 The Invasion

    The year was 2120, a virus had decimated Earth.


    << Breaking news: World wide deaths from HMB Virus increases to over two billion.>>


    The year is now 2123 and the virus suddenly disappeared but also left earth in an unrecoverable condition.


    << Breaking news: There are no signs of the HMB virus>>


    << World wide deaths are over six billion.>>


    The remaining one billion humans made a united world government called the "Terra Union", And started to advance really quickly.


    Then in the year 2130 signs of ancient alien civilization were found on mars and investigation reveled an entire abandoned alien civilization and research started to uncover the mysteries of the alien civilization. The first discovery was made in 2131 which was the invention of an energy that could be created from nothing and destroyed into nothing which was named "R.E Energy" and soon used to power the Terra Union, then in the next year two more discoveries and inventions were made "The Laser Cannon" which was used in defensive walls around the cities and the invention of "Sub Lite Travel" which could achieve speeds of up to 100,000 meters per second which were used in mining ships equipped with laser cannons they went to the asteroid belt and blasted the asteroids into smaller bits to be picked up and taken back to earth now called "Terra"


    In the year 2133 bedside''s the monthly inventions a new one shock the world, named the "CUBE" it had the power to create worlds and fill them with life at massive R.E Energy costs.


    Year: 2133


    Location: Terra Union President''s Office.


    President Alexander sat in his chair with his aide James nearby.


    "So every one wants the CUBE to be used to see if it works or not?" Alexander asked.


    "Yes sir It seems like it." James replies.


    "Lets start with something small tell the operators to use the CUBE on the Lunar."


    (A/N: Earth is called Terra, Moon is called Lunar and Humans are called Terrains)


    Year: 2133


    Location: Manifest Destination Station Orbiting Lunar.


    CUBE Operator: All systems online CUBE is at 100% charge and set on terraform moons, launching seed.


    A green energy left the cube and flowed through the station to a modified Laser Cannon, The cannon fired a large green bolt instead of a white beam, The bolt struck Lunar''s surface and after five minutes oceans rose and forests bloomed very quickly, the moon''s core was replaced with a core similar to earth''s core but smaller in size. After an hour had passed since the creation of the moon''s core the station sensors picked up electro magnetic readings. The moon was creating its own magnetic field.


    CUBE Operator: Operation Manifest Destination is a success send the Cube back to lab 11.

    Location: Terra Union President''s Office


    Aleander: "Well project Manifest Destination was a success?"


    "Yes sir the CUBE was successful on terraforming lunar and creating plant life on Lunar which is similar to Terra''s."


    "Release the news to the citizens, The CUBE works."

    Location: The Demon Lord''s Castle, Aurora.


    Demon Lord Lilith sat on her throne. Her world was dying day by day, forests gone, water polluted. She used a magical orb to find anything that could help her save her world. The orb showed her the CUBE and the Terra formation of Lunar. She was determined to save her world at the cost of others.


    she thought to her self: "Filthy humans you mortals don''t deserve such power."


    She gathered a large army of 4 billion demons, 2 billion demi-humans, 1 billion beast men, 1 billion elves and 2 billion goblins and orcs from throughout her world Aurora.


    Year: 2134


    Location: Tokyo, Asia Continent, Terra.


    The people of Tokyo were busy in their daily routines, some were going to the 14th year celebration of Terra Union''s creation, some were going to visit relatives, some were enjoying the mood in Caf¨¦. Suddenly all people were looking at the central road. There in the center of the road a red swirling portal was appearing, it was 50 meters in diameter. All the onlookers curiously looked at the portal while maintaining their distance. Suddenly a scaly, winged beast, a wywren came out of the portal and flew up followed by two more, it seemed like there were peoples riding the wywrens, peoples wearing dark black armor and two horns coming out of their head. They started to breath fire on the onlooking civilians. All the civilians started running away from the wywrens while more creatures started exiting the portal.

    President Alixander and James were talking about the future plans for the moon base on lunar when suddenly an officer came running in.


    Alixander: "We should store all the nuc-"


    Officer: "Mr President I am sorry to interrupt you but it''s urgent."


    Alixander: "What is it captain Luke?"

    Alixander: "What? Is it Aliens?"


    Luke: "Umm kinda"


    James: "Luke what do you mean by kinda?"


    Luke: "You should see yourself sir."


    Alixander and James followed Luke to the situation room where at the end of a long table was a massive screen, Alixander could see many human like creatures some with animal ears and tails, some completely animal but on two legs some with horns on their heads with brownish skin and some thin ugly greens and some even uglier fat greens.


    Alixander: "No way this is real. Is this a joke?"


    Luke: "No sir this is real. The Japan Defense Force cannot hold them off for long, They keep coming out of the Portal."


    Two Officers on the phone immediately said in union.


    Officer: "Sir there are reports of a portal opening in Washington DC."


