In the quiet and desolate streets of Tucson, an Humvee drove slowly across the dreaded streets with its headlights turned on and the LEDs shining a bright blue light. Within the Vehicle layed two Military Police Officers on patrol duty, their patrol unit was assigned to look for a man that has failed to report back home before curfew.
The two MP officers looked around the street with eyes tracking the secluded streets or within the damped windows of the countless buildings around them. They have stoic impressions on their faces as they look around to see any clue of sorts or anyone outside during curfew.
The one in the passages seat had one of he¡¯s arms down to he¡¯s pistol holster to pull it out the moment he spots someone out in the open, of course the driver took notice of this but kept quiet as he practically didn¡¯t see a problem with it.
As they passed by into a new street, the MP in the passenger seat spoke in a cold tone. ¡°Officer Neal¡±
¡°Officer Gladwin¡± The driver seemly emotionlessly answered back.
¡°Heard the results of the second offensive into Washington?¡± Asked Gladwin
Neal was silent as he took a minute to look around the road infront of him once more before giving an answer. ¡°I doubt it would¡¯ve been different from last time¡±
Gladwin just nods he¡¯s head slowly. ¡°This fucking useless war, they tried once and they failed pathetically, they tried again and they almost lost the front.¡± He said with a low growl on he¡¯s tone. ¡°When will they learn that American Democracy is just a useless concept that¡¯d only bring sufferment to Humanity and end this stupid war they began¡±
Neal just shook he¡¯s head. ¡°Simply leaded by deluded old men who simply miss the old years of the United States¡±
Gladwin was about to make a comment until he felt a glare upon he¡¯s direction, knowing it was from the driver and most likely doing it so he could shut up, he promptly kept he¡¯s mouth shut.
The Second American Civil, or the Second American Revolutionary War. Has been raging on for a bitter part of a year, the casualties had already reached to the Millions and it¡¯s a point where both sides couldn¡¯t back down, even the promised negotiations by the considerably softer side of the Military Cabinet broke down when the Neo-Revolutionary¡¯s demanded to much that swayed away from the geopolitical goals of the Military Junta and to an insult to MacArthur¡¯s dream.
There was never a day where the Soldiers of the Military Junta of North America ever took their guard down, even the Soldiers assigned in the Natives Territory of Deseret didn¡¯t leave their posts to put down these American Republicans, orders were orders, they were ordered to stay in Deseret in the worst case scenario that the Military Junta falls apart by the Neo-Revolutionary¡¯s.
Of course it was no stranger to both MP¡¯s in the vehicle that both had some form of experience of Neo-Revolutionary¡¯s of some kind that trespassed into Deseret. Wether it¡¯d be a hostage situation or a skirmish, it was practically getting more and more irritating each time it happened again and again.
This same feeling was being felt at that very moment, as both felt that Uharaq was in some kind of hostage situation in some secluded building just for the Neo-Revolutionary to kill either way or some disgruntled soldier that was in the opposing side against the Military Junta had snuck across Deseret it¡¯s way to Tucson and the Native American was it¡¯s first victim.
While it could argued as they were jumping the gun too quickly, both had to be vigilant and to be prepared at any cost. And they certainly didn¡¯t want to get comfortable with the feeling as they felt they¡¯d get too sloppy to get anything effective.
As they crossed another street, MP Gladwin heard something audible but couldn¡¯t pin point where. Suspecting this has something to do with the missing civilian, he then rose up he¡¯s hand to Neal who promptly stopped the Hunvee and shut off it¡¯s engine but kept the lights on. As the sound of the engine snuffled away, they heard it much clearer..and it the sound they heard confused them.
What they heard was..moaning? Groaning? It sounded from a female who was being pleasured as it slammed against something. Both MP¡¯s looked at each with absolute disgust and scowls on their faces, if this what they had to deal with then they would¡¯ve wished they had to hunt down an armed Neo-Revolutionary instead.
Neal turned the lights to a red and blue mix as both got of the vehicle and slowly shutting it door quietly as they could and began to slowly enter alleyway to where the sounds of disgusting pleasures could be heard even, both still had looks of disgust until both heard a certain sound.
It was a sound of a male struggling or close to that of suffocating, their faces of disgust and stoic immediately turned serious as they realized that the man in question wasn¡¯t having willing intercourse, he was being raped.
Almost immediately both MP¡¯s took off their pistols from their respective holster¡¯s, took off the safety and immediately began to rush into the alleyway at fast as possible. Gladwin was the first to reach the end of the alleyway to which he turned the corner.
¡°Free-¡° He didn¡¯t even finished he¡¯s word before he got jumped by some women who knocked away he¡¯s weapon as he fell into the ground, the women then attempted to bring its face closer to hers but the officer fought back against by immediately punching her in the face and placing one hand to constantly push her away.
The driver then aimed its iron sights toward the women who had jumped Gladwin, until he heard another pair of footsteps, it didn¡¯t take long for him to know that another one was going to jump him, so without any hesitation or care, he turned the pistol toward the direction of where the footsteps was heard, and fired.
Three consecutive shots was heard, those three bullets then went through the air, those three bullets then entered the front skull of the women whom promptly left from the back of her head. She then fall face first into the ground as blood began to bleed out from her head.
Two loud gasps could be heard, one of gasps came from the exact same women who had jumped onto Gladwin, taking advantage of her current state of surprising shock, the MP reached out for he¡¯s pistol on the ground and immediately pulled the trigger when the gun was pointed at her head.
Two shots came out of the gun as the bullets met their targets head as the female fell backwards. Gladwin stood up and began to unload he¡¯s entire magazine into the female, shooting the head over and over again, even as the magazine was out of bullets, as Gladwin kept pressing the trigger.
Neal once more shook he¡¯s head as he passed by the dead body he shot and made he¡¯s way toward the third suspect as, in the most disgusting and most accurate way possible. She was sitting on top of Ujaraq, both being completely naked to the absolute brimn, with the difference being that the female was sweating profusely due to how much he had raped the man, and she had..tears forming in her eyes as she had her hands on her mouth from shock. A foreigner was the most likely answer.
But as he then diverted he¡¯s attention to the missing civilian, he immediately notice something wrong with the man. Ujaraq was deathly pale, while Neal was no means a medical expert of any means, but throughout he¡¯s 30 years of service in the Military Junta, he knew that people only go pale when they have lost a huge tremendous amount of blood, yet. There was no blood anywhere around the victim, it was almost like, she was somehow able to poison him.
The MP then balled its free hand into a fist when he finally made the distance to the whore, and she didn¡¯t even acknowledge that he was now infront of him due to most likely still being in shock, but that immediately knocked out as the fist made direct contact to her face to which she fell over and finally getting of the victim.
Gladwin, who now put in a fresh new magazine into he¡¯s pistol, now walking to Neal as he himself then crouched down into Ujaraq who seemed like he was having difficulty breathing. The women groaned in whimpered in pain while sniffing her tears, this got the attention of Gladwin who had nothing more than an pissed off scowl on its face, he then placed the pistol back into he¡¯s holster and pulled out it¡¯s baton and walked over to the lady who was now beginning raise up its head to be immediately kicked by Gladwin as she then fell once more into the ground.
The MP then force the women down with he¡¯s foot on her back as he went and forcefully grabbed the women¡¯s arms and began to cuff them, she of course initially tried to resist but a hit from the baton stopped her resistance as the MP was able to cuff her with her hands behind her.
While Gladwin was dealing with the female suspect, Neal was checking on the victim to try to figure out what was wrong with him, he couldn¡¯t spot any holes within its body to indicate on why he was pale and he looked like he was hyperventilating, which this was the first case he ever seen one do so as, this never happened after 1962.
Neal then picked up he¡¯s hand held radio and immediately contacted command. ¡°Command , we have a victim in critical condition, I repeat, we have a civilian in critical condition, requesting immediate medical attention in Street 261¡± He said with a calm but stern undertone.
There was a pause before he received confirmation. ¡°Affirmative, a medical team will be sent shorty, standby¡±
As Neal placed the handheld radio back into he¡¯s holster, Gladwin then knees down to Ujaraq with he¡¯s baton still on he¡¯s hand as also has a confused expression on he¡¯s face as he also unsure on how to handle with the situation. The two were there is silence as they were wondering what they could do to help, as while the Plutonium from the nukes has effectively pushed out most positive emotion in them, that didn¡¯t necessarily mean they didn¡¯t care to some extent.
But, much to the annoyance two the MP¡¯s, more specifically Gladwin, the women was still squirming and whimpering while the noticeably cries coming from her. The shackles of the cuffs can be heard as she desperately tries to get them off with no success.
Gladwin was just about to yell at her before he was interrupted by her saying something inbetween her sobs ¡°W-W-Why did y-you kill them?! T-t-they d-id n-nothing wrong! They si-simply were l-looking for a h-husband!¡±
¡
¡
¡
What
Both MP¡¯s then stared directly at her, if she was able to move, she would¡¯ve stepped back ten feet as soon as the their glares reached her very eyes. Neal just had a face of utter disgust and bafflement, what she said was nothing more than a mere joke to him. That they didn¡¯t do anything wrong? Who are they trying to fool?
Gladwin didn¡¯t have the same thought process as Neal, no. When he heard those words come out of the women¡¯s mouth, he gritted he¡¯s teeth and growled. Who the fuck does she think she is? That she wasn¡¯t doing anything wrong? This piece of shit most likely poisoned this victim for her own degenerate satisfaction. No, that was some sick joke from the Neo-Revolutionary.
One look at Ujaraq was enough to tell that he was poisoned by this fucker, the probability of the medical team reaching in time was low, the way he was hyperventilating was sever that he was most likely gonna die. He was gonna die before he could¡¯ve achieved something, he didn¡¯t care if didn¡¯t join the military or not, he could¡¯ve another Native American who were able to enjoy what good that was left in this rotten world¡and this bitch was gonna take it all away, all away for some disgusting joke of wanting a husband and wanting to bring back the same system that almost ended the world.
Gladwin then stood firm and turned around to look the Women in the ground straight in the eyes being slowly walking up to her with he¡¯s baton raising up. ¡°You fucking Neo-Revolutionary Whore¡± He growled out.
The women was only able to turn slightly and went into complete fear when she saw the glare of death when the baton made contact with her face.
The MP began to bash her with he¡¯s baton constantly, wether it¡¯d be on the head, torso, legs, arms. It didn¡¯t matter, he kept hitting her and hitting her more and more. Blood began to spew out from her mouth as the intensity of the hits from the metallic baton was increasing more and more as the more anger he put into it.
The women made an attempt to look at Neal with the most apologetic eyes and with hope he¡¯d come and stop this maniac from killing her, but instead she was met with Neal¡¯s cold dead eyes as he stared right into her very soul. He didn¡¯t care if Gladwin became mercifully or not, he just wanted her gone just as Gladwin.
The MP who was beating her up with baton momentarily stopped to look at her once more in the eyes, she was gargling out blood and was in pain, he knew this by the eyes alone. He then raised up he¡¯s baton once more and with all of he¡¯s strength, he aimed directly in the head once more.
With that final hit was what led to her light finally being knocked out. When the MP retracted he¡¯s baton back into place. He could see that the body was no longer whimpering or squirming as before, she was dead, but to make sure it stayed that way. He pulled out its pistol form its holster and aimed at the head and fired a single shot before putting he¡¯s weapon back into place.
Neal only mimicked a sigh after Gladwin had its fun to the fucking bitch. He didn¡¯t feel an ounce of sympathy for her, she did something to this man when it was most likely she got rejected and went mad over it. Of course it was still strange to see a foreigner of all places here, but that would either be answered later, or not at all.
He then heard loud coughs coming from Ujaraq, he looked down to him and, to he¡¯s surprise he¡¯s pale skin was reverting back to normal, he¡¯s hyperventilating was slowly stopping?
He wasn¡¯t the first one to notice as Gladwin also took notice and equally had a same expression of confusion on its face as he didn¡¯t know what caused it. Why was he suddenly getting better.
Ujaraq hyperventilating and coughing then stopped, he skin was now back to seemingly normal. But also stopped moving, carefully Neal went and placed he¡¯s head near the victims heart.
A singular beat could be heard. He was still alive.
Neal then pulled he¡¯s head back while standing up and looked up to Gladwin and nods in confirmation that he was still alive. Gladwin just simply nods as he seemly looks lost in complete thought. Neal was too as he began to rubs he¡¯s hands on he¡¯s eyes as to understand what just happened this past 10 minutes.
¡°Wait¡what the fuck?¡± Gladwin muttered.
Wondering what Gladwin was speaking about, he retracted he¡¯s hands from he¡¯s face and looked at what Gladwin was looking and..he finally realized what the women looked liked.
She had two purple animal like horns on the top of her head, she had.. purple wings coming out from the back of body and..a purple tail? She had a tail as well? He looked at the other two corpses they had to get rid off, it was the exact same case.
Neal was completely flabbergasted when he saw this, he could only imagine Gladwin was also in similar state of confusion as he went to and placed he¡¯s hand on one of the wings and began to shake it to see if their real or not. And they were real.
The now apparent question that came across their minds were. How the living fuck did they not notice this at all, it looked very clear and most seemly had that the entire time and yet they never took note of it. But the other logical conclusion would be that they were used to..not seeing extra body structures that their brains never processed it until just now.
But none of this made sense, nothing made fucking sense. Just, how the fuck did they come from? Where they in hibernation of some kind? Were their kind some form of isolationist society, these question came in almost as a Humvee ramming into a wall of bricks.
But the those thought process was shattered upon hearing a blaring loud siren, the medical team had arrived, and now they now were going see these corpses as well.
Only one thought came across Neal at that very moment.
¡®How the fuck am I going to explain to this to Command..?¡¯

"CODE MUTANTEM HAS BEEN ACTIVATED, THIS IS NOT A TEST"
The same lines from Command still rang through the minds of both MP¡¯s as they sit in their vehicle in complete utter silence as they simply wait for new orders to come out.
The two of them were going to speak with a high ranking soldier from the Black Guard so they relay the information back to command. Why? The two were the first to engage and dispose of the targets that caused this sudden lockdown.
They weren¡¯t afraid, not even in the slightest, but they were severely confused with the whole ordeal, first they were called in to find a man who hadn¡¯t gone home, found the man getting raped and poisoned by three women, killed the said three women and after a mere minutes of killing them did Ujaraq somehow made whatever poison he had in its system to just stop and when looking at another glance of the three women, that they finally see what they truly look like.
This was truly the first time that both were just, confused. Nothing in their training during their training could¡¯ve ever be prepared for this, especially when it came with mutant forms.
And that was another issue that the MP¡¯s can¡¯t fathom over, ever sense 1962, when doomsday occurred its wrath within the surface of the planet and changing earths path to its darken surface where the sun is no longer visible to the life of earth and even after the two long years of the dark days, there was not a single recorded incident of a actual body mutation.
The only form of mutation that ever occurred after the bombs was plutonium 115. Plutonium 115 was a ¡®special¡¯ substance that the Soviets discovered either within the cold lands of Siberia or deserts of the Steppes. Whatever the case, it was the same substance used in the Soviet nukes when doomsday hit, that substance was meant to give off a radiation that would kill anyone alive within a couple hours or just mere minutes. It was meant to completely annihilate the enemies of the USSR and give a pathway of Utopian Communism.
This book is hosted on another platform. Read the official version and support the author''s work.
It didn¡¯t do that, as while the substance by itself is very deadly, but with the taking account of mixing a few other chemicals, uranium-235 and plutonium-239. It did the exact opposite effect of what the Soviet¡¯s. Or rather now, Eurasian¡¯s, intended for it to happen.
Instead of killing or making them suffer, it changed them internally, the specifics? It was like being reminded of what happened ever since that day, the plutonium changed humanity. Humans were able to age longer, they could go on without eating or drinking for an extended periods of time, chances of getting sick was less, and they were stronger than they looked. But it never always have positive effects, the plutonium also slightly oppressed their emotions, not entirely but there is always a noticeable lack of positivity than there is, but only when looking at closely.
Only that the effects were significantly more noticeable in the North American continent, because as mutual assured destruction was said, the Soviets had the North American be nuked after nuked, if he were to guess on why the Soviets nuked the North American continent so much was because they feared a resurgence of the eagle.
Instead of killing the eagle and North America, they had made people living in those change fundamentally more than the rest world. So much so that others don¡¯t consider them as even human beings anymore or even considered roaming corpses by some.
But even with that all in mind, they still had the appearance of a regular human, while yes their lack of regular emotion of a normal human being was to take note off. They didn¡¯t suffer through any body mutations that made them grow extra limbs.
Yet, just today they discovered three females that fits the description of a mutant, yet it¡¯s mind boggling on what the type mutations was and the very specifics on which part was mutated.
Adding the foremention mutations of the counter, they only had horns, some kind of wings, and some weird shaped tail. But what he also didn¡¯t anticipate on the very clear and very explicit on the chest and on rear end. Which led to one question.
Why? What purpose does this serve? Was it suppose to make anyone attracted to it? If so, then it failed in that one task alone as both MP¡¯s didn¡¯t even notice it until they were dead in the ground.
It¡¯s makes Neal think that instead of this being an actual mutation from the bombs, that it was actually created by some disgusting Brazilian scientist who had too much interest in women that whoever they are made it so. Which also leads to how wasteful of time they did on making these¡mockery¡¯s as whoever made them must¡¯ve made them incredibly retarded. Just who in their right mind just rapes a man in a alley without seemly a plan to go forward.
Neal just takes out he¡¯s cap and puts he¡¯s hand on top as he just shakes he¡¯s head. The same could be said to Gladwin who has its gloved two fingers on he¡¯s forehead while just completely lost in he¡¯s own thoughts.
But that¡¯s when a Black Humvee with a man holding a turret on the top bend the corner as it entered the vincitity of the street infront of them. This caused both MP officers to immediately organize themselves to firm themselves in their seat.
When the black Humvee stopped infront of the MP¡¯s Humvee and the soldier on the top then motioned them both to step outside their vehicle, both MP¡¯s complied as they soon got off their vehicle and stood infront of their own vehicle with their hands behind their back, they looked at the Humvee infront of them as the doors of the vehicle opened.
Two soldiers of the Black Guard stepped out of the front seats revealing themselves to being shown a bluish and black themed clothing along side their armor with their assault rifles in hand. The back doors then revealed another soldier who was also wearing a mask and was holding a shotgun, the other soldier didn¡¯t had a mask nor had a weapon. The weaponless man then looked at the pair of MP¡¯s as he made he¡¯s way toward them. The MP¡¯s took once glimpse of he¡¯s rank and stood stern.
When the massless soldier was infront of the two MP¡¯s, both were first to salute to him, and in exchange he and the other Black Guard Soldiers also saluted back. Then they retracted their arms back to an idle position as the BG Soldier infront of them spoke up.
