《The First of Many》


 The First of Many, Part 1

    14th of January, 1927


    I suppose i can start making a diary, or more sort of¡­ some type of entry logs? I¡¯m going to mostly call it a diary. Anyway¡¯s, i¡¯m William Ellsworth, the one writing this and the one that¡¯s going to change the animation industry! I like to draw¡­ very much, and i plan on becoming an animator in the future, i live in London in the UK, but i plan on travelling to America. Well, i guess that¡¯s all for today i guess.


    16th of January, 1927


    I guess i could give a bit of an explanation on why i¡¯m writing this, my therapist told me to keep a diary by my side. She said it¡¯s to ¡°Monitor My Mental Health¡±, after that incident, I¡­. I don¡¯t think i can bring myself to remember what happened that night¡­


    18th of January, 1927


    In a couple of day¡¯s i¡¯ll be moving to America, New York, It¡¯ll be like a start over for me. New place, new me¡­ I¡¯ll miss London, but atleast i¡¯ll be away from¡­ them

    22nd of January, 1927


    Today¡¯s the day i finally move! I¡¯m so excited to see what this Great ¡°America¡± is all about! I will miss London, i grew up in these street¡¯s, but i guess all things change. I better get going, don¡¯t wanna miss the ship.


    24th of January, 1927


    Well, i arrived yesterday to America, and it sure is different, everything is way bigger and grander, the dialect is also different, everyone speaks so weirdly, i can barely understand them. But, the main reason why i have come here is to pitch one of my characters to the famous animating company, ¡°Walt Disney¡¯s Pictures¡±. The character i made is called Floot, The Dancing Fox, a rather mischievous and scheming fox, his cartoon¡¯s consist of him pulling prank¡¯s on his neighbourhood. I¡¯m going to draw how Floot look¡¯s and some more frames of him, and then go to pitch him.


    30th of January, 1927


    Today¡¯s the day! Today¡¯s the day that i¡¯ll go and change the world! Floot is gonna make an impact to the world! I promise you!


    31st of January, 1927


    Welp, i guess i¡¯m booking the soonest ship back to the UK¡­ They said that¡­ That Floot seem¡¯s too ¡°Childish¡±, ¡°and is gonna be a ¡°bad influence¡± to kids. As if, he¡¯s supposed to be funny to watch! What about that bloody fuck of a sailor Popeye!? He chugs a can of spinach and knock¡¯s out a bloody bodybuilder! That¡¯s not bad influence to kids?


    7th of February, 1927


    I¡¯m back at home, i probably won¡¯t write for some time.