    Officer: "Sir there are reports of a portal opening in Paris."


    President Alixander was now horrified.


    Alixander: "How many enemies are appearing on the radars?"


    Luke: "More than 3 billion and the number keeps rising."


    James: "We only have an army of 50 million solders with zero real combat experience and our total population is only about 1.1 billion."


    Alixander: "The only thing we can do is to activate Human Preservation Project."


    James: "Sir the Human Preservation Project bunkers all across the world can only hold 550 million peoples"


    Alixander: "Spread the message to the civilians, Terra needs you."


    Janes: "As you request sir."


    In all the cities of the world Drop ships fly while dropping posters for the civilians which say <<World at war>> and <<Your country needs you>>.


    Year:2135


    Location: Terra Union President''s office.


    President Alixander prepares himself for the bad news.


    James: "Sir Japan is lost, Washington and Paris have been blocked off."


    Alixander: "Okay and?"


    Luke: "Sir we have more than 650 million citizens enlisted for the war, our total military numbers are a staggering 700 million but I must ask sir where did you got this idea to ask the citizens to fight for their country?"


    Alixander sighs


    Alixander: "from WWI and WWII."


    Luke: "Oh umm ok."


    Alixander: "Any report on the enemy?"


    James: "Apart from the fact that they take more than 5 bullets to kill one and anything weaker than a caseless 20 mm pulse rifle round will just bounce off their skin if fired from long distance and the enemy uses literal magic and are fantasy in origin, nothing really sir."


    Alixander sighs again.


    Alixander: "How many enemies have appeared so far now?"


    James: "Washington, Paris and Japan combined over 4 billion."


    Alixander gasps in horror.


    Alixander: "More than 4 billion how do they maintain such an army?"


    Unbeknownst to the President the enemy under the Demon Lord''s influence did not need to eat or drink.


    Location: Tokyo, Fallen Japan.


    The Demon lord Lilith had joined with her demons. She was enraged that the conquest of Terra was going slow.


    Lilith: "You general why are you taking so much time to cleanse this world of those filthy humans?"


    General: "My Lord there is a massive ocean between this country and the continent."


    Hearing this Lilith roared with rage.


    Lilith: "Then why don''t you use teleportation magic?"


    General: "My Lord we have a massive army of 2 billion we cannot conjure a spell strong enough to teleport all of us."


    Lilith still eyes aflame with rage roared: "Use the mana from the reserves, by any mean cleanse this world of those pathetic weaklings."


    The general did as he was told, He created a large teleportation circle that teleported 1.5 billion with him to Bejing.


    Year:2136 Terra Union lost China along with 150 million solders. The Demon lord''s army lost 1 billion. Around 50 million Terrain citizens were safe in the Chinese HPP bunkers.


    Year:2137 Terra union lost half of Asia and the entirety of USA 100 million solders lost their lives in the defense of USA and 200 million in Russia, Lab 11 was also destroyed during the last stand of Moscow. 100 million civilians were safe in bunkers around Russia and 50 million were safe in bunkers in America. The demon lord''s army lost 3 billion.


    Year:2138 terra union lost the entirety of North America and Asia Along with half of Africa, South America and Europe.


    Year:2139


    Location: Terra Union Presidents office.


    President Alixander was roaring at captain Luke.


    Alixander: "How Luke HOW!!! How did we lost 4 continents?"


    Luke: "Sir there were billions of them, It took more than 5 shots from 20mm to just kill one our solders were overwhelmed by their numbers."


    Alixander: "At this rate we are going to lose horribly,"


    James: "Sir I know one person who can maybe at least give us one victory."


    Alixander asked slightly relieved: "And who would that be?"


    James replied: "Sir he is nicknamed the Weapon of mass destruction, His name Commander Aiden Jimmonskey, Both of his parents died in the defense of Moscow leaving him in the care of his teacher Li Wang who teached him to show his enemy no mercy and he took that too literally, in the training academy in every simulation he didn''t hesitate to use bio weapons or nuclear missiles."


    Alixander: "Bring him here."


    In about half an hour a drop ship brought Aiden from London to the City of Brussels. Aiden entered the Terra Union hall with a creepy calm smile. He entered the President''s office and saluted the President, James and Luke.


    Aiden: "Mr President you called for me, what can I do for you sir?"


    Alixander was surprised to see that Aiden The Weapon of mass destruction was only a 22 year old slim man.


    Alixander: "Aiden, James here said that you can us a victory?"


    Aiden looked at the holographic map of the world and said: "Sir I am sory but I cannot give us an offensive victory but I can give us a defensive Victory."


    Alixander asked: "What are you going to do?"


    Aiden replied: "Sir first up I need you to tell all the remaining solders and civilians to either go into the bunkers or go to the bunkers on Lunar, Then I will use the nuclear option and straight up Nuke the surface, a permanent solution."


