EXP." "Brother! What are you doing? Let''s hunt some salamanders!" the knight captain, Isaac, barged into the meeting room. It was a daily occurrence for him. "No, I don''t think so. Instead of some lizards, I think we are going to be needed at the border." "Damn it. People are hard to kill. It''s hard to find them, and their exp is smaller!" "Yeah. But the rebellions aren''t stopping. The Whiteboxes are doing everything they can to hinder us. And the Yellowboxes are in sync with them. If we let them be, Bluebox will be a lawless land." "Are they working together?" Isaac asked. "Don''t know. Let''s just go to Bluebox, then assign two armies at the border with Yellowbox." James sighed. "Alright! Let''s do some leveling!" Isaac gleefully shouted, then left to do the preparations. James then worked through the logistics and decided to bring Lily and the other two of his slaves to Bluebox. If he could show the masses that their royal family now obeyed him, it could pacify the region. Meanwhile, night soon came, and Lily stared from the balcony. In her hand was a notebook she had painstakingly written the continuation of the story ''The Civil War of Legal Lolis''. Without the [Scholar] class, her handwriting could not be called good handwriting. However, it was good enough to read on her own. Once again, she reviewed her notebook while picturing herself telling the story to the tyrant James. Behind her, Tiana was standing stoic, unmoved as she continued to monitor her in accordance with her directive. James had subtly mentioned that Princess Lily was suspicious. It was proven by asking Tiana to confirm Lily''s presence visually. Tiana''s level was obviously lower than King James'', so she had lower status and possibly missed some skills, so she didn''t know what tripped King James'' alarm. She was below fifty, only comparable to average soldiers. However, no matter how many times she looked at Lily, she only appeared as a ditzy princess to her. When Lily tried to visualize how she would tell the stories to James for the umpteenth time, James came in. "Tiana, prepare a dress for her," James replied. "and bring slaves number eight and nine." "Yes, sir." "Ah, wouldn''t you be interested in the tale of the legal lolis?" Lily said, but her voice was passed over unheeded. When James mentioned bringing her with other slaves, she was deathly afraid. "I have prepared this story by spending all afternoon for you! How could you ignore me!" Lily thought as she was seething inside, but she knew better than to voice her dissatisfaction and thus, remained silent. "You, sleep now. We need to go out at dawn tomorrow. You can use the guest room. Get out." James said condescendingly, and Lily nodded to obey. Even as she survived yet another night, she was not as relieved as yesterday. Fourth Day: Recapped Fourth Day: Recapped
"Lily, wear this." James threw a slave collar with a rope at her. Tiana speedily grabbed the collar and fastened it around her neck. The steel iron felt heavy on Lily''s neck. She frowned as the collar looked unfashionable to her. "Don''t worry. That''s just an ordinary iron collar. It has no mind-effect enchantments, nor does it have any training enchantments. It only has tracking enchantments," James explained, smirking. "Though I must say you look quite well with that." "Thank you." Lily smiled. Both of them were taken aback by her nonchalant expression. "So, you finally have some desire to be my slave?" "If you give me an easy job like cleaning and four holidays a week, I think I would like to work here. And don''t forget the meals too. Two times a day would be enough!" Lily made a joke to suppress her fear. She usually made this kind of joke to Tiana. She hoped he would retort, but his silence was very awkward. That''s even better than the workers here! What the heck was she thinking? James retorted in his mind. His suspicion was raised as he frowned at Lily''s proposition. Even the noble maids still needed to work five days a week here. She was asking for too much luxury. He glared at her while thinking, is this her proposal in exchange for being obedient to me? But, if that was the case, it was too lenient. Did she mean she simply wanted freedom? Or did she want to make another request? But, in that case, how did she know what I would ask her? Wait, don''t jump to conclusions yet. She didn''t say she knew she was going to be taken to Bluebox. "I see. If that is your request, it depends on your performance in the blue nation," James said, and he pulled the rope attached to her collar, dragging her along like a slave. Lily obeyed, and they strolled until they arrived at several MagiVehicles parked in front of the estate. "Greetings, Your Majesty," a brawny man with red hair spoke as he knelt. "Hello, Isaac. Let''s go to the airport." James walked while dragging Lily to his vehicle. Everyone looked at them agape. They compared Lily to James''s other slaves. Isaac stood in a daze as James sat inside. "What are you doing, Isaac?" James looked at his confidante because he stood there like a statue. "Uhm¡ are you sure you want me to accompany you inside the car?" "You are the head of the royal guard, right? Just get in. We are riding to bluebox now." James sighed. Isaac awkwardly nodded. Then, they got inside, and the silent driver headed toward the airport. "So, what''s the game? Am I supposed to watch or what?" Isaac asked. "What game?" James asked, oblivious to how other people saw him. "Why are you bringing your female slaves beside you on a long journey unless you want to play with her?" Isaac smirked. "I haven''t seen you play inside a car. So, which game? Did you bring any toys, perhaps? She doesn''t look like your other slaves. Still fresh. Did you give her your potion? Did she resist it?" Feeling the danger of the two men''s conversation before