 Letter 1, November 14th, 1936

    Dear Current apartment owner,


    I understand this is not the letter you were expecting to receive. My name is Richard Collenal, I am 26 years old and my current time is November 14th, 1936. I am your new roommate. Or not exactly new. I expect you''ll move out after reading this letter, as the last six people have done. I understand, depending on how many years have passed in your world, that you are from 2020. We will most likely never see each other in person, and you may not even receive this letter, but here you are.

    I have thought about your letter for a few days and cannot draw any further conclusion than what you explained. It''s lovely to have a roommate, even one from 1936. I am from 2023. My name is Micheal Cristoph. It''s a pleasure to meet you. I apologize that so many people have moved out by simply hearing from you. I''m 27 years old, so we are very close in age. Let''s try to write whenever we can so we can get to know each other, yeah?