    Every one was taken aback from what Aiden had recommended.


    James said: "Aiden this is madness."


    Aiden replied: "Thats why I am called the weapon of mass destruction, besides It''s the only thing we can do." Aiden said the last sentence with a calm but unnerving smirk.


    Alixander after considering it for a long time said: "Okay Aiden I guess It''s our only option now but if this plan fails-"


    Aiden interrupted: "I swear on my martyred parents that this plan won''t fail."


    Alixander said: "Than all right you will be in charge of conducting the plan yourself."


    Aiden casually replied: "With pleasure sir."


    Year:2140


    A general ran up to the demon lord and said: "My lord the humans there all gone."


    Lilith said: "Finally we won. Throw a celebration of Victory, we couldn''t get the CUBE but we got a bigger world to ourselves."


    The demons lord''s army celebrated their victory and Lilith used her magic to teleport everyone on her world to Terra, unaware of the impending doom.


    Inside a HPP bunker 900 Km below the surface Aiden ordered the control AI Aria: "Aria with the permission of the president We have been ordered to fire project New Horizons on terra understood?"


    Aria replied: "Under stood sir proceeding with project New Horizons."


    On Lunar''s surface multiple missile silos opened up and fired dozens of missiles each one carrying a 30 megaton fusion warhead, they all left Lunar''s atmosphere and flew towards Terra.


    On Terra Aiden went into a hypersleep chamber for 2000 years with the rest of the civilians and solders while the missiles found their mark killing billions of the demons including Lilith but leaving a few millions.


    In the end only 400 million Terrains remained all in hypersleep to wakeup into a better future but to wake up to a surprise.

    Terra Union Arsenal.


    Plasma Sword: A thin long titanium sword with a plasma cutting edge. Perfect for stealthy infiltration, really good for cyborg soldiers.


    Nanites: Nanites are nano sized robots that are injected into the blood stream of a soldier. They can repair wounds very quickly and even regrow lost limbs in a matter of hours.


    Pulser rifle: The Pulser rifle is the weapon of choice for Terra Union soldiers and Elite forces alike. It fires caseless 9mm or 20mm bullets in bursts of 3 each time the trigger is pulled. It has a magazine of 51 rounds.


    Tactical Scout rifle: The tactical scout rifle is the best marksman weapon for snipers and marksmen alike. It''s augmented reality scope provides aim assistance and distance between target. It also has Infared and Thermal display.


    Zero decibel silencer: While not exactly 0dB it can still make the thunderous booms of a Pulser rifle and Scout rifle or even a gatling gun sound like the sound of wind passing by.


    Rail Gun: The railgun is a sniper like weapon which uses magnets and rails to accelerate 12cm tungsten or titanium rods to Mach 7, however the naval version can accelerate its 130cm round to speeds of Mach 16. Zero decibel silencer not attachable.


    Plasma Cannon and Rifle: The plasma cannon fires big hot blue plasma bolts that explode into a blue fiery inferno. The plasma rifle is that same technology only a lot smaller and not explosive but rapid. Zero decibel silencer not attachable.


    Laser rifle and cannon: Laser technology utilizer intensified microwaves to burn about pretty much anything is used in laser rifles which fires them in pulses or can be used as a point defense weapon by firing it continuously at incoming projectiles.


    Mk-I Power Suit: These suits contain small servos and pistons allowing the user to jump very high and even lift weights upwards of 1800 kilos or 400 bald eagles (more than 3930 pounds).


    Mk-II Power Suit: Double of the Mk-I Power suit, Has an energy shield and its back opens up to unfold two big insect like wings and it has four thrusters two in its back and two behind the thighs, used to fly. Has a small R.E reactor too.


    Cyber soldier: These soldiers were either in a horrible accident or they willingly volunteered for the removal of their skin and 90% of their muscles and replace them with a stronger synthetic cyber muscle which is 300 times stronger than normal human muscle and their skin is replaced with rigid layer titanium armor.

    Item Generator: Based on the CUBE technology but only on a very very small scale it can create items into existence by using R.E Energy.


    Iron Vanguard APC: The APC has a total of 12 wheels 4 on the front side and 6 on its back side it has a top mounted triple barreled gatling gun, a .50cal A.I controlled gun, 4x4 missile pods on a turret , a laser cannon (mostly for point defence but can be used to melt things from a distance), Two quadcopter drone pods, a small R.E Energy reactor, an Item Generator used to fill empty mags, room for 12 soldiers 4 in the front and 8 in the back, an energy shield and finally a heavy 20GigaFlux R.E Energy battery just in case the reactor needs to cool down.


    Fury Tank: This tank has a massive railgun that can fire 4 rounds per minute at the speed of Mach 10 but its real weapons are the two 4x4 guided missile pods that launch high explosive anti tank missiles, has a double barreled 30mm heavy remote controlled turret. also has energy shields, two R.E energy reactors and its item generators directly generate the ammunition in their own places like the 80cm titanium rod in the railgun the missiles directly in the pods and the 30mm bullets in their ammo drums which are attached to the gun.