her, Lily suddenly tensed up. She needed to distract these two from discussing her body. She could imagine the fate that awaited her if she ever touched one of James''s potions. Her brain quickly reminded her of her story about legal lolis in a desperate attempt to steer the discussion toward another topic. "Ahh! Before we play, aren''t you curious about the story of Legal Lolis that was left hanging?" Lily said. Her mental training from yesterday was not in vain, as she had already visualized herself telling the story. "Ah, sure, go on, tell me." "Huh? What legal lolis?" "Ah, you see, she has been telling me stories for the past three days. The first is about an angel and a man and woman fighting over breasts. Then, the second was about a man being held prisoner for sexual harassment." "Oh, I am interested. How does the story go?" Isaac asked. Lily welcomed the recap. A recap is a wonderful thing; it saves authors time and brain energy by retelling something they''ve said before. And so, she retold the story excitedly. "This is a story about loaned boobies. When humanity began, man and woman lived together. However, the women were troubled by the fact that they could not feed their young. And so, the gods arranged for an angel to descend and give her breasts. It was first decided that the breasts would be shared, one for the men and one for the women. But, when the angel descended to Adam and Eve''s house, Adam was out tilling the field." "Confused, the angel was unsure what to do. Since he had no time, he decided to install both devices on Eve. After he installed them, he left," Lily replied. However, this time, since they were in the car, it was limited to retelling the stories without groping her breasts. She looked at both Isaac and James. If you stumble upon this tale on Amazon, it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. "Haha. But why did the characters rely on gods?" Isaac laughed at her humor. "Gods do not help people directly like that. The system and mana help people only if they work for it!" "This story is merely fiction. It has no relation to reality," Lily said. "At least use a system! I haven''t seen a story without a system in this country," Isaac retorted. His backseating hurt Lily''s feelings. On one hand, she needed to entertain these guys and include a system in her story; on the other, she didn''t want to put a system in her story. "I see. I will consider your suggestion for future stories," Lily said noncommittally. "Don''t be like that, Isaac. Just let her tell what she wants; as long as it amuses us, that''s fine," James smirked as he watched her. She then continued. "Alright, you are the boss. I knew you weren''t too religious. But, it simply pained me to see that she didn''t put either mana or a system in her stories." "Yeah, that kind of story doesn''t get far in our society." James nodded. "I shall continue." "Ah, no need for the recap. I can tell him myself," James said. "¡Alright." Lily nodded. This time, she was the listener instead of the storyteller. "So, further on with her story, the women now have two breasts or ''devices'' as Lily called them, instead of the planned one breast, and the men agonized about it." "Wait, how come? What about the mana expenditure of the devices? I suppose the women were angry about it?" "Her story doesn''t have mana in it. Just assume that it all goes well," James replied. "Then, the second story was about a man who got charged with molestation of a girl. That story was put on hold due to ''that incident,''" James snorted. "Hahaha, what a coincidence, huh? Did you know about it, Princess?" Isaac asked. "What incident?" "That party where one of the duke''s girls got pregnant." "Huh?" Lily tilted her head. She had no way of knowing what had happened outside. She was a prisoner of King James, after all. However, James looked at her inquisitively. If she did know, he wanted to know how. He didn''t suspect his employees were betraying him. There are skills specializing in clairvoyance or mind reading, or even surfing the net without tools. "So, you didn''t know? Was it just a fluke that the story matched?" "All of my stories are fiction. They have no relation to reality," Lily said. "I see." "Well, I shall continue." James said as his gaze moved away from Lily." Then the story about the war of Legal Lolis. It started with the imbalance of breast cup sizes among women. Then, the flat ones used some rituals by sacrificing the big ones. However, the ritual failed, and the big ones turned flat while the flat ones remained unchanged." "Hahahaha. What is that story?" Isaac laughed as he looked at King James, telling the story with a flat face. His expression remained flat, neither becoming bigger nor smaller, even when he said such a ridiculous tale. "Now, you may continue the rest, Lily." James suddenly threw the ball at her. She was surprised since the story she was planning to tell differed slightly. Either because James had been retelling it with his own bias or because she had her own bias since she already told the story yesterday. Nevertheless, she had to continue. "Alright, the story then went back to the victim in the court. She told the court that the statement of Mr. Smith was unthinkable since she was flat." "Ah! You just described her as a normal adult girl. But is she a child or an adult? Is she flat or endowed?" James asked. He then went on to critique her like a professional criticizer. "You have to establish this beforehand. It would destroy my image of the girl otherwise." "That is the purpose of the story!" Lily exclaimed. She then continued the story."This is called a twist!" ""Although you are flat, you are 25!" Mr. Smith roared. The petite figure of the female victim could potentially trigger a misunderstanding, so he quickly corrected himself. Otherwise, he could be