¡°Officer Neal, Officer Gladwin.¡± He questioned with a dry stern tone to which both MP¡¯s nod in confirmation to their names. ¡°Good¡± He then began. ¡°I am Sargent Atwood from the Black Guard Division of Deseret, due to a unique interaction of toward three Neo-Revolutionary¡¯s and due to the nature of what they look like, you two will be under immediate questioning and you are required to answer our question with the best of to your ability. Is that understood?¡± He asked narrowing he¡¯s eyes upon the two MP¡¯s.
¡°Yes Sir¡± They both said in stoic unison.
The BG Sargent then looked at them both carefully to see if they looked uncertain or even hesitate in the slightest. But seeing that both Neal and Gladwin remained completely expressionless, he stopped looking at them for a minute to look back at he¡¯s driver who simply put up a thumbs up while he¡¯s other hand was holding the radio. To which he directed he¡¯s attention back to the two MP¡¯s. ¡°When was the report of the missing person made?¡±
¡ª
Location: Military Junta of North America (Kansas Sector), Kansas City.
Time: 12:00 pm.
¡°This is complete bullshit! We are not Neo-Revolut-¡° But before the civilian could even finish he¡¯s sentence, a singular hit in the jaw from the metallic baton shut him up rather quickly.
¡°Silence¡± Was the only word that was dryly muttered from a soldier from the Riot Control Division. He returned a hateful glare at the soldier but kept he¡¯s mouth shut as he was promptly dragged away by other members of the RCD.
Their objective was straight forward, this abandoned five story apartment complex was under heavy suspicion of either housing Neo-Revolutionary¡¯s or a temporary safe house to record the Juntas move. Under order of RCD Commander Brent and approval of General Herman, A 2 squads of 10 soldiers each fitted to top to bottom with armor were to storm the complex and arrest everyone so for they can be identified. If they were a simple civilian, they¡¯ll be released, if they were found guilty of any kind of evidence the RCD has collected.
They¡¯ll be executed on the spot, no exceptions.
While in some cases it would be preferable to keep them alive for more information or make them give up more hideouts. It would inevitably become a detriment later on as they would need to keep them alive because they would become valuable as time digressed. So the General of the sector made the temporary order to execute any traitor when found guilty under a quick military court or if evidence is found when any traitors is still in the perimeter.
Usually it¡¯s mostly the latter that occurs most of the time.
Sargent Ewart simply looked at the now docile hallway as any occupants that was in any room was now getting themselves dragged out. Of course, they are still yet to check the last floor, the floor that was still under construction. The Sargent was slightly debriefed on the 5th floor, apparently it only has two rooms as the others are either in complete disrepair or it¡¯s completely exposed to the outside.
So to him, only two soldiers would suffice to secure the entirety of the fifth floor. Sargent Ewart then turned to the four RCD that still remained in the hallway, upon randomly spotting soldiers within he¡¯s eyesight, he immediately called them. ¡°Private Farley, Private Bryson.¡± He said in a authoritative cold but calm tone.
The two RCD soldiers whom he called immediately redirected their complete attention to the Sargent by turning to he¡¯s current position and raising their right arm and saluting to him, one he gave a salute back to them.
They put down their arm down and the Sargent spoke once more to the two Privates. ¡°Clear the top floor, if anyone is up there detain them, if you find any evidence of them cooperating with the Neo-Revolutionary¡¯s, execute them on the spot¡±
¡°Affirmative sir¡± Both said in monotone voice as they both moved to the stairwell and made their way up the stairs. Ewart then looked at the other two soldiers still with him and he then motioned them with he¡¯s gloved hand down the staircase, they both courtly nod their heads and made their way down the stairs.
As the two RDC¡¯s went down the stairs, the Sargent then went and began followed them down as well until he stopped and momentarily looked up to hear the steps on top were still moving. With that in mind he made he¡¯s way down the steps.
-
The two RDC Privates have made their way up to the final floor and, it fit the description of what the upper building look liked, a building that was certainly unfinished as some parts of the entrance still had rot in them, and it seemly looks like no one has been here for decades, but orders were orders.
The two soldiers then promptly slowly marched their way through the desolate upper floor, each step made a creek on the wood board but they digressed further, all the rooms weren¡¯t rooms worth to check thoroughly as it either had the entire ceiling collapsed in the room or just, riddled with garbage.
But then they came across one of the two that actually had a door, but compared to the others in the abandoned apartment, this one looks like it was there from the very beginning, never replaced and kept. Private Farley then went moved in front of the door to kick it open as Bryson remained to the side of the door.
They waited for any form of movement or sounds from the other side of the door.
They didn¡¯t hear anything from the room.
Not wanting to prolong any more time or wanting to give any time for anybody in the other side to make a move, the private kicked down the door in one kick as it fell forward into the room and he went in along with the other private.
When they entered the room, it was dark, not dark enough that they can¡¯t see but, dark than most other places, Bryson then pulled out it¡¯s flashlight and Farley followed suit and shined into the room.
It was what appeared to be a simple living room with most basic needs gone, such as a sink or a kitchen. But it did however appear to be a one man operating zone. If the large stacks of documents on the table, papers scattered everywhere and a radio on the side were to indicate anything, this was a Neo-Revolutionary information outpost.
¡°Check the documents and the papers for Neo-Revolutionary behavior¡± Was all Farley said to the other private in a almost robotic tone to the other private who only just went to the desk and began to ruffle through them.
As Bryson began to look at the things in place on the table, Farley got he¡¯s attention else where at another door, most likely a closet of sorts or just a unfinished bathroom, as the bedroom was intertwined with he¡¯s base of operation as he spotted just a mattress on the side.
As he slowly approached the door ready to open it wide open, he then heard Bryson say something as he placed a document down in a tone of pure spite ¡°Neo-Revolutionary confirmed, eliminate the traitor¡±
Farley then immediately put away he¡¯s baton in favor of he¡¯s pistol as he pointed it toward the door while the other Private proceed do the exact same thing Farley did. The RCD soldier waited for a minute until he grabbed the knob and pulled on the door to reveal what was inside.
What he saw in the small room wasn¡¯t even a surprise in the slightest. Inside is what remained of a man laying back in a chair with its front face blown off by a shotgun blast. And looking at what the hands of man revealed that he was holding a Shawed-off shotgun.
The Private simply walked slowly to the corpse as he¡¯s eyes darted around the closet to see the gun was connected to anything, a booby trap of sorts. But nothing came.
Now being secured that there wasn¡¯t any booby traps, he then calmly went and took the shotgun away from the corpses hands and simply pulled down the barrel to see if it was empty.
It had another shell in there.
This made Private..somewhat baffled. If there was another shell, that meant he had more in storage in this closet, and to confirm this he went into the pockets of the deceased man and pulled out more shells.
Next he went and move the corpse and the chair as he made he¡¯s way through the small room founding anything else, he found a revolver, a Neo-Revolution Standard issue, and inside the wardrobe he found a M14 with a scope attached to it and beside the weapon was two magazines that were fully loaded a carton of rounds.
Now Farley was just more confused, this Neo-Revolutionary had the some firepower to make a last stand in he¡¯s apartment if he knew what the fuck the traitor was doing and if he knew he was found out ahead of time then he would¡¯ve burned this apartment building down. Yet..he still committed suicide for seemly without a singular cause.
While there was the possibility that this traitor just realized how futile it was that a reestablishment of the United States was nothing more than a pipe dream and took he¡¯s own life in complete shame, or that he simply couldn¡¯t work in the any longer in the condition he was in.
Both sounded unrealistic but he couldn¡¯t think of any other reason, Farley then slowly turned he¡¯s head to the other Private to which he then slowly spoke. ¡°You should see this¡± He then pulled out a piece a paper whom presumably on the floor, he then grabbed it and took a look on what it said.
T???H???E???Y??? ???C???A???N??? ???S???E???E??? ???M???E???,??? ???T???H???E???Y??? ???C???R???E???E???P??? ???U???P???O???N??? ???T???H???E??? ???W???A???L???L???S???,??? ???T???H???E???Y??? ???W???I???L???L??? ???E???A???T??? ???M???E??? ???A???L???I???V???E???,??? ???T???H???E???Y??? ???W???I???L???L??? ???F???I???N???D??? ???M???E???
Was all that was said upon the paper, and it kept repeating until the very end. He gave the paper back to the private and just looked at the corpse of the traitor.
He went insane. Somehow, he went insane by something, and he kept referring to ¡®they¡¯. Could he possibly mean that the Junta was onto to him? Possibly, but that wouldn¡¯t explain much to how he went insane. And just looking at the corpse, it looked like it¡¯s been there for a couple days, maybe just one.
And him going towards a path of insanity, that is a such a rare emotion anyone who lives in the direct territory of the Junta never has this case before, and while it could¡¯ve been passed off as complete delusion. The frantic writing gave it off just showed how.. broken he seemed?
The RCD Soldier simply shook he¡¯s head and stepped outside of the room and into the hallway with the other private right behind him, he then pulled out he¡¯s hand held radio and pressed on it activating it. ¡°Sargent. We found a deceased traitor in one of the rooms¡± He simply said in a stoic tone.
A reply came back to him in a dry tone. ¡°Shot or Blunt¡±
The Private simply shook he¡¯s head and responded ¡°Suicide¡±
¡°Cause and time¡± Came in a questioning tone.
The Private took a moment to think on he¡¯s words to say them properly, took a mental image of the body and the weapon, then he spoke. ¡°Subject was found dead by suicide from his own shotgun, cause of this was due to he¡¯s unstable mental state, time of death is a day old at best¡± He said in a matter of fact tone.
There was silence for almost an entire minute, almost as the air somehow got tense around the two privates when Farley said that the cause of the man¡¯s suicide was due to him being mentally unstable.
After few more seconds, the Sargent called back. ¡°Private Bryson, confirmation¡±
Bryson then grabbed ahold on he¡¯s own radio and clicked onto it. ¡°Affirmative sir, there was multiple sources of the traitor mental health in pieces of papers of him descending into madness¡±
There was silence for a while until the privates were given a response. ¡°Four RCD will be sent to the upper floor, await for their arrival and new instructions will be sent.¡±
Both Privates were now confused by the new order, but they still responded in the same tone. ¡°Affirmative Sir¡±
And with that, the radio then went cold silent, both RCD¡¯s then put the radios back into place and went back into the room in silence. Their minds were racing as confusion showed themselves to them. It was just a dead terrorist who died in a very rare case of insanity. There wasn¡¯t any special about.
Right?
Location: Spanish State , Asturias, Gij¨®n
Time: 5:25 pm
The gas mask was starting to get onto he¡¯s fucking nerves.
The Agent simply parked he¡¯s car near a parking area near the beach to where some of the civilians would go and just have some enjoyment, whatever the hell that meant.
But no, he was called out here because of reports of bodies showing up on the beaches shores and the intervention of the Civil Guard to close the beach off to civilians. While this was sometimes rare, it wouldn¡¯t exactly catch the interest of the C.I.A nor was it something that the C.I.A would waste its time on.
It was the fact that he was sent here due to him being the nearest out of all the operatives in the country, and the frantic amounts of requests sent by the Civil Guard to make sure one of the agents were at least in this beach.
As the agent got out of he¡¯s vehicle and locking the car door and began to leave the parking lot towards to the Playa de Poniente. He¡¯s mind went through the entire place as he began to think of what possible reason he was called up here. Was the bodies affiliated with the communist insurgency in Basque? Were they high ranking officials for the Spanish State? There was multiple possibilities on such occasion.
But to him? He simply wanted to get this over with and go back onto he¡¯s actual mission and the gas mask he wore was not helping him as breathing through the gas mask that¡¯s connected to a pipe that is on he¡¯s back due to a bullshit incident happened that he can¡¯t now breathe properly outside of the North American mainland due to he¡¯s body not adjusting properly to the new oxygen supply was just frustrating as ever, but he digressed either way.
When he reached the pathway entrance of the beach, he was met with two Civil Guard whom just moments ago they were chatting about something until they saw him approaching and they immediately stiffened when he reached their presence. He merely scoffed as he went by them and went through the entrance.
The Spanish State had its fair share of problems, one of those problems was that it was in a state of civil war against the Falangists and the National Syndicalists. Ever sense the days after Nuclear War and the years that took place, Franco was the sole only uniting figure for Spain after the conflict, one that was even supported by the Military Junta due to the regime¡¯s anti-communist sentiments.
Of course it would be a complete lie that the Junta liked Franco in the slightest, not even going with discussing the views of Franco himself, the Junta just merely viewed him as an asset for the eradication of communism across the globe.
It didn¡¯t came as a surprise when the 2nd Spanish Civil War came to be when Franco died in the November of 1994. Which led the country to be limbo for a while until war was established between the Cult of Personality of Francisco Franco and the die hard Falangists and National Syndicalists.
And while the Junta itself is facing its own revolution, that doesn¡¯t mean the job just ends for the soldiers and agents overseas, the Military Cabinet made the indefinite order to stay in place and continue as normal. As such, he¡¯s operations in Spain continue as if the current revolution in North America never occurred, orders are orders.
And for the Juntas stance and the 16th Military Division stance in the whole ordeal, is to simply be neutral on both sides, as said both sides are aforementioned Anti-Communist factions, so it wouldn¡¯t do any good to support one side over the other, it was simple to let it play itself out.
The agent then snapped he¡¯s thoughts out of it when he was approached by a soldier from the Civil Guard, and if rank were to tell, he was simply a private. The soldier saluted toward him, abit he did look afraid at best when he did the gesture.
The agent, almost amused by this simply returned the courtesy of a salute back to the private. He mostly understood why the soldier looked afraid at him, it was either by the gas mask who blacked out it¡¯s eye making them unseeable from the outside. Or that he is a 6 feet 7 inch man that was above the man¡¯s height.
But whatever the case was, the Private spoke to him in a somewhat calm tone. ¡°T-The Lieutenant is here wa-waiting for you in the beach¡± The soldier said in a heavily accent tone.
The agent simply nods he¡¯s head in confirmation and the soldier stepped aside for the agent to walk through and that¡¯s what he proceeded to do.
As he stepped foot into the cold dried sand of the beach, he took one look at the ocean. The water had its same dark blue scheme that stretches out for miles without end, just a constant reminder of what the Nuclear Fallout has caused to the world.
He then turned he¡¯s attention to the beach, and contrary to what the Civil Guard have said to him multiple times in the calls, That multiple bodies have been showing up in shore, but what the agent took mental note ever sense the calls was that they never stated why he needed to be here, but just requested someone to be down as soon as possible, if the Civil Guard hadn¡¯t told what was the issue was then the 16th Division would¡¯ve assumed it was a communist uprising and would act accordingly immediately to swiftly put it down.
He then walked a few more steps towards the shore and was now face to face to the Lieutenant who looked to be in he¡¯s 50s but because of the Nuclear effect it had on age, he could be older than that. And he was with two of he¡¯s own personal soldiers. The Lieutenant then simply looked at him with face of..concern?
The Lieutenant was about to speak to him until the agent interrupted him. ¡°Lieutenant.¡± Causing the Lieutenant to stop when the agent spoke in a cold but calm tone. ¡°Is there a reason why I am taking my time for a bunch of corpses?¡± He said while looking down upon him.
The agent saw the man take a moment to properly say he¡¯s words correctly until he spoke. ¡°If¡¡± The man began in English but with a heavy accent. ¡°If I were to tell you in the call, you wouldn¡¯t have believed what I said..¡±
The agent simply slowly raised an eyebrow in he¡¯s gas mask. ¡°What do you mean¡± He questioned.
¡°It..would be best that you take a look for yourself¡± He said in a sincere tone and began to walk over to one of the corpses that are covered up to which the agent then followed him.
When the two finally got up to the corpse, the Lieutenant then looked at one of he¡¯s soldiers. ¡°Qu¨ªtalo¡± to which the soldier simply went and placed he¡¯s hands on the cover.
The agent wasn¡¯t anticipating much from the reveal, he still had now a mental image that it would be a very burnt up corpse, and he saw this first hand of people who haven¡¯t adapted well to the plutonium in this world and when they go for a swim, that would be their final swim as they slowly burn from the water.
He then heard the removal of the cloth from the corpse, he then looked and he¡
. . .
. . .
. . .
What the fuck was he looking at?
What he was seeing right infront of him, was not something that he was expecting nor anticipating happening in he¡¯s entire life time serving the Military Junta of North America.
What he saw..how the fuck can he explain this? It appeared to be a..naked young female who appeared to be burnt alive if the horrified expression on her face who had a chunk of its flesh missing wasn¡¯t enough to tell, yet. The immediate difference from a regular person the color of her skin, it was a..bright blue color?
And other thing that caught he¡¯s attention was the tail that was, fish like? The same could be said about the legs, or. Sticks with fish parts would be much more accurate on that note, and this women had some..horns?
The agent almost cleared the lends of the gas mask of what he was seeing was reality. But clearing them showed the same thing, this was reality. This was a..human-fish hybrid of an abomination that shored up into this beach. And that was something he would have never thought off and what he was witnessing was real. The agent then simply looked at the Lieutenant who still that face of concern. ¡°When did these bodies start turning up onto shore?¡±
The Lieutenant then briefly looked at him and then back at the corpse. ¡°About an hour ago, we came here and closed off the entire beach, the Civil Guard is hoping you might have an explanation for this..¡± He said trailing off as he continued to look at the burnt corpse.
The agent did the same and began to analyze the body, while it was burnt, it want fire that burned it, she was boiled alive in the ocean, if the spots of showing its flesh was to indicate anything, which meant they never were exposed to Plutonium.
¡°Pre war.¡± Was the sole response he gave to the Lieutenant as man beside him gave a confused look. ¡°These..abomination of a human..was never exposed to the new world ordinance and whatever cave this thing and her compatriots lived in, must¡¯ve came across the Atlantic Ocean and decided to take their final swim.¡±
The Lieutenant then took a moment to adjust the information he was given to him. ¡°So..your saying. That the ocean killed them? All of them?¡± He said using he¡¯s hand to gesture to all the other corpses covered in cloth.
The agent merely nodded as he was lost in his mind, he was given reports of..unnatural occurrences happening within the borders of the Junta. Martial Law was activated in a city of Deseret due to a discovery. A Neo-Revolutionary was found dead by suicide due to him somehow going mad, another was in Northern Canada when a report came in when some form of mutated women attacked a small town. And lastly there was one in Mexico of the local Military Personal finding some kind of makeshift base made out of wood and tents. And now this..
And that conversation he had with..a associate of his about some years ago about some ridiculous theory she found out about, and it was about mutants existing in the past from a begone era that humanity hadn¡¯t existed before, but suddenly vanishing without a trace. And he could clearly remember her being frantic about it and saying they¡¯ll..return..soon..
. . .
. . .
This..this was bigger concern than he thought, this was bigger concern that anyone has thought, this wasn¡¯t any isolated incident
The C.I.A agent then looked at the Lieutenant and spoke in a dry cold tone. ¡°Tell your government to lock down the entire nation¡±
The Lieutenant then looked at him now very confused. ¡°W-what? What do you mean lo-¡° He was immediately shut up when the dead gaze of the agent was suddenly turned to him and immediately went shut, even though he couldn¡¯t see through the leds of the gas mask, he felt the gaze looking upon him.