    Union Fighter: A single engine delta winged fighter jet that looks like if the F-35 with no horizontal stabilizers and delta wings. Does not has an energy shield, has an R.E Energy reactor and a 30GigaFlux R.E battery. A single barreled 40mm high explosive cannon n the nose with a 200 round drum. Normally equiped with 4 air to air missiles two air to ground missiles two missile pods and like the tank the item generator generates the ammo directly where it should be.


    Dropship: The dropships look like the V-22 but with four anti-gravity engines, two guided missile pods, a plasma cannon which fires small explosive plasma bolts at 20 rounds per minute , two item generators one for the pods and one for the soldiers, can carry 12 troops(unincluding the 3 pilots) and an Iron Vanguard(which is empty on the inside) at the same time, has energy shields, a heavy duty reactor and a mega 250GigaFlux R.E battery.


    Orion Carrier: A massive 6 engine plane which can carry 12 union fighters and deploy them 2 at a time, had energy shields, 2 insane 1 TeraFlux R.E energy batteries, a mega class R.E energy reactor 10 railguns 4 on the wings 2 under the wings 2 over and under the horizontal stablizers and one under the nose and over the horizontal stablizers, also had an item generater and had 6 cables under each wing so if the jets were low on energy and their own reactors overheated thow could charge from the Orion carrier. As of 2138 the orion carries is still missing after the bombing of the brooklyn bridge and defense of new york. it is thought that the corpses of wywerns clogged its engines causing it to fall in the east river.


    Leviathan: A super weapon that was being built on mars, it has multiple plasma cannons, laser cannons and railguns it also has experimental Rift Engines and shields.

 Chapter 2 Waking up.

    Location: Middle Europe


    31-December-4139


    A girl with white hair and wolf ears and a fluffy tail was walking along the fence near a barn.


    She said to herself " It looks like something terrible is about to happen.".


    A man also with wolf ears and a bushy tail said: " Tala what are you doing it looks like it will rain come inside."


    She quickly went inside the barn but not before taking a final look at the horizon, plains that stretched far and mountains in the distance. When she finally went inside, on the nearby tree a metallic silver wasp about 2 inches long with slightly glowing eyes opened its wings and flew off into the distance.


    Location: HPP Bunkers, England.


    1st-January-4140


    Aiden''s eyes opened and he coughed a few times then he looked around to see other officers that were with him also coughing as their pods open up, soon Aiden''s pod also opens and he gets up.


    One of his Officer sees him and asks him: "Commander what time is it?"


    Aiden replies: "Were 2000 years into the future boys and girls it has to be the year 4140."


    Then out of nowhere Aria''s robotic but somewhat natural voice comes in: "Sir you didn''t ask about me kinda makes me sad."


    Aiden laughs and says "anyways where''s Luke, James and President?"


    Aria pauses for a moment then answers "Oh yeah they''re in the capital building''s bunker in Brussels along with the building staff and personal."


    Aiden knew that the capital building which looks like a metal pyramid can take hundreds of nukes and will still stay standing thanks to its shield which was powered by the building''s own R.E reactor which can produce 2 GigaFlux of energy but Aria turned off its reactor 50 years later to prevent overheating from continues use.


    Aiden: " Well anyways did you wake em up?"


    Aria: "Of course I did sir."


    Aiden: "Well whose woken up?"


    Aria: "Everyone sir except the civilians."


    Of course we cant just wake up the civilians before setting up proper infrastructure to house them, build farms to feed them-. Before Aiden could think any further Aria interrupted his thoughts.


    Aria: "Sir but there''s a problem."


    Aiden: "Go on, what is it?"


    Aria: "Some survived through all of it."


    Aiden surprised: "What do you mean who survived?" Right then Aiden remembered who could survive?


    Aiden: "How you Nuked the whole planet, If the survived the blasts still there would''ve been a lot of radiation not to mention a very long nuclear winter?"


    Aria: "I don''t know myself sir after firing all the nukes I turned myself off for 1990 years otherwise I would''ve been very lonly."


    Of course Aria was an A.I but she had a synthetic personality and could nearly understand human emotions but she had 3 rules limiting her personality.


    1): Never reject any order from a Terrain citizen from Terra Union.


    2): Only make military decisions if ordered or permitted by a high ranking officer.


    3): Relation ship can max go to friendship and avoid romantic or intimate connections.


    Aiden: "Well any ways which species survived the nuking?"


    Aria: "Almost all sir and there''s something very strange."


    Aiden: "Hun tell me?"


    Aria: "They''re are some new species and even strangely there are a lot of humans too?"


    Aiden: "Humans? You mean our evolutionary ancestors? I thought they were all extinct."