stoned to death, as it was a crime to copulate with children. ""Then, I shall tell you a story of the Adolescent Baby and the Sixty-Nine Children," the victim said, launching into her narrative. Lily then continued with her story." "Oh, is the Legal Lolis war finished?" Isaac interrupted. "How''s the conclusion? Who is winning?" "Yes. Who is winning in that war, Lily?" James asked. Lily started to sweat profusely as she didn''t expect the two men before her to be so invested in her stories. "It is not important who won the war. The story simply conveys that when people judge others as unequal, disputes can occur. Then, fighting might ensue, which could lead to a war," Lily explained. She didn''t have any way to conclude the Lolis war. She could have simply ended it with the big boobs winning, but she had already moved on to her new stories. "Huh? So, no winner?" Isaac was disappointed. However, James was intrigued by her. "I see. The women''s differences were only in their breast size. They had no differences in levels, status, or skills. And yet, a seemingly unimportant difference could spark a war because people judged it to be important." "Yeah, however, aren''t you curious about the war''s conclusion?" Isaac whined. "Well, that''s true. But there were other stories that considered those irrelevant. We call them ambiguous endings," James accepted Lily''s ending. However, Isaac was perturbed, and his face clearly showed disappointment. "Well, fear not. Someday in the future, we might revisit the story again. I simply left it alone because it was no longer the focus of the story." Lily boasted so much that it was painful to write the scene. She didn''t know where she would take the story next, nor had she prepared any kind of continuation scene. She was filling the poor men with hope through lies. "Ah, there is the airport. It will take several hours to fly to Bluebox," Isaac said. James, being a king, had the privilege of a personal plane. He didn''t need to undergo baggage checks or purchase tickets like commoners. He could simply stride directly to the plane where a flight attendant awaited him. With a tug on the rope attached to Lily''s collar, he led her along, evoking a sense of humiliation within her. Behind her, two more slaves were similarly brought. As expected of a king''s plane, the interior exuded luxury. Resembling a hotel room, it housed a bed, a table with dining chairs, sofas complete with a television, and even a well-stocked bar filled with expensive alcohol. The only deviation from a lavish hotel room was the shape; it was an elongated cylinder rather than a square. "Sister?" Lily gazed at the two slaves that James had brought along, questioning herself. She had believed her sister, the first princess of Bluebox, had perished in battle. Furthermore, her sister held strong pride and would have likely chosen death over captivity. Lily pondered if the slave presented before her was simply a look-alike. "Lily?" The voice dispelled her doubts. It was indeed the first princess of Bluebox, her sister, Jeanne, also known as the Knight of Blue Rose. Fifth Day: Adolescent Baby and the Sixty-Nine Child Fifth Day: Adolescent Baby and the Sixty-Nine Child
"Sister Jeanne?" Lily stood there, agape. She had heard that Jeanne had fallen in battle. Yet, seeing her here indicated that she hadn''t perished but had been captured. Lily didn''t know the extent of Jeanne''s strength, but she was confident it exceeded level two hundred. "Hah... Hah... Lily. How are you?" Jeanne was oddly panting and sweating, as if she had run a marathon before arriving. She appeared uneasy, her eyes darting back and forth, unfocused as she looked at James. Strangely, she was being exceedingly polite to Lily. Lily, typically an indolent princess, was usually ignored by other nobles of Bluebox, including Jeanne Scheherazade. Due to her low level and status among the royals, Lily was often subject to bullying. "I was captured by James," Lily stated. "You as well?" Their silence communicated volumes. With a single look, they understood each other. Jeanne had been in captivity for over a year. She appeared physically healthy, but her demeanor told a different story. Her complexion was pale, her breathing ragged. "Master!!" Jeanne rushed toward James as he motioned for her. Like a dog responding to a call, she groveled at his feet. Lily gazed at her in shock, her jaw almost hitting the floor. Jeanne had been a proud knight during their time together at the castle. She had disapproved of Lily''s indolent nature, frequently reprimanding her for it. It was inconceivable for Lily to witness her once-proud sister reduced to such a state. "Here. Open your mouth." James produced a vial of the familiar pink potion from his [Item Box]. Dropping a few drops into Jeanne''s mouth as she extended her tongue like a dog, he said, "The moment the liquid touched her lips, Jeanne''s tension seemed to melt away, replaced by a moan of pleasure. "Ah... Thank you, master... ??" she murmured, squirming in pleasure. Watching her transform into such a state sent shivers of fear down Lily''s spine. "Lily, take a seat," James instructed, resting his feet on Jeanne''s back as she crawled like a dog. Jeanne''s expression showed no traces of hatred or humiliation, only bliss. Obeying his command, Lily walked over and settled on another sofa, facing him. In a king-like manner, James luxuriated on his couch. Another unfamiliar slave approached him and began massaging his back. The plane began its ascent, its massive wings propelling it into the sky after a lengthy roll down the runway. Inside the fuselage were only two rooms: James''s opulent cabin and the cockpit. The roomy interior of the plane boasted sofas, televisions, and snack carts. Soon, his guards were happily munching on snacks, their eyes closing as