¡°I do not believe I was misheard Lieutenant¡± The agent once more said. ¡°Your nation needs to lockdown now, this¡± He then motioned he¡¯s gloved hand to the mutant corpse. ¡°Might become bigger threat than we can possibly imagine. And sure, it might be a pathetic naked anomaly who can¡¯t even fight. But. The simple fact there was nothing recorded of a the slightest full body mutation is more than enough to be concerned. So. I won¡¯t ask again, as an advisory opinion from me. your nation needs to be in lockdown as soon as possible.¡± He finally ended with clear emphasis on the end.
The Lieutenant then hastily nods he¡¯s head a couple times before going towards some direction that wasn¡¯t worth noting with he¡¯s own personal soldiers once more. The Agent simply looked at the corpse once more and then walked back to the parking lot.
When he got inside of he¡¯s vehicle, he simply looked at the radio attached to the car and picked it up and pointed it to the noted coordinates, static is what was only heard from the other side until it was filled with silence.
Then a simple but dark toned voice spoke. ¡°Speak¡±
¡°Sir¡± The agent began with a calm demeanor. ¡°The unnatural cases in North America has been reported in Francoist Spain¡± He took a pause before speaking once more. ¡°It¡¯s bigger than we have perceived it to be¡±
There was complete silence in the other side of the operator seemed to be collecting he¡¯s thoughts, that¡¯s when the man on the other side spoke. ¡°Disregard the last mission. Await for new orders. Glory to the Military Junta¡± And with that, the line went dead leaving the agent to alone in his thoughts.
He didn¡¯t like this, he didn¡¯t in the slightest. He can only hope that she was wrong about everything.

This would be the first time ever posting in Royalroad. I hope it goes well, might go either way, Just two things to note, If the first chapters two chapters appear at bit weird, then basically merged first four chapters into two. Which is Prologue & Chapter and Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 perceptively. And it might not be the best thing in the internet, but I hope it this gives you a good read. If not, well I hope that I improve along the way.

¡°I don¡¯t understand why your feeling negative about this? Is there something you want to talk about?¡±
. . .
¡°It¡¯s just that..I have some doubts about this invasion plan that Druella has planned out for the new world..¡±
. . .
¡°Why would you say that? This is Druella! The Fourth Princess of the Mamono Realm! The one who put an end to The Order and was able to bring harmony between the Humans and the Mamonos!¡±
. . .
¡°Am not doubting her leadership for this invasion Daniella..it¡¯s just..about the rumors I¡¯ve heard about..¡±
. . .
¡°Mmm? What rumors?¡±
. . .
¡°You know..as the witches are switching rows for the grand invasion and for the first wave to invade..I¡¯ve heard that..they felt something..off about that world, like it feels..dead.¡±
. . .
¡°Oh don¡¯t be ridiculous Jamey! They are just tired is all, whatever they say is probably just pure nonsense!
. . .
¡°Well yes bu-¡°
. . .
¡°It¡¯s been centuries sense this world has been freed by the clutches of the Chief God and every human out there have been turned into a Incubus or monsterized to one of us! And plus, last I heard from many of the Dark Knights is that this world is almost like ours, but get this! They don¡¯t have any capable means to produce magic in the slightest! They are entirely defenseless against us!
. . .
¡°W-well Druella did check that world some centuries ago..we don¡¯t know if they could have become more advance tha-¡°
. . .
¡°Advance?! Hah!~ The only way they could have possibly advance is with magic as it¡¯s a necessity! And even if they had advance they¡¯ll all fall attractive into our precious bodies!~¡±
. . .
¡°That¡¯s..way overly optimistic of you Daniella, like sure, the invasion might not be most difficult that we can¡¯t handle..but that doesn¡¯t mean it¡¯ll be the easiest task in the world.¡±
. . .
¡°Ugh..if this is about you being un-¡°
. . .
¡°No it¡¯s not the part where of the rumors, but because it¡¯s in general Daniella. Not everything is so simple in life¡±
. . .
¡°Tsk~ What makes you say that?~ Is it because your nervous getting a husband?~
. . .
¡°No because unlike you I at least don¡¯t think about a dick every hour like an idiot and has a carrot to suck on when lonely¡±
. . .
¡°Wh-..Why you little?!-¡°

When Cece Sasha joined to be apart of the first wave of the invasion of this new world, where the invasion was blessed by the Fallen God and Hel themselves to conquer this world to free itself from its chains of the cycle violence and despair that humanity has fallen into. She had imagined it that this world would quite appear absolutely similar to hers.
The first wave to this new world was rather simple, it had two options, it was either gather any information of this new world and to study the people of any weakness of any kind so they could take advantage of that which was the most favorable approach. And the second? It was the most obvious and most favorite option amongst the mamonos but except her.
To soften up the lands of this world, which meant that they would get a taste of human males, future husbands essentially, the first and official of their kind to appear in part of the liberation of this world.
It was what Cece was looking forward to before she entered through the magical mirror that connected through the main portal. And what was explained to her was that she would be either transported to a populated city or a unpopulated village. But that was for regular Mamonos, ones with unique properties, for example Both options were great to her opinion as it would mean she would gather intelligence on where she was, and what to plan on for the second phase.
But once she landed upon on top of a concrete building what she was greeted by..a very dark night.
She was initially confused by this greeting to this new world as a Dhampir, while considered to be half human and half vampire, she still had enhanced vision that would help her during the night and it would eventually help gather information and an eventual husband but..it felt like her vision was retorted to nothing more than human vision as..it was dark to the likes she ever seen. It was like someone was tampering with her vision which shouldn¡¯t be possible as she couldn¡¯t sense any mana of any kind. Unless someone was also tampering with her senses as well.
She then looked up at the sky and from what her vision could see, the night sky was blocked out from dark grey clouds, which come to think of it, and seemed that any direction her eyes laid upon..the sky remained blocked no matter the distance.
But of course this confused Cece as she could vividly remember that Druella had told them all that this world was quite similar to their own, but with the sky being clouded that appeared to be pure darkness, said completely otherwise what the fourth princess have said to them all.
When her gaze returner down below, she viewed down onto the city itself, whom at first glance? It looked to be in horrible condition and the people? They all appeared in clothing to which was nothing more than strange attires to her, they all almost had similar clothing as some looked different from one another.
To which she then took account of how many people were active during at this time, if she was correct and judging by how dark it was despite the clouds covering the sky, it was in the middle of the night. Which didn¡¯t explain the number of people being out in the city, was it possible that they¡¯ve lost track of what time it was? Or was it that they have vastly different sleeping hours, or maybe..because they didn¡¯t feel tired at all.
But before she could observe the humans down below from the building, a gush of wind flew into her and she shivered as she quickly went to warm herself, that gush of wind was just..unnormally cold for no reason as the atmosphere around her was fresh. But it also gave her an unnatural taste.
A disgusting metallic taste that almost made her want to puke it out but almost held it in, but she made a decision to go inside a building and get shelter before morning arrived as she couldn¡¯t handle standing up there as her clothes didn¡¯t keep her warm in this environment.
She then quietly as she could jumped from building to building until she stumbled upon a seemly old abandoned building and climbed through the window..which just felt too easy in her opinion and unsettling for some apparent reason as she vision went through the building. And the first site she saw? She saw the floor, the walls and the ceiling to be dirtied of decay, there were desks around the place with items she isn¡¯t familiar with, and while there were pieces of papers on the said desks. Cece then went to the desk and picked up one of the pieces of paper and began to read. Too which she couldn¡¯t understand a single thing.
She couldn¡¯t understand a single word as apparently this was written in a different tongue, which she made a mental note to make sure to get over this problem as soon as possible for the future, as this world or this section of the world, apparently spoke a completely different language than the one back home. She then laid the piece of paper down and looked towards the front of the wall where all the desks were pointed at and something caught her interest.
What caught her interest was five things, those four things included two small portraits that laid on the very top of the wall, there also laid some form of poster of some kind, then there was a three lined flag attached to the last last thing that laid proudly in the wall, it a map.
Cece moved quickly to see the map up close, and the first thing she quickly note of? This map looked in much better condition than most of the rest of the objects in the room, hell it could be described the map looked brand new along side with the two portraits.
And when she viewed the map, she took note that it looked vastly different than she would¡¯ve ever imagined it, the map had a singular ocean in the left that would spread itself in the landmass that almost appeared to have multiple islands surrounding it, and two of them were massive as it was just a cling away from the rest of this mainland. She also took notice that in some areas of the map were seemly cut off when it reach the edge of the map, did it mean that this was merely a section of this world?
It also didn¡¯t go unnoticed that there were multiple light black lines across the map as there were a multitude of them. So the first thought to Cece was that this meant the amount of countries in this landmass? But another confusing thing she took note that some sections were completely blacked out, as one in the south west were instead of it being laid in some color. There was a big rectangle shaped line that went west downward that simply said ¡°B¨¹rgerkriegslinie¡± and it quite similar for the aforementioned two islands as there were multiple black spots who were either connected or separated who were simply called ¡°Zusammengebrochene Autorit?t¡±. And it also included the southern portion of some land that looked like a foot of sorts.
She simply pouted at this, it was quite already frustrating that she couldn¡¯t understand a single word in this map. Apart of the upper center of the map whose nation was in a dark greyed scheme along side with it being surrounded by other grey nations? The only word she could somewhat understand into her own language was that of ¡°Vaterland¡± whom she assumed was..fatherland? What kind of name was that for a nation? Did it mean anything?
She felt like she was getting a headache the longer she looked at the map, as one look at what borders the ¡°Milit?rkommissar Polens¡± as the nation in question had a blood red color under the name ¡°Gro?er Sowjetstaat Eurasien¡± whom almost encompassed the entirety of the eastern landmass as it reaches up to ¡°Sami-St?mme¡± and to the bottom to ¡°Ungarischer Staat¡± and ¡°Volksrepublik Jugoslawien¡±.
Just the name ¡°Gro?er Sowjetstaat Eurasien¡± felt wrong in some strange way, and seeing how it just was the entirety of the eastern section of the map and seeing how it got cut off, she then began to question something. ¡®How big was this Eurasien nation is..?¡¯.
Deciding to save her head from getting an headache any further, she then simply looked to the side abit to see the poster and, while the style of the poster was odd, she didn¡¯t understand what it was trying to mean.
What the poster showed was a man that appeared to be this nations knight although weirdly dressed, it¡¯s entire atire didn¡¯t fit that of a knight and it wore some strange clothing that was grey with multiple gadgets of some kind, the man¡¯s face was completely covered by some armored face whos eyes were glowing bright right, who also had a strange helmet with what appeared to be two lighting bolts just slightly connected to one another, and it was holding some what appeared to be metal parts jointed together and pointing it towards¡a red colored hammer and sickle..? Which appeared to be cracked?
And of course the poster had words on it, it just she couldn¡¯t understand it once more. ¡°Verteidigt das Vaterland! Verteidige das Vaterland vor der korrupten Ideologie des utopischen Kommunismus! Verteidigt das Vaterland! , Zerst?re den Kommunismus, um Deutschland zu retten!¡±
She mentally shrugged as it was clear that someone probably made this as a gift of appreciation or sorts, and she made it to remind herself to berate this artist in the future for not even including the man¡¯s face, it was practically an insult to her.
The flag was next that caught her attention, it looked..both simplistic yet odd at the same time. The flag consisted of three horizontal stripes, black was on the top, white on the middle, and red at the bottom. It also included a symbol in the middle that almost represented a cross with four arms of equal length which was colored black.
Did she know what did either the colors and the symbol means? Not a chance, all she can assume from this flag is..nothing at all.
Moving her sight to the two small portraits, there were a clear distinction between the two men in the portrait, one appeared to be completely bald as there was only air to the sides of he¡¯s head. The other man wore a cap that had to what appeared to be a eagle and some unknown symbol in the cap. Both looked old, most likely in their 70s at best, they also wore also wore some form of stylish uniform, were these the monarchs? Why would there be two portraits? We¡¯re they sharing power in some weird form?
And while she would¡¯ve fantasize about meeting and making one of them her husband, with obviously fixing some parts, one with their old age and one of them being bald. Their..expressions was what immediately turned her down, instead a smile, like she had expected as monarchs would want a positive image of themselves, these two..had a expression of completely neutral or even stoic, she could even hint some kind of hate coming from the one with the cap.
That¡¯s when she noticed that they also had names on the small portraits, she squinted her eyes and saw the bald man¡¯s name. ¡®Hans Speidel¡¯, she saw the one with the cap. ¡®Otto Ernst Remer¡¯.
While she didn¡¯t know where they were, but she knows that in due time, Druella will find where Speidel and Remer are located, the two will tell everything they know, then soon their frowned looks will be replaced by-
Her inner thoughts were so then suddenly interrupted when she heard loud footsteps walking across the wooden floor, but she then quickly took note that it wasn¡¯t one pair of footsteps, it was two, and judging by the sound of the steps, they were coming up the stairs.
She instantly looked for some place to hide, it didn¡¯t help that there wasn¡¯t any option available as it just a bunch of desks, there wasn¡¯t even a cabinet. But hearing the footsteps now being in the floor and almost seemly approaching this room, she immediately dashed towards under the desk that was one of the ones that had the bottom completely cover.
The footsteps now had reached the room with their boots still being heavy each time it took a step on the floor. One of the footsteps stopped while the other kept going as it stopped near one of the desks but not quite near her¡¯s. She then heard them speak in a foreign language quite similar to what she had seen so far.
¡°Ich verstehe nicht, warum du paranoid bist, Gebundenemann¡± She heard someone with a gruff and covered voice first spoke. Did he had something covering he¡¯s mouth, was it a bandana? And judging from where it was spoken, he was probably near the door.
There was an audible sigh coming from inside ¡°Ich bin nicht paranoid¡± He said while still going through some pieces of paper. ¡°Ich mache mir einfach Sorgen ¨¹ber die aktuelle Situation zwischen unseren beiden Gener?len. Sigismund¡± Which like he simply stated something.
¡°Bist du immer noch dabei? Um Himmels willen Gebundenemann, das k?nnte entweder kommunistische oder mcarthuristische Propaganda sein.¡± The muffled man simply exclaimed.
¡°Makarthuristische Propaganda? Wirklich?¡± The man simply said and judging by the tone of the voice, it sounded like he was in disbelief.
¡°Was? Sie k?nnen nicht ganz glauben, dass ihre Absicht darin besteht, freundschaftliche Beziehungen zu uns zu pflegen, oder?¡± He said in a questioning tone.
¡°Nun, ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass ich lieber mit einem Soldaten aus Nordamerika fotografieren w¨¹rde als mit einem von den Sturmtruppen¡± Which sounded in a matter of fact.
There was light scoff coming from the muffled man. ¡°Das ist unglaublich, aber so oder so, wonach suchen Sie?¡±
¡°?h, es ist nur ein Foto, das ich suche.¡± The man near her simply said.
There was once more a sigh coming from the muffled man as the footsteps from him then began as he walked away as the shuffling kept on going.
Cece now deciding to take a peak at the now sole occupant in the room, she slowly moved her head towards the direction of where the paper were shuffling. And she took her time to look around as she strangely couldn¡¯t sense him yet, but then her eyes then laid them directly at the man, making her take a good look on who it was.
The man in question appeared to be in he¡¯s late 20s or early 30s if he¡¯s was face was to tell as it also included a rough mustache, He wore some form of cap that embedded some kind of mark on front it, kinda like the one of the portrait of Remer but with a different cap. Cece also saw that he¡¯s uniform was tainted in a light grey color who had many pockets and she also saw that he had something attached to he¡¯s belt, as she expected it to be a sword, it was instead some holster that carried a lump of metal?
But redirecting her attention towards the man¡¯s face once more, her mind began to fantasize about him, her heart began to heat up at the thought of him becoming her husband, the way he¡¯s face was..it was just perfect, it was wonderfully perfect for Cece, and the eyes-..
. . .
. . .
¡He¡¯s eyes..
They looked completely blank, lifeless even.
Her mind went back into reality within an instant as she steady reexamined the man, as he¡¯s eyes looked completely dead from the inside, she couldn¡¯t sense him at all. This bewildered her as that was impossible, she was looking straight at him, she should be able to sense he¡¯s mana-¡
She couldn¡¯t sense it either, she couldn¡¯t sense the man¡¯s Mana which meant..he was completely manaless. This couldn¡¯t be, while she has heard previously before her venture into this world that the humans here didn¡¯t have discovered magic or might be able to cast magic but..she didn¡¯t think that they¡¯d be completely manaless!
Another question then fueled her already confused state, how was he walking around and moving without any mana? Because as far as her studies has been was that Incubus and Mamonos required Mana to live, because without they would die. And yet, this juman was a prime example of a manaless being that was still alive. Was it possible that humans at one point were completely manaless?
She then realized the shuffling of the papers has stopped and the man had a grim expression on he¡¯s face as he looked into..what appeared to be a piece of paper? Of course she didn¡¯t understand the importance of it but whatever it was, it was clearly sentimental as he then carefully folded it and placed it on its front pocket.
He then simply sighed before rubbing he¡¯s face with he¡¯s right hand before eventually turning around and seemly heading towards the doorway to make he¡¯s exit.
As the man got out of her sight, she couldn¡¯t help but also feel a sense of sadness coming from the man, and judging by the face alone, he must have been through a lot to have an expression like that. And now, she couldn¡¯t explain it, she needed to fix that properly.
Without a hint of hesitation, she leaped out from the bottom of the desk and immediately rushed towards the unprepared man whom when he heard the rushing footsteps he then placed he¡¯s hand on the piece of metal on he¡¯s holster and attempted to turn around but he was too late.
¡°Wa-¡° He attempted to say before Cece did her act, she immediately grabbed a hold onto him by pulling him toward her and then she revealed her fangs to which they sank immediately into the throat of her will be soon husband.
As her fangs made contact into the man¡¯s neck and deepened into the skin, Cece would¡¯ve have imagined it as a delightful experience, one where it would mark the beginning of their relationship and eventual love.
But instead of that outcome, it something else as the taste didn¡¯t come not even thirty seconds later and when she received the taste, it was¡
. . .
. . .
¡It was revolting.
In reaction she then moved to remove her fangs from the man¡¯s neck and covered her mouth with her hands as her fangs began to hurt, it was like her fangs sank into a rotten garlic, it was distasteful, horrendous even. It felt like she wanted to throw up but kept her composure. She then felt something warm in mouth that soon connected to her hands to which she removed her hands from her mouth and she found..blood?
This narrative has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. If you see it on Amazon, please report it.
She then heard a the man¡¯s body then collapse to the ground including a loud thunderous sound to almost made her ears ring violently. She turned to the man her eyes widen at complete shock.
The man who she had bitten was now on the ground squirming as both he¡¯s hands were on the wound on he¡¯s neck as he made gurgling sounds as blood began to leak out of he¡¯s neck and he¡¯s mouth. Cece froze completely still when she saw this, her eyes began to water as she didn¡¯t mean to do this at all.