    (A/N: Aiden, Luke, James, Alixander, Li Wang and everyone else are not humans because during the HMB Virus pandemic the only 1 billion humans who did not die, it was because their parent''s bodies mutated so that the virus couldn''t even get into their cells hence the really long lifespan. Natural death age will be 600 years)


    Aria: "I Thought the same too, I even did a few DNA tests on the dead and alive they match 99.99% to humans the rest 0.01% is due to the fact their bodies have a genome that produces mana."


    "Mana?" Aiden asked


    Aria: "Oh yes I didn''t told anyone yet mana is their name for the basic unit of magic."


    Aiden: *exhales hard*


    Aiden: "Anyways I''m thirsty so every solider behind with me."


    Aria: "Yes sir make your way to the cafeteria I''ll cook some food for you all."


    The food was grown by Aria''s droids in a massive farm on Lunar a few years ago and shipped to Terra by using orbital dropships and the meat was from cloned cows also raised on Lunar a few years ago.

    Capital Building, Brussels.


    President Alixander, James and Luke were sitting behind desks in a Dark room while Aiden''s hologram was on a holographic desk.

    Alixander slightly annoyed: "So Aiden I think your plan kinda failed."


    Luke: "President, Aiden''s plan has only slightly worked."


    Aria joined the meeting: "With all due respect sir out of all the 3200 simulations I runned only 3 were in their favor."


    James: "Look Aiden''s personal maid is trying to protect him."


    The moment James said this he was given death stares by everyone in the room.


    Alixander: "This maid made you your dinner and lunch."


    James: "Sorry."


    Aiden: "Any ways Aria show us the holographic presentation we made."


    Aria: "Ok sir. The population on terra is around 900 million un including the 250 million terrains in HPP bunkers. Terra has a wide variety of ''magical beings'' which I''ve devided into two groups: Intelligent Lifeforms and

    This category contains the creatures which look humanoid but are dumb as hell: Goblins, Orcs, Ogres.


    Non-Humanoids.


    You know where i am going with this: Wyverns, Dragons, Ancient Dragons, Dire Wolfs , etc."


    Alixander: "So now what should we do?"


    Aiden: "I''ve planned that already, Luke tell president what we were working on please."


    Luke: "Okay, Aria pull up file 86 on AA3 please."


    "On it" Aria opened up a series of 14 holograms which looked like spaceships and a massive ship that looked like a cross between the B2 and the F-35, then Luke began to explain.


    Luke: "Sir before you were elected to be the president of Terra Union the previous President created a TOP SECRET weapons project named Project Stellar Horizon. It saw the production of 13 cruiser class spaceships and a massive spaceship named the Leviathan which was also equipped with highly experimental FTL engines called the Rift Engines. It was built just in case we faced an alien invasion."


    Alixander surprised by the existence of such a project said: "And why was I not informed about this earlier?"


    Suddenly a new voice said as an old man with white hair and a small beard wearing a blue uniform and his cape reaching to the floor said: " §¿§ä§à §á§à§ä§à§Þ§å, §é§ä§à §á§Ö§â§Ó§í§Û §á§â§Ö§Ù§Ú§Õ§Ö§ß§ä §ç§à§ä§Ö§Ý, §é§ä§à§Ò§í §ï§ä§à §Ò§í§Ý§à §ã§Ö§Ü§â§Ö§ä§à§Þ, §à §Ü§à§ä§à§â§à§Þ §Ù§ß§Ñ§Ý§Ú §ä§à§Ý§î§Ü§à §Ó§à§Ö§ß§ß§í§Ö §é§Ú§ß§à§Ó§ß§Ú§Ü§Ú."


    Aiden turned to the old man who was entering the room and gave a very happy smile: "Elite in military command general Ismailov. Its a pleasure to meet you sir."


    Ismailov turned to face Aiden and said with a smile: "Ah, the madman of England Aiden Jimmonskey."


    Ismailov then said to Luke and said in his thick Russian accent: " Continue captain."


    Luke: "Ok, so as I was saying It was being built in case of an alien invasion but it was not finished, by the last three grueling years of the war I increased funding but it was only 90% complete."


    Aiden: " And Aria''s estimates show that it will take 300 days to finish, give or take a week."


    Alixander thought for a while then James asked: " Is the outside atmosphere breathable?"


    Aria: "Yes it is."


    James: " How many continents are untuched by them?"


    Aria paused for a second then replied: " Australia and South America."


    James slightly confused asked : " Why south America?"


    Aria: "its because I blew up the entire Isthmus of Panama."


    Everyone in the room said in unison: "You WHAT?"


    Aria: "I thought that they could''ve used it to escape to south America so I concentrated 80 missiles."


    Aiden *sighs*: "Well that''s Aria for you."