they focused solely on what mattered most to them¡ªtheir own lives. Even Tiana, unfazed by James''s behavior, didn''t bat an eye. "So, what''s the continuation of the story?" James inquired. "Huh?" Lily stared at him, puzzled. However, she quickly shifted gears when she caught sight of James''s displeased expression. To her surprise, she still remembered the content of her story. "Ah, yes. The story about the Adolescent Baby and the Sixty-Nine Child. Once upon a time, in a village cursed by the witch of time, the residents were trapped in eternal loli, unable to physically age beyond the level of sixty-nine." "Then, a hundred years later, two childhood friends emerged¡ªa soldier''s child and a doctor''s child. Bound by a deep friendship, they reveled in playing together. One aspired to be the finest knight, while the other harbored dreams of becoming the greatest healer." "However, one of these friends soon encountered a hurdle. She needed to be this tall to enter." Lily continued, accompanied by a mime of someone measuring height with her hand, reminiscent of the phrases often used in amusement parks. This amused James, eliciting him to chuckle. The crowd of guards and attendants behind him fell silent, captivated by the unfolding story. They had abandoned their earlier inappropriate behavior and harassment of slaves and flight attendants, engrossed in Lily''s tale. Though Lily was heedless of their attention, she felt a sense of satisfaction in the silent atmosphere as she focused solely on James. "Then the doctor and the child set out to level up. The doctor, with a cunning strategy, directed all last attacks to the knight. This way, all the experience points are funneled into the knight, leading to rapid leveling. The doctor ingeniously bred rats, poisoned them, and asked the knight to eliminate them. "Eventually, the knight reached level 69 and underwent a growth spurt, becoming much taller, more than twice the doctor''s height. With an air of pride, she enrolled in the barracks. It''s essential to note that both of them were just 7 years old. Nonetheless, due to her strength and high level, she excelled in the entry test and was accepted," Lily narrated, but Isaac interjected. Help support creative writers by finding and reading their stories on the original site. "That''s absurd. You can''t level up that way. The rats would be low-level creatures. At most, you''d only reach level 10 using that method," Isaac pointed out. However, Lily merely smiled, dismissing his comment as she turned her attention back to James. "May I continue the story?" "Yes, please do," James consented, his expression transitioning from a smile to a frown. He had been scrutinizing her words intensely, perhaps reading too much into them, which had made him uneasy. "Then I shall proceed. With the skill points she acquired, the girl outshone all the other knights. In no time, she was hailed as the premier knight in the entire kingdom," Lily''s smile deepened as she closed her eyes, her focus shifting from James to the narrative itself. This was the first instance she had invested her heart into her story. She yearned for the idyllic life of knights, where everything seemed attainable. "How wonderful it would be if this story could materialize," Lily mused, indulging her indolent tendencies in a moment of fantasy. The joy of leveling with little work. She smiled as she rounded off her tale. Yet, upon reopening her eyes and locking onto James''s gaze, she found him fixed on her, unyielding and expectant as if he awaited more. "...," the silence hung heavily in the air. Her hard work had been acknowledged as incomplete. Thus, she was compelled to press on. "Soon after, the neighboring kingdom launched an attack. Amid the chaos, the 7-year-old adult knight rushed to the rescue! Yet, facing off against the champion of the opposing realm, she was defeated. The handsome champion spoke these words to her, ''Those who do not labor shall not be graced with glory.'' Dejected, The knight returned home," Lily surveyed her surroundings, greeted only by silence, neither applause nor disapproval. She dug deep to the bottom of her shallow brain to unearth more of her story. "The knight turned to her old friend, who remained a little girl. Unchanging." "Hm? Why didn''t the friend level up?" Isaac, the insolent critic, immediately interjected. "... I-I shall explain that later," Lily stammered. She hadn''t foreseen the fate of her heroines, having woven the tale in haste, akin to serialized authors rushing to meet deadlines. She had let the narrative flow as it wished. Switching to autopilot, she continued her story. "The knight implored her, ''My friend, the kingdom is in peril. I must vanquish the enemy''s champion, or we shall be enslaved. Please, help me. Allow me to use your rats once more.'' "The doctor, now leading a leisurely life as a farmer and local medic, responded, ''You are my friend, and thus, I must speak the truth. You cannot use them anymore. Your level has stagnated, hasn''t it? There are no more adversaries powerful enough for you to gain experience,'' she clarified." Lily swiftly incorporated Isaac''s feedback by introducing the rule that an adequate-level opponent was necessary for leveling up, even though it made more loopholes in her stories. Without pause, she resumed her tale. "''Then what am I to do?'' the knight bemoaned. After pondering, the doctor proposed, ''Why not hone your skills?''" "Yet, the knight declined, countering, ''Training my skills now would yield little. I need years to master them. If I don''t defeat the enemy''s champion within a month, they will march on our capital!''" "At this, the doctor offered a solution, ''Very well, I know a way to enhance your skills within a month.''" "''How?'' the knight inquired. ''Do you possess a master swordsman who