She was only attempting to pleasure him, she never had the intention to harm him in any way, the fangs were meant to fill him with joy and lust, not..cause him to bleed.
But her stasis was cut short as Cece heard footsteps were stomping all the way towards this room and she heard the muffled man yelling. ¡°Gebundenemann?! Was ist passiert?!¡±
Her instincts then suddenly kicked in, she needed to leave, and the only way was to go through the doorway and knock the man off balance and run down the stairs as fast as she could. The window wasn¡¯t an option as it was too far away and the man might caught her by then. And judging by the tone of voice of the incoming occupant? Her capture would not be a pretty one.
She then rush her way towards the doorway to which she collided toward the man with the muffled voice. Cece acted quickly before the man could react and threw her into the room where she had regrettably harmed the man and immediately close the door right after, Cece then set her sights on the stairs to which she began to quickly began to descend down the stairs before the Dhampir heard the man she threw into the man yell out of the top of lungs in complete rage.
¡°Eindringling! Wir haben einen Eindringling!¡±
By this new development, her pace quicken as she began to take twice the steps as she went down the stairs until she reached the final sets of stairs that¡¯ll most likely lead to the outside, but one simple misstep on the stairs caused her to fall down the stairs until she reached the bottom.
Slightly dazed from the blunt damage in the head from the slight misstep on the stairs but she heard a door open and a loud pair of footsteps storming the sta- It wasn¡¯t one pair, it was multiple pairs. In fact she heard some coming from the door she was infront of.
It felt like the entire building was activated all of a sudden, it was like it was a dens nest that had its occupants resting, but by her desire of wanting that man to be her husband, she had awaken every single person on the building.
Acting quickly, she got back to her feet and looked towards the nearest doorway that didn¡¯t have any footsteps emitting from and she spotted one in the right and so she ran towards that direction.
As she ran into the room to which it strangely had a whole bunch of clothes either piled up in the corner or in floor scattered, she immediately heard footsteps from a closed metal door, but unlike the other footsteps that were light, these were heavy stomps and they were fast approaching just like the others.
Her eyes then laid upon another door who had nothing emitting from it and she quickly took a glance on some bold writing on it. ¡®Nur Sturmtruppen¡¯. Which meant a short meaning to some kind of basement or to the sewers right?
Suddenly hearing the front doors of the building opening and the footsteps on the stairs closing in, she heard some yell in their language at her. ¡°Dort! Schnapp dir diesen Hurensohn!¡± She immediately went to the door and opened it went inside and turned back to quickly close it and lock it, Cece got a good glance on one of males who on pursuit after her and..the only thing she saw on the man¡¯s face was pure distain and hatred.
She then suddenly heard the closed door then get kicked open and the only glimpse she got was a armored leg sticking out from the doorway but she then soon closed the door and she made a quick look the door she closed and Cece saw a key on the lock to which she quickly placed her hand on the key and turned it to which she heard a click, indicating she had locked it.
Before she could¡¯ve taken a breather, there a frantic turning on the knob before instantly followed by hard knocks before a voice came in. ¡°?ffne die T¨¹r.¡±
If she had to describe on how the voice sounded like, then the thing she could say that the voice sounded completely disconnected to emotion as it sounded completely calm, but not like she could sink on that thought any longer.
A kick was heard emitting from the door and in response Cece jumped as in a instant reaction as she almost lost her footing once more. The almost immediate realization made her start to go the steps fast as these men were now tearing down the door by brute force.
Each step she made on the stairs felt like there was an equal response on the door as it felt like the kicks were accelerating in response to her descent downward.
She was too focused on getting away from the men after her, that she hadn¡¯t noticed the increasing foul stench that was becoming more unbearable the more she stepped into the basement, but another thing motivating her was that when she turned a bend, she saw light, which meant that it a basement and when she got there, she would find a mirror to tail gate out of the place she found herself in or enter the sewer system in there.
As she reached the final steps of the stairs, Cece looked up at the basement floor she had entered and her body completely freezed when her eyes laid upon the room.
Her eyes began to widen and her pupil¡¯s began to shrink as her body began to shake violently as tears began to fall from her eyes as her blood ran completely cold.
At first she was silent, then followed a blood curling scream.
What Cece¡¯s eyes saw within the room before her has swepted away any innocence she had in her mind with complete terror, she couldn¡¯t describe it, she simply couldn¡¯t, her mind couldn¡¯t register properly on what she was seeing, but she knew exactly what she was looking.
Her mind being so devastated by the view of the basement that she didn¡¯t even hear the loud clanking stomps of footsteps coming from the stairs.
She didn¡¯t even acknowledge that they were now directly behind her before she was hit in the back of her by something heavy and was blatantly metallic.
Cece fell on the floor as her voice was now completely gone as her throat felt like there was now being blocked before she was lifted up by a gloved hand directly in the throat.
As she began to slowly choked at the immense force of the hand, what she was able to see next was not what she wanted to see at all.
The man holding her by the throat with only a single hand was incredibly armored to the point where any points of exposed skin was not seen in the slightest, it¡¯s mouth was closed off with some kind of weird mechanism mask with two weird looking circles with holes on them and the man¡¯s helmet was equally weirdly shaped helmet with two lighting bolts attached to it which included them penetrating a skull.
But the one thing she focused on the most was it¡¯s eyes, it¡¯s eyes glowing bright blood red as if she was a simple prey to this predator, the man¡¯s glowing red eyes were in a complete show of aura surrounding him as of the personification of death itself.
The last thing she was able to see before her vision blacked out, was that the mask some forming into a creepy smile almost her imagination purposely made the mask smile, she then heard the man speak her in a cold but stoic tone.

Time: ???? pm
Within the confinements of a building within the D.C area lies Captain Gordon Denton, who is simply awaiting in a lone room with a Tv blasting news out of its speakers as he sat in a chair with he¡¯s hands gripping onto the Newspaper, even if the paper he hold was the same it was a few days ago, the first few words were always the same.
¡°US-SOVIET COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN, BERIA REMAINS SILENT¡±
He growled as he folded the newspaper to the side as he didn¡¯t need to read the rest to figure out what led to this god forsaken breakdown.
Lavrentiy Beria, The leader of the Soviet Union ever sense 1953, after the bastard Joseph Stalin died due to either having an heart attack or having a stroke, he didn¡¯t remember how he died but a dead communist was a good communist.
But that fucker Beria was nothing more than a complete warmonger and he¡¯s actions ever sense he¡¯s ascendance to the primer has showed it.
Aggression on Turkish territory.
Threatening on invading the Western portion of West Berlin.
Disturbing Waters on Occupied Japan after the Communists won in Korea. Alongside with the Chinese also threatening the newly annex territory of Taiwan after overthrowing the corrupt Military Dictatorship that caused the so much suffering toward Taiwanese civilians.
And now with the Cuban Communists who are now in procession of the newly acquired nukes from the Soviets. Many of which are the most recent created Tsar Bomba who is considered to be the most destructive nuke the Soviets have in their arsenal.
To which another factor was that the Soviets have massed produced the damn bomb multiple times, while the US had no leads on how many to be exact, it was a big estimate that it would be world ending. Which was enough to cause an atmosphere that was of fear and panic within the US government. Fear and Panic that easily could¡¯ve been avoided if the fucking British and French government had bothered to check their waters to prevent this occasion when Kennedy had asked them to.
The mighty United Kingdom and French Fourth Republic. One led by a English Imperial Opportunist Prime Minister Enoch Powell and French under a Military Dictatorship after the previous government collapsed due to social unrest to a whole list of reasons that he hasn¡¯t remember but if he had to guess, it had to to do with hard purges against any left winged politician to Soviet sympathizers.
The two nations were nothing more than a prime example of European colonialism as they made it their complete duty to hold on onto their colonies to whatever deems necessary. Which, just by saying that it means that it hasn¡¯t gone by the books for them. Especially after their botched attempted of capturing the Suez Canal and subdoing Egypt in the process. And their eventual expulsion from NATO which led to their dissolution of the alliance.
Before the Suez Canal Crisis even began, relations between the US and the two Europeans powers was always tense at best, as the US never say eye to eye with the policies that the two European powers had, wether it was making West Germany into a second Weimar Republic, threatening to invade Falangist Spain multiple for a large amounts of French collaborators seeking refuge in said state and Spain refusing to send them to the French. And lastly, the American lack of commitment in the European theater World War 2.
When Pearl Harbor was surprised attacked by the Japanese Empire in the early week of December 1941, the President Joseph P. Kennedy formally declared war on the Japanese Empire and its Allies in the pacific, and only in the pacific as to Kennedy it wasn¡¯t in the American interest nor to sacrifice their soldiers to a foreign conflict that doesn¡¯t threatened American sovereignty.
And so, the entire bull work of the American industry and soldiers were entirely focused on crushing the Japanese in the pacific and Asia while leaving the British Empire and the Soviets to fend for themselves against Himmlers Germany. No matter how many times did Churchill plead or request for American assistance, the US simply didn¡¯t acknowledge it as wasn¡¯t a priority as much as the Japanese.
The American intervention into the European theater only came in September 5th 1945 after the Japanese Cities of Hiroshima, Kokura, Nagasaki, Kyoto, Osaka, Niigata were completely obliterated from J. Robert Oppenheimer Nuclear bombs, that¡¯s when the US turned its attention to Europe, under President Harry S. Truman.
The World War officially ended with a Hanover and Nuremberg being wiped completely from the map and the Wehrmacht lead by Hans Speidel, couped the Nazi¡¯s who then unconditional surrendered. Finally marking the end of World War 2 and sparking the beginning of a new war of a different kind with the Soviets.
But even with the Soviets being the much bigger threat than the two of them, the British and French had apparently made it their only set priority for their colonies instead against the fight against communism.
If the utter failure of the Korean War was anything to indicate, the Cold War wasn¡¯t going with the US¡¯s favor, and the European Duals wasn¡¯t helping them in the slightest, to which bring some level of comfort that the British and French were kicked out of NATO because he could only think that instead the two being ready to sending their troops to the meat grinder in Africa to preserve their colonies and getting caught off guard when the Soviets cause a sudden invasion into their lands and getting overran. Especially towards the British, if Operational Sea Lion was anything to go by, even if the Operation was short sighted and it had catastrophic results for the Germans, it showed that the British Isles weren¡¯t as hard to invade to which the British had led to thought everyone.
And the current status of their colonies world wide? It was a estimate to show that the two European powers were already losing control over their colonial possessions. The countryside of their African colonies were a constant state of social unrest that the only cities that didn¡¯t experience any violence were a very select few. Indochina was nothing more than a absolute hellhole for the French as they had to struggle against Ho Chi Minh¡¯s forces as it shown that to the French leaving the colony to focus on Algeria as while it¡¯s the only one they have some control. And for the British?
Well the only thing Gordon heard that it was in a similar state to that of France but somewhat more stable, except for their ¡°most prized colony¡±. The last he heard of the British Raj was that 90% wasn¡¯t even in British control as it¡¯s either in complete anarchy, under local warlords or in control of the Indian National Congress. Who knew that executing Gandhi was a terrible idea.
He would¡¯ve kept thinking about the absolute mess that the two European powers were if they weren¡¯t knocked to the side as the door suddenly opened to reveal a presiding officer in the other side. Captain Denton simply sighed before standing up while straightening himself up and saluting at the officer to whom he did it like wise.
The Officer the spoke up to him. ¡°Captain Gordon Denton, your court marshal trail is postponed until further notice, you are to return to your unit in Okinawa immediately.¡± He said as he turned around to leave.
. . .
. . .
. . .
¡°What?¡±
Denton blurted it out with a snarled which immediately caught the attention of the presiding officer whom then again turned with an eyebrow raised and tired look. ¡°You seem, disappointed?¡± He said with a questioning look.
¡°Disappointed?¡± Denton said trying to clarify what the officer told him. ¡°I am far from fucking disappointed, I was ordered to move here for a designated court marshal trial for a reason I don¡¯t understand and only to wait 9 days to be told to fuck off?¡± He claimed angrily.
The presiding officer only looked at the captain as he was utterly baffled at what he just heard. And before Captain could utter another word, the officer spoke first with a stern tone. ¡°Your on thin ice Gordon¡±.
Gordon only looked at him with visibly confusion and frustration on he¡¯s eyes, the officer then sighed and continued. ¡°The reason why you were here to be court marshaled was due to you not following direct orders from Colonel Lewin after he told you to stand down after your company fired upon Japanese protesters.¡± He said with slight irritation on the end of he¡¯s sentence.
¡°My men didn¡¯t fire upon those Nips for all fun and games.¡± Gordon simply retorted. ¡°One of those nips shot one of my men on the ground, and as far as my men told me, the nips helped that murderer escape, so as far as I was considered, the Nips were assisting on assassinating troops stationed. So what I did was justified.¡±
¡°One Japanese shooter didn¡¯t mean you have the confirmation to shoot up protesters in the vicinity¡± The officer said with he¡¯s cool beginning to fall off. ¡°Your company was responsible for the death of over 45 civilians with countless more being injured in the hundreds. Some whom were in their homes not being apart of the protest until you ordered your soldiers to barge into apartment homes and dragged them out for beating or execution! If Brigadier General Tibbet¡¯s haven¡¯t ordered you to stand down and you kept on this rampage, then you would¡¯ve been executed for inciting genocide against the Japanese population!¡±
Denton simply glared at the officer before him as he did the same back at him as began to continue abit with some of its cool returned. ¡°The fact that your in a rank of a captain after all the grotesque things you have done in your military career not only astounds me but it utterly baffled me that you were able to get to the rank of Captain.¡±.
Gordon knew what the officer was referring to and he could tell that this officer in particular must¡¯ve done he¡¯s homework on him just so he can get a better idea on who Gordon Denton was, and judging by the expression and the comment he made, it didn¡¯t particularly paint him in a good light.
The presiding officer then simply sighed before speaking once more. ¡°But, recalling all of that. The reason why your court marshal trail is being postponed until further notice is that the Military Chain of command and Brigadier General Tibbet¡¯s is willing to sweep this incident under the rug. However, with the pretense that you will control your temper and will be approaching problems with a softer approach.¡± The officer simply said.
Denton didn¡¯t say anything as he stood in complete silence, he¡¯s gaze was only hardened and the officer show it, he clearly wasn¡¯t happy about it, but seeing he¡¯s track record, it¡¯s most likely that he¡¯ll stick to it, he may be a reckless captain, but he was a loyal follower.
The officer then turned around when Denton lowered he¡¯s gaze toward the floor, he walked towards the door before looking once more at the Captain. ¡°Remember, you been stuck in that rank for the past 20 years, this is your last official warning, your on thin ice as it is, so don¡¯t fuck it up.¡± He said before closing the door behind him.
The captain remained still as he begin to ingest all of the information that he was given by the presiding officer, and he didn¡¯t like it one bit.
Go soft? Is that what the presiding officer really told him to do? Approach with a softer tone. That might has well be just handing over their guns and just hoping for the best that they won¡¯t have a change of heart and shoot them in the backs.
The 40 year old Captain hands then balled into fists as they bang to shake. And the warning? The Military Chain of command could shove it up their ass for all he cared, he wasn¡¯t going to let the joke of the Geneva Convention, they cou-. . .
. . .
. . .God damnit.
He then unballed he¡¯s fists and proceeded to rest he¡¯s hands on the chair¡¯s shoulders and sighed in slight frustration. He didn¡¯t like it, It¡¯s like he¡¯s dealing with a bunch of idiots who thought that gaining the hearts of the people was the best solution. And he was once in belief of this, but the occupation of Japan showed other wise to this theory.
He never liked the Japanese, not in the slightest. The Pacific front and he¡¯s duty of being part of keeping the peace in the further occupation of Japan was a testament to that, they were like wild animals who once believed they were the conquerers of Asia who were destined to be rulers of the continent, to now being a bunch of rats who¡¯s island are now exposed by the Communists who now almost rule all of East Asia with the US only there to defend them. Bunch of ungrateful pieces of shit.
But he just couldn¡¯t understand why. Why was he so insistent on going soft? He wasn¡¯t there to experience the unrelenting banzai charges in the Battle of Iwo Jima, He wasn¡¯t there to hellish experience in the Battle of Okinawa, he wasn¡¯t there to experience how it felt to be at the mercy of such horrid animals when they butchered and ate he¡¯s Squad right infront of him,he wasn¡¯t there to have victory taken away by a bunch of Chinese scum, he wasn¡¯t there to and he wasn¡¯t there to feel the retreat from Busan to leave the Korean Peninsula in complete communist control, and he wasn¡¯t there to experience the hellish occupation of the damn islands.
He wasn¡¯t there at all.
He then promptly shook as he gripped on tighter on the chair¡¯s shoulder before taking a few calming breaths did he firmly stood up as he looked at the clock slowly as its ticks continued on.
He swore, being soft and acting to care will be the downfall of this god forsaken nation if it continues its deeds.
He momentarily closed he¡¯s eyes deep in thought before opening them once more to him raising an eyebrow in confusion.
The clock has stopped ticking, and it appeared to be frozen? Come to think it, he couldn¡¯t hear anything. He looked up to the side to see the Tv completely frozen of a news reporter looking down on the table at a piece of paper. Completely Unmoving, almost like a statue.
Gordon then felt, odd. Almost like there was something crawling within he¡¯s skin. He looked around the eirely silent room and he felt like, he was already been here. Multiple times.
That. That didn¡¯t make any sense, he only came into this room 9 days ago, he never once came into this room in he¡¯s lifetime yet. He felt like he was here, this exact same spot, and..the exact same conversation?
But before he could even dwell on that thought, he a loud blaring siren reached he¡¯s eardrums with the siren being loud enough for Denton to cover both he¡¯s ears for the blasting sound to not damage them. It was so loud that it felt that it coming from everywhere at once.
But this siren felt, familiar as well, then he felt some amount of fear creeping up to him. It was like it was trying to warn him of something, something that he couldn¡¯t understand at that very moment.
Then, coming from the windows, there was a sudden blast that shut off the sirens, Denton turned to windows only to be met with a massive shockwave that made him get throw back into the chair breaking it when made contact.
As he was dizzied from the shockwave, he then tasted it, metal. He tasted metal, and just like that. He felt like he froze himself as he only knew one thing.
D.C was gone.
And he felt the wave of death slowly approaching as the temperature in the room began to skyrocket as he felt he¡¯s skin beginning to burn, and as he looked up to the window, he saw the wave of fierier death slowly approaching him, almost in a mocking way as it soon went through the wall that included the windows.
He didn¡¯t close he¡¯s eyes at all as he felt them burn as the wave of flaming death approached him ever so mockly. And when it finally reached him, he¡¯s entire vision went dark.
Location: Liberation State of Korea, Classified
Date: February 25th, 1995
Time: 4:30 am
Gordon eyes shot open immediately upon waking up to a ringing noise. He eyes darted towards the alarm clock, he then moved he¡¯s left hand and promptly shut it off as he laid in he¡¯s chair in slight confusion.