    James: "Anyways Mr President I suggest we build two Nexopolis on both continents to house the 250 million Terrains in the bunkers while the rest 150 million on Lunar will live in the multiple towns all over Lunar, food will be grown on lunar and be shipped to terra by a transport class ship."


    (Transport ships are 750 meters long space ships built for cargo 2, were built before the war and each one can take over 5kilotons of weight and land into atmosphere and takeoff too.)


    Aiden: "Hmm I agree with you sir but we cannot wake the citizens until we''ve built the Nexpolises and the towns."


    Alixander: "And how long will It take to build those mega cities and towns?"


    Aria: "With all ceramics and plastic we have It''ll take around 150 days, 90~80 if we use all the microbots we have."


    Alixander thought for a while before answering: "Okay we''ll build the cities."

    Second Lieutenant Zhang yawned, He had been awoke for more than 31 hours but what could he do duty called. He looked around the hastily constructed fort. Calling it a fort would be an overstatement, the fort looked more like a camp. The main command pyramid wasn''t even half finished and he could see microbots still building the outer walls and the rest of the center pyramid. The fort was build like a hexagon and every building except the aircraft hangers and vehicle depots were pyramids. He yawned one more time before he heard a familiar voice call out to him, He turned around to see a blond man with green eyes approaching him.


    "Haven''t slept Zhang?"


    Zhang playfully teasing: "So you wont leve me alone wont you Adam?"


    Adan: "Come'' on Zhang you haven''t slept for more than a day."


    Zhang: "32 hours by now for your information."


    A distorted voice chimed in : "You guys get to sleep?"


    Adam and Zhang turned to see their a cyborg with silver hair pale white skin and grey eyes..


    Adam: "Holy what happened to you Grey?"


    Zhang: "Grey the last time I saw you, you decided to help the Paris frontier."


    Grey having a PTSD moment: "Dropship crashed, then exploded. I was inside and burned. When the med team found me I was barely alive. I lost my liver, left lung, under jaw, all of my molars, both kidneys, left eye and all of my limbs and my intestines so I was turned into a cyborg."


    "I am actually happy to be alive but the doctors said that they couldn''t re grow my body until they''ve placed all my missing organs in me one by one so I could not return to a normal life for another 5 years, and worst of all as a cyborg I can''t sleep. "


    "Well anyways Sarge the Elite in command said that we all should take rest and that we got a long day ahead of us, I dont know what they mean but I think we should rest."


    Zhang was happy to know that he could rest, he motioned to Grey and Adam to follow him to their baiirks where his team was.

 Chapter 3: Exploration

    10th-Jan-4140


    Fort Zh¨¤nsh¨¬y¨£n.


    0700 hours.


    Zhang made his way to the command pyramid, most of the fort looked like it was finished thanks to microbots but the massive command pyramid was still missing one third of its top. The morning air felt so fresh to breath. He looked around the base. He could see a few dropships arriving at the newly constructed dropship pads next to the airfield. He could also see some boxes with radioactive logos on them being unloaded from the dropships and being placed into trucks by droids. He than entered the command pyramid.


    The interior of the building was cozy. Yellow lamps and plans in the hallways. He made his way to the briefing room. In the room he say the elites in command of other teams and someone he did not expect to see. A military android with black armor, white designs all over its body and blue helmet with a red visor, It looked at him and said in a natural yet artificial happy male voice.


    " Lieutenant its always good to see ya."


    Zhang happily replied: " Echo my man where were you? And what''s up with your armor its shining did you repainted it?"


    Echo responded: " I was in Germany trying my best to stop the incoming enemy advancement, but alas I ran out of 20mm mags so I had to get in short distance firing range to use the 9mm mags but I was split in half by demon wearing physical enhancement armor, with my last bit of power I pulled the pin of my plasma grenade and used one hand to grip tightly onto his leg and transferred myself to the servers."


    Zhang: " Well we all had horrible days in that war."


    They both sat on the chairs and waited for the Elite in command of the fort to come in. After some time the Elite in command of the fort came into the room and addressed every elite in command of team in the room.


    " All right all squad leaders! I am Colonel Wu, the Elite in command of Fort Zh¨¤nsh¨¬y¨£n, this fort! Command wants you to conduct recon missions about 50-80Kilometers off fort Zh¨¤nsh¨¬y¨£n, Its a risky mission but UAVs could gather so much information. Your job is to observe and document any life you find and if possible take samples. Each of you will have 23 soldiers under your command un including yourself, each of your recon teams will be given two Iron Vanguard APCs and a logistic truck(cargo truck) to carry food, medical and ammo supplies for you. Commanders, each of your team will be given weapons in the stated following document."

    Colonel then said in a loud voice: " You''ll all leave today at 1300 hours good luck."

    After the mission


    1200 hours.