can instruct me here?'' "It is simple. Hold your sword and swing it back and forth. Your skill will gradually improve," the doctor advised. One month later, the knight returned to the capital, her swordsmanship skill now at level 10. And when she faced¡ª" "Ladies and gentlemen, we will be landing at the Former Bluebox territory in five minutes. Please return to your seats and fasten your seatbelts," the pilot''s announcement signified the plane''s impending arrival. "Excuse me, Your Highness," Lily said as she buckled her seatbelt. James wasn''t particularly pleased with the pilot''s interruption, but they had reached their destination. He still had tasks to attend to tomorrow. Upon reaching the hotel within Bluebox, James instructed Tiana, "Tiana, stay at the hotel with Lily. I have matters to attend to tomorrow. I will bring Jeanne." "Yes, sir." Tiana bowed. James and his retinue proceeded to Bluebox''s SkyBlue Palace. The palace gleamed atop a hill akin to a dreamy sky. Lily stared at it wistfully. Her life had been confined within its walls, colored by disdain and mockery. However, the library, a place dear to her, emitted a calming aroma that soothed her heart. "Is the library still intact?" she queried. "I don''t know, but it''s likely. King James does not engage in unnecessary destruction. However, a portion of propaganda or Bluebox''s historical texts might have been burnt already," Tiana responded. The hotel Lily occupied resembled the chambers in Redbox Castle. She now understood the opulence of Bluebox''s royalty and nobility. While King James was deemed the wealthiest in Redbox, even the castle''s accommodations appeared comparable to certain hotels in Bluebox. "He won''t be coming tomorrow?" "Yes. King James will remain in the palace. He won''t be visiting our hotel," Tiana explained. "Why can''t we all go to the palace?" Lily asked, her head tilted in confusion at James'' directive. "It''s a directive from King James. You are to stay in the hotel until tomorrow or the day after tomorrow," Tiana explained. She didn''t understand the reasoning behind James'' order, nor did she consider it necessary to know. Her understanding was simple: disobeying him could result in even harsher consequences. "I understand," Lily replied, opting not to probe further. Her languid mind was fatigued from the experiences on the airplane. She settled onto her bed and allowed herself to rest. "I still have to get ready for tomorrow''s stories..." Lily muttered as she drifted into slumber. Sixth Day: Genetically Engineered Catgirl Sixth Day: Genetically Engineered Catgirl
Meanwhile, James sat upon the Bluebox throne, observing his subordinates. Jeanne knelt beside him on the floor, a collar around her neck. Most of his courtiers displayed contempt, while a few attempted to curry favor with blatant flattery. Isaac stood silently at his side as a Bluebox duke presented a report. "The rebellion remains contained in the north, Your Highness. You can rest assured that those who have stayed here will follow your lead as long as the princess demands it," the prime minister reported. He was a former count appointed by James to govern Bluebox, and trust among them was scarce. The new ministry was rife with suspicion, and every order was questioned as it lacked legitimacy and was regarded as a puppet of invaders. "Very well. It''s late in the day. I''ll retire to my chamber. I entrust this matter to your capable hands," James replied. With Isaac, he made his way to his private quarters, activating his detection skills before drifting into slumber. Meanwhile, Jeanne sat on the floor like a dog beside him. He had given her a blanket, and she rested there, tears silently trickling. She felt humiliated, exposed before her fellow countrymen in such a degrading manner, wearing a collar and dragged around like a pet. However, she had no choice. Each day, she endured the torment of withdrawal symptoms. Hearing her soft sobs, James tossed another vial of potion in her direction. She quickly consumed it, and any traces of sadness rapidly dissipated as she sank into the blissful stupor induced by the substance. Then, they both enjoyed a quiet sleep beneath the occupied castle, while Lily slumbered in a hotel near the airport. Morning arrived, and the indolent Lily savored her breakfast in bliss. She didn''t have to lift a finger. In fact, James had ordered Tiana not to venture anywhere. James had decided to utilize the more obedient Jeanne for his affairs in Bluebox, leaving Lily as a backup in case the Bluebox court demanded proof that the entire Bluebox royal lineage was under his control. "Tiana!" Lily embraced her and began stroking her ears. "I can''t clean your dishes like this, Lily," Tiana sighed. She no longer resisted Lily''s advances. "It''s fine. We have plenty of time, anyway," Lily reassured her. "Tiana, do you know how the Genetically Modified Catgirl by Ella Dusk came into being?" "It''s not Ella Dusk! But the goddess of Anthrofauna, Elaine Twilight," Tiana corrected Lily. "Alright, alright. Listen to me! The legend says that Elaine created beastmen to symbolize coexistence between man and animals thousands of years ago, between man and nature. But you know, there''s no proof. What if the reality was different? What if catgirls were made by a degenerate professor who just wanted to pet their fluffy ears and tails instead?" "Do not slander our goddess," Tiana retorted. However, she wasn''t offended. The primary religion of this world was based on the system. Moreover, it was an open secret that many high-level people had some loose screws in their heads. So, there were numerous theories regarding the maker of the beastkin. "One day, a [Bio] mage was researching flora and fauna in the wild. Then, she encountered a fluffy animal called a cat¡ª" "Stop it, I don''t want to