What? How. He could¡¯ve sworn that he just in. . .
. . .
. . .oh.
It happened again. The repeating condition.
The Lieutenant General then slowly placed he¡¯s hands onto he¡¯s forehead to collectivize he¡¯s thoughts and at the remembrance the condition once more.
So far, this condition never came up again for a long time, 10 years at best. And it was slightly worse than last time as it didn¡¯t include the burning of he¡¯s skin. It was like the entire purpose of those ¡°dreams¡± is just to mock him for surviving the bombs when others didn¡¯t. And each dream had a worse outcome than the last.
But, he knew that he wasn¡¯t the only one who has this condition, a multitude of other Generals who had experienced the nukes has this condition, each different depending who the person, but the condition was always different for them, it was never the same scenario, except for him.
While he had question for this reasoning, he promptly chose to ignore it as he didn¡¯t view it as a good investment of he¡¯s time and effort. But he did know what he had to do when the condition return at least once.
The Denton then reached towards a drawer that was in the side of he¡¯s desk and opened it and reach down inside without looking, he then grabbed something plastic and pull it out while closing the drawer as he looked at what he grabbed.
Unmarked Medication, the only ever medication that anyone from North America gets due to the bombs massively effecting their immune system that their effectively immune from any sorts of virus or bacteria known to man. But this medication helps. Or he hopes so.
Popping it open he then takes a handful much before closing the lid it once more before laying down the empty plastic bottle onto the table before moving he¡¯s gas mask slightly up and he promptly swallowed the pills and putting the gas mask in place.
While he didn¡¯t feel any different at the current moment, he could only hope that it would go away as soon as possible.
But now, work was needed to be done, and he had to remind himself what was suppose to be done today. So he looked upon two pieces of documents and promptly picked up the nearest close to him, and looked at the title of the document.
To whom he immediately placed it down when realizing what it was. He wanted to ball he¡¯s hands into fists, but he kept he¡¯s cool. Yes, he didn¡¯t like what it was told in the document, but that doesn¡¯t mean he won¡¯t follow through like an idiot as it made common sense.
The Military Junta can¡¯t forever bomb China back into the Stone Age, it was practically impossible. And even with he¡¯s dedication to keeping General LeMays legacy alive as much as possible and to keep he¡¯s plan of the subhuman Chinese to return as a backwater society as they destined to be for contributioning to the cause of expanding Utopian Communism. It would only drain on resources against the rebellions in the Military Territories and the inevitable conflict with the Eurasians once more and it was already signed by both General Kennith and General Sanborn. Both respectively in charge of the Military Territory of Nippon and the Military Territory of Taiwan respectively, and both were in charge of keeping the bombing raids as they both station and fuel the aircraft, so he¡¯s say won¡¯t mean jack shit. But at least they have caused massive amounts of damage to the Chinese that they¡¯ll never have a war footing ever again.
Gordon¡¯s eyes was then laid onto another document that was perfectly still on the table. He didn¡¯t quite remember taking a look at it, so the most logically standpoint was to simple read what it was. He then opened the document. What caught he¡¯s attention right away was one singular term.
CODE MUTANTEM
He never once heard of this term once in he¡¯s life. But sensing it was something that only the ones to know are the Military Cabinet or the CIA, he didn¡¯t question it as he knew the Cabinet knew best. As so he continued to read what it had inside.
And the more he read, the more he was both in understanding and both confused. What it said in the document was just what to do when an actual, mutant was discovered, it had procedures, regulations, immediate orders when such an occurrence happens, it was the usually and overall pretty much understandable considering the current circumstances on this world. But he confused of why it sent now, or possibly that it was sent by mistake.
And it has to do with the simple fact that it has been 30 years sense the initial start of nuclear war, and there has never been a report of actual mutants that doesn¡¯t take a form of a human. And even so, why would they give it out just up till now? Did. Something happen back in the continental Americas?
He then closed the document and laid it down onto the table before weighing his options for the moment. But before he could even think for a second, he then received a call from the telephone. He put he¡¯s hand on it and picked it up and placed it on he¡¯s ear. ¡°Speak¡± He started with a calm but stoic tone.
¡°Lieutenant General sir¡± The man on the other side spoke, in a clear Korean accent. ¡°Scientist Soo-Jin Sung has request your presence immediately¡±
The Lieutenant General rose an highbrow when he this, Soo-Jin was a decorated scientist within the ranks of the Korean State. Her occupation was based on the study of the human body and such, whom she fit perfectly well into studying of the effects of chemical weapons and studying Homo Sapien atomis, who was majority North Americans apart of the Military Junta due to it being ground zero for the large amounts of nukes launched onto the Northern continent of the Americas.
¡°What¡¯s the situation?¡± He stated firmly, he didn¡¯t expect much, at most he expected the man in the other side to say they made a breakthrough on the study of the human body or maybe something on chemical weapons. But what was said next made him freeze.
¡°Sir, it¡¯s related to Code Mutantem, a patrol unit was ambushed by some of them, one is in critical condition.¡±
Chapter 3
Location: Dead City Zone of Kyoto, Military Territory of Nippon
Date: February 23rd, 1995
Time: 12:00 am
The city of Kyoto, once a city at its prime, was now dead alongside many other cities in the Japanese Islands. The population of Kyoto was in the Million before the Nuclear Bomb was launched in 1945. Then the population was in the hundred of thousands before all out Nuclear War was called in 1962. Then it was in the ten thousands before the forces of North America and Eurasia clashed with each other''s throats in the streets of Kyoto in 1982. Then in 1991, General Kennith ordered the city to be declared a dead zone, due to the amount of destruction and dismay the city has experienced and the lack of interest to rebuild it as it didn¡¯t benefit the army and no Japanese wanted to be in the destroyed city. So the city was left dead as the streets were filled of corpses of both North American soldiers, Soviet Eurasian soldiers and civilians. Not even dissenters of the Military Occupation wanted to even lay a single foot into the city, as they feared that the corpses within the cities will make them join the pile.
Then, in the middle of the night, in an alleyway that was at a better state than most, multiple entities appeared that night, their expressions were filled with excitement and with eagerness to find pleasure within the new environment around them. Only for them to then have a face of disgust and shock when they first see a pile of rotting bodies turning into skeleton and the smell of death and decay ran into their nose.
Their initial excitement turned into absolute horror the more they venture into the abandoned city, more bodies of skeletons laying in the streets, structures either in complete disrepair, some of the building¡¯s being completely unsafe to even walk in, large craters are seen in the streets as a results of airstrikes or artillery shells striking the area. Multiple vehicles are seen destroyed or abandoned by both sides with civilian use being completely useless.
The leader of the expedition of the group of mamonos, Alayna Charlotte, an Elf. decided to set up camp in the same area they were transported at first, as it was the only location that was in sustainable condition. But she swore, she swore that there was something seriously wrong about the place they are at, she didn¡¯t know if it was the endless dark sky, the air being awful to a point it tasted like metal, or that certain corpses had refuse to rot after looking like they¡¯ve been there for years. But something was wrong in this area that she felt like something was watching her.
Maybe it would be for the best to go back to their homeworld after two days, because she knew her group can¡¯t last anymore than that. Lest they go mad at the horrific conditions this place has went through.

¡°Aufwachen¡±
Cece immediately was awakened upon hearing that dark cold voice, her eyes still dazed but they were darting towards every direction possible as her head was unable to move, seemingly locked into place by something holding her in place.
As her eyes adjusted to the situation she found herself in, she noticed that there were two lights emitting in this dark room, one being directed right above her, and the other, on the other side of the incredibly dark room, she saw a soldier, one that had the weird mask and armor.
Her body began to shake, not one of pleasure but one of genuine fear, fear that she never once ever inexperienced in her lifetime, the only ounce of fear she ever felt was when she struggling to use magic or was embarrassed by her compatriots, but never once were those fears about life or death. As this situation could end up her being killed, just like the people she saw down there.
She.., couldn¡¯t exactly remember the specifics of what were inside of the basement, possibly it was memory loss from the hit to the head she received when she was down there, but. She still remembered what she saw, there was blood, so much blood everywhere, there was so much blood that she knew other Mamonos would pass out from the sight. And-
¡°Sprechen¡± Was the word that knocked her out from her internal thoughts, her eyes hesitantly laid onto the strange clothed soldier, he¡¯s unmoving mask that devoids of any emotion in the slightest, it¡¯s eyes were almost penetrating through her very soul.
There was a momentary silence before the man in the armor spoke once more in he¡¯s gruff and now slightly irritated voice, albeit in a different language. ¡°Parler¡±
Again, Cece didn¡¯t understand what that thing in the armor was saying to her. Was it possible that it was trying to get her to speak so he can have an understanding of what language she spoke? Maybe to intimidate her into speaking? What was he trying to get a-
¡°Speak¡± Was said from the man who¡¯s accented tone sounded fed up with the lack of responses he had received from her. Of course, the sudden understanding of what he was saying made her blurt out from that.
¡°W-W-What?¡± When she blurted it out, the man looked at her closely as he¡¯s head leaned slightly towards Cece as she winced as the man did this, she could already tell there was no ounce of love inside of the man¡¯s body. Except him possibly liking the current state of pain she was in, which was even worse to consider to her.
After what felt like an eternity, the man finally leaned back. ¡°Verdammte Englische Frauen¡± He states openly at her with the everlasting disdain towards her never leaving his voice. He then stood up and walked off past her to where she now couldn¡¯t see the man anymore except for he¡¯s loud footsteps that soon stopped when she heard the man click on something that emitted some kind of sound, a voice was the most likely but it felt so distant and incredibly distorted that she couldn¡¯t even understand a single word. But not that it mattered in any sense, they were speaking in a language completely unknown to her, so she couldn¡¯t be sure if they were mocking her or speaking on what to do with her.
Almost like they were listening to her very thoughts, something opened, she couldn¡¯t describe what she heard but it was a loud creaking sound that was also accompanied by a clanking sound as it rubbed on the floor, Cece would¡¯ve covered her ears at the sound of it but was unable to do so as she was restrained, then the sound stopped and then there were a pair of footsteps that entered into the room, what was different from the steps of the person that she saw, these steps were lighter than the mans, while it didn¡¯t mean much at in the grander scale of things.
Then the footsteps stopped, most likely near the other man, she then finally heard the new occupant in the room. ¡°Leave¡±. It wasn¡¯t gruff nor angered, it was completely stern but yet there was very little or not even at all any emotion from his voice. She simply heard the voice of the disgruntled say something not audible and his loud footsteps then showed he¡¯s leaving as the door began to close once more as Cece gritted her teeth slightly at the irritation of the door closing until it was fully closed and it was only her and the unknown figure who was now in the room with her.
It was silent at first, then the light footsteps then began and made its way towards her direction once more in a slow movement, almost like it was intentionally walking slowly towards her for some reason, but she was almost proven incorrect that he was walking slowly as he walked past and sat in the chair that the previous man once sat on, and now she got a good look at the man that entered the room.
The man wore some kind of black suit who had a red tie going inside of the uniform with some kind of armor in the center, of course the suit and armor looked cleaner than anything in the room, well, there was multiple spots on the uniform but it was undoubtedly in better condition than the old metal table infront of her and some small cracks on the wall that has shed light on. His hair was¡ messy at best as it appeared to not have taken care of it for the beginning of, his lifetime as it was sometimes cut in some certain spots to stop it from overgrowing, then came the. ¡°Face¡±. Who made her heart stop completely
And it wasn¡¯t one of positivity or heat, but one of complete shock.
The face was..fine in one side which was the right side, except for the eye as it felt, dead. But the left side of his face? It felt like it was torn off from his face at extreme force and horribly placed back together and improperly treated it, to show some of his flesh still fresh despite the horrible condition it was in, she could also even see that he¡¯s left eye was completely gone as it was part of the skin and even a small piece of bone was sticking out from the cheekbone. But yet, with the neutral expression visible on the eye, it''s like.. He didn¡¯t even acknowledge it, nor even care about it. And while he¡¯s mouth was covered by some kind of scarf, she would consider it much of a blessing as she didn¡¯t want to consider-
¡°Name¡± The man interrupted her thoughts with a single qu-, no. Demand. The man demanded to know her name, Even if he¡¯s tone wasn¡¯t shouting or angrily demanding her to do it, his singular dead eye was enough to scare her into defeat.
¡°C-Ce-Cece Sh-Sash-Sasha. . .¡± She quietly muttered as her body began to shake in complete fear. The man simply eyed her for almost a cold minute until eventually reaching down onto his suit and pulling out a light pocket notebook and a pen, his eye then looked down and he opened the small notebook and wrote down something, most likely her name.
The eye then redirected back to her with his expression remaining unchanged as he looked at her for a good moment before eventually speaking. ¡°Miss Cece¡± He began somewhat respectfully, even if the tone was still emotionless. ¡°Your were apprehended by the Storm Trooper Unit 15-4 in the basement of a temporary Army Station in the German State Province of Lower Saxony which before your entry of the basement you resist arrest by German Forces when discovered, trespassed into military property without no form of identification or permission and your charged with manslaughter with the murder of Private Gebundenemann, to which your subject to be handed over to the 48 Infantry Division as part of the Division the private was part off and your fate will be decided by the 48th¡± He concluded to her.
Cece was mortified to say the least, she. Killed him? That. That wasn¡¯t suppose to happen, when she bit him it was supposed to make him feel a sensation of love, it. It wasn¡¯t meant to kill him at all. ¡°W-What? N-No! I didn¡¯t mean to-¡±
¡°It doesn¡¯t matter if you didn¡¯t want to kill him or not.¡± Interrupted the man in front of her. ¡°What matters now is that a German Private is now dead under your own very hands. They want vengeance for what you did to their brethren¡± He simply stated with the same emotionless tone. And the way he said it, she already dawned on what they wanted to do with her.
They were going to kill her.
Cece then felt tears slowly run down her face. She didn¡¯t want to die like this, away from her home, her family, she didn¡¯t want to die. She could beg for the man in front of her to spare her from such a fate, but it was already clear from the look the suited man was giving that it wasn¡¯t the case at all, the same could apply to he¡¯s tone, while it wasn¡¯t disrespectful, it also wasn¡¯t filled with the slightest bit of sympathy.
The man in front of her kept quiet for a good amount of time before eventually his finger tapped twice on the metal surface of the table catching her attention. She sniffs as she looks at the man once more. ¡°However, while you''re going to die regardless due to you being a foreigner, I was able to make a deal with the lead Storm Trooper here, there are two options that you can choose to decide on how you want to die. Option one, you cry for the remainder of your time here on this earth and be tortured to death until it fully satisfies the German Infantryman. Or, Option two. You tell me what I need to know that is sufficient and satisfying at most, and I can assure you that you won¡¯t die painfully. But instead peacefully. He stoically stated at Cece.
Cece look at the man for a good minute and weighted the options, they weren¡¯t even good to begin with as both results her death, but one is clearly a much more favorable fate than being subjected to torture but it would be it. She didn¡¯t want to choose how she would die because she didn¡¯t want to die, she had hoped they would understand that her intentions were pure, that she wanted for that man to be happy and feel love. . .
But it seems they wouldn¡¯t understand.
She then looked at the man once more before intaking a deep breath before muttering. ¡°I-I¡¯ll te-tell you wh-what you need to kn-know¡± She said now stating her choice on the option.
The man, seemingly satisfied with the answer that he had received from the vampire, he then wrote something down on the notebook and looked directly in the eye. ¡°Miss Cece, since your death will be near, I would believe the best thing for you to do is to remain calm and keep your mind in check if you want your death peaceful.¡± He paused as he looked at something on he¡¯s wrist before looking at the slightly shaking women. ¡°First question, where did you come from?¡±
Location: Liberation State of Korea, Classified
Date: February 25th, 1995
Time: 8:25 am
When the Lieutenant General finally arrived at the Scientific Research Military Compound (SRMC) to where the lead scientist Soo-Jin Sung was currently at, he had a grim and resentful expression visible on his face as he left the helicopter seat alongside his four armed security detail he went with them.
When he was notified about these. . .mutant creatures that the portal unit found, he would admit that he had a small amount of fear form into his face as when he first heard the reports, to put into respective, they had just reported sites of mutants yesterday, and all of a sudden they are finding reports of these mutant creatures all over the globe, all ranging from Canada to Mexico, Spain to Germany, Hawaii to Australia. It was just, baffling to see such a large number of them just appearing out of nowhere and having no reason to appear at all with no logical explanation to back it up. But the small amount of fear was seen replace with anger when he heard that the four manned patrol unit had severe injuries that one had to be placed in a special operation due to him being heavily injured.
As Gordon Denton¡¯s team made their way into the main buildings entrance, the two soldiers stationed there immediately salute at him to which he only nod in return, one of the soldiers in the right put their M4 to the side as they put in the code, with an audible click, the door was unlocked and the two soldiers then open the door to let the team and the Lieutenant General to pass through. To which when they enter inside the doors behind them were closed with another click.
The squad alongside Gordon Denton then made their way through the building passing through soldiers from Korean and North American, to who they always turn and salute to him and he nods in return acknowledging the salute. Then they go down a pair of stairs, to which they go down the steps, and while it was in the 5th floor and it was slightly irritating at best but not really enough to be an annoyance.
As they reach the 5th floor, they met with three Special Forces apart of the Korean National Liberation Army. One of the best Korean forces out there as some were veterans from the Korean Uprising of Independence in 1990, but while extremely loyal to their country, they were also loyal to the Military Junta of North America, and to which, they also saluted the Lieutenant General to which, he and alongside the squad went and saluted to the Koreans.
The Korean Soldier in the center then went forward and spoke up to Gordon directly. ¡°Lieutenant General, Senior Scientist Sung is awaiting for you and only you sir¡±
The Lieutenant General eyed the Korean for a good second before slowly walking towards him to which the Korean only stiffened in response but kept he¡¯s cool. ¡°Is there a problem with my security team?¡± He asked curtly.
¡°No sir¡± The Soldier Responded. ¡°Sung believes that what she is going to show you, should only be seen by the eyes of the Lieutenant General¡±
Gordon was silent as he contemplated he¡¯s options, while he understood the reason of secrecy, as this was the first time discovering mutants in the walking earth, he also didn¡¯t seem bothered if one of he¡¯s own security detail know about them, then it would be beneficial as they would know what they are and how they act so they can be at the ready to defend themselves against this new threat. ¡°I¡¯ll only bring one soldier alongside me, is that acceptable to Sung?¡± He asked stoically at the Korean.
The Korean looked at him with silence, before taking a glance at the security detail before eventually looking at Gordon once more. ¡°Yes sir¡±
Gordon Denton just nods before making he¡¯s glance at one of he¡¯s soldiers. ¡°Corporal Henderson, on me.¡±
The Corporal stood at attention before the Korean then went to a pad in the side and put in the code to which a green light illuminated on the top to which the doors open and Gordon Denton and the Corporal went inside the room as the door behind them was closed.