    Zhang was doing final checks on the Vanguard''s gatling cannon, The last thing he wanted was the cannon not firing because of a jam and he was thankful he checked. The motor needed replacement. Meanwhile Liz and Sam was packing up medical supplies. Zhang then turned to Echo and gave him the motor and asked: " Can you fix this Echo?"


    Echo replied: " Sure." He clasped the motor in his hands and a silver fluid came out of his hands and covered the motor than the fluid went back in his hands then he said: " All done."


    Zhang took the motor and placed it in the gatling gun and sure enough the barrels started to rotate when Zhang pulled the trigger.


    Then Zhang got off the APC and looked at the soldiers standing in a line formation. He was given more soldiers to fill the room in the APCs and the logistics truck but in front of him were only 22 soldiers making 23 with him, he wondered why weren''t there 26 but his answer soon came as three men wearing white coats, blue ties and the logo of The Department of Science on their shoulders came.


    Zhang approached them and said: " Wait you''re civilian scientists but I thought that this''ll be a pure military operation."


    The scientist in lead said: " Lieutenant the Department of science Insists that we conduct field research. Also I''m Dr Martain Biologist, Thats Dr Quiloy a botanist and finally Dr Sara also a Biologist. "


    Zhang did not like bringing civilians to a military operation but the Department of Science wanted to send them.


    Zhang sighed: " Fine but please follow my orders."


    Dr Martain: " Very well than."


    Meanwhile a large number of military androids were gathering out on the airfield. They were going to sing the military android marching song, so Ech came near Zhang and asked him: " Sorry to interrupt you sir but can I please go to sing the Android March song"


    Zhang replied: " Sure go ahead."


    " Thanks sir." Echo said before going with the other robots and they all started to sing in a loud and distorted voice.


    Adam approached Zhang and said: " That song goes hard who made it?"


    Zhang: " From what I know the androids came up with that song themselves."


    50 minutes later


    Zhang was sitting next to the driver seat and Adam was in the driver seat Liz and Sam were sitting behind them the scientists were sitting in the other APC, their APCs and Logistics Truck had a small RECON 8 painted on the door.


    Zhang looked at his silver helmet he was carrying, he looked at a small black star painted on it. His mood went somber after noticing the star then he put on his helmet. He watched as every recon team left the fortress one by one then recon team 8 left through the doors of the fort. Outside was a grassy field that stretched on for miles. The three vehicles made their way out on a dirt track which was a few kilometers off the road. Zhang turned to Adam and said: " According to satellite images this path should lead us to a settlement, I''ve already talked to the Elites in command of the other teams and we will make first contact to that settlement."


    A few minutes later they arrived at a village surrounded by a fence. The housed, roads everything matched the description of medieval villages. They stopped near the village''s entrance. Zhang saw the villagers who were surprisingly humans run inside their houses and closed their windows. A small child was looking at the APCs but his mother took him inside her house. Some villagers holding double edged swords were at the entrance. They saw the metal beast''s(APC''s) sides and back open up and people dressed in grey and black holding strange white metal objects that looked like crossbows but without the prod exited. One of them who was wearing a blue helmet walked upto one of the guard and said in their language: " We are travelers, we came in peace please let us enter your village."


    One of the guards walked back into the village and came back with an old man whose beard reached till his knees. He looked at the man in black with the blue head and said: " Ye say ye came in peace?"


    Echo quickly replied: " Yes sir."


    The old man than said: " Then why did ye bring your war carriages? How could we trust you?"


    At this point Echo was very nervous, he may had been an android but all androids have 90% human emotions.


    He replied: " We truly mean no harm these ore our travel carriages(lie)"


    The old man looked at the carriages(APCs) and at the armor these strangers were wearing. He than looked at one who was silver and holding a long metal rod. He thought that his guards had no chance of defeating these strangers in a fight because of their armor.


    He said: " Fine if ye truly mean no harm your allowed to enter the village. Welcome to Crowcrest village."


    One of the guards asked him: " Chief do you think it is a good idea to let these unknown people into our village?"


    The chief simply replied: " These people look like trained soldiers. I don''t think we can beat them."

    Recon team 8 spent the next hour In the village talking to the villages and learning about the surrounding. They learned that they were in the Aurelia Kingdom which is the most kind to non-humans but the beast men, Demi-humans and other non human species. After that recon unit came across two more villages, marked them and made friendly contact with them then they camped in the middle of nowhere for the night.


    The next day


    11th-Jan-4140


    0730


    In the middle of some plains near a forest 60Km from Fort Zh¨¤nsh¨¬y¨£n.


    Zhang woke up and yawned he then looked at his who were also just waking up he then got out of the APC for some fresh air but saw bullet casings on the ground, He then looked at the .50 cal A.I controlled tirret to see it was aiming somewhere left of the APC he looked there to see three massive dead black wolves which had white lines around their bodies. Dr Martin and Dr Sara asked Grey to use his combat knife to collect some samples from the wolves which he happily did.