hear it!" Tiana began to close her cat ears. She was aware of the theory regarding catgirls being created by a [Bio] mage named Elaine. There were many speculations about the origin of the beastkin, and the famous one from Bluebox Nation depicted Elaine as a lover of fluff. The more modest theory was that she had brought two babies, one human and the other from an animal, then used her [Bio] magic to fuse them together. But there were even more outlandish theories, including one where she copulated with beasts and gave birth to beastkin. When the beastkin realized that these theories were possible, the mere mention of Elaine became a taboo topic, uncomfortable to their ears. Unauthorized usage: this tale is on Amazon without the author''s consent. Report any sightings. "I won''t slander your creator. Instead, I think you should be grateful! I shall praise Ella to the highest for giving us the gift of catgirls to be petted. You should be glad that Ella created Catgirls! Isn''t it extremely boring to have only women or girls as ladies in waiting?" Lily rambled on about the importance of catgirls. "Okay," Tiana replied, still somewhat weirded out. Despite having proven herself stronger than Lily, she couldn''t shake the sense of danger from Lily''s zealous rambling. "Let me continue! When Elaine found a critter called a cat, she was mesmerized as she fondled its soft fur. Her caress on its head felt heavenly for both Ella and the cat," Lily continued to speak as she started lightly scratching Tiana''s ear. The ears twitched cutely, and Tiana felt ticklish but no longer resisted. "Then Ella continued to pet it. However, a cat''s life was too short. Grieved by this, she took a cell from the cat and a cell of her own. Then, the first Furry came into being. She adopted it as her own child. The catgirl had long triangular ears just like yours and a long white tail. Then, when she walked outside with her child, the child found a fox! She brought it to her mother and said, ''Look! Its ear was similar to mine. Can we keep it? It might be related to my mother!''" "The mother nodded and also stroked its back. It had a different softness and fluffiness than the catgirl. Ella was struck by love, especially with its tail. You know, a foxkin tail was very fluffy. When you extended your hand, your finger would sink into it. Have you ever touched a fox''s tail?" "Listen here. I let you touch my ears and tail because you are royalty with King James'' protection. I won''t let any stranger touch me, especially my tail and ears, okay? Don''t misunderstand; we don''t touch each other nonchalantly," Tiana said while admitting she had never touched another beastkin''s tail. "What a shame! Well, continue on. I want to talk about the difference in tails. Catkin have a smooth and long tail that is especially nice to caress, while foxkin have a fluffy tail that feels like a cloud enveloping your hand. In Bluebox, I especially adore sleeping with my two foxkin''s tails as pillows," Lily said. Tiana quickly turned hostile at the mention of Lily sleeping with a tail but not with the person herself. "What did you say?" Tiana growled. Her ears shut, and she was now glaring at Lily, refusing entirely to be petted with such dirty hands. "I-i-i didn''t kill them! I simply bought them off the streets! The vendor said they died a natural death, that''s why it is expensive! The other one is still alive! She is my only serf!" Lily exclaimed. It was unthinkable for the indolent and chickenhearted princess, such as Lily, to consider killing with her own hands. She knew about the notorious story of people killing beastkin for their tail fur. It happened for a while before the country explicitly forbade it. Killing them would reduce the workforce, and you couldn''t cut off their tails while keeping them alive. "I see. Sorry, I jumped to conclusions," Tiana said. "That''s fine. Let me tell you about Lizardkin''s and Wolfkin''s tails¡." Meanwhile, James was incredibly annoyed. The occupation didn''t go as planned, and he even considered simply ignoring Bluebox as a whole. However, if he did that, and these nobles chose to merge with the neighboring nation of Yellowbox, then it would have disastrous consequences for Redbox. Moreover, Bluebox had several resources that Redbox would like to acquire. With all of their royalty under his custody, James was sure they would be under his control. However, right now, he wasn''t so sure. There were several dukes and even counts who tried to become the new monarch. But without royalty, nobody would support them. But, when he ordered Jeanne to order the new government, the ministers were lackluster in their response. James was confused about whose order they would obey. Or would they obey no one? "Princess Jeanne, it seems like you aren''t well today. May we postpone the meeting until tomorrow?" the more polite minister replied. "We could not simply obey whatever the Redbox nation told us. We have done exactly as King James told us. But the citizens resisted. Moreover, their nobles support them." "No! They would disobey me? They just need to calm down the rebels! Otherwise, I can''t get my re¡ I mean, it''s for the betterment of the kingdom!! Do they want to be executed?" Jeanne said, flustered. Her breathing became ragged at the thought of the punishment James would give her later if she failed this meeting. When he looked at her, James sighed. The meeting was a flop. "I will bring Lily here tomorrow. You will see that all royalty are under my control. I hope that they cease their futile attempts at rebellion by then," James sighed. "Yes, sir," the ministers replied, their reluctance evident. Given Lily''s reputation as an indolent princess, James wasn''t confident that they would even give her the time of day. Seventh Day:The Kidnapping Seventh Day:The Kidnapping Story