Once inside, the first thing that was noted was that it was that it was incredibly bright inside of the room, which gave him a few seconds to blink to momentarily adjust in the room, then one thing he noticed was that a whole bunch of scientists in the corner were looking at a glass wall, with the known assumption that it might be either a soldier from the portal unit or one of the mutants, so he went ahead and walked ahead to see what was in the other side that was making these Scientists writing a lot on their own notebooks. And when he finally closed the distance he got a full view on a person laid down on the observation table.
. . .
. . .
. . .
Wha-. . What? What the fuck was he looking at?
He wasn¡¯t sure what he had anticipated when he first heard the creature, he had the biggest assumption that they would uncanny look like human beings but with something wrong with their body structure, one example being that one having an extended body structure where they were twice as tall of that of a human being and they were extremely hostile, or something another simpler, they looked exactly as human beings but they had some kind of new threat within of some kind as Nuclear Radiation is always unpredictable, because nobody had a slim glimpse that humans that were heavily affected by Soviet Nuclear Weaponry due to a added component that effected a majority of the North American continental human population.
All that he assumed about the creature went out the window as he viewed the absolute ridiculousness of the women laying the observation desk, because viewing it just asked even more questions than before. The women appeared to have, wolf ears, alongside the darkskin it has that was accompanied in. . .Fur? Fur. There was god forsaken fur on her bod-. . . .Why? Just why? Why the fuck is her body. . ? Why was it so, degenerated? No women, in any right should have that kind of body and. Why were it¡¯s chest big? What was this some kind of sick joke by the Soviets? Because this is the most disgusting, vile thing to be created, Did they make this women to be mentally fucked in the head to make it think it was a wolf of some kind? And if so, where did it get the fucking fur and was it suppose to be a spy, If it was a Soviet Spy then they must¡¯ve been because it was a poor attempt to use the mentality unstable, because that would be much more logical than believing this is an actual mutant. It being a lab rat instead would be much more acceptable assumption than thinking it was a mutant,
But soon he¡¯s thoughts were interrupted by a female voice to the left who spoke curtly ¡°Lieutenant General Gordon¡± He turned and the person he was suppose to meet was there, Senior Scientist Soo-Jin Sung, her words were enough to make the other Scientists in her black lab coat as it was distincted from the others, she wore all sorts of safety gear, which goes all the top and bottom which included a medical mask with goggles and gloves. She then saluted directly to him to which he responds back with a slow nod. She then lowers her hand and walked towards him. ¡°Glad to see that you took my notice with utmost importance¡± She said.
¡°I was under the impression that you had captured a creature that had attacked my men. Not a female in some fur suit¡± He stated in a stoic but cold tone.
Sung was quiet as she took note of the tone, she could already tell that he was annoyed and irritated at what he was seeing. To which she completely understood. To see this female be the cause of injuring an entire patrol unit, to say that female had nothing but fur and ears, it would be easy to understand how someone would be baffled and angry about it. But he hadn¡¯t heard the whole story. ¡°Sir, it would be wise to understand that there is more than meets the eye Lieutenant General, As. .¡± She took a second to choose her words correctly before speaking up once more. ¡°As this could be the first of the beginning of something massive¡± She simply stated as she walked past him.
¡°The general only raised an eyebrow through his gas mask, the hell is that suppose to mean? ¡®The first of the beginning of something massive?¡¯ But holding his mouth shut, he gestured he¡¯s Corporal to follow him as they walked behind the Senior Scientist.
As they walked behind her, they were now in a section of the medical section which , there were eight rooms, four of them were occupied, which most likely the patrol unit each had different labels, one had a occupied label which was that the soldier had fully recovered, two had the same signature of wounded, and the last one had the term critical on it.
¡°Gordon¡± The Lieutenant General¡¯s attention then diverted his attention back to the Scientist, one of your privates are fully recovered, he¡¯s injury only consisted of being bit in his left hand, but still had to be treated due to him. Behaving differently. He¡¯ll debrief you, I¡¯ll have to thoroughly examine the corpses, enjoy your stay.¡± She commented before walking off in the distance back into the labs.
Gordon looked at the door being turning he¡¯s attention to the Corporal. ¡°Stand Guard¡± He ordered, the soldier went forward and stood by the door where the recovered private was at, taking a moment of silence, he went and placed he¡¯s hand on the door knob and turned it allowing himself inside.
The Private was in corner just sitting on the bed while looking at he¡¯s bandaged hand almost like he has been doing that the entire time he¡¯s been here, the private looked at the door and almost in reaction went and rose up from the bed and saluted at the Lieutenant General then returned the gesture. ¡°At ease¡± He stoically stated but without any bitterness or cold tone attached to it.
The private then lowered down he¡¯s arm once more to look at it slightly before looking back at Gordon Denton, and he took one notice almost immediately that the private in front of him was expressing an emotion that is commonly rare within the ranks of the Military Junta of North America. And that it was uncertainty, uncertain about something. And it was something that the Lieutenant General need to get the bottom of. ¡°Name¡±
The soldier straighten himself up instantly. ¡°Dee Felix Sir¡± Dee responded.
¡°What position were you in the Patrol unit?¡± Gordon questioned

¡°Gunner¡± He answered curtly.
Gordon looked at him for almost a minute in complete silence before asking. ¡°When was the time that your patrol unit made contact against the mutants?¡±
Location: Liberation State of Korea, Outskirts of Kumi
Date: February 25th, 1995
Time: 2:45 am
Inside the interior of the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), four soldiers are within the vehicle as they remain completely silent in their seats as they each watch their corners, the gunner in particular, Private Dee Felix, while holding on tightly on the M249 Light Machine Gun, he will admit that he wasn¡¯t particularly weary to contrast with he¡¯s squadmates, and while yes, he did have the sense of some Stalinist subhuman fuck being somewhere in freed Korea, their remains have been dwindling down ever sense 1990, to a point where there is less than hundred at best remaining in the land, so it was enough to put him at ease to an extent, but not enough to put him off looking out for any communist fuckers, he wasn¡¯t a stupid idiot.
But he had a least with company of hearing the Mexican news, much to a slight annoyance to he¡¯s squadmate but they didn¡¯t say anything about it as to them it was just going through a busy section on the middle of the streets and it wasn¡¯t too loud to cause them to shut it off.
Apparently, one of he¡¯s squad mates, Private Zac. He had been tuning in with the Mexican news and when he got word of the names Atlanta, Los Angeles and Chicago, he hit the roof of the Humvee which instantly caught the attention of hits on the roof much to his annoyance. ¡°What?¡± He asked curtly
¡°What was the Mexican talking about?¡± Zac questioned
Felix took a moment to translate what the man said on the radio before giving an answer. ¡°The reporter is just saying that the Neo-Revolutionaries are questioning the authority of the Provisional leader after the failure of seizing Washington to a point where the Atlanta Government has began to refuse orders from the other Governments in Los Angeles and Chicago.¡± He stated.
Zac looked at Felix for a good second before nodding and looking back into the dark countryside and with that he did the same. While it was good news that those traitors were blaming each other to a point where they might start infighting, the only concern he had back home other than serving the Military Junta, was, he¡¯s parents.
If he had to state he¡¯s family history then it would be mostly uninteresting but he was classified as Anglo-Mexican. A term used when someone is born the Military Junta of North America, more specifically, when someone in the army has a child with someone with Mexico. And to which the Baby is classified as Anglo-Mexican, which prior to some history lessons from he¡¯s mother, the term was used to be to classify a child conceived between a British and Mexican Nationals. But sense Britain hasn¡¯t existed ever sense 1962. The term was then used over between nationals of the MJNA and the Mexican Federative Republic.
And speaking of he¡¯s parents, to put it bluntly he¡¯s mother was Mexican and His father was North American. How did they get engaged in the first place? Well. The beginning wasn¡¯t even anything exciting or new, he¡¯s father was just doing a operation in Northern Mexico in 1974 to exterminate the local cartels and drug lords in the area after a bloody incident when some of the cartels cross over into Deseret and caused a bloody incident which sparked a conflicted between the Drug Empire¡¯s in Mexico against the 5th Military Division. Which is the Military Division he¡¯s father was in. A unit of his was sent over to Torreon to stomp out the kingpin in the area and it was. One of the bloody places in the entire war as it went into a point where they called in Artillery strikes to put an end to the battle.
And during the short time occupation, he¡¯s father was fortunate enough to have come across a women. To which they talked, way more than any soldier in the 5th Division has ever talked with. And even so, after the 5th Division left, he kept coming back to the city to meet with her. And again, and again. And one thing leads to another and he was born the next year.
There was a slight small smile appearing on his face as he then remembered how he¡¯s mother was memorising and talked for the first time ever in he¡¯s father¡¯s life, most likely after the bombs fell. that he genuinely smiled for the first time ever with her when he was holding on to him after he was born. Of course whenever she told this to him when he¡¯s dad was in the same room he would have a sincere stare at he¡¯s mom before shrugging it off.
But Felix then shook his head before concentrating back in the road ahead of them, while it was nice to think about his family from time to time. But he was on duty, he couldn¡¯t show his emotional side when he could be killed off at any momen-. . .
Then suddenly there was a bright flash of light about a few kilometers which caused Private Payton to slam in the breaks to which he swore that if Payton was going at 50 mph, he would¡¯ve flown off. But as the Hunvee went in a stop, Felix went and pointed he¡¯s M249 at the middle of the road as he tried to see what was the cause of it, he could¡¯ve sworn that he saw something moving but as he¡¯s vision stabilize from the initial light burst, he could see. There was someone in the middle of the road.
¡°Tango up ahead, idly standing in the middle of the road¡± He immediately alerted to he¡¯s squadmates in the Hunvee.
When they got a good look down the road, they almost instantly got their weapons, Zac got himself ready with the M16 while the Specialist Maddox in the seat right next to the Driver pulled the Remington 870 from the floor and cocked it while the driver was handed a loaded Mac-10 by Zac as he places he¡¯s other hand on the wheel as they begin to drive but albeit slowly with precaution.
As they reached the vicinity of the target, Felix got a closer look of the target and. ,, , The fuck? Why was her skin incredibly dark, it was almost just like the color black. What was it even wearing? Was it wearing a furskin of some kind or was it wearing fur? Wait, did it have a fucking ears? Wh-. . .Oh screw it. He then pointed his Light Machine gun towards the unknown figure as the rest of his three squadmates then got off from the vehicle as they pointed their weapons directly at her.
¡°Identify yourself* The Specialist stated in Korean coldly, even the figure slightly flitched at the coldness of the voice but remained silent as her eyes were still closed as she kept kneeling down in the middle of the road.
Seeing that there wasn¡¯t any reaction or possibly ignoring him, he switched to English ¡°I won¡¯t ask again. Identify yourself.¡± Maddox ordered once more with a slight irritation rising in his voice. But again, there was no reaction from the women, hell, he could¡¯ve sworn she had a small smile plastered on her face, he then turned to Private Payton. ¡°Apprehend her¡±
Payton simple nods as he slowly approached her extreme caution as he walked towards her, when he was finally in reaching distance, he¡¯s face was mostly stoic but the disgust was visibly there when he saw how much skin the women had revealing. When he reached out he¡¯s arm to harshly grab the women, her eyes shot open revealing red eyes that were somehow burning and her small smile turned into a massive grin as she yelled out. ¡°Your ours now!¡±
Then suddenly there were multiple howls heard all around them, more specifically, from the bushes that began to rattle with life behind, of course when Payton wasn¡¯t turning around and immediately aimed he¡¯s MAC-10 towards her only to immediately jumped by the assailant who in turn behind to bite him straight in the neck causing him to yell out in pain. The Specialist attempted to get a shot on the dark lady only to miss when he was jumped from the side to which he made a hard contact against the vehicle which knocked him out and Zec didn¡¯t even time to process what the hell was happening until he got jumped from behind only leaving Felix manning the Light Machine gun when he heard two pair of footsteps coming from the side.
With some hope that the three could handle on their own due to only being jumped, Felix turned the gun to the side fairly quickly and when the two targets showed themselves to be, almost identical to the dark lady, except for being white both on skin and fur, he immediately opened fire. He must¡¯ve fired for a good 3 seconds before finally seeing the two corpses on the floor and turned to fire upon the dark lady that had attacked the Private only to be surprised why a lady in white fur somehow came out of nowhere and with an enraged face yanked he¡¯s left arm and bit he¡¯s hand through he¡¯s glove.
And god did it fucking hurt. It actually really hurt to a point where blood instantly came out on the womens mouth where it immediately replaced the enraged face with one of complete shock, but it was enough for him to pull out he¡¯s combat knife from he¡¯s belt that he immediately shoved it on the enemy skull to which she went completely limp, he then took off the knife from the women and shoved her body off of the vehicle, placed he¡¯s hands once more the LMG and got back he¡¯s attention to the dark lady, pointed and fired.
Apparently she had thought he was either neutralized or must¡¯ve been dazed to do anything as she hastily moved to the right as soon he¡¯s LMG fired where the other women were attacking Zac and Maddox as they were attempting to remove it¡¯s armor to most likely bite into them and when the dark lady went past them, so did the LMG who was firing as it the women that were standing still got instantly killed as they ate the bullets passing through to which Felix assumed he had killed three in the white fur.
Then there was a click on the LMG, and not even waiting a second, he immediately duck down in the Hunvee when the dark lady launched herself up top to where he used to be in. He then went to the left side of the Hunvee and pulled out his Colt 1911 and fired in the MG seat to which the women dodged away to the side and to the left backseat door and she punched the window to which it immediately was smashed and she grabbed a hold onto Felix and pulled her out from the window and to which some of the glass got stuck on he¡¯s body to slight pain and irritation to him as he was push aggressively the ground and he¡¯s pistol was knocked away from he¡¯s grasp.
¡°Oh your going to pay you human scum~.¡± The dark women said in a combination of anger and. What the fuck was the other tone, was it lust? She fucking felt lust? How the fuck was this degenrated even feeling like this!? Just how would it feel like this?! This was the exact way the cartels in Mexico were like from her mother¡¯s experience. And this whore wants to make an example out of him? She was going to pay.
As her hands went towards her upper chest to remove the binds there, she probably didn¡¯t anticipate that he would¡¯ve gotten up as fast as he did. And she most likely didn¡¯t see the aggressive punch directed to her face which she turns and covers the bruise on her face. And the she felt something cut into her flesh in her back and then directly in the spine to which she screamed the loudest the women screamed. She then collapsed into the ground screaming in pain she had never once felt before in lifetime. But Felix wasn¡¯t done, he was far from it.
He grabbed the hair of the now screaming assailant who now had visible tears going down from her face, the Private then went and opened the broken window of the Hunvee and dragged her head from the ground and onto the between the broken door and seat. He then heard the women beginning to beg. ¡°N-N-No! W-Wait pl-¡± He then started to ignore her plea¡¯s as he had just an assumption that they quite didn¡¯t understand the situation they found themselves in.
This is war. KIll or be killed.
He then slammed the door against her head hard causing her to scream loud, blood started to drip down from the head. It wasn¡¯t satisfying enough, he then did it again, and again, again. Again. Again. Again. Again. Again.
He didn¡¯t know how many times he had slammed the door against the Soviet Whore¡¯s head as he kept doing it at a fast pace. Only then when he the sounds of meat being squished did he stop of one final time before standing still for a good minute. Before walking over to see the condition of the bitch. One look at her and it explained it all, her head was completely mushed. Parts of it¡¯s skull was open and it¡¯s brain was inside all mushed up and out of place, there was blood falling from it¡¯s face. Taking he¡¯s glance away from the killed bastard before standing for a minute before turning around to check on Private Payton and a howl was heard when a similar black women began to rush towards him at an incredibly fast speed.
Felix balled up he¡¯s fist to defend himself but overall it wasn¡¯t even needed because as he put he¡¯s fists up, a singular LMG was fired from behind that obliterated her legs and lower stomach and fell onto the road. He was silent for a minute as he¡¯s balled fists fall flat to he¡¯s side as he kept watching the dead corpse. He didn¡¯t know how much he was looking at it but he only got out of it when he felt a hand to the side and he heard a stoic and slightly concern voice. ¡°You operational?¡±
He turned to see a Sergeant having it¡¯s hand on he¡¯s shoulder, he took a second to process it he slowly nodded he¡¯s head. The Sergeant then removed his hand from he¡¯s shoulder and directed he¡¯s hand movement to the other member of he¡¯s squad to check Felix¡¯s squadmates. As he looked at the corpse that had been obliterated beforehand, he overheard the Sergeant speaking. ¡°Command, three are injured were attacked by unknown third parties, requesting immediate medical support and vehicle to transport the unknown parties¡±

As Private Felix finished retailing the event that had occurred hours ago, the Lieutenant General was completely silent when he was done. To any normal or rational member of the Military Junta, that retelling would¡¯ve been considered an ridiculous claim and that soldier would¡¯ve been suffered depending on their commanding officer, but with what he had witnessed entering in prior, and the comment the Senior Scientist made. It was evident that the Soldier in front of him was telling the full truth, as they should.
Gordon Denton simply nodded his head at the Private before saluting the Private in complete respect on what he went through, Felix in turn saluted back before they both lowered their hands and Gordon left the room.
As he left the room, he noticed that Corporal Henderson was looking at the door which had the Critical Wounded door with incredible suspicion and when Gordon heard noise of pain groaning coming out of the room, he at first rose up a eyebrow on the sounds before there was bang on the door, one that felt that a human body was thrown against it, he then immediately understood why.
¡°Returner¡± He muttered stoically as he pulled out he¡¯s M1911 alongside the Corporal raising up he¡¯s M4 Carbine Rifle in time for the door to bash down with the soldier who had bandages all over it¡¯s neck throwing up dark blood onto the broken door before rising up he¡¯s head and it confirmed the Lieutenant General suspicions, he¡¯s eyes were pure white, it¡¯s pupils not even visible to see as it was completely white. The Returner then looked at two for a second before yelling out a human like screech before running at the two.
¡°Feral!¡± The Corporal yelled out before the two fired their weapons to which it hit the returner directly in the head, to which it simply fell into the head which now had a good chuck of it complete gone as it spazzed onto the floor, Gordon with he¡¯s pistol in his hand then motioned Henderson to move forward to which he did. And when he made distance with the Returner spazzing on the floor, he lifted up he¡¯s right leg before smashing it down onto the Returner head effectively making it dull and lifeless. Gordon only momentarily closed in slight remorse before opening them back up to see the Corporal lifting up he¡¯s foot.
As soon Henderson removed he¡¯s foot from the Returner, both still had their weapons trained on him for a couple more seconds before eventually lowering them. As they did, a bunch of footsteps can be heard and it was the scientists who immediately stopped before looking at the Returner¡¯s corpse as they all had different expressions on their faces, the majority was grim.
¡°leul ttala idong¡± Was heard behind Gordon and Henderson as they saw the Scientists immediately go back where they came from, The Lieutenant General turned around to see Sung approaching them slowly. Gordon waited a bit for her to be in front of him, when she was a few meters in front of him, she looked down at the Private before looking up at Lieutenant General. ¡°Seems that Private Payton succumbed to his wounds¡± She simply stated.