    After collecting samples they all took their breakfast except Grey who ate a nutrients gel and Echo who charged his 5GigaFlux battery.


    Then they drove on.


    Zhang happily: " Yesterday was an uneventful day thankfully."


    Adam: " All the villages we''ve came across are humans I was expecting something more fantasy you know."


    Sam then joked: " The next thing you know a dragon the size of an Orion passenger comes out of nowhere."


    They all then hared the unmistakable sound of turbofan engine. They looked up to see a Shadow Strike Drone breake the sound barrier as its missile bays open up.


    Liz: " Where they going?"


    Echo: " Hol up I''m checking.... Recon team 7 ducked up."


    Zhang: " Hope they''ll be fine."

 Chapter 3.5 The crisis with RECON 7

    " Fire! Fire! Fire!" The Elite in command of recon team 7 yelled as all three vehicles drove off.


    " Firing" A soldier said as she aimed the railgun and fired, Its 12cm long titanium rod finding its mark on the scales of the massive bright red dragon that was chasing the team. The round pierced its scales but barely did anything to slow down the dragon flying behind the unit.


    It was 120meters long and easily had a wingspan of 122 meters. It breathed fire at the lead APC but the APC''s blue shield panel activated moments before the flames touched with the exterior. The dragon then shifted its gaze to the team''s logistics truck. The Logistics Truck had no shield in fact it used ancient diesel engine.


    " Damn Its going for the logistics truck!" The soldier with the railgun shouted


    " Someone stop it!" Another soldier shouted.


    " Where''s air support when you need it?"


    The second APC turned its 4X4 rocket turret to the dragon and launched all of 16 its 80mm rockets at the dragon in rapid succession most of which missed but a few blew up on the dragon''s face but caused little to no damage. The dragon opened its mouth an orange glow forming inside its throat, It was about to breath firs then suddenly an Air to Air missile speeding at Mach 4 impaled the dragon and exploded inside its flesh causing the dragon to scream in pain.


    In the air the Shadow Strike drone fired two more missiles from its missile bays, both impaled the dragon before exploding causing massive portions of the dragon''s body. The dragon tried to fly away but the drone gave chase after it.


    Recon team 8''s position.


    The three vehicles were driving when suddenly the dragon flew overhead.


    Sam screamed: " Holy shoo its bigger than an Orion Cargo."


    Zhang looked on in horror at the massive dragon flying away as the drone chasing it fired two more missiles from its missile bay. He looked to Adam who was also terrified of the massive flying lizard and said: " Theses your fantasy."

    The missiles hit the dragon and exploded and caused more massive wounds. The drone fired more missiles but the dragon latterly did a J-Turn causing the missiles to mid but both missiles stopped in the air, turned to face the dragon and sped up till Mach 5 then slammed into its body.


    Back in the command center the drone pilot said: " Damn how much can this lizard take? Switching to the AGMs."


    The drone fired all 24 air to ground missiles from its 2X2 AGM missile pods. They all flew towards the massive wounds exploding on contact making massive bloody explosions. The drogon roared ne last time before falling onto the ground dying on impact. The drone then fired 10 AA(air to air) missiles on the body just to make sure it was dead and then returned to base.


    The dragon''s body barely resembled what it once was. Its head half missing, both of its legs were mere fleshy bones. Its arm was hanging by a few meaty strands. Half of its tail was missing and a puddle of blood the size of a small lake was forming. Its intestines spilled out of a massive gash on its stomach.


    Recon team 8''s APCs parked a few meters from the carcass. Dr Martain and Dr Sare looked at grey who just smiled in return.


    Zhang: " Whew did you saw how much missiles it took to kill that thing?"


    Adam: " More than 30."


    Grey walked upto the corpse and pulled out his combat knife. He tried to jab at the bright red scales but his knife shattered upon contact. He pulled out his second knife which was a mono-edged vibrating riftum knife and tried cutting it. It took him more than a minute of cutting to get a scale sample.


    Grey: " What are these scales even made of? Graphene?"


    He took a few pieces and gave them to the scientists.

    President Alixander was reading a summarized report of the Dragon Incident with General Ismailov standing besides him.

    During the second day of recon missions around Fort Zh¨¤nsh¨¬y¨£n nearly 60Km away from the fort Recon Team encountered what we are no designating a New World Airborn Type B Kaiju because there are satellite reports of possibly larger ones which we''ve designated as Class A Kaiju. The class B kaiju had reptilian scales covering its body each the size of a palm leave and from our field scientist''s reports each scale has a material hardness 3 times harder than diamond. 80mm rockets were ineffective. AA missiles speeding at Mach 4 or above can slip through the gaps between the scales and into the soft hide tissue. Railgun rounds were effective.


    We recommend the mass production of the Beoulf Sigard class Railgun rifle to effectively combat any other threats like the Airborn Type B Kaiju..