Lily strolled through the hotel and eventually arrived at its restaurant with Tiana by her side. Surprisingly, Tiana allowed her to explore the hotel freely, as long as she stayed close. Before her was the cuisine of her hometown, Bluebox Nation: a plate of pasta bolognese accompanied by several steamed chestnuts. An elderly gentleman entered the restaurant. He was impeccably dressed, and his white hair complemented his robust physique as he strode confidently towards Lily. He took a seat as if he owned the place. Lily arched an eyebrow at him but continued to eat. The food before her took precedence over strangers trying to dine with her. She was no longer a princess but a prisoner and was accustomed to being ignored in her hometown. Few paid her any attention, and even fewer showed her respect. "Greetings. Are you Lily, the last princess of Bluebox Nation?" the man before her bombarded her with the question. Lily and Tiana immediately snapped to attention. Tiana, in particular, summoned her dagger from her [Item Box] and assumed a defensive stance. "Who are you?" Tiana growled. "I am Osborn Regalia, the Duke of Osborn, located just north of here." "Rebels!" Tiana shouted as she swiftly armed herself with another dagger from her [Item Box]. Osborn merely smiled at her futile efforts. "Filthy invaders, daring to speak boldly in my homeland! Know your place!" He spat out his words with malice, attempting to silence her with his [Intimidate]. Tiana shuddered, almost dropping her dagger. She knew she couldn''t win against a foe like this. Tiana was merely a level 47 combat maid, while the enemy before her must have been at least level 100. She didn''t know how Duke Osborn could pinpoint Lily''s location. "Did they follow us from the airport? Does it mean there was a mole somewhere in this hotel or among the airport employees?" She thought while scanning her surroundings, searching for backups. The duke smirked mockingly as he spoke in glee, "Hahaha, you have no power here. Your king is at the castle while my forces are already here." "Now, let us get down to business, Princess Lily. Ignore that small fry," Duke Osborn said with disdain. "Princess Lily, I asked you to marry my son and become the future queen of Bluebox Nation. Will you become a queen of Bluebox and lead its people?" Lily tilted her head in confusion at his proposal. She didn''t even know Duke Osborn, nor had she ever met him. Why did he make such a suggestion? "Duke Osborn, do you know the rumors about me and that my sister, Jeanne Scheherazade, is still alive? I just met her yesterday, and¡ª" The duke cut her off with a reply as he scoffed. "Jeanne was drugged. She is James''s lapdog now. We can''t trust any of her words. You, however, are different. There is still a glimmer of sanity in your eyes. I know about you. The indolent princess who, despite being royalty, was so indolent that they said you are below level 10. If only we could find other royalties, we wouldn''t even consider using you. But it can''t be helped. Moreover, I think you would be the perfect candidate since you have no diplomatic obligations. You just need to do as I say, and everything will be fine." Lily was irked by the old man''s frenzied speech. His words held no sway over her indolent nature. She replied weakly, "Duke Osborn, we have already lost." The duke was appalled at Lily''s reply. A royal was supposed to never show such a defeated look. Passion surged within his words, "Don''t give up just yet. We will surely prevail! Well, I guess I understand that you were threatened. Let us go somewhere more secure." He smiled and stood up. Then, he glared at Tiana. She reacted at once. She brandished her dagger and activated their aura. Duke Osborn followed suit. Aura is a reflection of the user''s stats. When a person started his aura, it usually meant that he was going to fight. Tiana perceived this and quickly charged at him, only to be knocked aside with a punch. He then brandished his greatsword, which he took from his [item box]. Several more men in blue suits rushed into the building, and the meager number of guards were subdued. "Wait, don''t kill her!" Lily screamed as the duke was about to strike Tiana with his sword. The duke glanced at her as he spoke out. "Well, she is just a small fry. Let''s leave, gentlemen. No blood shall be spilled in this airport." An airport was often thought of as a neutral zone between countries. However, such rules were only implicitly understood. Osborn lifted Lily as if she were a bag of wheat and strode off to a prepared car waiting outside. Then he threw her inside the car before getting in himself. "So, Dad? Is this the lazy princess?" A haughty man dressed in leather jeans and a jacket said as he munched on his lunch in the passenger seat. He sneered at Lily as if he were looking at goods in a store. Lily felt a shiver as he seemed to size her up. "She''s got the looks, at least. But she''s such a low level. My [Rivalry sense] turned nil. It means her level must be way lower than mine. I don''t really like dumb, weak women." If you spot this narrative on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation. "Yes, she is Lily, the fourth princess of Bluebox. Your opinion is irrelevant. Now, get going," he ordered the driver to drive. On the way, even without stats or skills to enhance her perception, she couldn''t help but notice the duke''s son leering at her until they reached the hideout. The hideout was a plain office building in the middle of the city. Along with Osborn and his son, several other nobles and commoners were in attendance. The duke mentioned that it was a ''temporary'' hideout because his real headquarters were far away in the dukedom. There, Lily was pressured again to marry his haughty son. "So, Princess Lily, now that we are safe, how about we