Gordon Denton slowly nods his head before she continued. ¡°Private Payton had two separate bite marks into he¡¯s neck, and while the bite are in the size of a human being, the marks left behind, tell an entirely different story.¡± She said as she then handed him over a file. He got a hold of the file and opened it to reveal two pictures of the two separate bite marks. The bites were, exactly how she stated them to be, human sized, but the marks, more specifically where the teeth bit into the flesh, were that of a wolf.
He analyzed them for a good minute before handing the file back to Sung before asking. ¡°Is the specimen inside?¡± He said gesturing back into the main room to which she nodded before asking.
¡°You like to see it for yourself?¡± The Senior Scientist questioned to which he simply nodded and she began to walk towards the main center with the Lieutenant General and the Corporal following right behind her up till they reached a metal door. When Sung entered in the code in the pad, Gordon made a gesture to stand guard which the Corporal nodded, the door opened both the Senior Scientist and Lieutenant General entered inside while Henderson stayed behind.
As they entered the inspection room, Gordon Denton could see clearly that there also a table to near where the body was, and it filled with medical equipment, which not used to actually heal the dead corpse but more to open it up to study it and understand it more and to most likely find the possibility of what exactly is inside the mutant¡¯s body that caused them to. Change drastically to the state it is in.
But that¡¯s when he noticed something, the body was, in peak condition, it wasn¡¯t even shot or any holes was visible on the body. Which he could vividly remember the Private telling him that both who had dark skin had died in crusome ways, and yet it didn¡¯t show in any way. The Sung, most likely seeing it¡¯s slight confusion through he¡¯s gas mask, spoke up in explanation. ¡°When we received the two corpses, they both had a significant part not damaged. One had it¡¯s head completely busted and the other had it¡¯s lower body torn into shreds. So to give us an absolute accurate depiction of them and how they function, we decided to cut off the heads and switch them so at least one would be perfect in a sense.¡±
While Gordon didn¡¯t understand it in a practical sense, he could somewhat understand in a scientific sense. As now he could see how they looked like in he¡¯s very eyes. As he looked through the body, he became more, disgusted the more he saw. If it was just the face then he would¡¯ve been somewhat fine with it but the body just. There should be no reason why the upper chest should be that big and why the rest should be, he couldn¡¯t come up for a word for it but it was disgusting either way, it virtually serves no purpose, Unless the Eurasians made it for a good laugh or was a failed thing in their part then it did make him pissed off. He imitated a sigh before speaking up. ¡°Has there been any progress on how the Soviets engineered this?¡±
¡°While there has been some progress on how they are with blood samples.¡± Sung took a minute to respond much to a little confusion to the Lieutenant General until she spoke up. ¡°But I can say in fair confidence that this isn''t the work of the Stalinists.¡± She finally concluded.
This made Gordon to slowly turn he¡¯s head toward Sung with suspicion. ¡°What do you mean Senior Sung.¡±
Sung simply sighed as she went over to the table nearby and pulled the drawer to pull out another document and handed it over to him to which he went and opened it to see photos of blood samples and comparisons, as he looked them over she spoke. ¡°We also were under the full impression of this being a mutant that never was discovered, but.¡± She took a moment to say her words correctly to the Lieutenant General. ¡°The blood sample that we took from the bodies, didn¡¯t have an ounce of radiation in them, not even Plutonium.¡±
That sentence made Gordon stay still before eventually looking up to the Scientist who continued on with her explantation. ¡°Then we check the other corpses, same result. Then we looked deeper into the blood and. We discovered that their bodies are clean, Almost like they came out from the pre-war years. Yet when we pulled out archives of pre-war blood and compared it to theirs. It was completely different.¡± She then had a grim expression, one that she never even showed an expression until now. ¡°Their blood streams were not even similar to a human being, it¡¯s actually the complete opposite. and, it only general leads to one answer.¡± She momentarily looked at the corpse and then back to Gordon. ¡°Their origins are not from this planet, but elsewhere.¡±
The Lieutenant General close the file and placed it back in the table and then stood completely still as his mind was trying to understand what he was just told. The mutant-. . Anomalies, that were supposed creatures that hide away from society for a ridiculous amount of time. And only to be told, by the highest ranking Scientist and smartest one apart from the Technocratic Brazilians to tell him point blank, that they are not even from this Planet? This, is not something he was going to be anticipated with.
He then turned to Sung and spoke sternly, ¡°Senior Sung, you have full authority to use whatever tools or equipment necessary to discover more about these. , abominations to understand them better¡± He stated before turning away from her and begin to walk down to the door without even looking back as he went past the door and clicked he¡¯s finger to Henderson to follow him as they began to leave the lab. But in the mind of Gordon Denton, one who was simply in charge of the Military Junta¡¯s forces stationed in Korea, for the first time ever, didn¡¯t know what to do next.

Within the slums of the dead city, a Succubus named Remy Freya wondered endlessly in the streets as her face was grim as the scent of death was around the entire city. She didn¡¯t know what she expected when their group leader had stated that they were to enter a unique city that was abandoned, apparently Alayna was one of the few ones who took precautionary measures and check where they were going to be located. But She guessed wrong as they entered a city that had been massacred over ten times exact.
When she first heard about the call to return back to their world. She felt both relieved and disappointed, relieved because she didn¡¯t have to stay a minute longer in this rotten land that was suppose to be the promise of getting a husband when all of the males in their home world have turned into Incubus, but also saying, they didn¡¯t get to see a single male, well. One that was alive that is-.
She then instantly gasped before regaining her breath. It was another corpse that still looked fresh. One thing she kept noticing in this city that, there was a lot of piles of corpses that was skeletons, perceiving that it¡¯s been at least years that it looked like that, but there''s always those couple few that looked like they refused to rot for whatever reason. The magic question was thrown out the window sense they couldn¡¯t sense it at all, and the possibility that they were secretly alive as well was throw out as the obvious state they were in was enough to convince anyone with a brain to see that they were dead, and they weren¡¯t coming back up again.
But it didn¡¯t make it any better to look at them as some, were in serious horrid conditions, one that she could wish she could refresh her mind from the images, so she began to walk away from the non skeletal corpse. But as soon as she left, the radio that was in the upper pocket of the fallen soldier was then suddenly activated and a voice spoke.
"?????????W?????a????????k??????e????????? ???????????????u?????????p??????.??????????? ?????????W???????a??????????????k?????????e????????? ????????u??????????????p??????.??????? ??????????????W????????????????a?????????????????k????????e??????? ????????????????u????????????p????????????????.????????? ?????????????E?????n??????????e??????????m?????????????y??????????? ???????????m??????????o????????????????v?????????????e?????????????m????e?????????n?????????????t??????????? ????????h????????????????a???????????s???????????? ????????????b????????e?????????e???????????n????? ?????c???????o??????????n??????f???????i????????????r???????????????m?????????e?????????d????????.???????? ?????????????E??????????n????????e??????????????m???????????y???????? ???????????m????????o????????????????v??????e????????????m????????????e????????????????n??????????????t?????????????????? ???????????h???????????????a???????????s??????????? ????????b??????????e????????e???????n???????????? ???????????c??????????????????o?????????n??????????f??????????i????????????????r??????m?????????????e?????d?????????????.???????????? ???????????????E????????????l???????????i?????????????????m???????????i????????n??????????a???????????t????????e??????????????? ???e????n????????e??????????m?????????????y???????????????????.???????? ?????????E??????????l???????????????i??????????m??????????i?????n???????????????a???????????????t??????????e?????????????? ??????e?????n?????????e?????????m??????y???????.????????? ????????????????R??????????e????t????????????r?????i??????????????b??????????????u????????????t????????????i????????o??????????????n?????????.???????????????? ?????R????????e?????t????????????????r???????????i???b???????????????????u?????????????t???????????????i????????o???????????????n?????????????.????????????? ???????????R???????????e?????????????t???????????????????r???????????????i??????????b???????u????t?????????i?????????????????o?????????n????????????.????? ???????????R???????????????e??????????????t?????????r????????????i?????????????????b????????????u????????t???????????i??????????????????o???????n????????????????.???????????????"????
Then as soon as the voice came it went away as the radio then turned off. Then a few seconds later the body began to twitch ever so slightly, first the hands, then the legs, then the body. Then it¡¯s eye¡¯s shot open as it began to move erratically all over the ground as it¡¯s bones began to pop and break at each movement it made, then it threw up dark red blood onto the floor as it stood up from the ground.
The Returner looked around with it¡¯s pitch white eye¡¯s for the supposed enemy as it scanned the area for any movement or sounds, then it got one when he heard muttering across the street, it released out a screech before running towards the source of the sound. Then screams followed all across the city.

Dead City Zone: A Dead City Zone is in an occurrence when a city had suffered one or multiple down below.
Massive Destruction of a large marginal
A Deprived Human Population that cannot be replaced
High Amounts of Radiation
Massive piles of Returners
Returners: Are a somewhat rare occurrence during battle, that the rage of MNJA soldier when fallen is not enough to put them down permanently or satisfying enough. They would get back up in uncontrollable rage where they will attack the nearest human being in sight regardless of their affiliation in the battle. It is also reported that their bodies can withstand most of the natural environment while being dead to a point where they can hibernate to preserve the brain. They are also reported to be much more durable and more fast than a regular Homo sapiens atomis.
Most percentage of a MNJA soldier chance of becoming a Returner during battle would be 65%, out of battle, 95%
Proper procedure to deal with a Returner is to kill them directly in the head and to remove the head from the body lest they stand up again.
The only reported instance where the population of Returners is more than 100, is in the Dead Zone of Kyoto.
Homo Sapiens Atomis: Homo Sapien Atomis are a sub varient of Homo Sapiens where ¡°Agent Paget. Respond¡±
. . .
¡°Responding sir¡±
. . .
¡°Is Code Risen Operational?¡±
. . .
¡°Yes sir, it¡¯s ready at a moment''s notice.¡±
. . .
¡°Cabinet Member Kallen has officially sanctioned this operation. proceed with standard procedures for Code Risen¡±
. . .
¡°Affirmative sir¡±
Location: Washington, Military Junta of North America
Time: 8:00 am
¡°This is what you were told by the. . entity. Am I correct?¡± Asked the Military Cabinet Member curtly through the phone.
Agent 177 was quiet for a few seconds before speaking up on the receiver''s end. ¡°Yes sir, she has claimed that she is a part of some kind of invading force with the prospect off. .¡± He once again was quiet but the CM could vaguely hear him mutter something out of pure disgust before answering, ¡°Off liberating and freeing human life from suffering and to live in. . .¡¯Harmony¡¯¡± He said with the end slightly breaking the stoic tone and being replaced with bafflement and disgust at what he had to repeat.
The CM simply nods his head when he heard this before asking the Agent. ¡°What did this entity have that was unique from a regular human being?¡±
Again there was a momentary pause, a pause that was uncharacteristically uncommon with the Agent as the CM knew he always provides direct answers each time he was given a question. So for him to be more quiet was something to take note of, then he finally gave a vague answer. ¡°Teeth¡±
The CM simply raised a highbrow on the lack of an answer. ¡°Explain¡±
The Agent tone then returned back to a stoic but stern tone when he explained to the Cabinet Member. ¡°When the entity was detained by the Stormtroopers, they had one casualty throughout the figure¡¯s infiltration, the soldier was bitten directly in the center of the neck which was clean and direct, she had two teeth that was longer than it should normally located in the canines which was used to penetrate the victim''s neck. The structure of the teeth came from an unknown origin.¡±
The Cabinet Member, ingesting the information he was given then asked once more to 177. ¡°Have you been able to extract the entity''s body out to Brazil?¡±
¡°Negative sir¡± Came in the response. ¡°The German army in the area refused to give up the body due to prior events and the death of one of their own, they have decided to keep the body, however, in a act of goodwill, they have decided to retrieve the teeth to me for the successful interrogation I did for their behalf, as of now, it should reach a Brazilian lab soon¡±
The CM simply nods his head in acknowledgement. ¡°I see¡± While it was frustrating that the Junta was not able to take the corpse for the Brazilian Scientist to do their study into it, it was still understandable in the end of the day so it would be worthless to dwell on it as it would inevitable become a waste of time arguing over.
But one other issue crept up into the mind of the CM, and that was one concerning the whole of Germany. ¡°What is the current stability of the German State?¡±
There was a moment of silence before the agent gave a full answer, unlike in the previous topic, this was one where he had a full answer for. ¡°The current situation in Germany is rather bleak sir, the tensions between Hans Speidel and Otto Remer has almost reached a boiling point where the stormtroopers under the personal order of Remer, are being stationed in key locations around Hanover and Nuremburg should the tension between the two escalate to a point of no return.¡±
Well that was sour news to hear at this point of time, a possible German Civil War between the two grand saviors of the fatherland. A German Nationalist whose only interest is to protect the German Nation and its people. And the German Nazi who wants to realize the failed Ayran dream that both Hitler and Himmler once tried to achieve.
While this was to be expected, as their ideological differences were radically different from another to keep working together. Though, one thing has concerned the CM, If the Germans were too busy killing each other, who would be the one to keep the Eurasian Horde in check?
The Junta certainly wouldn¡¯t be able to do anything should the Communists decide to act, per say, they finally decide to put an end towards the Titoist Yugoslavia Regime, who would be there to stop them?
¡°Is there anything else to report 117?¡± The CM Questioned.
¡°Negative sir, all reports have been said¡± The Agent responded curtly.
The CM slightly nods his head. ¡°Continue your operations in Germany until further notice, if any development occurs within the German government or more entities reveal themselves, report back immediately¡±
¡°Affirmative Sir, Glory to the Military Junta¡± The 117 stated.
¡°Glory to the Military Junta¡± the Cabinet Member said before placing the phone down onto the receiver and remained still, He was like that for a split second before picking up a pen up as his other hand then reached out for the nearest file to him, grabbed it, proceeded to open it and read the contents inside.
To which he blinked momentarily before laying the file down on the table in front of him and took a moment to realize what the contents were about. He placed his hand on his forehead as he shook his head slightly.
Operation Rust Belt.
The Operation that would lead to the final blows against the Neo-Revolutionaries in the Rust Belt Region so its chain of functional command would collapse.
And the planned killing of former Military Cabinet Member Bill Clinton. Once a soldier who served part of the 7th Military Division in the Japanese Wars, A Member of the Military Cabinet of the desire of restoring democracy to the continental America. And turned into the one who instigated the start of the Second American Revolution in the fake promise of ¡°Restoring Liberty and Freedom across North America.
He was almost like a statue as his mind was going through a list of interactions between him and Clinton. Almost so that the Secret Service began to take slow glances towards the Cabinet Member with a slight combination of concern and worry. Then after a minute, he finally muttered something audibly low.
¡°God damn it Clinton. .If you just followed standard procedure.¡±
Location: Washington, Military Junta of North America
Date: May 15th, 1993
Time: 9:30 pm
¡°. . . .I would believe that I must have misheard you-¡± The Cabinet Member began slowly in his usual stoic tone, almost trying to rationalize what Clinton had just said to him.
But Clinton began first. ¡°You heard clearly what I said and what I want for the future of this nation Kennedy.¡± He pauses for a split second to look at the door to see if the guards outside the door have made any sudden moves. They didn¡¯t, so he continued. ¡°America was the first birthplace of democracy back in 1783 and it was to guide the American people for liberty and freedom, and now? Ever since 1965, 28 years have passed since the death of democracy, but now the people in this very continent are demanding a return of the old. Kennedy, you yourself have expressed that you wanted reform withi-
That¡¯s when Kennedy Jr finally spoke up. ¡°I don¡¯t believe you understood what my stance on reform signifies.¡± He said coldly and stood up from his chair. ¡°My definition of reform does not constitute the return of democracy into the Military Junta but instead it''s to give more liberties to the people in the outer Military Territories and reforms within the Military Cabinet to be more humane.¡± Clinton was about to interject but the Cabinet Member continued ¡°Nor does my ideas of reform constitute on attempting to bring down the Military Junta in favor of an American Democratic Government ¡± He finally finished saying the last sentence with a bit of disdain in the wording.
Clinton had a confused expression visible on his face, if the son of the former officially last president had to guess that Bill didn¡¯t think that he would be so against the reclamation of American Democracy. It took Clinton to speak but he finally did. ¡°Why are you so against the very institutions that made the nation how it was back before 1962?¡± He questioned JFK Jr. ¡°America was the beacon that represented freedom and hope in the world of darkness, and now? The only thing that these Militarist folks do is unrelenting revenge against the Communist Government in Eurasia at the cost of millions dying on the island of Japan.¡±
As much JFK Jr wanted to rebuttal that claim, he wanted to, but he simply couldn''t as that was the truth. The total number of deaths in the forsaken island has never been identified, but from the estimates from Mexico, Brazil and even all the way from Portugal and Germany. The total death toll would¡¯ve reached more than 100 Million Deaths. All of this coming from the Military Personal of both the MNJA side and GSSE side of the conflict but also taking in account of the Japanese People.
And this was just taking account of only the deaths inside of the island of Japan. And outside of the island, it was much higher.
In 1987, The Military Junta was at a complete stalemate with the Eurasians and the Chinese in Japan, something had to be done to break this unrelenting stalemate, and at that point, the Military Cabinet was willing to explore any options available to finally get a win against the claws of Stalinist Russia and Maoist China.
General Kennith, former Lieutenant General and now General ruler of the Military Territory of Nippon. Had proposed an idea that General Lemay had originally proposed back in 1981 but never came into the hands of the Military Cabinet until then. And the contents of the plan that General Lemay proposed was simple.
Bomb.
Bomb China.
Put them on a chokehold and never once let go
Keep the air bombardment at any means necessary.
Target every single thing in sight.
Civilian or Soldier
Maoist or Chiangist
Communist or Not
They all had to face the brink of bombing for victory.
No matter the cost.
This had baffled some of the Members of the Military Cabinet at the time, and justly so as the simple word bomb was too broad. As Air Bombardment just seemed too improbable to even do or even accomplishable as the amount of aircrafts required to even do the operation seemed borderline impossible. But.
But desperation at getting some form of move in the conflict as the Cabinet knew that if they didn¡¯t make a change in the next years or so. The Soldier¡¯s will most likely go insane from the lack of advancement in the front that they might do something drastic.
So Operation Red Dragon was made in the premise of General Curtis Lemay''s Plan but made more modified. And as simple Lemay¡¯s plan was, it was as simple as the operation was. The operation would include an enormous amount of one time aircraft so it would give some amount of success, and the Junta didn¡¯t bother to count how many they had in storage or how many they made, they kept making aircraft after aircraft until the day finally came to launch them up.
When March 9th, 1989 rolled around, the same day that General Curtis Lemay died from a Japanese Stalinist Sympathizer, was when Operation Red Dragon was put into effect. Every single airfield in every island near the lands of the Dragon. The Philippines, Taiwan and Amami were the major spots that most bombers left to never return. This operation would last two weeks.
