nightfall, sunrise, so I decided to start what every good plant should do, photosynthesis.
converting energy water and co2 int suger and o2, except I don''t know how to do it...

so I started to create more essence, but not knowing how much essence I had, I decided to think really hard,
and I meant really hard as hard as a tree could think and even better.
and then I felt hunger, all-consuming hunger
i had no time to think about this blue box, all i could think of is photo essence thesis
now eat it.
I felt this warm feeling again, and the hunger is gone and I am full, and now I will forget those blue boxes and start my photo essence thesis....
just kidding, I am dumbfounded, did I have just created a system?!?!
chapter 2- All time low
The earth hit an all-time low with the appearance of the apocalypse, but unlike any good fantasy and litrpg story, neither magic nor the system appeared.
thus having all humans struggle to survive in this new dawn, the new era we may say, as humans love classifying everything...
this new era, humans must survive alone because the consequence is consuming all life on earth.
our science has found that those monsters that have appeared overnight, are not, suffice to say, actually alive, they are not made out of cells of any kind, but out of energy, which means once they die we can hopefully convert this energy into things we human can use.
but there is a small problem, this energy is inert, and it solemnly interacts with matter. but we do have noticed, that a very minuscule amount of that energy is attracted to the brain, but also to a certain saturation, once hit no matter the concentration of the energy outside, the energy, which we will call x energy (what humans love to call unknown stuff with the x letter, fire me I will do the same), so once the concentration of particles of the x energy I certain t particles, and the brain has absorbed y particles, then the number of particles will always be t+y particles, as we haven''t succeded consuming this energy.
no benefit has been found, maybe it is a part of the mage profession or a worrier, but thus far, the uses of this energy are few if any, in the following days we are going to do some research on a special tree we have found in our base, we believe the tree is capable of generating this x energy and also consuming it at an incredible rate.
in our research, we have found that by slaughtering monsters near this tree, a concerning fact arises, it sucked dry all the x energy generated near its trunk, so far it is the only tree we have found to do so, which is concerning, and we conclude that this x energy may have so mutation capabilities but more research is needed.

not many results, to be honest, I just put a lengthy introduction to say fill in our luck of finding, hope they won''t notice, as far as we could tell the tree doesn''t evolve at all, except some minor improvement once in a time, and this doesn''t make any sense where does the energy go to, and why is it the only one, hell, we no other camp in the entire world has found an animal that consum x energy let alone create it, this tree is special but we don''t know anything about it.

So after my last discovery of the use of essence, as a tree, I decided like any good old 4x player that I need more of it.

it is pretty useful, and guess what, those pesky humans literally feeding me this essence, they are killing monsters near me and I suck every last bit.
which brought me the idea, of why not collect taxes from the humans.
I will create this grand system that will give magic to humans (which I discovered is possible by trial at night when no one is around)
so I will give human magic, via a system, and will let them harvest essence for me, a win-win situation

she is called Rebecca, and she is a scientist, every time I watch her eating by my tree trunk, I think of the perfect plan, I will grow an apple, with a special code that will let me upload the system I have worked hard on to any animal that consumes this apple, thus granting them system access, but first, this special apple, is special after all it is the first integrated being, so I will give her the special access to be my priestess, spreading my faith while also helping the refuge camp at the same time, it will cost me more essence at the start, but petty fast, everybody will come looking to get integrated into my system.