discuss the future of the country?" Duke Osborn started the conversation. He felt that Lily was merely being passive due to the threat from James and his cohorts. However, unbeknownst to him, Lily already had a negative impression of his son. Moreover, she had no desire to marry and become the queen of Bluebox. "Then, may I ask how you plan to defeat James? Even with support from commercial nations like Yellowbox or the theocracy Whiteboxes, it will only be a Pyrrhic victory at best," Lily answered firmly. She believed that Bluebox had lost, and to reduce casualties and suffering, she should obey James and the Redboxes for the time being. Never mind other people, she needed to prioritize herself first and foremost. It had been ingrained in her subconscious that betraying James would lead her to suffer the same consequences as her sister, Jeanne, who had been forced to drink that pink liquid. "We should not give up, Princess Lily! Together, we will surely prevail!" one of Osborn''s henchmen shouted. His shout echoed and was followed by others. Lily almost facepalmed. Then she suddenly got an idea, an idea born from her experiences over these past few days. "Have you heard about the tale of eternal wars and eternal peace?" she began her story. "Once upon a time, there were two cities that stood side by side. These cities were lush and rich, with their people living in harmony. Let''s call them the Peaceful City and the Rebellious City. Then, an army led by a tyrant king tried to subjugate them. An army marched on these two cities." "The first resisted until the very end. And in the end, the city was razed and burned to the ground. Its remnants became bandits that plagued the land. The second gave up without a fight. The tyrant king, pleased that the city capitulated without more bloodshed, decided to annex the city. "At first, life in the city was harsh. However, after a few years, they were finally annexed, and when a girl from the city was married as a king''s concubine, the city was treated the same as others except for higher taxes. But they still accepted it without complaint. Many mocked them for becoming loyal dogs of the tyrant king so easily. In return for their fealty, the king took hold of their security. "Then, much, much later, the king died on a battlefield. When the king died, his servants immediately planned a civil war, and the country was split into factions. There was this faction and that faction. The Peaceful City, which had grown exponentially during the king''s era, became the centerpiece of these factions. Then, the Peaceful City simply said, ''Those who respect us the most shall earn our fealty.'' And thus, that faction won the civil war. "The Peaceful City was never harmed, and although they incurred much jealousy, their opponents simply couldn''t oppose them, lest they incur the wrath of this and that faction. Soon enough, they no longer held the title of concubines but queens and dukes, all without shedding a single drop of blood. "Meanwhile, the Rebellious City was no longer lush and rich. All of its remaining citizens became bandits. Throughout history, they were reviled, and their lands decayed due to the flames of wars." Lily finished her story, and the audience fell silent. She looked around, and their voices no longer screamed for rebellion. "Your thoughtfulness is impressive but naive. Bluebox has history and secrets which we must keep," Duke Osborn said. "There are no secrets. If you''re talking about the Halls of Mana, then King James already has access to it," Lily said, her expression growing dim. "WHAT?!" Osborn screamed. His calmness vanished. Osborn had thought Lily was a mere obscure princess, ignored by society due to her indolence. Never would he have thought Lily knew about such a secret. "How? Who? You?" Osborn turned from confusion to anger, directed at Lily. Uncontrolled, he brandished his sword at her. But he stopped himself as he thought things through. It was impossible for Lily to leak such important information to Redbox in such a short time. "I was there for a mere five days, Lord Osborn. You see, Redbox was a kingdom, but its king was not hereditary. The king was chosen in a contest and by parliament. Nobody knew who James was before becoming a king." "Yes, you are right. Very well. I accept your condition. I will return you to the palace tomorrow. You may rest, Princess Lily. Hopefully, you may become a queen one day." Duke Osborn smiled, and cheers ran through his officers. Lily cared not for them. She only breathed a sigh of relief as she dodged a marriage with a rude and violent Duke''s son and a possible execution by James. Meanwhile, Duke Osborn stared at the night sky, where unblemished stars stayed eternal. He pondered Lily''s story deeply, realizing that someone had finally listened to her. He had heard rumors about Lily, but seeing her beside his idiotic son made it clear who was superior. His son was over level 100, while the Duke was at 180. Everyone knew that the higher the level, the harder it was to level up. If James could defeat and capture Jeanne, who was over level 250, then his army stood no chance. He gazed out at his bleak hometown from the window. The citizens were scared, and the Redbox army was everywhere. He then returned to Lily''s story. If he continued his resistance, his home would share the same fate as her story''s. In fact, he could see it happening right before him. Lily, who had never stood on the frontline, understood this. Citizens were terrified, streets were empty in broad daylight, the economy had tanked, and the military was everywhere. While it hadn''t happened in the capital yet, several districts of his duchy were already destroyed due to skirmishes between Redbox soldiers and Bluebox soldiers. "Damn it," a sense of loss engulfed him as he slept in his study.