By September 18th, all communist forces had evacuated from Japan. And By October 4th, when the unsigned peace was declared by the MNJA and GSSE that was mediated by the German State under the guidance of Hans Speidel. A good chunk of South Korea was liberated and by then the war was ¡°over¡±.
And with that all account with the casualties from China and Korea that were estimated from other nations.
WW1 left 32 Million dead
WW2 left 106 Million dead
The Japanese War left 250 to 630 Million dead. Easily making it the most deadliest war that mankind has ever witnessed following behind the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis.
And while the war ended with the GSSE running towards it¡¯s defenses in Central Korea and Sakhalin to prevent the Military Junta expanding and the utter collapse of any authority in China as whatever left of the PRC was now either fled to the now Soviet Controlled Manchuria, Inner Mongolia or the Chinese Rump State of Beijing. The Chinese, as far as the Military Junta of North America was concerned, would never be able to organize itself to be a threat or even as a nuisance to the Junta for the next foreseeable future.
And while the war was won massively in favor of the Military Junta, including having the stepping stone they needed to finally have an invasion into mainland Russia, it did leave a bitter taste in many of the soldiers who fought that war, including his.
It could mean either way, as one could believe that the amount of death was either unnecessary or wasn¡¯t even worth the resources, some would believe they didn¡¯t do enough at what they gained enough with the amount of soldiers that died for the cause of ending communism throughout the entire globe.
For John F Kennedy Jr however, he saw things very differently from the other Military Cabinet Members, hell one could make some similar comparisons to his father in a twisted sense. As while he would consider himself a borderline Macarthurist and vividly despise communism in any shape or form. He was willing to do it with a human face and to give more liberties to the outer Military Territories.
When he ascended into the position of the Military Cabinet in 1990, he was able to pass some acts within the Military Junta, one of first would be the separate creation of laws that differentiate from the continental Military Junta in the former USA and those in the Military Territories. The next would be the planned Independence of the Philippines and New Zealand. While some in the Cabinet outright rejected this, especially the old guard, claiming that it would be considered a growing weakness to any nation who had enough brain cells to think. He was able to pass the act with one simple tactic.

Simple pragmatism.
Which was easy enough to convince the other Cabinet Members to drop those territories as they didn¡¯t give much to offer except population recruiting wise and would probably be a detriment in the long run. He also wanted to release the Australians from the Junta¡¯s grasp but that was one line he couldn¡¯t negotiate for so he just dropped it for a later date.
And pragmatism was one of the sole reasons why he didn¡¯t favor his compatriot¡¯s idea of restoring democracy. Like sure, give rights back to the people of America whose it¡¯s people who identify themselves like that are self narcissistic and only care about their own serving goals. Who¡¯s to say how they¡¯ll make the British Isles, Australia or even Japan into their own corporate playground along with the heart filling lies of freedom and desire.
As his head hung low, he finally looked up to Bill who was waiting for an answer from the Cabinet Member. To which Kennedy finally spoke to him. ¡°While I do agree with some points that you have inquired that the Military Junta has issues from within, alongside the unrelenting violence they are willing to inflict. It doesn¡¯t sway me away from believing the system that is currently implemented, won¡¯t work. As it can be reformed into a more humane matter. As getting rid of the Military Cabinet and the Military Junta who had existed for more than 25 years and had solidified into the minds of the common soldiers. It would be. . catastrophic at best .¡± He ended with a clear emphasis at the end of his sentence and made his stance very clear to Clinton.
Bill''s expression just morphs into disappointment as he looks away from him and rubs his forehead with his right before looking back at the Military Cabinet Member. ¡°I thought you were different from the others when you were sworn into this rank, a new generation that would see the multitude of flaws that this nation has and the war crimes this junta has committed that would even make the Germans and Japanese from World War 2 sick to their stomach. But no, you''re just like the exact same Macarthurist Psychopaths in this Cabinet. Your father would be disappointed in how you turned out to be. ¡°
. . .
Your father would be disappointed in how you turned out to be. . .
Your father would be disappointed in how you turned out to be.
Your father would be disappointed in how you turned out to be.
Your father would be disappointed in how you turned out to be.
Your father would be disappointed in how you turned out to be.
JFK Jr then slammed his hands down onto the table hard that everything on the table shook or got knocked off onto the floor, Clinton took a step back at the sudden backlash at his wording when he got the clear cold death glare from the Military Cabinet Member.
The tension suddenly went high in the room before Cabinet Member Kennedy spoke directly at Bill in the eyes. ¡°You don¡¯t have the authority to speak about my father, you American Republican piece of shit¡± He stated with a very cold and distained tone. A tone that was almost alien coming from someone who never usually bitter. ¡°You claim that the cheers from the people who demand a restoration of an Elective American Democracy in this nation is nothing more than a complete fool that walked the earth as this nation as they never once learned what were the exact foundations of that former country. It was nothing more that was filled with lies and degeneracy ever since the very beginning of this nation''s formation.¡±
He went silent for a moment before speaking up once more. ¡°So do me a favor.¡± He then gestured towards the door. ¡°Leave and control yourself. You''re lucky that what you said to me isn''t considered treason just yet. So leave .¡±
Clinton, without much of a rebuttal or anything to say, promptly turned to leave as he opened the door and left, the Secret Service who was guarding outside the door walked inside with at least one of them looking back at the leaving Cabinet Member before closing the door and turning its attention back towards the Cabinet Member in the room.
Their attention was focused on the Cabinet Member who in the three years he was in this position. Never once got angry with another Cabinet Member, as he was either stoic or he was incredibly patient on what they got to say. So for him to be so ticked off meant that Clinton said something offensive towards the Military Cabinet or something offensive directly stated at JFK Jr personally.
They opted to keep shut as they both went into their respective positions on the side of the Cabinet Member as he slowly sat back down and went back to work without a second thought on what had just transpired.

Location: Washington, Military Junta of North America
Date: February 25rd, 1995
He regretted that he didn¡¯t detain him the second he spoke out against the Military Junta. If he had just detained him just right on the spot then the Junta wouldn''t have had to deal with his idiocy. But because he still retained hope that Clinton was just acting out of bounds for the moment and was just frustrated with the current system on how the Junta Operated and how it acted. He just let him leave so he could cool off.
Then he got bolder in the same year against the Military Cabinet to which he started to sprout nonsense about freedom and democracy, and how conceding to the American people would be beneficial in the long run. Kennedy was there when Clinton made the liberty speech, and the reaction could be easy to read in the entire room that there was a big majority of the Military Cabinet Members sending Clinton death glares.
Then the next year, July 4th. he conspires against the Military Cabinet and leads up a Military Rebellion with the 5th Military Division against the cabinet, to which they attempted to take Washington from the North from Batilmore. Didn¡¯t work out in their favor as the 5th Military Division was then soon kicked out from Washington. And then it started a whole chain reaction where now every single city had some form of rebellion and local governments had begun to form up from the seemingly collapse happening all around them.
Now was it¡¯s second year of the conflict and things weren¡¯t even looking good for the supposedly united democratic front.
The south were under fire by the other goverments as Atlanta has now begun to act independently from the others as the same is occurring with the San Antonio Government.
The Boston Government has refused to begin its offensive into Pennsylvania as they were now on the defensive after the loss of New York City.
The Omaha Government has begun to collapse from within as many began to defect back into the Military Junta proper after the Cabinet began to give amnesty to those who return back in line.
The only functional government that is still operating, would be the Chicago government as it¡¯s the home base of Bill Clinton and the 5th Military Division. And Operation Rust Belt''s has a detailed and calculated plan for the endeavor and it had one prime target.
Bill Clinton.
It would be as simple as cutting a snake''s head off, without the head. The body won¡¯t operate at all, and the same exact logic can be used here. If Clinton is dead, then whatever stability the other governments would have will collapse into war factionings against each other as Clinton was seen as a unifying figure between him. Without the unifying figure, whatever is left unity in the governments is out the window at that point.
JFK Jr is fine with how the Operation would be played out, it was simple and direct to the point on what it was doing. But he felt albeit uncomfortable at what the proposed outcome the file came up with.
By the calculations by the CIA and FBI. When Clinton would be declared dead, many opportunities would attempt to take the mantle behind Clinton, and they would vividly oppose one another for the high position. The governments would fight in a vicious civil war against one another, finally letting the Military Junta to reorganize their lines and logistics and wait them out and when they¡¯ve been completely exhausted one another, the Junta would then steam roll them and then sack them all in the process.
This didn¡¯t sit well with the Military Cabinet member at all, and there were multiple reasons to take account to why he didn¡¯t like it due to two main reasons. First reason, it meant they would have to prolong the revolution for an unknown amount of time, something that any outside nation or outside rebellion would take advantage of. The second reason, that would mean more death, much more death.
Which was something he was unsure about as the days of the Second American Revolution went on, why was he feeling sympathetic towards the unarmed people dying? If it was a mere couple years ago he wouldn¡¯t have a second thought about it as the saying goes in the Military Junta, people die, you will die. It was as simple as that.
He had to guess it was the number of people dying per month that was most likely getting to him, Kennedy would guess that the number of dead reaching 6 Million had got to him somehow, he didn¡¯t feel like this when he was told the total estimated amount of casualties in the East Asian War. Perhaps it was his own countrymen that was making him feel uneasy about the total death count? He wasn¡¯t even sure.
It also didn¡¯t comfort his slight nerves that reports of multiple entities are coming out of thin air around the globe, and if the agent 117 interrogation could mean anything, then they could pop into Washington and take them off guard within seconds. And the fact that the Military Cabinet was possibly willing to drag this conflict out when another threat was rising didn¡¯t make things better.
He then mimicked a sigh as he shook his head as he closed the file and pushed it to the side as he took out a piece of paper to write a report until the telephone began to ring, catching his immediate attention. He looked at the telephone for a second before picking the telephone up. ¡°CM-JK¡± He began stoically until the responder said something that made him raise an eyebrow and almost made him pause for a second. ¡°What do you mean a cargo plane in England has gone ¡®missing¡¯?¡±
Location: Dead City Zone of Kyoto, Military Territory of Nippon
Time: ?????
Dead Zones.
Dead Zones are almost a similar equivalent to no man''s land back in World War 1 and World War 2.
In World War 1, it was used as a term to describe the muddy terrain and stretch of trenches between two sides with the middle being nothing more than a kill zone as it filled with craters and a dead toxic environment.
In World War 2. It was used to describe a chunk of land that was not identified by any unit and anyone who had to go there would either come out with nothing, or they died to an enemy ambush that was simply waiting for someone to show up within their sights?
And where do Dead Zones come in? It is to depict a stretch of land or city that is completely destroyed in an aftermath of a head on battle between the Military Junta and the Eurasian Soviet. What is to include inside of a dead zone would require the simple terms to classify as such. It would need to be in an area that is battle torn, has multiple destroyed military equipment that is unsalvageable or only has short term usage, inhospitable in any kind, it has to be a place where no one wants to live in, and most Importantly. It has an entire patch of Returners immobilized and in place.
This is where Agent Paget''s entire role comes in, while CIA agents are usually out on the field outside of the Military Junta and its territories. His role is at best, replaceable and unique. He is unique in the role as he didn''t have any paranoia whatsoever when he roamed around the dead city.
While ridiculous at first, it would be important to acknowledge that Dead Zones are something that an overwhelming majority of soldiers part of the army are, extremely paranoid when roaming around in one place, it doesn''t matter if there is only one returner or a group of them. Just the presence of a Returner in the area just makes them cower in one spot out of fear of the complete unknown.
That wasn¡¯t the case for Paget, as the concept of death has really left out of his mind. He had too many encounters to die as many times as he could count, guess that happens when you''re always sent to a bloodbath city but the receiving end always fail to kill him. Not that it mattered at that point.
There were three specific reasons why he was stationed specifically in Kyoto.
One, he is to simply observe and report on the area if anything out of the ordinary occurs.
Two, immediately respond against any Japanese opportunists or any opportunist in general, by any means necessary.
Three, this would be the place he would die in. In his own terms of course.
Simple enough isn¡¯t it? Just watch and report like nothing is gonna happen, hell take a stroll across the dead city where you get to see pieces of genocide committed by both sides. But of course, like any task, it never goes without problems creeping its ugly head out.
If he had to exactly recall when he had to experience unwanted guests coming across Kyoto. It would roughly be about 3 times.
The first time he had to deal with a person intruding into Kyoto was back in 1994 in December when it was a mid age Japanese guy with a kart going into the city, mostly looking for supplies. Which he did not find at all, and ended up being in a corner crying. Which. Admittedly, the agent took pity on the Japanese man and practically had to show him like a dog a way out of the dead city with some canned food, and a curt warning to not return or he would die should he return back.
The second time it happened, it was a group of Japanese terrorists who thought of the most genius plan to salvage the dead city for the hopes of getting the Military Junta¡¯s gear and weapons. And the moment they entered inside, they immediately became the attention of self desiring satisfaction prey for the Returners and never came out again, well except for pieces.
And the third time? Well it is currently happening full view as the. Erm. Abominations? Yeah Abominations. As the Abominations were having a fulfilling time with the Returners. And when he meant that, he meant that they were utterly being killed one by one. One that he was watching with absolute wonder as each death is different from the last.
While each woman was different depending on the. .surprising amount of variety of mutations each woman had. It didn¡¯t really matter in the grand scheme of things as they would wound up dead either way.
There were many spectacular scenes to unfold, like theres one being cornered in an alleyway that led to a dead end and is now being brutalized by two Returners with her right arm in the process of being torn off. Then there''s one being dragged away into a building as she¡¯s screaming out the top of lungs which he could only presume is mercy, he couldn¡¯t tell. The camera¡¯s he got didn¡¯t provide audio which sucks but something not to be concerned about.
And as he switched the camera from his keyboard, one monitor showed a woman with really strange pointy ears running towards an end of a building with a pretty armor Returner chasing after her with multiple arrows lodged into his right arm and chest. And if the Agent really had to guess which era of soldier generation the Returner was from? It would most likely be 5th Generation with the star marking in the mid center of the helmet and blue gray modern clothes and a mix of Kevlar and steel armor.
The scene appeared to be quite exciting as the women, who was now corner near a mirror, was about to prepare her bow until it was smacked away from the hands of the mutant women and the two began to scuttle each other as one was desperately trying to get the other away while the other was trying to rip her face off, and it seemed tha-
Then his own inner thoughts were interrupted by frantic knocking on his door. He almost instantly turned his head towards the door in complete silence as he firmly grabbed his silenced M1911 from the table and aimed at the door. From the door, he could hear the knocking still but also a frantic breathing as well, the other side tried to speak but it was clear whoever it was, they were out of breath and using whatever strength they had left to get his attention.
How or why did that person know he was in this building or how they knew Paget was in this room was out of the question. What now matters is that they did get his attention. And while he was usually slow with his victims, he already had a slight feeling that a couple of Returners were already on their way, so the most logical thing to do was simple.
Paget simply got up and aimed his suppressed sidearm towards the door, and judging by where exactly they knocked, he took a wild guess as the agent fired his weapon at the door and immediately rushed but quietly to the wall away from the doors sight.
He heard the person on the other side fall to the ground as they began to gurgle and began to drag themselves away from the door and only to be met with a door crashing alongside growling being heard. It didn¡¯t take a genius to figure out that a returner had found its prey.
What should have followed next was the usual business of hearing a prey being either beaten up to death by the returner just smashing their arms at them or if the Returner has enough motor function to know how to make their victim suffer even more for their own satisfaction.
But unfortunately the agent. The mutant had attracted the attention of a smarter one as the Returner was taking small steps instead of rushing in like a wild animal. The steps from the Returner then suddenly stopped right in front of his door as the gurgles of the women were still heard but more faint than before, it then dawned on him slightly to why the Returner was at his door instead of attacking the dying women.
It knew that someone caused the damage to the women, and it came from his room.
This was only proven as a fact as it began to bang itself against the door, so preparing quickly for confrontation, he pulled out his boot knife from his belt and had his entire sights directed towards the door as the banging on the door intensified.
When the Returner knocked the door down, he also went down with it. Seeing that the Returner didn¡¯t have anything protecting whatever bits of it¡¯s head left, the Paget took full advantage of this before the Returner got back up again, he rushed forward and sank his knife in the Returner''s exposed head before quickly taking it out and stabbing the head once more.
He didn¡¯t know how many times he sunk the knife into the Returners head. But it would¡¯ve been multiple and done at a fast pace, as indicating that whatever brains the Returner had was now fully gone alongside its head. And he still heard the small but faint wheezing of the Mutant who brought the Returner to his location.
Being already fed up with the bitch who brought a Returner to his location, he didn¡¯t bother to look at her properly as he just took one step outside of his near his doorway before promptly ending the miserable existence of the abomination before going back inside and stoically sitting back down.
He stared blankly at the doorway to see if any other Returner took notice of the loud noise that had occurred just a few minutes ago. Sensing or hoping that no one did, he promptly looked back at the screens to see what else he missed.
He looked at one that had a broken mirror and. Not a single corpse, sure there was clear signs of struggle as indicated by the scratches on the wall and the bow on the floor. But where the hell was the blood?
Shaking his head slightly in slight irritation before looking at the doorway for a split second before looking at the screens once more as he changed the cameras to look at something new. To which he was introduced to one scene that had a natures mockery trying to fly away, only to be caught mid air by a Returner by going through an apartment window and crashing hard onto the ground. Which, he did see the mutant flying slow, didn¡¯t know if it was the wings or her being scared shitless. But that was something to take note of for the Returners.
Maybe it won¡¯t be that bad seeing a few more see a gruesome death in his dead city.

Rewrite
Well, it is pretty much what the title says.
Am planning on rewriting Unwanted Abominations due to certain reasons. And one of those reasons was dissatisfaction with how the series was going. And this kinda started after the second chapter. Or the second half of chapter 1 in Royal Road and in Ao3. And that''s when I felt that not much of a story was being told but events for that sake of events was just happening without any proper reason and it led to me being less motivated and empty on how to continue.
And it doesn¡¯t really help that I did this story without a proper timeline, as while this universe does have its lore and its story, it kept changing every few months and it went to the point that it wasn¡¯t consistent.
So, there are two things that are most likely to happen.
Unauthorized duplication: this narrative has been taken without consent. Report sightings.
One, this story will be left untouched and a new story will be added in the sites this story was posted, except for wattpad for obvious reasons.
Or two, when I get the rewrite of the prologue complete, then the chapters here will be subsequently deleted as a new clean slate.
But yeah, in the meantime when I get the Prologue finished, I would like to know what kind of criticism there is for this story, constructive would be preferable but still want to know nonetheless.
And in the meantime, if you want to read something that is still MGE related, then you can check out Roaming Demons that was created by me if you''re interested. And for another option would checking After The Flash created by The_Night, In Archive of our own, that is a good story and I would heavily encourage ya to check it out if you haven''t already.
But with that all said and done. Have a good day folks. See ya soon.
